One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes!! Finally right? lol. I’ve been spending time each morning again and it really helps xo.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with 3 cats that were part of a house fire. Their humans were looking for them and weren’t sure if they made it out or not. In connection, 1 of the 3 did not make it out. The 1 that did make it outside was guided by a female being in light. He is now living with a new family who found him. He said it was his purpose that this happened. The 2 that passed in the fire, the one was with the light however the other was stuck. She didn’t understand why she had to go away from her family. I helped her with moving to the light and let her know that she could be with her family this way. She said she wasn’t able to be with them where she was at that time. The Guardian Animals of Lightness helped this process. It was healing on many levels.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate a wonderful platinum masterclass last week on Farm animals. It was healing on many levels.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I do not have any questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I looked at Mugsy’s photo and immediately a flood of information for a message came through. He shared a message to his mom as well as a message about his purpose. He’s such a beautiful guy.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play one of the games per se, however at a course I am attending, we worked with cards and I was able to intuit the one card being a circle.

Questions
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continue my morning and night meditation on light and sound at least 30 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at night. I have started to Qigong again. My mind doesn’t like it though.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? 1. I connected with kitty named Pepper. His human found him at the animal sanctuary where she works. He asked that he not be labeled as a feral kitty anymore and he gave insight why he doesn’t like “strangers” to come into their space. It’s all about his sensitivity to others energy. I put a protective shield around him to help with this.
2. Loki, a Doberman puppy that I watch for my daughter, broke his toe on my watch 🥲 so I have been sending healing energy but don’t feel it’s doing much good.
3. Frosty, the horse has managed to go in and out of his trailer easily and without fear, so I think my part of his equation is over for now.
4. Priscilla the chihuahua that lives with me (for a few more weeks) have constant conversations about her food, her coat, the weather etc.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Receiving confirmation from Mugsy that I know how to communicate and embrace it with love and gratitude and not fear about what I don’t know yet.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? See above for the discovery.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes! Posted.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did not make time for a game from the website but I played another game using intuition but didn’t do very well. I pointed out to my husband how strong his intuition is with a shopping example. He saw butter in the store and thought I should get it but it wasn’t on the list so he didn’t and
I called him when he was on the way home and told him we needed butter. He said oh well, it will work out and it did! We went into a store near our home that is having a closing sale: 50% off the butter! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not enough. Only group meditation during online church service. It has been almost 3 weeks now since my auto accident and they have not been easy ones.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with my friend Virginia’s cat Micky. Micky has a brain tumor and has outlived the vet’s prediction. He has good days and not so good days. Virginia recently had her second covid vax shot and had severe side effects. She has been sick. Micky was concerned about her. So I tried to explain she had had a vaccination – I assume cats understand vaccinations – and had some side effects. I assured him that she would be OK. I think Micky is hanging on because he knows how difficult it will be for her when he transitions. When I met her she had a husband and 3 cats. Now Micky is the only one remaining.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How easily I am able to connect with Micky.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No, I really need to do that. I had planned to do so before this post. We are under warnings for severe weather so I decided I’d better post now since I could lose power.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No, no games.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, guided ones with Val. Also, coming from my Heart. The guided ones were twice a day and lasted about 20 minutes I guess. I do not know how long the Heart space one was. Regarding Heart space-my heart space was a big area and the outer edge was aligned with my Third Eye. Also, my Heart might have been aligned with my Throat, too.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye-different things-one thing was about Love and stuff. Also one of my Morning Dove friends. Also, a dog who was about to transition-I gave the dog messages from the person and the person messages from the dog. Also, a dog who I had connected with not long before this connection (I mentioned about the communication with this dog in the previous accountability)-the dog’s person had some questions. Also, six cats and 3 dogs-we talked about chasing/bullying issues with one or two of the cats towards one of the cats, we talked about one of the cats being afraid sometimes, we talked about peeing outside the litter boxes, we talked about if one of the cats is doing okay eating less food since the vet wants him to eat less food for his weight. One of the cats told me about her liking to walk on top of the dresser and that she saw girls in a movie doing it. The person later in a follow up email told me that she remembered having watched a movie where the girls were line dancing like the ones the cat told me about (like Can Can dancers). The person said that they had always treated the animals like people (or something like that she said). She also said that they have a different understanding now and are aware of them picking up of so much more and being more aware-those weren’t her exact words, but something like that. How she said it was much more beautiful. I am so happy that I opened her eyes to animals picking up on things (like the Can Can dancing in the movie and liking that!) more than most people are aware of. I felt like that was one little step towards people appreciating and valuing animals how they deserve!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Being able to come from my Heart as well as helping one more person and her husband on the road to seeing animals for who they truly are. Also, my Healing and realizing my Heart cannot handle the busy mind and that the busy mind is toxic for me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Briefly, but my energy was not good for that. He said it’s okay if I come back later.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I saw different times that were, if in date form, significant, and feel that it’s Souls who have passed on an Guardian Angels communicating with me.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
The usual – Soul Malas Healing Meditation music 10-30 mins before bed at night. Sometimes I feel that I should change it up, but this one is so soothing and relaxing for me right now, I don’t really feel like trying to find anything else.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Still focusing on Ginger – the grapefruit seed extract came last week and I’ve been giving it to her twice a day. She acts like she feels better. I really wish I could understand what she’s telling me!!! This gets so discouraging sometimes that I can’t get their messages!
Scooter saw our armadillo in the front yard this morning and started to go after him/her. I asked him to leave “Armi” alone, and he went to play somewhere else.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Still working on the centering and grounding of me first.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. Remaining open for any intuitive thoughts coming my way.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been a bit slack on the meditation this week to be honest. I have PMDD so this week was my dysphoric week so survival is the main priority and it is extremely hard to meditate when I am in that phase2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have done a practice animal communication but my own cat has been a bit unwell. She caught a cat flu virus when she was a stray kitten and she was sneezing, very tired and slow so I have be very present and with her the past couple of days being open and receptive to the sensations and feelings she is giving me3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That the neighbourhood cats must now know that my place is a safe place for them because a new black cat has showed up and was all cuddly with me4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My discovery this week is that I not only have to be in observer mode I have to experience life aswell and take the risk of fully feeling it.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No I haven’t for the same reasons as last week. I heard all the right answers on the Q&A call so now I have too much info about Mugsy for it to feel like it would be coming from my intuition rather than my memory6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No I havent but i still play Million Dollar Hot Seat every night and I am getting heaps better at the answers -

Yes. Appx 30 min. Attempted few times during week but sorely interrupted by noisy neighbour and their children. Need to find best time of day/evening to practice. Also 30 min Yoga
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?Princess, a neighbour’s male tuxedo cat regularly visits for short periods, however, this day, decided to stay. He was up and down from my lap, finally settling, almost sleeping on my lap. Princess informed me he was a healing cat for 2 boys (I already knew of 2 young acoustic boys nearby) and job to after me. He let me know ‘Shy’ (I call him Sweetie) was ok and I loved him. I reassured Princess I loved him too. He replied,.’Yes. But you love him more.’ Princess was not judgemental or phased. His attitude was one of acceptance and was right. I felt there was something else connected with ’Shy’s’ disappearance but not allowed to know at the moment.
Princess and I spent almost an hour together. Afterward had strange feeling, felt groggy as though I’d fallen asleep for short time Learnt to have more confidence in myself3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. no6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes but not a lot. A lot of listening to guided meditations rather than anything else.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
No one apart from Elsa – I’ve been ill.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I stumbled upon it.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Not much progress this week to be able to answer this. I’ve been too ill to do anything.

No because I’ve been ill, but I’ve been following others’ posts which I have enjoyed.

Yes the usual except I have been having a terrible time clearing the busy stuff from my head.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Mugsy. Posted. Tried with others but could not connect.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I love it when I get a really great connection with an animal, it’s an amazing feeling. The last few weeks even though I have had communications I haven’t felt it. I just write what I thought I heard or felt.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
When life is so stress filled how do you put that on quiet so you can go about doing animal communication, which is very quiet and requires carful quiet attention? I feel like I need a mentor in my back pocket talking me through it all. I don’t read anything about the animals before I connect with them so what I get is not tarnished with what I know. It still feels like where did that come from? I must have an amazing imagination.

I play guess what’s in my hand with my 7 year old granddaughter, who lives with me. I still suck at that.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, at least an hour a day. Masterclass chakra healing part 3 energy cleaning.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with 50 and realized talking with him can be very clear and easy when my heart is turned up. It can even be easier than talking with other animals because the conversation flows much more like talking with a loved one than having to think of things to ask.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Breakthrough of my heart controlling my mind during meditation.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Did 50 help me connect with my best friends recently deceased mother, Carolyn? I didn’t try to talk with her but I felt like she popped in while me and 50 were talking and it seemed like she and 50 are connecting.
I discovered a little….A LOT more of what our hearts are capable of.

No, I have been quite whelmed with everything else that I am doing and experiencing this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I had a session with Val to navigate what I am experiencing so I can go deeper next time.

1- meditate: absolutely, every day and several times a week I go in the forest to meditate and connect with the trees. I have received healing and support from them. This is amazing!
2- Practice: connected with Mia, my sister’s neighbor Shetland dog who adores my sister and spend time with her and she wanted to know about her purpose and if she was okay physically after a little injury. I feel I got some good info.
3- Celebrate: I continued my lessons with the the go pro business with Val, it is taking me a long time but I keep going despite all my resistances.
4- Questions/ discovery: I really need to have fun and make it a priority then things flow easily.
5- FAT: not this week
6- Games: no games
