One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I found a “health” meditation attached to an earlier Q&A session. This one really resonated with me so I have been doing that one. I mostly only manage about 20mins a day. I think I skipped a day this past week.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had a wonderful session with Val and with my animals Candyman (mini horse) and Gryf (dog). Whilst Val was talking with Candy I found myself feeling much of what he was saying. When he shook himself after the rainbow shower I was already feeling the urge to shake my own shoulders. When he was asked about giving me a signal a could feel him nudge me and then as he was saying that he would nod his head I was already nodding my own head. This was really good for me because it helped to demonstrate how receiving information as feelings can be just as informative as the flood of words that I keep hoping for.
Gryf was much harder to connect with, which I imagine is because our lives are more closely intertwined.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I had a realisation about how exactly it is that my own healing is linked to the healing of animals.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have learnt so much this week about healing etc and with that comes better communication. I learnt how useful it actually is to receive as a clairsentient.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. a quick conversation – I don’t seem to be able to concentrate for long.
I talked to 50 who I woke from a sleep. I could feel him yawning but he said it was ok to talk and he just wriggled in his bed to get more comfortable while we chatted.
I asked him what he had to share about life in general. He said “you, know, it’s very good” I got visions of green grass and a sense of loping along.
I asked what he could share about his life’s purpose. He said “to look after my mum” I told him that was lovely and was there anything else. At this point I could feel my mind starting to wander and I didn’t get the answer. I told 50 that I was still learning and found it difficult to concentrate for long and was it ok if we stopped there. He said “sure, any time” and I could sense him snuggling back down to go back to sleep. There was a little more but I have already forgotten it. I find it hard to remember till I can write it down.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Only trying to guess where we would find the cattle when we went looking. I only got it half right. -

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I communicated a lot with Stupsi, my bunny. I ask him the questions I have in my head about my life. I ask him every morning, what he thinks that is important this day and when I communicate, I sometimes hear a voice, but mostly it feels like I’m suddenly knowing. It seems like he teaches me in centering and grounding. He shows me, howo have to do this in my body3. Celebrate! Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Bevor i started the course, I decided to plant healing plants on my balcony. My idea was to make oils out of them for my work. This week I took the time to sit down and starting to know them. It was very interesting, because I realized that they have strong personalities. I started with the mullein and she asked me, what I want. I was very surprised. She presented her self very powerful, guarding my place from low energies. She is like a queen, very radiant. She has the ability to open doors to other dimension and where I planted her, there is one now. She asked me, what she can do for me and I was overwhelmed by thus questions. I have to think about it a bit.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries! What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Im still dealing with my dark parts and my question is, when I have completed my 12 weeks in accountability, so I can book a session?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Only when I was trying to communicate with an animal. It has been too hot to do much if anything. We are very temperate here in climate. Summer it can get in the 80″s but it is still spring. 65 t0 70 is usual. It has been 100, 105, 108 then yesterday it was 77. It felt cool. We don’t have air conditioning. I have been working on the assignments that Val gave me during our 15 minute meeting.
I am truly clogged with a bunch of stuff.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Harley – in spirit – He is my daughters dog. My daughter has been ill all of her adult life with auto multiple autoimmune disorders and has lived with me for the last 15 years. She is young 34 and has had 17 surgeries and all the stuff that goes with that. About four years ago she was having a severe reaction to a medication and hallucinating. Harley came to her, jumped up on the bed and laid close next to her. She saw and felt him there. She wanted to know if that was real or her hallucinations so I contacted him again. He said it was real. He had some serious concerns for her and that is why he stayed with her. He said it wasn’t her time to go yet. He trying to bring her comfort. He also said he wasn’t aware that she was able to see him or feel him. Interesting?????
Georgia – dog – Mom posted on face book asking for any of us to ask Georgia if she wanted another puppy. Three questions. 1. A puppy has been born and will be ready in a few weeks. 2. A breeder in Canada will consider her Grandfather Dallas (a champion now in spirit) as the donor. 3. The option of continuing as an only dog. She, after a long silence decided she wanted #1. She said she was getting tired of all the classes and trials and would like the diversion of a puppy. She said she would be a good teacher. Her mom wasn’t with her very much anymore.
Dee Dee – dog – in spirit -Mother to Georgia. Kathy said she was told by another member that Dee Dee was getting ready to incarnate. She was wondering if that has happened or will happen soon. When I asked Dee Dee she said she was already in one of the puppies in this new littler. Kathy would know who she is by how happy she would be to see her. She would be jumping up on her hind legs and pawing.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
As always I am so grateful for what little abilities I have acquired in such a short time. I love feeling their spirit and willingness to talk even if it is not very much. It always surprises me what they have to say.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
When an animal reincarnates it will communicate with you as the former self. I learned that they are not always aware when you can see the or feel them when in spirit.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
just life stuff. I still suck.

I live by it now. before becoming part of this school I did not really understand meditation…it made no sense…. but now nothing makes sense without it.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I spent yet another week communicating with my new found friends…lizards..Sadly, the lizard living in my garage passed away… i sensed something was off with him a few days ago…he seemed to get weaker.. i thanked him for changing my perspective on his species..for curing me of certain fears…
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I celebrate the never ending growing cycle with each bit of information learned.

6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
This week i was thinking of Barb Grout so i sent her a message only for her to let me know she had just read my accountability post and was thinking of me a day earlier…which was exactly when i had thought of her and texted the next day… we are all connected!! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Since my last accountability post, I have still been meditating every day or almost every day. It’s not always to Val’s 30 or 45 minute approximately recordings.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Since my last accountability post I have talked with several animals about various things.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Learning to let my cats guide me and Heal me and how they are truly here for me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? More with numbers. While talking to 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? More with numbers. Most recently, while talking with 50, I looked at the time. It was 11:33 am PST. I feel that that is angels or some other part of the Universe telling me everything is all good and is going to be all good and I am on the right track with everything I am unsure of, worried about, all decisions I have made, all things I do, etc.
While writing this post, I looked at the time and it was 11:44 am PST. I take that to mean the same as above and take the 11 minute time difference to be a Heavenly or Divine communication-perhaps it was a Heavenly entity or the Divine confirming what I said or telling me it was them telling me what I said. -

I had an important conversation with a person who I’ve felt hurt me for a long time .
I called and said I took full responsibility for my part, that I hadn’t been able to tell him when I was hurt so how could he know. Then I declared that from now I’m not tolerant and harsh words or loud , yelling conversations.
I felt that it was another aspect of me, in him, tracking me to stand up for me ❤️ and I had to love that aspect of me as him.
Next day my heart opened up for the first time in years 🙏🏻💓4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
So curious how I can make progress with an open heart now.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I have been meditating with full attention for 5 -10 minutes before readings. I say my mantra and become connected to source.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Honey, horse. Does she trust her human. The whole session ended being about helping the human to trust herself.
2. Taco, Kitty. Meowing constantly. What is he saying? He is telling his human about all the EMF’s in their environment. Human acknowledged she gets headaches. Taught her to shine the heart flashlight to clear her environment as well as heart hug TTOUCHES.
3. Garth, dog left his body. Shared his messages with his people.
4. Smidge, kitty in spirit for 13 years. She has reincarnated into a human soul’s body and said this was the one time she could connect with us. Told us about her life and her happiness at being in a human’s body. Shared her gratitude to my client at being allowed to finish her life in the cat body naturally even though it was a painful ending because she had cancer.
5. Norman, horse was a star in his first show. His human let me know.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Trusting fully all “conversations.”
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? The discovery was I need to make sure it is the human’s animal that I am working with when I am contacted by people I have not met. A new client sent me a picture of a horse and asked for a reading. The whole reading felt off but I couldn’t put my finger on what it was. I was reading as if the horse was the person’s who sent me the picture. So ANOTHER big learning here!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. Very quick question to the wise angel 50.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Ha ha! Lianna posted that she thought of me when I thought of her! But I think I thought of her when she thought of me! Anyway we need to remember how powerful our thoughts are.

Yes. Hour Reiki meditation. Appx hours Tapping with Brad Yates video
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Sugie a three month old puppy. Had communicated with her previously and posted in Acc/bility. I wanted to check-in with her to see how’s she’s settling in.
She’s doing very well. Getting to know boundaries of what she can and cannot do. Training going very well. Loves running around the yard with one of the two new fur baby buddies. She’s not sure about the other dog. Guardian says Sugie doesn’t like being put in kennel although it’s temporary
Will try and connect again to see what problem is about the kennel3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Want to celebrate a honey bee struggling on the ground walked onto my hand. Bee wouldn’t climb onto any flowers offered. Intended to take bee home where I have passion flowers and bee friendly plants, however, on my home passed, some 10 minutes later my small local rag stone church. Found a patch of lavender. Coaxed bee onto plant where he immersed himself in the flowers, regaining strength
On our journey I had talked to the bee reassuring him all will ok. After watching him take the nectar and knowing he was ok I said goodbye and heard him say ‘Thank you.’4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Why do I feel stuck asking questions while communicating with an animal session. Am grateful for any communication the animal will allow. Learn to trust myself more. I already trust the animals

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not any formal meditation other than group ones with Susann’s group and online church service. I occasionally sat quietly usually with a cat on my lap.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Micky in Spirit, a friend’s cat who recently went to spirit. My friend has recently adopted a kitten named Ginger and I asked Micky to assist Ginger in adapting to his new home. I also chatted with my cat Princess in spirit as usual. Anytime I think of her, I hear “Yes Mom.” Nothing special. I sometimes ask her to help me get to sleep. I have continued to attempt to the little hamster next door I call Alvin. I still cannot figure out what happened to him.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The ease with which I can now connect with Micky.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
It seems I can connect with animals in spirit more easily than ones in body.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I remember communicating with 50 recently but do not know if that was this week or last. My ‘net connection is down now so I cannot check.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games this week. -

Yes – I’ve done a mixture of chanting and Val’s rainbow soul meditation and Val’s quick connect meditation from the platinum course. I finally am managing to get out of my head after this latest bout of insomnia which sends me into a very brain state to get through the day – so I’m pleased.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have only communicated with Elsa (or tried to – I still find it hard) and the FAT (see below). I had my precious 15 minute slot with Val this week. And I really did see Elsa come and wag her tail and I got that she was hungry. I find it so hard to hear her in such a clear way that I’m really pleased.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that: several times I have managed to interrupt the negative and fearful thinking loop that I start my day with and joyfully choose a really positive outlook. It’s a bit of revelation, I’m ashamed to say, that one can actually choose to be positive. I’m also a bit embarrassed to observe how negatively I tend to approach the day – the negative is fear – so I’m pleased to be finding more confidence to help me believe in myself more. All down to AC and Val. 😊 Slowly but surely…
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I discovered that the movement around my heart when I’m trying to use my heart is it! I wasn’t sure. But the 15 minutes with Val showed me that it was.

Yes I did – so interesting. I have posted – but I’m sure that I picked up a lot of differences between communicating with a prey animal as opposed to a predator. Such a learning experience and such a privilege to share another being’s outlook on life.

I’ve been trying to connect with trees. I think I was trying too hard. Then yesterday I just relaxed and think I picked up the vibes/presence of a horse chestnut tree. I had to just feel it. I kept looking for Words etc. But I’m beginning to get its about just feeling stuff.
