One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

I offered a greeting, but still haven’t figured out how to “press play” on the video.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games time. Trying to remain open for intuitive thoughts throughout my days.

Patty, after grounding and settling yourself, release the brakes on you mind and on the animal’s image that is in front of you or within your mind. Be patient with yourself and the animal who may be busy doing something else and needs to turn down the volume of their prior activity to turn their attention to you. Sometimes they are too busy. With your welcoming greeting be open and ask them if they have time to talk with you right now and be okay with their answer.
Perhaps you may want to practice with looking at a familiar picture of one of your own events, releasing the brakes to replay those memories.Moderator

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, three times-maybe about 20 minutes. They were guided meditation by Val.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity- I became one with her and guided her to a piece of chicken Hawkeye didn’t eat. She went to it and ate it when she was done doing whatever she was doing. I also told Serenity she didn’t need to be anxious about something when I was anxious. Hawkeye- I asked him if he would like a heated bed or a heating pad made specifically for kitties. He said he would. I also told Hawkeye to paw me if he wanted me to pick him up and hold him. He pawed me, so I picked him up and held him.
Also, I talked with a dog who was in the parking garage. This dog was so sweet and warm and friendly.
Also, I might have connected with a cat who I will be having a session with once it’s scheduled. I got a hit-not sure if it was from the animal or something else about why the cat is doing a particular behavior his person wants him to stop doing.
Also, a cat I had who passed on came through and we talked. She asked me about my anxiety. She said I have all the Love I need. She said more, too.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. On the journey of seeing things more how my cats see things. This is part of my Healing. I am so grateful to my cats and for them.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, he told me about liking the beach and about his home. He told me more. I posted it for Pat to see the communication.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I might have had psychic moments with the time. I also received communication from those I Love who have passed on. They were saying, “Hi,” I think and letting me know they are with me always-unless they’re doing their own Spiritual stuff on the Other Side. Also, what I mentioned above from my cat who passed on.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did meditate this week, for a total of approximately two and a half hours – a combination of focusing on my breath, The Heart Rose and Waterfall meditations and “Manifest your deepest desires” by Melissa Ambrosini.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I communicated with Pat’s dog Mugsy, this month’s Featured Animal Teacher. I asked Mugsy how he was and how he liked living with his pack of dogs. I learned from Mugsy that I am a bit tense when I try and communicate but that the animals are here to help us humans regain our animal communication skills.
This week I celebrate that I feel I did connect with Mugsy and I could sense his energy and personality.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
This week I had a private session with Val which was most helpful. I learnt that I must work on and focus on getting into my heart- space more. I need to connect with my heart energy and shift out of my head. I need to connect through the heart. I am blocking and disconnecting myself by getting into my head, my mind.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did communicate with the Featured Animal Teacher of the month, Pat’s dog Mugsy. I let Mugsy talk about what he wanted to, rather than asking lots of questions. I learnt that Mugsy is amazed that humans find animal communication so hard, but that animals are here to help us.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
This week I played The Card Intuition Game getting a total of 13, 11, 14, 10, 8 and 12 out of 20 (when trying to guess the color). I seem to be better at this on some days than others.

Angela, congratulations on connecting with FAT Mugsy and hearing his important messages especially for you and about animal being here to help us humans. Relaxing into it does help and is easier when in heart space though remembering to be in our heart space can take practice, at least in my own experience. Val reminds me too.

I test my intuition on a daily basis. Last week i chose games from Val, this week I just paid attention to those strange coincidences like someone calling at the same time you were sending a message to them, or someone calling just after you thought of them for the first time in a while… These “coincidences” are so fantastic..

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Continuing stillness in the tub, working with items to help clear my energy field and working on relaxing my mind.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had a realization today while communicating with Blessing. He is almost deaf and when I was connecting with him with my voice, I didn’t feel too much energy flow. But when I was silent and just connected with him through energy, no words, just my eyes and facial smiles of love, I felt him connect further, things became stronger. He’s teaching me so much.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m not sure what to celebrate this week other than being so happy to animals and how they are so wonderful in every way.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I’d really like to learn more about liability insurance in Canada and if this is something needed for professional animal communication.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did and Mugsy is a wonderful soul. I’m grateful he is our FAT this month. I’ve documented our discussion in the forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play an intuition game this week.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did nearly every day. I am having a difficult time with meditation. I usually do the same ones every time because they work the best for me right now. I do an imagination thing after the relaxation, grounding and heart meditation that works really well for me. Along with Pistols quick connect and the imagination I am able to communicate with an animal.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Wow! This week I communicated with my dog Moose who has been depressed acting for about six months. I took him to the vet yesterday and his blood values were a little off indicating to the vet that he we should keep an eye on it as it is one of the symptom of Cushings Disease but he doesn’t have any other symptoms. I was able to connect with him last night. He told me he had headaches and didn’t feel very well. He also told me he didn’t like the new rescue because she is very bossy. He’s laid back. I was thinking about maybe he is wearing what I am going through right now. I have to take medication for Osteoporosis that messes with my sleep, gives me headaches, Messes with my short term memory and makes me feel awful all day long like I have the flu. What do you think?
I communicated with Mugsy last night but I am not going to post it to his site. Sad and makes me cry and I do not want to make anyone feel sad or worse then they already feel. Suffice it to say that I was right on for a change. I don’t read any of the comments that have been written about their connections with the animals until after I do mine. It is so enlightening to discover that I was able to actually connect and it is correct. I then report exactly what I received from my connection the errors and the things I know I got right. So helpful. I went back to Mugsy a second time and told Him I was sorry for his pain. He thanked me.
I want to celebrate that I was able to find a way to connect with animals when meditation doesn’t work by itself. Things that you think are an over active imagination are not always. I didn’t understand a communication recently but when I went back and read the other connections and feed back I understood exactly what was meant.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Maybe I can do this.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Explained above.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

No.

Betty, our animals often take on our symptoms. When they do, it is helpdful to thank them for their service and request that they release it back to you. Telling Moose about why you are taking the medication and that thhere are some side effects may help him to understand and remind him that he does not have to take them on as his own.
Yes, you can do this. And there are many modes and senses of communication. Start with the ones the come easiest to you, and the others will come later. You are doing great!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I meditated daily on light and sound and added a few of Val’s recorded meditations as well.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I have procrastinated this week as Luchien, my daughter’s dog had a weird health episode which sent me into deep sadness and connected me to some unfinished personal grief so I spent a few days feeling it and releasing. I have 8 clients in the cue so now need to get to work again. I’ll have a huge list next week.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I celebrate my personal growth and evolution.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I discovered I hadn’t completed my grieving over the loss of a dear friend and also some family members.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Mugsy is on the list for tomorrow.

Barb G, digging into old wounds and grief is important work and I’m glad that Lucien could help you move into releasing and am proud of you for taking the time and energy to do it. IT sometime surprises me how our animals know what we need to heal and are such wonderful messengers including of the tough stuff. Getting through to the other side by doing the needed work is a relief. Be gentle with yourself.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Found it difficult to calm down, be still, head busy with general thoughts of everyday life. Managed about 40 minutes this week. Maybe mediation not right for me to try and clam down and connect. Will try mediation with calming music see that helps
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?Am trying to communicate with a male tuxedo cat, called Princess that visits for appx 5- 10 minutes. He cautiously walks around, sniffing and rubbing his cheeks everywhere leaving his scent. Princess jumps on my knee, circles around, pushing my hands to be stroked. Gives me a kiss. After few minutes jumps back on the floor for another wander around. Have tried to connect with Princess, although he often stands and looks at me I feel he’s not ready to speak or doesn’t want to. Still bit skittish. I feel he’s caring cat and wants to trust people first. His purring has quietened down a little. When am walking to/from home Princess will run to me to be petted and possible treat. Think am slowly making progress. Princess lives nearby with a family who has two autistic children
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I celebrated the feedback from Mugsy’s mum – Pat who confirmed Mugsy has a problem with his left foot – always licking it, whereas I was told by Mugsy his left leg hurt. Pat confirmed Mugsys mannerisms were correct. Pleased with feedback from Pat and gaining bit more confidence that I can hear the animals voices. Also celebrate the members who are willing to help
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?No questions at moment. Thinking I maybe able to do this after reading feedback
If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.Yes I was walking up the stairs at home when I could hear Mugsy’s voice as though he’s come to me and not me to him Mugsy, vey quiet, lying belly down head slumped forward onto (soft fabric, white bedding then get picture of him lying on wooden flooring?). Can see and sense he’s upset. Mugsy tells me he and his is mum are very sad but he doesn’t know what to do. We talk about feelings he and his mum are experiencing. I tell him, although Hanna is no longer physically with them Hanna will always be in their hearts. It’s natural you both feel sad, Mum loves you both very much and needs help. If you help her, you will help yourself feel better.’
How long will it last’ he asks, meaning how he feels. ‘A long time but the hurt and sadness will fade but Hanna will always be with you . You will never forget her. t will get easier as time passes. ‘Promise’ he says looking up at me his brown eyes full of tears. ‘Promise’ I whisper. ‘Remember all the happy times you had together.’ ‘yeah’ ‘Those memory will always, be with you’. Silence for a while
‘What would you like to do,’ I say, gently stroking him from head to toe. ‘Help marmy’. ‘How can you help marmy, He thought for a moment as though wondering what to say or do to help. I suggested ; ‘ Maybe go to her, nuzzle her, sit my her on her lap. Let her know you want to be with her. Your mum will know you want to help’ A spark of his old self and purpose seemed to radiate from him. ‘You think so’ I reply ‘Yes. I think so. Would you like to try.’ Now fully seated, he nods his head6. Intuition Development Games! This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Didn’t play a game this week. Picked up a few posters of missing Sweetie Pie (Shy) So been practicing to connect with Sweetie Pie (Shy) Not sure if my imagination that I could hear and see him. Also been trying to connect with 2 immediate local male cats-

Sandy, meditation and being quiet does take practice especially for those of us like me who has spent more time in my head than heart, but the effort is worth it. There are several recorded meditations in the courses and from prior calls – typically at the beginning of all the Q&A calls. When you find one you like, practice with it for a while and let us know what happens.
I’m so glad you and Princess have connected and are continuing your interactions. Keep up your gentle caring. Perhaps the gnetle quiet is what she most needs right now. You are right about animals wanting to be sure, some of them prefer that before the communicate through words. Also check for other communication styles/sense. IS she sharing pictures with you?
Fabulous job with Mugsy!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did – chanting and silent. Every day – some days as much as I wanted, other days not as much as I wanted. About 50/50.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to connect with Fifty, Amber’s dog. I’m not sure that I managed – I definitely got an overall impression of him, is personality – and I know that was right because I can feel it. I’m just not sure about the details that I asked. Good to get the feeling of certainty about his personality.
I also practiced with a cat. It wasn’t fast like it is sometimes. I struggled to connect. At first I got that she had stiff hips, but then I went deeper and got that she had a stomach ache. The stomach ache was correct. But I couldn’t tell the difference myself between the correct and the other.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I practiced more. 😊😊😊
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
How do I know when what I’m getting is right or wrong. Sometimes I can tell, other times I haven’t a clue.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. I connected with Mugsy twice. I did get some positive feedback but ti doesn’t feel like I really did get it right. Not sure what’s going on with me but I will check with myself at the Q&A. Lovely Mugsy!!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No – did rainbows instead but not as much as I would like. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I wrecked my car a week ago and still do not feel well. I have not been in a space to meditate other than the group meditation during my online church service.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Once again I have unsuccessfully attempted to communicate with my cats especially Missy this week. I had planned to communicate with the new FAT this morning but just had a call from my doctor’s office moving my 4 PM work me in appointment up to 11:30. So nothing to report here this week.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing to celebrate this week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How can I communicate when I do not feel well?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I had planned to do so this morning but due to change in doctor’s appointment I do not have time to do this. I’ll meet the new FAT during the call tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No.

Margaret, we are sorry to hear about your accident and are grateful that you are okay. Yes, it can be harder to focus in on communicating when we don’t feel well and when are still in recovery from shock of the accident. Your cats are likely also upset for you. Maybe you could check in with one of our other Animal Teacher Helpers and ask them for assistance.

Thanks, Barb. I’m better but still not totally over it and still don’t have my car or any assurance I ever will. I saw my doctor last Friday and was diagnosed with minor PTSD recheck in two months. This continues to make AC more difficult than usual. Now to do a post for this week again without anything much to report.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Still going with very little sleep. So every time I try to meditate, I fall asleep (even sitting upright on a wooden chair)2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Did a quick check-in with Amber’s dog Fifty. Immediately I had the feeling he is in pain and “arthritis” popped up in my mind, which Amber confirmed.Kitty had her teeth done (as far as I know, nobody in the vet’s office got injuries). When I picked her up Saturday afternoon, she was angry. When I asked her what was wrong, she said she did not like being sedated and having someone poke around in her teeth. So, I explained her that this was necessary for her not to be in pain anymore and to be able to eat properly again. Eventually she calmed down again.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Slowly, the dogs are learning to leave the cats eating in peace. Twice last week I told them I can already start getting their chicken ready, while the cats are eating the wet food, if they promise to leave the cats alone and don’t try stealing the food. It worked.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Not yet. Hope to connect tomorrow during our Q&A call.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Klaudia, I love how you convinced the dogs to leave the cats alone while eating by explaining that you could then get their chicken ready. ANd how lucky for Kitty to have you to explain what was going to happen, what happened and why. I wish we could bottle up and send you some sleep.

Thanks, Barb. It would be very nice, if transferring sleep to someone else was possible. It would be more than welcome 🙂

1- Meditate: yes, as always every day. Also did some heart breathing when I needed it. Did a few shamanic journeys.
2- Practice: I am doing really good with leading the horses during therapeutic riding class and was able to calm Timber when a big noise surprised us. Still trying to communicate live when I am with them without good success but my relationship with them in my work is better though. I communicate remotely with the herd because one of the horses was leaving and wanted to let them know what was going on.
3- Celebrate: I am always talking to my cats and I am glad that Sufi is starting to feel better about going outside again on his own in the morning to hunt. Yay! We are working about rebuilding his confidence. I am happy with my last encounter with the horses, it went very well, my confidence is growing. I am continuing to investigate my connection with the trees.
4- Questions/ discoveries: not now
5- FAT: yes, and posted
6- Games: no -

1. I meditated at least an hour everyday. I always meditate to open my third eye. This week I also added a blessing of the energy centers that sends spinal fluid to the pineal gland through breathing and muscular contraction.
2. I cant remember the name. But there was some issues with the energy around him. I asked what the energy was that was worrying him. I could tell it was a person. I learned that I could see the source of the worry relative to the dog in space.
3. I had a very critical moment with my oen dog. Im so grateful because we know how much more difficult communicating with our own pets can be. I could tell he was in distress. And when I was thinking and worrying, I believe that the answer came to me. I was then able to adjust for what I learned and he totally stopped the distress signals!
4. Do peole stall out sometimes? Can be growing and doing well with communication but then things just stop?
5. Reason for my question above. I tried to talk to Mugsy but I was not successful at all. I got nothing. 🙁
6. I did an uncomfortable meditation described in #1 above. Its uncomfortable mentally for me to focus to do such a meditation as this one. But I’m hoping to balance my energy field and stimulate my thitd eye to be more intuitive.

Amber, congratulations on your discoveries and attempts and their learnings. I’m thrilled to hear thta you and 50 we able to communicate and reduce the stress and related discomforts for both of you.
Yes, plateaus are common and occur often quite unexpectedly. More will come. Dig in and look for the blocks and friction which is sometime hidden in unexpected situations. Be gentle with yourself and your focus. New learning/aspects can take time to have greater understanding and ease and it is important not to force too much too fast too hard.
