One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not much. Time. Energy.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity. Hawkeye. I told them I am aware of the things I have physically that they have and don’t know if our issues are from toxic mold or if they are mirroring mine. I said about them giving them back to me. The vet wants them to take natural things. I don’t know if these will be of any benefit if not mold free and if they are mirroring me.
I also communicated with my mourning dove friends and with at least one animal who was a client.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No. Time energy things dealing with.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games. More with numbers.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, the usual half hour to 45 minutes daily….including Val’s de stressing and grounding ones.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated to reassure one of my rescue strays who seemed to be unhappy and unwell for the last few days, and there’s a slight shift. I have been caught up with urgent work, so could not pursue it further.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I have been consistent in listening to one video or reading an article every day.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Just the one I’ve always had, which is how to have more detailed conversations.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, but it was too brief, so I would like to connect again before posting.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have tried to guess what someone would say or do! And in a couple of cases, it was accurate. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Many group meditations this week. I completed an Immersion with Susann that involved a lot of meditation. She also offered a special Solstice call. And one of her twice monthly membership group calls was the past week.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I often connect with my cat Princess in spirit as I am going to sleep. Last night we discussed his situation now. I knew he in another world now. I asked if he was in Mintaka, one of the worlds I remember being in before coming here. He said not Mintaka but another world. He tried to explain how he was not in a body as we would think of it but visiting another world in spirit. I do wish I could understand where he is and what he is doing but I guess the linear human mind cannot grasp it.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How easily I can connect with Princess. I just think of her and hear “Yes Mom.” She is the only one of my animals I have ever successfully communicated with. I remember two times when she was in body. One time I was driving and thinking about something and she popped into my head and commented on it. Another time was early morning as we were waking up and we had a wonderful discussion of a past life we had shared which she remembered better than I did.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Why is is to easy to communicate with Princess and so difficult to communicate with Missy and Roxy.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Previously but not this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

1. Meditate!
I have meditated every time I had the chance. Perhaps not so much as I have wished to, as this week has been a little chaotic with the rescuing of the alley cat Emerald. (Posted on needing help, but no one reacted).2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I have tried to connect with my dog Bebe, but it seems he is too busy playing, or doing other stuff than chatting with me. 😊 I did only succeeded to gain a little more confidence regarding the warming hands/healing hands, as Emerald seemed to appreciate my help. At one point she even has stood in front of me with right side up, as she couldn’t breathe very well. The warmth seemed to please and relax her for an hor or two..3. Celebrate!
I have chosen to celebrate life!
I am celebrating of being alive right here, right now, and having the chance to develop the divine spark received at birth that lies within me 😊4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
How to clean ourselves energetically? For example, when we spend time in a crowded place, or we had to spend some time around a person that is only complaining how hard life it is, not ever happy about anything and so on, being absolutely unable to avoid them.
Last time on a question on the same “energy” theme, I got the answer to shield, but as a beginner I may not be always aware that my shield is week, and I reach home, feeling heavy from the burden of listening to that person/s. How do we rid their negative/stall energy? A salt bath will do? Or is it anything else?5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Unfortunately, this crazy week, I was too tired to exercise and maybe catch another glimpse from sweet Rosie, the FAT. Sorry Rosie! You are such a sweetheart!6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I haven’t played games, but I have channeled my intuition to put it to work, regarding Emerald and the babies. I think that after the lesson received from her and this experience to trust my intuition more. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
10-30 minutes before sleep at night, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
The little dog I take care of whenever his family goes on vacation is staying with me for a month. This little one is SO expressive, and I know he is talking to me constantly. I so wish I could understand his messages, and I do my best reading his body language and everything else he does. He’s so much fun to have around.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I gave it a try again, but still nothing comes to me.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games. As always, I leave space for intuitive thoughts.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Continued with Nick Ortner’s tapping challenge, ‘You Are Enough’ Tapping Meditation… Helped but need to continue and possibly look for additional tools to boost my feeling as bit ‘down’ this week
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Chatted to the two cats who visit my home. Tuxedo Princess is improving, getting less agitated, chattering and now sits quite a while now quietly watching tabby Princess (male – correct) before she chases him away. Tabby Princess, a bigger cat, is nervous, quite sweet, calm, shy, doesn‘t always like being stroked so I wait for him to come to me and show me by tilting his head
No signs of squirrels in the park at moment.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
As always celebrate that the animals are willing to talk to me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No question this week. No new discoveries5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet, got distracted. But will do so
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
As usual own guessing games. Guessing how a friend will behave when next see him as he is unpredictable in his behaviour towards me and other people. Most of the time I am right….. Started to check the intuition game – Reading Exercises to Activate, Use and Grow your Clairvoyant Skills

1. Still focusing on shifting into my heart – I feel like Val’s standard starting meditation is working for me now (yay)
2. Got quite a few general feelings of animals while walking around the zoo. Sent messages, felt they were received, wish I had some confirmation. Lynx kittens keep their mama very busy!
3. I feel like the messages I sent at the zoo were received
4. What else can I do to develop
Clairaudience? I don’t think I’ve got any internal ambivalence, and I’m feeling very frustrated that I’m not being able to have conversations (like about one cat eating everyone else’s food).
5. I tried communicating with FAT while listening to the call replay, got a basic feeling of her personality but that’s all.
6. Working on the clairaudience exercises (thanks!!!) -

1. I have meditated almost every evening, maybe an hour all together this week.
2. I have been walking in the forest a lot this week and every time I looked at the same feather on the path. I decided to pick it up, and receive the message it had to me. I got the feeling it was from a dove. And the message I got was you Are a bridge, keep your heart light.
3. I want to celebrate that eventhough I have been standing in an extreamly difficult three weeks, I left not feeling a victim. But rather feeling the freedom and spacesiousness within, connecting to my heart and soul.
4. Always wondering how to clearly hear my own animals thoughts.
5. Did not connect with FAT this week, but Will.
6. Trying to listen to Mother earth through the soles of my feet, and talk with her. 💗🐾🌱

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I’ve done chanting but not silent meditation. Was able to be mentally focused but not in my heart. I didn’t do silent because of work getting in the way and I’m really struggling to get into my heart.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I haven’t. I haven’t even been able to connect with the trees or Elsa – usually I can meet them even if we don’t converse. Feeling stuck.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that this process is putting difficult choices in front of me and making me dig deep into myself. What do I really want my life to be like and how can I create that?
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I am discovering a sense of agency for the first time in my life – starting to dig deeper inside and look less for answers outside. Great! But a bit tricky at the moment.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No I haven’t. ☹
6.This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No. Really struggling with this this week. I can’t find my heart. Sad. ☹ -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes every day. Discovered Theta state meditations and did a lot of Binaural beats.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke with a dog this week who was so expressive I was sure she was human. I could see she felt my love and I felt her amazing energy. I told her how beautiful she was and she wanted to talk, but her owner interrupted.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Not so much progress with animals per se , but with my own healing journey, I come to understand more every day and am feeling so empowered and confident.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I would like to know how to interpret the colors I see. And I am also curious how to interpret the shapes I see when looking at an animals photos.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried but was not able to connect with Rosie.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I am always trying to tune in to the feelings of others around me. Have noticed that since I started trusting my intuition more, I am so much more peaceful and spend less time overthinking things
