One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I continue my daily practice. It’s an important part of my life. I also meditated for a few minutes before each communication as well.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Wisdom from Trees: I show how important it is to be of service. I have shaded these people and their home for many years.
I show how you can be in balance even when your body is not.
I bring beauty to this earth and my petals represent love.
2. Winnie: 13 year old puppy. “Act from your heart, not your mind.”Checking to see if she needs blood tests. I added to do your research and use common sense.
3. Champ, mini border collie who was biting people’s faces. I listened to how he felt when strangers did not respect boundaries. We did a healing on PTSD from a puppyhood experience and visited the angels in the healing vault and they strengthened his energetic boundaries.
4. Athena, mini Australian Shepherd: breathing and bowel problems. She spent healing time in my workshop. She picked yellow healing bed. I replaced her weak organ systems with a print out of perfectly functioning cells. Remote TTOUCHES. Included Disclaimer that AC does not replace veterinary care.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. It has become an important and meaningful part of my life.

Ha ha! Priscilla is the FAT and I am already seeing it’s value. She is jumping on and off of our couch without needing to be encouraged so seems to be developing more independence. (The couch is 3-4 times higher than her body.)6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I continue to play telepathically with my husband!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes-minimum once a day to Val’s for approximately 30 minutes each time. I also connected without Val’s meditation with my Heart and sent Love energy to a morning dove and Serenity and Hawkeye. I also connected without Val’s meditation with Mother Earth and my Star.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye about things. Also the morning dove about what it’s like to fly. I asked the morning dove where the other morning dove who I see quite often with the one I saw yesterday was. I also energetically petted the morning dove and could feel how soft the morning dove is and how one of the areas was sleek and the other was a bit poofier.
I also had a session with a cat and a dog to get answers to their humans’ questions regarding them. The cat also gave me messages for the human.
I also connected with Priscilla and got a sense of her personality and she told me some things. I posted about the communication so Barb could see it.
I also connected with a cat who is sick and going to be transitioning. I need to connect more with the cat.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Being in my Heart as well as being connected to Mother Earth and my Star. 6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games, but I had more with times.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I changed my morning meditation to Val’s awareness meditation in the mornings. Sometimes with her guidance , sometimes by myself.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I try to connect with two little doggies BeBe and Nemo. All I got was just thoughts from my brain making sh..t up, at least that what it really feels like. It’s so 😭😭😭
I do my best to not give up. This is the point where I usually do. I get all kind of messsges as long as I don’t “ try”. It’s like someone or something really don’t want me to do this. My heart is longing for this beyond words and it’s getting harder and harder to motivate myself to try to connect, it feels like I know I’m going to fail and of course that doesn’t help.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I was sitting by a waterhole in a canyon with my digs today and I did my best to connect with every animal I saw. As usual it didn’t go so well but then there was a big big bird 🦅 some kind of hawk maybe a red tail. I didn’t do all the “ connecting things” I just asked if I could please see through its eyes. For a little while something interesting happened. It was like I knew how it looked like inside me but I couldn’t see clearly, I felt a connection of some kind. Maybe that’s worth a little bit of celebration 🙄😬.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I know the more I think and talk about what I feel it’s manifesting more so I dint want to do that ….. sometimes I feel like I’m prevented from doing this and sometimes that feels like a bad excuse. I try to not let it drive me crazy or disappoint me too much.
I love to listen to all the recorded lessons and I get a deeper and deeper innerstanding of it.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No I did not. I have to get myself unstuck somehow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Every day at work I practice the whats taught in the meditation meditation . To be present on many places at a time and it feels great. Still not able to hold it for very long but I feel how I expand and it’s a wonderful feeling.😊 -

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? Whate meditations did you do? you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Appx hour of grounding exercises’ Daily tuning into my 5 senses
2.What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Princess (male) tabby cat still doesn’t want to talk, although I think he does. He has started to put his head towards my hand to give him a cheek/ear rub. Need to have patience with him. Not to force an animal to do what you want
A grey squirrel. He was jumping and running about waiting for me to give him a biscuit. I told him to come to me, he did and waited. Asked he would hop onto a 2 foot high wall to feed him. This he did and sat upright on hind legs watching me. I offered biscuit by fingertips. He slowly walked to me took biscuit and sat down nibbling the biscuit. I slowly moved my hand towards him as I talked to reassure him I would do no harm and that he is beautiful. I didn’t want to touch or frighten him. I sat on the wall watching him eat. When biscuit eaten he started to hop away. I said ‘goodbye’ and thought he replied ‘thank-you’
A lovely small dog was seated by his guardian who was talking to another person. I looked at the dog who stood up, wagged his tail and darted towards me jerking his guardian. I apologized. Guardian said dog must have recognized me. Had not seen dog before and didn’t to my knowledge communicate with the dog
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Beginning to believe I can communicate with animals and they can speak to me. Finding grounding myself a little easier
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Discovered to believe in myself and not be afraid. Repeat mantra ‘ I can do this. I am an animal communicator. that’s becoming more important to me Animals are happy to talk if you listen to them
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Briefly. Will meet Pricilla again Will post to Barb G and when done so will post again for Barb to read. This what i got….
Moment I looked at picture of Priscilla I felt and saw an overpowering of sadness. She had tears in her eyes, tears welled in mine too. She was calm but seemed bit nervous. Asked her what was wrong but didn’t receive an answer. Could sense and feel she had problem with (front?) knees, poss arthritis so doesn’t like her feet hitting hard floor in case she falls and hurts herself. Meeting ended due to my landline phone ringing. Will try again later6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
What’s in the box became available 5 May. Looked at game. No one to play with as know what’s in all my own boxes Will see how I can play this game…. Continued with my own intuition/guessing games including TV games. It’s fun and getting some right answers

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – although a lot of it during the night trying to sleep and bits here and there.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I haven’t – I’m still staying with my mom because my house is having problems so it’s hard to find quiet alone time. I have been making effort to hear and sense the trees as well as Elsa. I think I’m finally getting that I don’t have to think stuff for it to be real. The idea of picking stuff up through my body seems to make much more sense that connecting through thinking. It’s taken me this long to even start to realise that!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The journey of the heart that I’m on. Wow! Irreplaceable and I cannot imagine where I would be without it. Thankyou Elsa and thank you Val.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I realised I was subconsciously trying to prove to others and myself that I can do this – I think I’m beginning to let go of the sense of need to prove that I can do this and just be me.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No I haven’t. I hope to this afternoon before the Q&A tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No ,but I keep wanting to. Things are chaotic right now. All the more reason to do this – I’m getting there. (I hope 😊) -

1- Meditate: yes, I do my TM meditation every day without fail. I learn and practice some other meditations, more active one from Mind Valley. I love it, it’s about compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, vision, perfect day and blessings. I added to my daily meditation. I explored other meditation as well and discover new information about myself.
2- Practice: I am making an appointment with a new friend who wants me to check on her cat which i will today. I always do some work with my cats though and I follow up on cat jane’s Way from last week. I was more interested in studying I am taking new online classes with mind valley about super brain to improve my memory and also Be Extraordinary to help me move forward with my calling and purpose etc. I need to do this so I can have a clear vision where I want to be in 3 years time. I am hoping to unblock something and be happy.
3- Celebrate: I am happy to see that my advice to cat Jane’s Way last week is doing very well with what I suggested to Elaine, she loves the essential oil I brought to her, which was surprising since it was thyme but she was smelling it and couldn’t have enough, I had to trust what I got, it was so strong, even though thyme is a strong oil for cats. Doing excellent with the change of diet, new supplements etc. Yes, something to celebrate. Yay!
4- discovery: it is so nice when you can follow up with an animal and a conscious owner, this is when I get validated and feel we can move forward with helping the animal.
5- FAT: will do Saturday
6- Games: no

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, always before a connection but not as often as I should. I am finding shorter is better for me so my mind doesn’t wander.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Darwin: The first time I got what he told everyone else.
2. Darwin: I told him that the things reported that are wrong with him didn’t make sense to me. Would he please be more open about what is going on with him? Marybeth is very concerned about him as are the rest of us. He said he wasn’t being up front with us because he didn’t want to worry Marybeth or anyone. He said he had a gnawing pain in his abdomen. If he doesn’t move it doesn’t hurt so much. It also wiped him of energy and strength. He lays still and sleeps a lot. He said he has periodic fevers and that makes his skin shed.
3. Darwin: Today I checked in with him and he said he is feeling better but his tummy still hurts but not as much. Still slow, still pealing.
4. Google (Jan Jefferies Cow). I tried to find out what happened to her. She said she is in Spirit. I asked how that happened? She said she was grazing and wandered too far and couldn’t find her way back. She became frightened, disoriented and confused. She started crying for help which attracted wild animals. She told me they got to her.
5. Moose: My dog has been diagnosed with Cushings and I have been able to help him not to be afraid and take his medicine and be cooperative since it is so important. What a difference.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Since I have changed the way I connect, I have become far more accurate with better questions. I’m sure some of it is maturation and suggestions from others plus including the Lord an savior in everything.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What strong discoveries did you have?
It has become easier to communicate with my pets.
Sometimes nontraditional ways work better than traditional.
The first thing that comes across is the right one even if you think your not connected.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not this week but last week. I did last week before I knew she was to be the FAT. I will next week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
As usual, not much. I had a call with Susann that included a Journey (guided meditation) and of course the Sunday one. I have tried a few times to get quiet and just breathe.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My cat Princess in spirit and ongoing attempts to communicate with Roxy. I’ve also tried a time or so to communicate with a bird outside but no success.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing to celebrate – not one of my better weeks.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions or discoveries.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I just tried to connect with Priscilla, our new FAT, but could not. In too much of a rush since I’m late with this report. Hopefully I can connect with her in class tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

ACCOUNTABILITY FOR MAY 8-14
The top of the page is still on may 1-7
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR MAY 8-21 THANKS
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditate daily but this week I actually missed a few days in a row. I could feel the difference ..2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I communicated with Zoe, a family friends cat. She has not been feeling great. I think she became lonely when her people were away for a bit, and did not like the person caring for her.. the vet treated her, and took blood work. I Do think she had an infection or something else, and some organs are affected. we will see.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I love when the people of an animal you communicate with are amazed by things you tell them that are spot on, and amazed that you know this by actually having a conversation with their pet…
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? i have many questions which i find can be hard and long to explain at times, so i will bring up those questions on my phone call with Val…
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
i spent a lot of time with Zoe and will communicate with Priscilla today or tomorrow..
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Always play intuition games, but there is nothing like the real thing. meaning…I have always been sensitive and thought of someone not long before they call me etc… but lately it has magnified. I know when people are going to call, and within seconds they do. before i would think of someone and they would call that day or the next… it shocked me at first when whoever popped into my mind would call me seconds later, but i find it fun!! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Other than Val’s meditation during the class and the one during my online church service, not much. I am working with a CD from Susann and taking time to sit quietly usually with a cat on my lap.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Priscilla our FAT. I had a wonderful connection with her during the Q&A class. I looked at her picture while Val was doing the lead in for our communication with her and she started talking to me. I used to connect this way all the time and it was wonderful for it to happen again.
I thought or commented on how small she is and she told me in no uncertain terms that she is a BIG DOG. I agreed that her spirit which is the truth of who she is, is indeed big. Then my cat Princess in spirit popped in and commented that she had been bigger than that when she was a cat. I asked Priscilla why she choose such a small body and she said she thought it would be fun. I got an image of her going with Barb in a small carrier more places than a larger dog could go.
I learned that I can still connect with animals as easily as I used to do. That is huge. Val did not teach me AC, no one did. I was not even trying to learn. When I was studying Animal Reiki I heard from animals when I offered them Reiki. It just happened. Then I did no do it for a while and wanted to and it was not happening. I did not know how to get it back when it had just happened before. It was wonderful for it to just happen again.
I also had an interesting conversation with Princess, my cat in spirit, this week. Princess has moved beyond the Earth experience to another world of some sort. Any time I think of her I hear “Yes, Mom” and we chat. I was concerned that I was taking her away from whatever she is doing now, and she assured me that she is able to do many things and be in many places at the same time, so chatting with me does not distract from whatever else she is doing. I wish I could understand what her experience is now. She said she has a body but not dense like here, more of what we would call a light body.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The fact that once again I just easily communicated with an animal.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that it is easier for me if I’m not trying to do it, if I just let it happen. It does happen with Princess who is the only one of my own animals I’ve ever successfully communicated with. We had two or three very easy and good communications when she was in body. She has been in spirit for quite a number of years now. When I think of her I hear “yes Mom” and can communicate with her as easily as if I was talking to another person.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – see previous question.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? nothing to report

Yes, every morning, no I do my own version of focusing on one sense and add next one until I hold the awareness of all my senses at once.
I’m still stuck, it’s so silly I know it’s just in my head and still I feel no connection and get nothing, I do my best to not let it drive me 😜 crazy.
I want it so bad I could scream…..3.
I want to celebrate that I felt a feeling outside me , very interesting and I felt it “ deeply “, that’s big time progress for someone who thinks her heard could be closed. 😜
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!I’m working with whatever feeling comes up to allow it, feel it and let it go to be able to hold more light in my body and a higher frequency instead of just trying to be positive all the time and fall off the track because unheard / felt feelings are running in the background.
Sorry I wrote this too far up.What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Could not establish contact with Priscilla or my own dogs, or the cows in the riverbed or the owls in the tree 🥲🥲.
I’ve been practicing mindfulness/ awareness. To listen on a deeper level.
