One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

1.) Yes, Val’s meditation which is a little over 45 minutes. I did this at least once a day. I also did exercises from the meditation on my own.
2.) Serenity -I told her something I was thinking of saying for my website and she sensed good energy either from it or me or both maybe. I also connected with Hawkeye but don’t remember what exactly was said. I have felt his Love energy though as well as Serenity’s. I also connected with one of my morning dove friends. I told the morning dove how happy I was to see him /her and happy that they decided to come to my bamboo I have up on my balcony. I had been mentioning this to them lately. I also talked with Priscilla and posted for Barb to see it. I connected with a cat who was transitioning and had transitioned, but I think I mentioned that last week.
3.) Realizing my emotions from Serenity and when I need Love from when Hawkeye goes to the bed to give me Love. The morning dove coming to my bamboo.
4.) Nothing new
5.) yes. I posted the communication for Barb to see it.
6.) more with times. I talked with Priscilla, too. Does the pendulum telling me that I would see the morning dove yesterday count? Oh! Telling the morning doves they can come to the bamboo and then one did-not sure if that applies here. -

2.What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Hawkeye is a cat, I asked him about his favorite thing, and I think he showed me he love being with his owner. I think he is quiet and mature boy.

4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Only the meditation during the remote church service. I have tried to calm down and meditate but have not been successful in calming my mind. I listened to a CD from Susann that was a powerful meditation about connection with my soul. Susann suggested it because I have been in so much stress.
I still do not have my car. I wrecked it the first of March. Living without a car and worry about whether I made a bad decision about the shop to fix it. I have been concerned that I may never have a car again. The good news now is that repairs are complete and the only remaining step is to get it aligned. This will show if major repairs were done correctly. Alignments must be scheduled these days and he has an appointment for Saturday. If all is well with that, I will get my car back in a few days.
This situation has caused a lot of stress for me and made it difficult to do anything like meditate or communicate with animals.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Several brief communications. I communicated with Darwin briefly thanking him for his message that was shared on FB. I also briefly connected with my cat Princess in spirit and continue to attempt to communicate with my own cats.
Oh yes, I think I briefly connected with our FAT Priscilla.
All of these communications felt very “thin” and surface. None of them felt real.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Ease of connection with Darwin even if a very simple communication with no real connection.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
What does it mean when the communication feels thin, for lack of a better word. Like I am not really connected but just making it up?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Only very briefly. I had such a good connection with her during the class but have not succeeded in doing it again. It happens when I am not trying and it just happens. When I want to connect I don’t seem able to.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No, no games.

I did, in the mornings only this week. I worked an almost 60 h week so I was very tired at night and fell asleep listening to the recordings. But now I w quit my job and aiming at cooler and higher elevations 🙏🏻
So I started with Priscilla and I will post the conversation under her picture.
I asked how to pronounce her name just fir fun and I gave my two versions and she laughed such a cute laugh. I never thought of dogs laughing like that and her voice was so cute 🤪. I know Val said similar things before and they can have an accent but it was my first time “ hearing” it, I was thrilled. We talked about her job and she said she’s keeping the family out of trouble, that was adorable. – Just because I look small it doesn’t mean I am- 👀 LOOK!! And she showed me her big her “ aura/energy filed “ was. Super cool little lady! She also said she is entertaining her family by playing and being silly. She said laughing is good!
I ended with I’m sure you are very good at what you are doing! P:- YOU BET I AM!
So cute and funny 🤪💓3.
I definitely want to celebrate now. I still have a long way to go but I at least feel I’m finally on some kind of track towards my dream 🙏🏻💓🥳🥳🥳
I also contacted Tiki the red cat in spirit.
We talked about what Tiki was doing and how it was to be without a body. Free, joyful and fun but I also have things I need to do. I help other animals and humans with GUIDANCE and to my surprise I was shown a short clip of a movie I saw recently about spirit guided. I guess my brain presented that image ? 🤔 Very interesting! He said humans take life so seriously and pay too much attention to details. He told me to enjoy the “ride” and I got a moving picture of a carousel 🎠 with horses moving up and down , also a new thing for me to get back more than words.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I think I’ve already presented my discoveries . I’m so thrilled about this new verity of things happening in the communications. Before it was just like my brain planted words in my brain . I want to trust this soooo much….. and I also communicated with the water and the mountain ⛰ I was sitting by today, just because I was so happy. 😃
Already answers that 😁
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development GamesThis week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been practicing to listen and BEING AWERE of my intuition. To actually pay attention to be guided by it. For example, instead of setting my timer to tell me when the washing machines were ready I trusted my intuition to tell me and it worked great. Also when the riders were on their way back to the ranch I got a message to get ice in the ice bucket for them. I hear things often but if I’m busy I dint always listen, now I did and it’s so much fun 🤩
I’m also on a much higher level of calmness in my body. Funny to feel that because I am a very calm and tolerant/ patient person but it’s in my inner space….not sure how to describe it. Since I really on a deep level identified myself with nothingness, nowhere in no time, I’ve changed a lot.
So grateful 🙏🏻💓🤩
<><>That’s it!!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, 10-30 mins each evening before bed.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My dog, Ginger. I am attempting to give her Reiki for whatever is ailing her tummy. The first night she allowed it, the second night after a couple of minutes she got up and left. I know animals do this when they’ve had enough, so I guess this was her way of letting me know she wasn’t in the mood. I just wish I could hear or feel it from her rather than relying on body language.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I offered her a greeting and got that she was sleeping. Don’t know if it was from her or if my mind made that up.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. I had a dream about a friend this week, the same friend whose kitties I took care of last week, whose health is not good. I wondered at the time if everything was ok with him. Two days later I got a text from his wife telling me that he had spent 3 days in ICU right after they returned from their trip.

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Chloe—dog—why did she not want to transition at the vets? She wasn’t quite complete and needed her human to deeply connect in celebration before she leaves. Could not get whether she needed/wanted assistance.
2. Champ, dog. Does he want to go on a camping trip? He will feel ok if his human stays calm and happy.
3. Rita—Is she ready to transition? I received one word, Daisy. Her human knew it was her ex-husband, Davey that Rita needed to connect with. He came over to say goodbye.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes Appx 90 mins Breathing and grounding exercises
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Belle, a dog. We talked about her friend, Lucian who’s in spirit and the fun they used to have. Belle still sees and talks to him. Belle showed me where she lives, an old house in rolling countryside. Loves to play throw and catch. Belle made me more aware animals know more than we can know and are wiser. Keeping digging deeper during conversations
A squirrel in local park nervously followed my gentle and easy instructions to hand feed him. Slowly as with the other squirrels he’ll know I will not harm him and come for his biscuit. And let me communicate with him
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Connecting fully with Belle, a lovely playful gentle dog gave me confidence
4 What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have
No questions at moment Be calm and grounded and I can do this with the help of animals themselves
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. Will post for Barb G to read. A new dress and dance.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Played own intuition games. Trying to improves all my senses

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Chanting and I managed to fit in one of the full rainbow meditations. Lots if heart breathing. Work is hectic.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
The only thing I did this week was try to communicate with a squirrel in a tree. She stopped and stared – I think that might mean she noticed me.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am learning to “be” with an animal rather than push my energy on an animal.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I’m beginning to see the auras of trees and plants when I shift gears.

I’m having problems with depression. I have not meditated other than to try and connect with an animal. Not very successful.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
A bird.
A caterpillar.
My dog Chloe.
A dog I don’t know.Wasn’t able to make the connections.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m still very new and appreciate all the times I was able to communicate with any animal. I also appreciate those who have chosen to be friends with me and those that have answered my contact with their pets. Such wonderful people.

1- Meditate: yes, I do my TM 2 x day and I added many other different meditations from mindvalley for different purposes in the morning and listen to Val healing recording twice. I go to the woods when I can and yesterday a little new born fan and his mom almost run into me, I was so quiet they didn’t see me, so cute! Ouff! A lot of meditation these days, I feel I need the rest.
2- Practice: not much with animals this week because I spent a lot of time healing myself and also doing some healing work with my mother, she needs it and so it was my priority this week.
I am bringing Sufi, my cat, into some of my meditation to heal him as well.3- Celebrate: personally I handle my fear of the dentist like a pro this week, I am so proud of myself! I went by myself, my legs went soft but I worked through it and all went well, I had a root canal done and it was the right thing to do. the dentist and his assistant were angels sent. I brought a dead deer that died under my kitchen window into the woods to bury her, I am happy I gave her a nice funeral so to speak.
4- Questions/discoveries: I have some deep blockages/resistance with my animal communication and purpose and I have to just take it easy with it. All will be well.
5- FAT: did not get to it. Too much other things going on.
6- Games: no
