One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

Hi Nita,
To have longer and more detailed conversations, be curious and keep asking questions. Sometimes the animals, like people, don’t understand the question we’ve asked, or why we have asked it, or are worried it might not be safe to answer so they don’t. Yo can make it safe and neutral and let them know you are curious and want to learn and hear what they have to say.Moderator

Thank you for the tip Barb….I will try this now. Think I run out of questions sometimes, as I’m not sure how the animal feels!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I just did. It was the first one I did privately with Val.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I told them about the maintenance man coming. I told Serenity she doesn’t have my permission to take on my hypothyroidism and it doesn’t help me but I am grateful for her Love, caring, and wanting to help me where she would risk her own life. There was more to the conversation. I talked with them more, too.
I talked with a couple of my mourning dove friends involving my challenges right now.
I talked with Rosie.
I talked with a missing cat who is taking an adventure getting to know his new area he lives in.
I talked with a cat who has be kidnapped (catnapped LOL!)
There might have been other clients I talked with.
I talked with a squirrel, too.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Gratitude. Learning more about my cats in regards to strength and adjusting and such. Also, changing the energy and how it helps Serenity to eat her wafer and mushroom blend the vet prescribed. She really feeds off my energy.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, and I posted about the connection for her mommy to read it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games. More with numbers.

1. Meditate!
I have meditated mornings and evenings for as long as I could.2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I am practicing communicating from my heart every time I have the chance, but I felt distracted this week. A stuffed nose and an on and off cough… I have tried to connect with Rosie the FAT… but I have felt asleep. Will try again.3. Celebrate!
This week I choose to celebrate that I am becoming more aware of life around me! I have become more aware of the love I receive from the angels around me! 😊4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What to do, when we catch a cold, and can not breathe right, but we want to connect with an animal?
Is there a super solution to help? 🙂5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I have stood in meditation and afterwards connected with Rosie, but perhaps my general malaise blocked me, or as I wasn’t breathing well, I could not connect. Will try again! Love you Rosie!6. 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
About an hour in total. Completed Nick Ortner’s 8 day challenge, ‘You Are Enough’ Tapping Meditation. Also complete few o Brad Yates tapping as haven’t done his for a while. Managed to sit quietly outside appx 15 mins, very late in evening, when finally neighbours etc e silent
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Only with the two cats that visit me . Tuxedo Princess is much more at ease when tabby princess visits for a drink of water from the bowl and have a few nibbles. Just as Tabby Princess was leaving tuxedo Princess, who had sat quietly for ages not bothering tabby, ran to him chasing him up the fence. Good improvement but cannot get to the bottom of why she chases him except it’s fun and her territory.
Remind myself to dig deeper and dig again
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate progress of tuxedo Princess behaviour in that she taking/waiting longer before getting ready to chase tabby Princess.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Should I communicate with both tuxedo and tabby that visit me, athough I am not their guardians
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. Rosie. Posted in forum. Mostly was shown area where Rosie said she lives – on cattle farm that supplies milk to supermarkets.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Not done much in way of games or guessing anything this week. Will check intuition section on Val’s page

SAndy, if the cats are visiting you, perhaps they are looking for conversation with you. Try conversing with them. IF they don’t want to, they will let you know such as by not responding. Be open, curious and friendly and ask their permission to speak with them.

Hi
Thanks. Have slowly started to talk them. Tabby Princess is very reserved and quiet so not pushing him but I greet him when he visits. Sometimes he will offer his head to be stroked. One step at a time with him. He’s wary of Tuxedo Princess. No response from him yet
Tuxedo Princess, I have started to talk to her about her attitude to Tabby Princess. Been
lot of progress these last few months. Seems she thinks my home n yard his her territory. She now ‘chatter’ very short time and looks to me for reassurance. Now she sits and watches Tabby Princess. Explained to her It’s ‘my’ territory and I want both of them to visit etc etc No much talking rom her but will continue Thanks

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not much, only a few group meditations. And as I am going to sleep at night, I call on my guides and angels and usually Princess to help me go to sleep. I set my intention that the body rest and get the healing it needs while the spirit travels.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I just connected with Rosie the FAT for June. I asked her how she felt about her month being over and it time for a new FAT. I got the sense it was sort of a mixed reaction. She has enjoyed it and I think she is a bit weary with it. I assured her she was still one of our teachers but someone else would be the featured teacher so not as many people would be communicating with her since there are lots of teachers but one FAT at a time. I thanked her and assured her that she had helped many people. She said it has helped her as well.
I also connect with Princess my cat in spirit from time to time. All I have to do is think of her and I hear “Yes, Mom.” I often do this as I am trying to get to sleep and ask her for her help. I don’t know how she does it, but she does help. I rarely remember anything much after that so it works.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How easily I can connect with Princess. She has been in spirit for years now and I have other cats but I still miss her. She is very special.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Is communication different when I am sick? I’m dealing with a UTI, taking antibiotics, and a skin cancer that has been biopsied and I am waiting for the surgery to remove it. Does the condition of my physical body affect my ability to communicate with animals? Is the communication less clear and accurate?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, this morning. See #2 above.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not so much – work reasons. I did the basic minimum to get me through the day but then I did before I practiced.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with my dog Elsa. I did it very formally rather than just trying to dip in and out which is what I normally do. She wasn’t very well so I wanted to connect. Her tummy was feeling churning and stretched so I sent pink healing light to it. I told her how much I loved her and how grateful I was for all her help in life. She showed me that kindness is a natural state of things – I loved that. I asked her for a message or a gift and she licked my face. That’s what she does when she tells me she loves me (or when she wants more food! 😊)
3..Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that I am feeling more confident about my life – not necessarily about my AC though 😊
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
My question: why do I find it so hard to focus on my success rather than my failures?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m trying to play: who’s on the phone and who’s at the door – but I keep forgetting! A lesson to be more mindful I think. -

Absolutely, I meditate every morning
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked to my cat Hershee and asked her to take me on one of her astral journeys. She is showing some colors, but not sure how to interpret yet.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
This is silly, but I am celebrating my grounding efforts
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I see images when I gaze at a picture of an animal. I would really like to know what that is all about
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Try as I may, I am not able to establish a connection with Rosie.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games per se

1. I’ve had a lot of trouble meditating this week, we had a very difficult weekend, and the week has been trying to fix the problems that came up.
2. I talked to a turtle and heard that she likes bugs. I connected with a foster cat at the pet food store, had a little time so I did the box breathing and everything, when I connected with her I started to cry (what’s THAT about? I don’t think it was from her). Not wanting to blubber in public I walked off, so I didn’t get much out of it.
3. Ummm… next week I should have more time to meditate and practice!
4. See #2 above
5. Have not been able to connect with her
6. Trying to use intuition on my app games, some success with Sudoku!
