One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I practice with aston. I got a lot of information, one I could not sort out:I perceived a certain energy on him and it made me feel curiose, but I could not direct it. I asked him, from which background he comes- atlantean, or aegyptian… non of the options is right. I know it and dont know it. thinking about that

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Only group meditations, church, Val’s class, Susann’s class.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I chatted with FAT Aston during the call. I communicated with him while Val was doing the intro. Like other FATs he wondered what the delay was. He was ready to go. I explained that people are learning to communicate with animals and need this to connect. I had a biopsy last week on another possible skin cancer on top of my head. I asked him if he had any info on that and he said it was bad, smelled bad. I hope he is wrong or else I miss understood him. I am still waiting for the lab report.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

How quickly I am able to connect with the FAT on the call. I look at their picture and am communicating with them.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

That I still do not need the long intro to connection. I realized this when taking the courses with Val. Good to remember that.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes, during the class. See #2.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, to Val’s I did with her privately. Usually the shorter one.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity, Hawkeye, my mourning dove friends, two client cats, a cat who is ill.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Learning that I have to go at my pace and that I have to put things in their place.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? A couple, but why ask them here? They probably won’t be answered.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. During the call last weekend I did.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games. More with numbers.

      1. Meditate!
I have meditated mostly in the evenings, also during the day, when possible, even though short, and started to implement a morning meditation too.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I have practiced the connection to my friends, but … something is holding me in receiving, therefore I will meditate more. Time and physical tiredness sometimes interfere with my intention, as I felt asleep a few times.

      3. Celebrate!
I want to celebrate the fact that Aston is the FAT, and I had the opportunity to learn so many wonderful things during the Q&A call.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Q1 :Regarding Aston being the FAT: What does it mean when the students said they see different colored auras? I got red, orange, blue, indigo. Does this mean they sense that the color corresponding chakra is stronger? Or?
Q2: I would like to know which is the best sitting position to communicate with animals and to meditate. Back straight, as recommended in so many meditations, sited in the lotus position, or any other comfortable position will do? If I relax I need something to lean my head to. Is this why I feel tiredness leaving place to sleepiness? Will the soles always have to be flat on the ground? Is it a matter of personal preference or is there a recommendation, or it doesn’t matter at all?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I can’t connect with Aston. Actually I have thought, how should I do it? Should I look at a picture or at the living thing near me? Should I just use my imagination?

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
      No games this week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have not meditated much this week, I only did the Class 2 meditations/exercises and Heart meditation. I might have spent about 10-15 minutes over the week. I was upset and not in a good mental state.
      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I did not communicate with an animal this week, I don’t remember doing so.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I had an off week. I didn’t make much progress. But I get a fresh week to try again.
      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Posted in the Q&A call questions for next month.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not tried this week, I fell into despair and was unproductive most of the week. Not a great mental-health week for me.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
      Clairvoyant intuition game 1, briefly.

1..Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I started the week well, and did more meditation than usual over the weekend and I was feeling great. Then as the working week started I didn’t sleep and got out of rhythm. This the pattern that I would like to change.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been focusing on wild animals and Elsa this week – I struggle with them. I had an interesting and very brief experience with a bird yesterday which taught me quite a lot. I greeted the bird. And the bird hopped away – I thought: Oh that didn’t work. As usual I thought. But then I heard: It’s the dog. I don’t think I made it up. He was hopping away because of Elsa. And I learned: I don’t listen to the replies or I don’t believe what I hear – it isn’t that I can’t do it! I was so pleased because I haven’t been able to figure out why I can’t seem to communicate “on the move.”
3..Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I do need to make sure I’m in my heart and need to keep practising that – and then I need to greet and listen, or rather, be open to hearing. I’m celebrating my “wild encounter” with a young blackbird.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My question this week is: how can stay in my heart while I’m at work?
5.Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes on the Q&A call. I struggled to believe what I got. I thought I couldn’t connect well. But when I wrote it out, I realised I got quite a lot. It always takes me a while to “recover” enough to write out what I got. I also realised that I get more if I take notes as a I go, rather than wait till the end. It’s just hard to read my writing afterwards sometimes.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been practising sensing the energetic fields of plants. I go in my heart and things start to shimmer. I’m going to keep practising this. It’s really fun.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

It has been a very stressful week with a lot of mind activity and old patterns showing up. Listening to guided meditations has helped me a lot in finding a quiet space inside. I usually find time to meditate before going to bed. Also I have been practicing eagle perspective. Imagine seeing from a greater perspective, to feel more space and freedom. Maybe around an hour all together.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I talked with a little dog Luna. She appear as a healer master. With her loving empathic nature she is here to guide humans into their heart and connect with joy and beauty inside and outside. She says humans have been slaves for their egos.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Celebrating is always the same , that I find time to sit with animals and try to talk with them.

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

hmmm wondering if I am just making things up.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes, I spoke with Aston, and will post. I seem to only tune into his personality, getting the samme as last time.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Just practicing to be present and take in information from nature.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, about 45 minutes daily, more on the full moon.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke to a monkey who was blocking the path while I was on a walk….I told him I meant no harm so to please let me pass, and he just moved away and climbed uphill.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am grateful I could complete the lessons available so far for the club membership.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Though I have specific questions, how much time should be spent making general conversation as a warm up?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I made a connection but did not get into it deeper as I wanted to finish going over the lessons first.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did the intuition exercise #2 of visualizing colors.

I did meditate while going through the courses but I have not led myself through mediation yet.I know it is a very important component to TTA.

      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

This week I communicated with a Newfoundland named Lucy. She showed me pictures and feelings of emotion ( joy, happiness & love). She was so happy that her parents never got mad at her for going into the pond off the backyard and that her Dad let’s her get up on the couch with her. There also is a new baby in the family. She said the baby is fine she showed me her walking over to the baby, licking her head and going back to lay down.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I had a huge breakthrough this week. My dog, Athena went in for bi-lateral knee surgery in which she needed to stay the night. For a number of reasons, Athena was not on board for this. While I was not successful connecting with her, I was woken in the night with terrible pain in my left knee and thigh. When I asked her if she was ok the pain level in my knee shot up to an intolerable level. I had to beg her to stop. I received her message loud and clear. I told her not to hide her pain because the nurse may think she doesn’t have pain. I told her to move around and when the nurse comes, whimper, cry so she knows your in pain. That seemed to do the trick. Then I received another message from Athena. I saw a clouded picture of a dogs body ( it wasn’t hers though), the body was starting the thrash in the crate and I could see and feel a panic arising. I was able to soothe her, telling not to panick as she will cause more pain to herself and maybe botch the surgery up. The visual went away and I did feel like there was a calmness in the air. Then the Communication just dropped

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Primarily I would first see a picture and then I could almost feel the emotion as they told their story. With my dog, Athena, I felt physical sensations as if it were happening to me.
      .
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)?

I did not communicate with the FAT this week. It was the first time on the site and when browsing I saw post’s regarding the FAT so my judgment would have been skewed.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games?

This week when going through the Beginning Core course, I participated in the color game. The first color was green. I envisioned a Kelly green like St. Patty’s Day with happiness and celebration. I also saw Kermit the Frog (?) he was the right color 🤷‍♀️. The sender said she was thinking of the same shade of green and she was also incorporating this color in her wedding plans. So I knocked that one out of the park!
