One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

Yes. I communicated again with Rosen. I will write it down in the fa section. Rosen is a very fine vibrational animal. she ois helping me in some way, with giving me informations from the shamnic world. I´m still putting the pieces together for my self- all I know ist, that I have some part inside of mme, which is connected to very old, nordic shamanism. It made sense to hear, that Rosen is from Norway.6. Intuition Development Games! This week I feel it was somehow chaotic for me. I run some sleep meditations that it is said it will work on the subconscious mind for rebalancing chakras. I was thinking on Val’s response from the live call, on the Saturday 12th of March, that we may have blocked pineal gland from various reasons. I also listen to some “I am” affirmations in the morning, but not with regularity. I think I am a little overwhelmed with all the information I have access to, and it is a little too much of everything. I felt tired most of the evenings and felt asleep. Maybe this week I have taken a bigger bite that I can chew, and I need to calm my anxiousness regarding the starting of animal communication. But when I see that I have so many friends here that are waiting for me to open up and listen to them….

The only practice I have done is regarding Rita, the German shepherd mix, from my workplace (pic attached). One day I had a tremendous realization. I will explain later on. For start I must admit, sometimes I am afraid of dogs. I am fine around them, I feel great love for them and admiration, and love to see them be, and than all of a sudden, I feel like a claw of fear squeezes my heart, my breath is running wild as my heartbeats… and I back off.
One day of this week I go to work in a very good loving disposition, and I enter the enclosure where Rita is. She loves spending time on the top of her house. When I bend to leave her the morning sandwich, when my face gets closer to her, a sudden claw of fear grabs my heart again! What is happening? I know her for 5 years now, and I know for sure she would not hurt me. Than I remembered I have listened to a recording, and that Klaudia has told the story with a dog in a picture that gave her headaches… and I have realized that maybe it is not my fear, but it could be hers….
I exited the enclosure, and then she came to the fence. I remembered Reiki, and I have putted my hand through the spaces in the fence and she came and laid her head towards my hand… I have closed my eyes, and as the morning sun was heating me, I imagined sending her love. I felt my feet grounded and that the energy I have received from the sun would pass from me to her through my hand… I don’t know how long it was that warm, loving, calm feeling, but I felt she would want more. Unfortunately I can not spend more than 20 minutes with her at one time, as I am at work, and the phone calls, other time I have to do something. You know!
I just hope that it was not just my imagination.

I am grateful for succeeding to take a half of step forward. 😊(regarding above story)
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Why is it perhaps old memories blocking me? How do I erase unpleasant memories? Because I feel the fear I feel sometimes, could be related to some experience I have had in the past… Why is this subconscious fear popping in when I don’t even know I remember it anymore… why is this memory so pervert to ruin my day?

I am following the discussion regarding Rosen, like I have followed Katie last month. It is fascinating to me to read everything on the subject. I think about her a lot, especially as she is a healer. Hope remains to be able to break the barrier.

Morning dove friend-asked friend about if things are going to be okay and my friend nodded and not long after I had an idea for something that might make things easier for me.3. 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did some yoga and meditation this week. Guided meditation and in silence about 45 min.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to connect with a Rotweiler Cæcar, He is not in his body anymore. I asked how he is doing where he is now, and he said very good, I don’t have pain anymore. And how was life on earth? He said it was nice but a little hard as well. He showed me picture of many dogs and a feeling of stress. But loved walks in nature with Siri. He keeps an eye on her.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I feel that it is the same every week. That I keep on trying to talk with at least one animal every week. And that my beloved Rosen is the FAT of the month.

Still no questions at the moment.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Several group meditations. Church service which I opted to do online, Val’s monthly call, Susann’s monthly call and the conclusion of a powerful Immersion series with Val. In addition several times of just sitting quietly and breathing. Also I offered Reiki to a friend who underwent surgery. Non local Reiki is a meditation and this one was especially powerful.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicate with my cats Missy and Roxy all the time but these communications are rarely if ever verbal so no way to use them since we don’t talk about things. I talk to them and their responses are primarily non-verbal. Last night I also communicated with my cat Princess in spirit, the only one of my cats I’ve had lots of verbal communications. She is actually a very high level spirit who was with me 3 times in this lifetime as a cat. We have been together many times prior to that and as Val told me my relationship with her is different because we are soul mates. I asked her for her perspective on what is going on here on Earth – she has moved on to another world. She commented on the shift which is going on and said many are watching Earth during this time.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. As always Princess was right there when I thought of her.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have not been feeling well recently. How can I better communicate when I don’t feel well and have difficulty getting into a space to do so?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Only briefly. I plan to communicate with Rosen more. Such a beautiful wise old soul.

1..Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Minimal but a little chanting every day. Two silent mediation sessions. I need to do more of those. As ever, work gets in the way.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I only practiced with the FAT this week. Although I did just see a butterfly and greeted him. For the first time I think I felt a sincere response from a chance encounter with a wild animal. I always greet dogs out and about and they always nod a hello.
3.Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the advice I was given by Rosen: You have wounds but your wounds are not yourself. Spot on and its really helping me.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I am still taken aback by the discovery of a world that is more expressive without words and labels – a world of resonances.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with Rosen on the Q&A call. I’m delighted that the picture of a viking that I got actually connected to something – it has helped boost my confidence a little.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Just feeling the space, the plants and trees as I go about my business. -

1- Meditate: always, morning and evening and listen to spiritual knowledge before bed and a lot of other spiritual teacher that i follow. I do some shamanic journeys during the week as I am learning it and need to practice.
2- Practice: I had some paying clients lately and it has been going very well, it is elevating my performance to a different level. I work with a dog Canyon, had a wonderful conversation, i could hear him talking to me during the whole time I was doing healing with him, he is a teacher and was happy to teach me as we were going along. The owner has seen lots of positive improvement and will tell the whole island about me! Yay!
I also journey for the animals i am working with.3- Celebrate: Coming along to become more professional in my work and visible. I have a website that I am refining. I am very proud.
4- questions/discovery: Animal are so willing to teach me, I am totally at ah! And love them so much!
5- FAT: not yet, but looking forward to connect with her, she was healing my heart and will be amazing to discover what she will be up to next time we meet!
6- no games

1. Yes I continue to meditate. I tried Val’s box breathing meditation again and it still just doesn’t click for me. I listened to some Basic courses and half of a Saturday call replay.
2. I was driving to the grocery store thinking about my cats (waking up my husband), and I heard “we got the message, Mom.” YAY!!! :->
3. See #2.
4. Just waiting and wondering.
5. FAT – not yet, waiting for ‘the right time’. I don’t want to waste a try, and if I read what everyone else wrote that will make it harder for me to go in with an open heart.
6. The games still aren’t available to me, each one has a future date beside it. That’s confusing.-Greta

Greata, Congratulation son connecting with your cats. Keep practiceing, even when the ‘not the right time’ message pops up from your ego in its attempt to keep you safe and where you have been. Remember that our animals are here to help us. We may not think we are ready, but they are ready and waiting to help us. If you start with curiousity, that is part of an open heart and mind. Go for it, tyr. This is a spafe place to practice. Our FAT’s have specifically signe on to help us learn during their month in the spotlight, and often beyond. Each attempt will help you practice and learn more. Enjoy the adventure.
