One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
have done something each day, about 20mins I guess. Most days I have listened again to the spirit healing track and the meditation included in that but today I also listened to the time travel masterclass and I very much enjoyed that meditation and will be going back to do that again.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
The main one that springs to mind in Janet the cow. Janet has been unwell and upon examination we found some inflammation around a tooth and suspected an abscess. I tried communicating with Janet but wasn’t getting anywhere so I tried the technique of stepping inside their body. Once there I could feel something odd around that tooth in my own mouth and my mouth started to pool saliva. I did already know about the tooth so I’m not sure if that was just my conscious mind stepping in.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the above experience with Janet because it taught me how I can receive communication in other was rather than “talking”. I’m never too confident abut what I sense or feel.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I think my discovery would be the time travel piece and the marvelous opportunities that affords.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did communicate with the FAT during the Q&A and have posted. Not sure if that is included in this week or last?

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Not really. I try to build little exercises into my day like predicting things etc. I need to get better at scheduling these games.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continued my daily meditations on light and sound. I am helping to take care of a large garden so am doing a lot of garden meditations—being quiet and talking and thanking the plants.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
      1. Garth, dog: emergency vet visit as he became dehydrated. I asked if he was complete here in the physical and he said no and he wanted to go home and his glucose levels went back to normal and so they went home!
      2. Q, ex-racehorse: still balking at some jumps. He said they had weird energy(water jump)I think he didn’t like the ripples. We talked about jumpers versus hunters. Healed from a past life trauma.

Barb: Beth sent me a picture of one of them. I would be scared too. I wonder if there is some help to be had….Are you willing to find out why those are so scary?
      Q: Let’s see….

      *********************************Healing***************************
Past traumatic events. That was then and now we are in present time. Q let go of emotional 😭 events. Ho’oponopono Prayer. Big sigh.

Barb: I felt you releasing old things that do not serve you anymore. This will benefit everyone you know as well. Growth can happen while doing the shows and events. Did you feel what Beth knows about you, how extraordinary you are?
      3. Winter, Dog. Fear of shooting noises. Did the PTSD exercise and also went back in time to release fears—saw one life as a deer being hunted. Ho’oponopono Prayer.
      4. Herk, dog in spirit. He was put down after biting one too many people. He was very happy to be out of that body!

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I learn more every day. The Q and A call opened up my clairaudience and clairvoyance as I set my intention to do so!! Wow!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I had a difficult time not judging the people who put Herk down. When I talked to him he was overjoyed and said he picked them as he knew they would be strong enough in their love for him to release him from the body he was in! Completely different perspective!
I also discovered after posting a picture of Priscilla on Facebook flying through the air without an explanation that we can come to false conclusions based on our own judgements and life experiences and that we aldo need to ask more questions all the time so we know what’s true for the animal.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. Posted.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Every day I play some kind of intuition game.

It´s not about comunication with animals, but I realise, that I start to see better with my third eye. It´s a lot of fun for me to work through the exercises of the recorded masterclasses

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I´m still not clear about the different energies inside my field and Ì´m waiting for the earning of the session with val, so I can work through this

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Group meditations at online church service and as part of a program I am doing with Susann Taylor Shier. I also had a couple of times just sitting quietly and breathing.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Alvin, the hamster that was in the adjacent apartment. His cage was evidently up against the wall between our apartments behind my chair. I used to hear him scrambling around in his cage. When his people were gone for a week or so I became concerned about him. I communicated with him and contacted the property management office when he had been alone for a week or more. The manager said if she could not take care of him properly she should not have him. I heard him just after they returned so I know he survived his time alone but then I no longer heard him. I am concerned that she was required to get rid or him.

My connection with him this week had been very, well, thin. I think I was asking why he was in a strange place. I am feeling guilty for interfering.

I have continue to communicate with my cat Roxy with little to no success. I have communicated with Princess in spirit. And I had a short communication with 50 just as I was falling asleep.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I do not have anything to celebrate.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nor do I have any questions.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Only the very brief communication – I need to focus on it and really communicate with him.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I am taking an online program with Susann that is designed to improve my channel to the divine.

No deviations this week, back to Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, 10-30 minutes in the evening before going to sleep.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Trying to convince my horses to keep the clover druel OUTSIDE the barn, but having zero success. The barn is nothing but mud and puddles right now, since they stand in there for long periods of time and druel all over the ground. I have mats in the barn, but the mud squished out from underneath and buries the mats.

Ginger is recovering from her bout with diahrrea, thank GOD!! I have a call with Val tomorrow, so hopefully will find out how she is feeling now.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      I attempted, but no response.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time. I remain open to intuitive thoughts throughout my days.

I did, sticking to my heart and brain coherence, for about 40 min.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      I connected with Monkey.
Couldn’t feel a steadying strong connection. Heard some answers , but not sure at all. Monkey showed me some stuff too like sticking the nose in leaves, investigating some interesting sent. What was most interesting was when I asked about friends was, I saw a cat, slightly above the digs left side and kind of transparent. My thought was that maybe it’s a cat in the spirit world . Monkey said it’s an old friend . I also found it interesting that the gel now in gone and I sooo hoped for a stronger connection after clearing the gel away from my third eye. Trying to not be disappointed about that.

First thing I want to celebrate is something that happened last night and this morning.
I was in my bed getting my heart and brain in coherence. And suddenly I WAS, THE PRESENCE. Before I knew in my head that God/ Unviverse/ Creator is in everything and in me. Now that innerstanding landed in my body, I became Omnipresence. Very calming, I took more space inside my body ,everything slowed down. This morning I woke up at 6, let the dogs out, and went back to bed. Some thing happened like last night, then I fell in fell in deep sleep and woke up at 10!!!
Still with that same presence. Like NOTHING can rock my world .
Second thing. My friend and I meet two new people we became friends with last weekend. When we started to talk about them today I could feel one of them was more airy, not so aware and present while the other friend was “walking with steady steps”, being inside the body more and more present.
All this were my feelings and not physical signs , my friend agreed am totally . Just a small thing I guess I payed attention to. I can often feel things about a person someone is talking about without knowing him/ her myself, and I love that awareness. Today I appreciated that I could feel subtle things like that.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

The discovery as the transparent cat above the dog. Curious to learn more about how things show up for me and kern how to interpret it correctly.
I also thought about today how much easier I feel, hear and see things if I don’t “try”.
It just happens and then I totally trust it and know it’s true. When I put myself in a position of “ doing it” I feel like I maybe just make it all up.

I did connect and post what I got with 50 last week but couldn’t find the conversation or a response to it.

I’ve been paying attention to how I receive messages. Suddenly I just know stuff, or I hear it as words without a voice, I see pictures and get guidance Vino such a cool way, I don’t even know until afterwards.

      <><>

      That’s it!!

1 Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Appx an hour plus breathing, grounding and conquering fear exercises’

      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Sugie, a 3 month old puppy who’s guardian died suddenly. Puppy left alone for few days till found. Then puppy passed thru couple of the former guardian family members trying to help till former guardians friend could take the puppy permanently to live with them

Such a sweet dog. He was scared and bewildered at what was happening around him. We talked thru what happened to his friend (guardian), human transition, friend will always be in Sugie’s heart and new family (guardians). Talked about his feelings and scared of being alone and be giving away again and his future. Gave reassurance his new family loved and wanted him and has new fur babies to play with. He was lot calmer at end of our talk and willing to try and trust his new family. Told him would contact him again to see how he is getting along. Few days later received a message from Sugie he’s doing his best to settle in but still has worries. Suggested to new guardian to obtain item from previous guardian to give to Sugie as form a comfort blanket

I hit a wall that I couldn’t, after numerous attempts ground myself. I was crying and felt various pain in chest. Later realised, soon as I had set my intention to talk to Sugie he was there waiting. My pains were an indication the guardian died of heart attack (confirmed)

Learnt animals can respond to me if I explain situation fully so they know what action they need to take to improve their life and that I will listen to them – they have problems too which they can’t always share

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My experience, although sad with Sugie. I physically feel their pain

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Question. How can you verify an animal’s past life. Discovered am getting better at communicating with animals

5 Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Not this week as been too busy

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Deck of cards and my own intuition games in daily life

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes and No. Big struggle sleeping so have been taking the opportunity to meditate during the night – but it isn’t as focused as during the day – and then the day is spent managing to get the end. Twice I did Val’s rainbow healing meditation – It’s so good! Even in the nighttime vagueness, it helps.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
So I just did the FAT Call this week – it was a struggle to connect and then I got an incredible download. I learned that I can still connect even when I’m foggy from my sleeping troubles. That was so good to understand. I learned a lot from Amber’s reply – she was very thoughtful in her response. I had assumed there would be nothing verifiable – but she found a way! Feeling grateful.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I understood that life is about giving and contributing; death is keeping everything to ourselves. I also understood that our gifts are called gifts so we can give them.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
My question is this: I seem to get two different types of communication. One is about the practicalities of life – what do you like to eat, or what is your mission – stuff like that, but always responses ot questions. And then sometimes I get what feels like a unstoppable flow of information – very specific – with helpful advice about my life. So specific to me and I don’t really know how it comes about but always from or through an animal. That happened with 50 this week and it happened with Patricia’s Pistol too. And then sometimes I get absolutely nothing (it feels like…). So what’s the difference? How come the difference?
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      Yes – see above.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No – but I was determined to draw on my inner spirit to get through my working week with no sleep/little sleep somedays. I consciously searched inside for this – and it worked. 😊 😊

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Short ones. I do better if I keep them short the tendency to wander is far less.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Dolly- my daughter’s kitty. She has had her for years but because she hides when I’m there I don’t know anything about her. I asked her about her bed, toys and why she is so frightened. She showed me her bed. it is light grey or cream (picture). She is frightened of humans because they are so big and might hurt her. She is afraid in general about getting hurt so she hides. She doesn’t play with toys. She gets kibble and wet food and likes the fish over the chicken. She likes being petted and scratched by Mom. Do you make Mom laugh? No that was Spice and Kackie’s job. (deceased). Spice and Kacki still come to visit her. She wanted Mom to know how thankful she is that she heard her in the engine of her car one morning when she was a tiny baby. Thanked her for loving her and caring for her even if she is scared.

Moosie – My dog I checked in with him to see how he was feeling. His Cushing symptoms are much better and he is not feeling quite so tired.

Scoobie – My dog. He had a teeth cleaning last week and ended up having 19 teeth removed. He wasn’t doing well at home and had to go back the next day all day. Then back home for the weekend still not doing well. Emergency visit and – he was very dehydrated and was having a reaction to the anti inflammatory drug they gave him. He didn’t feel better until Wed. I tried talking to him during all of this but he wasn’t having it and I was already stressed out by loosing my friend and then him doing poorly.

Beau – The neighbor dog. He was crying a terrible cry I couldn’t tell what it was or from or where. I asked him why he was so unhappy. He told me his people put him out in the morning and he was still outside so he was scared and lonely. He said he is normally inside when they leave. I asked if he had water and food and he said water but no food. I asked if he had a dog house that he could go in to get calm and wait for them to get home. He said yes. That was at 2. He was quiet until 3:30 and started crying again. I asked him if they were home yet? NO. I asked him if he could be calm until they get home it would probably be another couple of hours? I told him he could talk to me if he got scared. He said OK. I asked him what breed if dog he is and his name? He said Pitt Bull and Beau is his name. He was quiet after that.

50 – I haven’t posted it yet but I will. He gave me great insight.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Beau was on the spur of the moment. I was working in the yard. This is what I really want to do. Just talk to the animals whenever. That was so exciting even if a small thing.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      What made the difference?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes I will be posting it.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Nothing planned. I usually know who is calling on the phone. Anything else I really suck at. I tried what’s in the box and cards. Oh my.
