One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditate daily… short meditations and long. depends on the circumstances..
Without it it, connecting is different..more distant if that makes any sense…2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I communicated with my cat Budder, to let him know we had to leave the house for a few hours last week. It is always very traumatic for him to go in the carrier, have the vet come over even… I was so worried he would hurt himself. He throws himself at the cage doors until you let him out and just howls…
He did very well considering.. howled like crazy, but did not injure himself and went back in the carrier to return home, when i thought i would never be able to get him in there again… But he had been told we were going out for a few hours then right back home. I truly think he understood, and while not happy about it it was manageable for him because he understood what was happening and it was not some scary UNKNOWN….3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I want to celebrate that communicating what is actually going to happen can really reduce your pets stress levels…
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I often wonder why most pets “talk” to me…
I know they all communicate in their own way… I sometimes get shown a picture, but it usually goes along with conversation.. that is why i often second guess myself. Is it possible they are truly communicating with me if i always hear their voices?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did communicate with Mugsy… He is a wonderful dog with a giant heart..
He has a very fun personality… tried to tell me that life is so full of lessons… and gets better when u least expect it… take the good and bad and let it make you wiser…He had a very distinct, almost italian accent, and made jokes as he tried to convey his wisdom/thoughts… He asked me to check back in because there was a line up to talk to him… I will do so this week…6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did not have the chance to play specific intuition game this week, but I am always aware of the strange coincidences that happen on a daily basis when we are paying attention…

LEee, great to hear that your communication with Budder helped to let him know what to expect, reducing his stress of the unknown.
Each animal as each human has their own primary communication style so some may show you pictures and then follow it up with ‘words’ as they try to find a way to communicate with you that is more intune with your preference, just as we try to find ways to communicate with them that they can understand. Sounds like a mixture is working for you.Moderator

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I have been spending a lot of time meditating recently doing guided meditations from Val. I am not sure of the total amount of time-roughly 20 minutes each time-starting Wednesday of last week I have meditated a total of 18 times I think at least.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity-don’t remember everything. One was asking her if she’d like different sized portions of food. I think I also told her she didn’t need to be anxious/scared when I was going to clean as well as when I was getting a package. Hawkeye-not sure of everything. One was asking him about if he wanted me to pick him up and hold him and if he did to paw me.
Mugsy-I picked up on a lung issue since around when we first connected he coughed. He had a gruff voice. He said he might like to sit in a kiddie pool. He said he has arthritis/joint mobility (issues). We played two stationary games. One was tug-of-war. The other was where we batted a little ball back and forth. He Loved these! He asked about talking again and I told him we would. I posted the communication for Pat to see it.
I also communicated with one of my Morning Dove friends who guided me to locating my Heart to be in my Heart and come from my Heart and feel emotions.
I also had a session with a dog who passed on. The person was able to confirm some things. I was able to deliver messages from the dog to the person and help the person in her grieving process of her Healing journey.
Also, I communicated with a cat who is in the care of someone who is part of a cat rescue. The person asked me if he would like to be an indoor cat with other cats. I was able to tell the person how the cat felt regarding that and also tell the person that the cat is feeling better as he has some gastrointestinal or stomach issues.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. HEALING!!!!!! Also, and this is part of my Healing, the Morning Dove helping me with getting in my heart. I might have discovered it before the communication with the Morning Dove (I’m not sure), but the Morning Dove largely helped me and helped strengthen and solidify getting inside my heart.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Discovery: About getting inside my heart.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, and I wrote about this in a previous answer to a previous question. I also posted the communication for Pat to see it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I might have psychically guess what time it was (don’t think so), but I did see times that had meaning if they were dates that were Loved one son the Other Side communicating with me. I also saw the time 5:55 which is I think Angels telling me change is happening and/or coming. I also saw a time of other significance which could have been my dad and birth mom communicating with me, too.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been having a more anxious week and that’s when meditation is most needed. But I’m finding it hard to slow down my mind and body enough to do so. Stillness in the tub time is my best effort and it’s helpful as well. I continue to do that.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Yesterday, I heard a seagull and the sound it was making translated into words. He was saying “help, help”. I felt the calling from him to help and asked how I could do so. He said he was feeling fear and worry about his friends who were being hunted. They felt like seagulls from somewhere else and when I asked them that he said they were somewhere else. Because I was feeling overwhelmed already with anxiety, I asked the Guardian Animals of Lightness and beings of the highest love and light if they could come and help. They did come and were saying things that I don’t remember at this time. They came to help the seagull and I sent my love to him. They told me it was okay to detach and that they would be there to help.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the unity I feel with animals. They are amazing beings and through the work I have done this past week with writing, communicating and also moving through some personal things, the unity has never left and remained constant. I wish to celebrate that! 🙂
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I wrote my chat with Mugsy in the forum feed space. He came through with lots of laughter and love. His energy was very open and bigger space than when I communicated with him last. His humour made me smile and he shared a message about his “colours” and aura energy space. He’s such a delight!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play an intuition game this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did meditate this week, for a total of approximately two hours and fifteen minutes – a combination of focusing on my breathing, “Simply Being – Relaxation and Presence” by Mary Maddux and The Waterfall and Heart Rose meditations.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I communicated with dog Mugsy, the Featured Animal of the month. I let Mugsy talk about what he wanted to which was how important it is for humans to be able to communicate freely with animals again, and how wonderful that will be. I learnt from Mugsy that I am a bit tense and I need to relax and lighten up for easier communication with animals.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
This week I celebrate that I think I had a really good communication with Mugsy.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that if I don’t have an agenda and let the animal lead the communication things seem to flow a lot easier.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did communicate with the Featured Animal of the month, Pat’s dog Mugsy. Mugsy told me how easy animal communication is and how he loves being a companion animal and also helping people to talk to animals again.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
This week I played The Card Intuition Game, getting 9,11,10, 10, 9 and 11 out of 20 correct (when trying to sense the color.) This is not as good as last week, possibly because I was a bit tired when I did it or perhaps I was too much in my head.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Dog sitting my daughter’s two Dobermans who get up early so it was difficult to have my formal morning meditation but they both slept in this morning so I meditated for a good hour. I also have felt more connected to universal love and inner guidance this week.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Bella, cat. We discussed whether she wants another kitty to join the family. She expressed her dismay and then realizing a year ago she was that unwanted kitty who was living in a shelter and how willing her humans were to let her adjust at her own rate and how happy she is now. So, she was more willing to have an open heart.
Numbers 2,3 and 4 are all members of the same family.
2. Albie, maltipoo, 13 years old. He said he was feeling his age and wanted to feel warm and he was sorry about his accidents. When I did a body scan, his bladder came up weak.
3. BoPeep, multipoo, 8 years, queen of the pack wished to express her opinion about everyone and told me who was peeing in the hall.
4. Mitzi, maltipoo, 17 months, the new dog in the pack wanted to make sure she was noticed, so she was the pup who peed in the hall. We talked about what could be her job in the family as well.
5. Frosty, ex-racehorse. Fear of the trailer after an injury. He went in and out of the trailer this week as if it was no problem. We had done a session together allowing him to voice all his feelings about the trailer and his injury.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am getting better at finding out what a client is looking for when asking for a reading and being clear what animal communication is.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? So the discovery is how to talk to prospective clients about what I do before spending a lot of time and energy on them and making sure my services are what they want. I felt really discouraged after a client told me how leash aggressive her dog was. I did the reading and a healing of a past trauma. The client said it was not helpful at all. She just wanted someone to tell her how to walk her dog.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Mugsy is on my list. I haven’t written up what happened with him last week yet.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I played talking to “God.” I have been feeling out of touch with spirit and amazingly, some friends called out of the blue and said let’s have a chat. I feel so much better. We shared the physical loss of our spiritual teacher and I felt less alone with my grief.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
My usual – 10-30 minutes Soul Malas Healing Meditation music before bed in the evening.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to talk to Ginger about how she is feeling with the new dog food I’m giving her after Val talked to her for me last Saturday. So far, all I can go by is her body language, and that tells me she likes the new food. Yay! Still waiting on the Grapefruit Seed Extract to arrive, but giving her the nux vomica daily.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate Val. Without her wonderful connection with our animals, I would be pretty much clueless on so many things!! Thank you, Val. And thank you, Barb, for your input on getting the videos to “play”. 🙂
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I will have to do better with centering and grounding myself before trying to connect. That doesn’t seem to come easily to me.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. Once again, though, I had the thought come to me last week a couple of times about the friends I kitty-sit for when they go out of town. The question was, I wonder when they will be going out of town again. Yesterday I got a text from them asking me if I would be available in May, when they are planning their next trip.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
After I journal every night I do a process called Sensations, Feelings and Needs I learnt from my equine assisted therapy to get myself more aware of my physical sensations and emotions. I am also learning how to imagine offering myself love (Kinda like a patronus)2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a horse named Jack and his human wanted to know if he was happy and that was there anything else she could be doing for him.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I completed the Awaken your Inner Guidance course4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Just the age old question of practicing and trying to decipher what the sensations, feelings and images I am getting mean and where do they fit in the story that the animal is trying to tell me.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No I have not. They communicated with Mugsy as a group on the Q&A call and I couldnt connect with him AND listen to Val at the same time. So now I know what Mugsy is like and who he is so anything I get from him if I do communicate with him my brain will tell me that it is because I already knew it.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I didn’t know there was intuition game because I am new and still trying to find my way around. But i do like to watch a TV show called Million Dollar Hot Seat and if I dont know an answer I will use my intuition to answer it and I do that most weeknights -

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?Yes. About an hour. Mindful exercises’. Listened to calming music, trying to keep mind calm and body relaxed. When relaxed tend to fall asleep.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?Princess, a friendly male tuxedo cat. Frequently visits and more interested in sniffing around and cuddle. I do all the talking, that am learning to talk to animals, needing his help and so on. He just looks at me
Princess, a male tabby cat. occasionally visits. Princess used to be very aggressive, didn’t want to be touched and would get into my house anyway he could and spray. Over time have spoken gentle to him, offered him a titbit and slowly gained his trust a little. Now a bit calmer, he will sit outside, hand feed him titbit, will drop his head for me to rub his cheek but will still let me know when he’s had enough. I talk to him but no response yet. Maybe he’s thinking it over
Both male cats are called Princess and live with different families3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, but not as much or as regularly as I’d like. I’ve been going to a painful space inside to try and work through some old pain, and as a result my sleeping has been particularly bad, so everything has been off kilter this week. I won’t give up though – I want to push through.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Apart from trying to communicate with Elsa, and greet some ducks and birds (unsuccessfully I think), I just did the FAT communication on the Q&A.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Animal communication is affecting every single part of my life at such a deep level – for the better! Who knew that it would lead me this far and so much further to go! I feel such gratitude.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I want to practice quickly connecting more and more – I’m beginning to see that it is getting easier the more I practice.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, with Mugsy on the Q&A call. Love, love, love. He doesn’t overcomplicate things! I have posted.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No. Rocky week. But I’ve been listening to Val’s Dr Doolittle Show to help me. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continue to recover from my auto accident 2 weeks ago today. I saw my doctor last week and was diagnosed with PTSD. It is difficult to focus on meditation or AC. Only meditation has been in groups which was church on Sunday.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I continue to try with communication with my cats Missy and Roxy. I can communicate to them and they answer by their actions but still no conversation with either of them. I also communicate with my cat Princess in spirit. She is different – a soul mate. She is the only one I ever communicated with when she was in body. Now when I think of her I hear “Yes Mom” and can chat with her.
When Missy and Roxy bug me while I’m on the computer by walking in front of the monitor and generally stopping from doing what I am doing, I ask them to show me what they want. Often I’m led to the kitchen. Sometimes Roxy wants to see his cat videos and Missy may want lap time.
Last night I slept a couple of hours then woke up and could not get back to sleep. Missy and Roxy used to sleep with me, Missy either sharing my pillow or on the other pillow and Roxy at my feet of behind my knees. Lately they often sleep in the living room instead which is where they were last night. I asked them to help me sleep since they are so good at it. Missy came and shared my pillow with me and Roxy snuggled up beside me and I was able to sleep.
So I communicate with them but cannot share our conversation since I don’t get words from them.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not communicate with him. Was unable to connect during the call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Nothing to report here either.

1-Meditate: i meditate every day. I have been meditating in the forest to connect with the trees and this amazing peace and silence. I have been taking this class on trees as messengers with Ana Maria Vasquez, I have known her for years, I received an healing from the trees, I feel blessed. I will continue to open this relationship. Also, hugging a tree was pure unconditional love.
2-Practice: connected with one of my friends from Iowa, Kathy, her dog just died on Wednesday, I wanted to give her some comfort so I communicated with her pug, Pookie and I also called on her other pug, Cassie, who also died recently, I needed her help. Pookie was still wondering what was going on, I could feel the confusion still and so I could not really talk with her. I just sent her healing light. Cassie came and explain that Pookie will go in a sort of torpor so some healing can take place and she will be fine after that. I continued to converse with Cassie and reported my conversation to my friends who felt comforted by the message Cassie give her. There is more to the conversation which I may post at some point in Q and A for verification.
3-Celebrate: I am so happy to have had this connection with the trees. They are helping me open my heart again. I am so excited! And therefore helping with my communication with the animals.
4- Questions/ discoveries: I am blessed beyond my acknowledgement.
5-FAT: just in class Saturday.
6- Games: no -

Hi, I agree with Erin here, I cannot listen to Val and connect with the animal during the call. I have mentioned before that it will be nice to have a quiet time when we communicate in the class on the call. Thank you

Erin & Berenice – During the Gold & Platinum Questions and Answer call, Val describes how to connect and includes some questions that you can ask and then there is a bit of a pause for students to communicate. In addition to that, the Featured Animal Teacher is posted within the Forum several days prior to the Q&A call during which time students can at their convenience practice connecting as well as during and after the call.
Please suggest what you would find to be additionally useful for us to consider. Thanks.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
1 guided meditation, 15 minutes
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Pascal, my beagle, squeezed out of the door again and run directly in direction of the gate. I called out for him and asked him, if he wants to risk being hit by a car again and then ending up limping on 2 paws or maybe not being able to walk at all. He looked at me, then out on the street and then came back indoors.I have 4 about 8 months old kittens in the kitchen (all boys). I am trying to introduce them to the big group, but only 1 of them feels comfortable in the kennel the other 3 are scared. Unfortunately, they start destroying my kitchen. I have been warning them many times that I will end their time in the kitchen, if they don’t listen. They don’t care. Today was the first time I grabbed 2 of them and put them in the utility room, which is connected to the kennel. They immediately panicked and were back in the kitchen before I could even close the door. But at least for the next few hours they stayed off the counters and did not throw stuff down on the floor.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Pascal coming back was a major reason for a celebration. Usually, he does not come when I call him (unless I have food in my hand).4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
nothing5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Only during our call last Saturday.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? This has been a crazy week and not much quiet time. When it is like that I have a terrible time settling down and sleep suffers too.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
A dog that has gone missing and I discovered through visiting with him that he had been adopted and then a month later euthanized even though she signed a contract with the rescue to take him in monthly for treatment at the rescues expense. They were to get him back if for some reason she couldn’t continue taking care of him. He is not unhappy he is finally feeling good and glad she helped him.
Then I spoke with my dog Moose who had been taking on all my stuff and getting sick. I asked him not to do that because it is mine and I wanted him to be healthy and happy. I love him dearly and appreciate that he would do such a lovely thing for me at his expense. He is doing fine now.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That it is much easier for me to communicate with those that have crossed over than with the living. Is that normal? With all the problems I have had settling down after a hectic day I had a very strong connection with the missing dog.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions just gratitude for what little I do get with the communication. I know that I get enough of what is right to feel motivated to go on.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried but couldn’t connect.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes. I suck.

3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
50 showed me pain in his body.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I applied my understanding of 50s pain as eyes as the issue. So I learned that i added interpretation at the wrong time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. It is posted.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
