One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Im doing every day the masterclass meditation and its very tough. I have the feeling that im solving a subject inside of me, which has been there millions of years. then im also doing chakra kleaning and stillness meditation

I tried this week a few times, but it feels, like my channel is blcked compleatly. either there is too much going on inside of me or I got attacked energetically, because i cant get any clear message through any of my sences. I don´t worry too much. I know it will pass.
I was able though to communicate with all my plants on the terasse and i found out, why they all have lice- the underground is not good, it is some water going underneith. I trie now, to create an energetical shield, so they have a better live, but I´m just in the exploring phase.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No. But my work is very intuitive. I have to enter every time a field of “I don´t know” when I´m treating clients, and then the information shows up. It´s mostly information for the treatment, but also things, which btake the client further, if I speak it out loudly -

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Still most of my meditations are done in the morning. Heart and brain coherence, about 30-40 min.

I communicated with Sammy, a black lab. Didn’t feel much of a connection, felt that I made it up. Saw him fetching a tennis ball and playing with kids, rolling in wet leaves. That’s all….
I learn that I suck at this , STILL!!3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I take one step forward, get really excited about it, then 4 steps back and start all over. How can something I feel is so important that my heart wants to scream and still be so hard. I’m about to give up , it just makes me more sad every time I try and feel nothing.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
How can I possibly feel an animal when I still can’t feel feelings, what the name k is wrong with me???

Paying attention to different realities, different messages I get, are they thoughts or are they messages. I feel if they are negative or closed, or holing info, it’s my thoughts . If they are open, positive and helpfully informative , it’s higher guidance .

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I di but not enough.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Oliver – In spirit – My grandchildren’s Golden Retriever – My son doesn’t believe in this but he said I did good. He wanted to know what the meanest thing he did to Oliver was? Oliver said he sent him to the garage. It was dark, he was sad and scared. The family was in the house without him. What was the nicest thing he did for Oliver. He learned to love me and accept me as family. He said he could hold four tennis balls in his mouth occasionally five without dropping them. He said his favorite thing was being together as a family. playing, being silly and laughing. His favorite times with Alec were being teased and wrestling. With Emily it was loves and tummy scratches and tickling me to make my leg move. His response to do you have anything you want to tell your family? Only to Alec, most dogs and people don’t like that much teasing but I did because you loved me. My favorite times with the family were when we went swimming. Tell me something about the family I don’t know. Alec once took a clean pair of under ware and put them on my head and pushed me out the bedroom door. The entire family laughed hysterically. Me too. I loved being a part of the family. Thank you for bringing me home. My words of wisdom are; love one another besides your memories that is the only thing you can take with you. It’s forever.
Harley – In spirit – My daughters Schnauzer/pug mix – Cutest thing ever. This was hard because after his first year they lived with me. My daughter wanted to know if he knew she loved him and if he was happy? Oh yes! I was very happy because it was so much fun. My best memory? I have a lot of them but the top three are when you brought my little sister Katie home, I took care of her,(baby) watching puppies on the computer and phone and Christmas. I always got my own presents. What is the funniest thing Mom ever saw you do? Lift my leg to pee on a tree and topple over – more than once. What person did you lift your leg on? He said he couldn’t remember then said Grandpa. Mom said it was her. Did you feel like Bubbles replaced you? No, I arranged that because she needs to be loved. Tell me about snuggling in the mornings with Mom? That was my favorite time of the day. What are you doing now? I am having fun, there is so much love here. Are you ever here with Mom, almost done Harles? I love hearing that nickname. I am always with you. Anything you want to tell us? Yes, don’t be so sad, I know you miss me but we will be together again. I am happy and so loved. Was it your time to leave? Yes. Can we see you sometimes? Yes but have to want to and you have to knot be sad.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
that I can do it. I just have to practice to make it more spontaneous all the time.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions or discoveries. Just the joy of hearing what the animals have to say. Some things have been surprising and some have contrary to what I was hearing during some Q&A meetings. I always ended up reporting on them and being surprised to find that the information was correct.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No. Amber asked me to ask 50 the questions again that everyone has asked and see if I get something different. I have to figure out out ask the ask questions to get a different answer.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No. I need to add that to my never ending things to do. I don’t think about it. I’m usually just happy to get the conversations with animals. I have to start the master class yet.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditate every day but this week I had a constant stream of guests so it was more difficult and I didn’t feel connected to source.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Phoenix, 13 year old puppy who growls, barks and attacks the feet of people who come into her ”field” without asking. She said she is protecting her den. She has her boundaries. I also felt a shift in her energy and eyes when someone came too close. She also fears that she will be stepped on as she is small, only 12 pounds. She just wishes her human would understand. Her human realized that they could be more aware of the energy shift to avoid the confrontations.
2. Winter, dog. She has PTSD from past lives. She has memories of trauma in previous bodies including rabbit and deer. This is being shown because of being hunted as a deer and is the cause of her fears in this body.
We looked at this together and experienced a few healings including putting a protective shield around her so she feels safe, bio-scalar wave to balance the energy centers in her body, bio-feedback for PTSD, and Ho’oponopono Prayer which is:
I am sorry these experiences happened to you.
Please forgive me on behalf of these experiences.
Thank You.
You are deeply loved.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have scheduled 2 LIVE sessions with clients this coming week!!!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have discovered how critical meditation is to successful animal communication and the stillness it creates allows the channels of listening to open.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No. I posted last week but not sure my post was seen.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
10-30 mins each evening before going to sleep, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been monitoring my Ginger ever since I had a lazer session with Val last week. Her appetite is not what it used to be, but as long as she’s eating something, I’m not too concerned. Her moaning has decreased, so that’s good. Had to take her off the Essiac tea when it gave her serious diahrrea, so we’re back to grapefruit seed extract and liver supplements, along with CBD twice a day. I haven’t been able to do the sessions with her that Val wanted me to every day when I have to work, maybe this weekend I can do some with her.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. No intuitive thoughts came my way this week.

Yes appx 30 min plus breathing exercises and reiku
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Misia – Female Dog. Guardian wanted answer to these questions
Q 1 Who does she prefer to live with
Q 2 Is she happy to move between homes
Q 3 What is her favourite thing to do,Misia is a loving, calm, sensitive dog. This is what she told me.
Doesn’t likes going between two homes although loves both families. Prefer to stay in one home with Mandy. Favourite things is sitting on the sofa, snuggling close to Mandy who gives her plenty of strokes/pats and makes her feel safe and warm inside – nice quiet calm home and happy here. Loves her walks, sniffing the air and looking at her surroundings
The other home Misia stays with is a family is too noisy for her. Take a while to settle down as soon as she does then she is moved to another home. The young children like her but don’t play with her.
Wants to know she has to keep moving from one home to anotherInformed guardian of the answers who will make adjustments, explain reason why Misia has to move between homes plus telll Misia in advance of the moves. Learnt. Animals need someone to listen to them and if possible act on the information given

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Sort of. I did do some chanting but my mind was all over the place. I did Val’s rainbow meditation three times. And I did a guided meditation with dolphins because I wanted to practice AC but just couldn’t settle into quiet.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with the photo of a friend’s dog. I got:
A lot of excitement when I connected. I saw a picture of him turning in circles and saying: mum said you’d come, mum said you’d come! I was starting with my prepared questions when he said: don’t always be so rushed with the questions. Be with me first. And he lay down, stretched out and relaxed. I felt my body relax more. And we just breathed together. I really enjoyed that. Then I asked about food: I got chicken / beef / ground meat. That made me think it was my mind. I asked him to clarify and he showed me a picture of his chewing something longish – beef coloured. He said: it’s so tasty. And I felt him enjoying swallowing the taste. I got that he loves his mum – she so nice and gentle and cares for everyone. – I haven’t fed back yet but I am curious to see if this was an actual connection.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
When everything is busy, they remind you of what really matters and what life really is – not the busyness that humans might think is so important.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
The importance and value of just being.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Not really. I need to refocus on this. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I experienced two group meditations with Susann, one with her regular zoom call for her group and another similar one with a free call she did. Her meditations are very powerful for me. I only had a couple on my own, just being calm and breathing.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I just had a nice communication with 50 which I posted in the forum for that. I have also attempted to connect with the hamster that was next door but have not been very good at that. And I continue to attempt to communicate with my cats Roxy and Missy. We communicate very well – I know what they want. But I am unable to talk to them about anything.
50 encouraged me to trust myself, said I’m better at AC then I know. He suggested doing it more frequently, every day.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
A good conversation with 50. Actually I had connected with him previously during the week but it was while I was not at the computer so did not share it. Don’t remember what it was about.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions. I discovered again that I can do AC very informally, that I don’t have to do a lot of prep. I remember discussion with Princess when she was in body that happened when I was doing something else, once when she popped into my head to comment on something I was thinking about. She is the only one of my cats I have been able to communicate with.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes and I posted in the Discussion for 50.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games. I completed a 3 week immersion with Susann and was on two calls with her this week. Her work is about connecting with my divine channel which helpful in communication with animals – connection is connection.

1. Meditate!
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I have continued with the spirit healing meditations2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have attempted many communications this week with Candyman and Gryf but all basically unsuccessful. I must do more of picking other people’s animals to practice.3.
I do find myself just simply answering my animals out loud to questions I did not hear. eg. I suddenly find myself turning around towards my turtle to say “yes ok. I’ll get it now”. Even without seeing her I knew she was asking to be fed. I want to celebrate interacting more naturally with this basic ability.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I still have the question asked before about how do animals get lost if they can communicate with the other animals in their herd etc.5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Sorry I still haven’t got back to 50. Hopefully later today when I get some quiet time.
6. Intuition Development Games!
