One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, to Val’s at least once a day about 45 minutes each time. Did some from her meditation without the recording, too.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye-I told them about my mom coming out here to help them and me move and about moving and concerns and that I have concerns and the like, but think it will be good. I also asked each of them to do something but don’t remember what. I know they understood based by what they did though! Also, I asked if one or both if they thought I should do something particular for my business. I sent Love energy, too. I was also able to briefly just be with Serenity!
I also connected with one of my morning dove friends and sent him/her Love energy. We talked, too, but I don’t remember about what all exactly. I told him/her about me moving saying I Hope to still see them. I was able to just be with the morning dove, too!
I had a beautiful experience this morning with a gnat who needed saving. The gnat was stuck in water. I saved the gnat, the gnat dried out, and flew away. While drying out, I asked the gnat to walk up my arm away from my hands. I didn’t want the gnat to get wet. The gnat walked up my arm a bit. The gnat thanked me for rescuing him/her and said he/she would always remember me. I Love the gnat 🙂
I also connected with Priscilla briefly. She didn’t talk much because she was busy. I told her I Hoped she was having a good time and she said she was. She said it was cold, too. I posted the communication for Barb to see it.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. 1. Yes I meditate at least 10 minutes a day, so I totally meditate around 70 minutes. I just do the breath meditation.
2. This week I connected with Henry, he is a cat, and I sensed he was a gentlemen, he was really nice and kind. And I think he loves to watching people. Especially, when his person is working, he just be there with them.
3. I learned that I need to be grounded and centered first then try to connect with animals, which would increase chance to connect to them.
4. I still can’t get a whole conversation, I can’t hear them or see them. So it is hard to tell which is my imagination which is truth.
5. Yes, I talk with Priscilla again this week, she is still a happy dog, she loves to sit with her person under shades, and she loves hiking.
6. No, but I did heart meditation. -

Yes every morning and this week I did the no body nowhere in no time. Evenings are quite spectacular as well. I’m alone out in the mountains north of Laughlin, high up, beautiful and absolutely quiet, a very silent silence. It’s like meditation when my candle is he only light and no thoughts are coming thru.

I have had no access to internet at all since I left Wickenburg so I’ve been practicing with animals I’ve meet in our homes. I met a great horned toad lizard ( the little dragons) he was a character of few words. He said I don’t see many of you here , that was all.
I connected with a bird and all I heard was hi there, busy, busy buy.
We just drove 15 miles to the 107 degrees hot town to post this today so we’re trying to stay in the game, me and the doggies 🤪.

I want to celebrate the quiet space in my head every night, is more than quiet, it’s a calmness, a profound stillness I’ve never felt before. It feels like time has stopped and nothing is going on anywhere, a very spacial feeling. I hosted a full moon ceremony out there and a few people showed up to celebrate our new awesome world, love and care for ALL ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
So I also tried to connect with bees 🐝 is a tree, like their group consciousness and with hundreds of ants. The ants were very interesting, I felt them in my body, running around, and it was a myriad of little voices mumbling, no words, I just felt they were very occupied and like little machines. No breaks or pauses, very sure of their task and no questions. How do I best connect with a group consciousness?

I apologize fir not being able to post the last times chat with Priscilla . I have it written down and when I get to a better reception place I’ll post it. Very hot here for my doggies to wait for me.

This week I have really embraced me little messages and given thanks for all the reminders and stuff I not always pay attention to.
I know it’s not always good to live like this “ being in school” but it’s awesome to have a house on wheels and just be in nature daily.
Thanks for understanding 🙏🏻❤️

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I deviated again!!! Besides my usual Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, I have a new one which I also like, which I did for 3 nights before bed. Both 10-30 minutes each.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Just normal conversation with my fur family. Ginger had her third chiropractic adjustment last week. I asked the chiropractor to use the activator on her this time, as the cracking with the hands she doesn’t like very much. I don’t either. I also asked if we could try it without a muzzle because she really HATES that muzzle. Things went better this time, and she actually began to relax a bit before we left the office. Shilo had another incident where he acted like he was colicking, so I did Reiki on him again until it passed. I changed up his food a bit to see if that makes a difference.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I tried, but didn’t receive any message.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. No intuitive thoughts this week, but I remain open.

Had a breakthrough in meditation, heart space, and quantum field experience.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do?
Not sure if it counts ass meditation but it feels like it should. I have been repeating the soul repair and healing masterclass. I haven’t managed every day but nearly every day so that is about 40mins a time in addition to the usual meditation style tapes I play in the background while doing mindless things.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I speak to everyone I meet, with varying levels of success. Most efforts don’t work because they are quick and on the run, like greeting a bird that lands on the fence etc. But a specific example of communication is with Ted, who is my turtle friend. I suggested to Ted that she should go outside for some sunshine. I was mindful that she had previously indicated feeling quite nervous about being outside so I said that I knew she didn’t like going outside but it is essential for her own health that she get some sun. I received “actually I’m OK about going outside. It’s fine. I’m not frightened now” and she swam towards me to be picked up out of her tank.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am more and more happy to actually tell people that I talk to animals without caring if they think I’m a nutter!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
If animals can talk telepathically to each other, how is it that they can get lost. My blind horse Candyman often loses his paddock made and calls frantically for him, sadly he rarely responds (I sometimes get the feeling that he actually gets a chuckle out of this situation) but will eventually move back round to where his panicked friend is. How is it that Candy can’t tell where he is?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? No I have not done so. The past couple of weeks have been consumed with my own healing journey and many other things have suffered.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No I don’t think I have really done one of these this week. Same reason as above. -

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Appx hour plus grounding and breathing exercises during the week
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Buttons – White pony. We talked about his hoof and t problem. He doesn’t like being away from his herd and in a stable while recovering. He enjoys working with ‘special’ (disability) children. Told him will pass on message to guardian he wants to be with herd as that will help with his recovery. Learnt animals will trust you and you to be true to them3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Lovely conversation with Priscilla who took me on a journey to a part of her past life
Celebrate continuing to learn from the animals and feedback from guardians so gaining more confidence. Am obtaining more information correctly
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you
While listening to Q + A session, members obtain lot of information very quickly about the animal, whereas I sometimes don’t. Is this due to experience and practice?
Would like to know meaning of my last communication with Priscilla – re farm, puppy, the numbers 30 + 40 and so on. Not sure if Priscilla showing me a past life or something in my imagination,
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes Priscilla. A interesting, long conversation. Posted in forum for Barb G to read. We talked about a dress from previous connection I had with Priscilla. Then Priscilla took me on a journey/showed me a farm, family and Labrador type dog. We talked of when she was a puppy chasing cat and chickens. The numbers 30 and 40 flashed across my vision.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
While in shop picked up small box, rattled and smelt it, Box being bit heavy, i guessed a jar but couldn’t tell what was inside the jar
Also did my own intuition games during the week. Results, about the same as other weeks. Maybe being busy this week my mind not focused

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Some days a little – one day a decent amount. I’m still staying at my mum’s because my house ceiling fell in (long story) so it’s not so easy to manage my time as I want, but I did stop and put the meditation back at the centre this week – so essential!
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried really hard to connect with Elsa because she had a mysterious wound on her back – I got some vague impressions of a tussle with a pale brown dog, and she wasn’t happy about it – but then the vet said he thought it might have come from a fatty cyst that may have burst. So I don’t know.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that I posted about Priscilla and got some really specific details right. It hadn’t felt like I had got them right – and I was getting despondent….
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
So I discovered, not for the first time, that my brain is not always my friend when it tells me I can’t do stuff and I really should ignore it – because I did get stuff right with Priscilla!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not since the Q&A call, but I feel encouraged by Barb’s feedback. And she is soooooo sweet and wise – and I feel she felt she could help me. What love, what generosity of spirit!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been doing Heartmath heart breathing techniques to help me get to/stay in my heart. -

1- Seem to be making progress here. I did a 5 day challenge through a company that has a technology that when you listen to it does the work for you & has you meditating at a master level. Also started a 21 day challenge with Deepak Chopra. I felt different with each one but like how I felt after the 5 day one. I’ll finish the 21 day one & then decide which one I want to continue with. The Chopra one is about 10 minutes, where the other was around 30.
2- Still haven’t communicated with any animals as of yet.
3- Making progress on the meditation front.
4- No questions or discoveries this week.
5- Did not communicate with the animal from this month. Still don’t know how or how I receive messages.
6- A new lesson opened I believe yesterday so I am planning on tackling that this weekend. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
This has been an unusually stressful week and I confess I have not meditated much. I had group meditations in virtual church and during Susann Taylor Shier’s group call.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
As usual I have attempted communication with my cats Missy and especially Roxy with little success. They seem to get what I communicate to them but I don’t get a reply. I have also communicated with Princess in spirit a few times. Nothing significant to report about communication with Princess. I vaguely recall a brief connection with the FAT the beginning of the week but too long ago to remember details.

I communicated with the FAT during our Q&A previously reported. I had another communication early this week asking how he had enjoyed being FAT. Not sure if that was this week or last. He has loved it.

I’m sorry I lost track of the day of the week so this is late.

Scoobie – my dog. I asked him if he was happy and he said yes. I asked him if his tummy has been hurting and he said no. I asked him if he would paw me so I would know he is having a problem and he said he would. Is there anything he wants to share with me and he said don’t worry so much I am always with you. He is too.
Chloe – my dog. Are you happy? An audible silly giggle and a yes. How do you feel about things right now? The others are a little troublesome at times. Weeeell you are in heat which means your body is telling them you their help to make puppies. You have a couple more weeks of this beautiful. I have had puppies. Yes you did. We will fix this in August. I love you. I love you too. Anything you want to tell me? Yes I don’t want total to Sheila anymore. Oh my why not I thought you liked Sheila.(former Mom) I don’t want to be sent back there. No worries love this is your forever home. Then she said she likes the food and feels loved.
Bubbles – Are you happy? Yes Is there anything you would like me to know? Some of the new food sucks. You don’t like the fish. No! (I had to change the food I make for them because of Moosi’s Cushings.) I use different meat each time I make it. I Talked to about going to the groomer. It’s scary for her. She said she would try to be brave like Moosie. Do you know you are loved? Yes I love you.
Moosise – My dog. Can you tell me how you are feeling and if the medicine is helping. I’m feeling better, still a little tired but the medicine is helping. Is there anything you want me to know? Yes the last batch of food was terrible. I hate the fish. Thank you I don’t have to give you fish. I love you. Do you know you are loved? Yes. Can you try and give Chloe a little break she is feeling a little upset. I don’t want to hurt your feelings but you can’t make puppies. I know you still want too.

Barb Grout. Week ending on May 28:
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, every day although I was in the process of moving so some days were shorter than others. I am finding that there are ways to incorporate meditation into your life including standing meditations and gardening meditation and driving meditation. It’s about feeling connected to heart in all that you do.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Phone session with Rita, dog who was dying and Anna her human. I heard the word “Daisy” and Anna, the human started to cry and cry. She said it’s Davey. He is my ex-husband and friend. Anna called him that night and he came to say goodbye to Rita the next day. So even though I thought I heard Daisy, it triggered the human who knew what she had to do to have closure. This was an amazing experience.
2. Bombay, cat who is very sick. I did a body scan and confirmed low energy in liver and kidneys. Somehow during this session we went back in time to a time when Bombay was abused and kicked in the kidneys. Ho’oponopono Prayer. Released fears and trauma and then saw her run away and find the human she now lives with.
3. Poker Face, kitty. Doesn’t like the new kitty who was homeless and has joined the family. Listened to all that she had to say until she realized if she was homeless she would wish for a family to take her in.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I have learned to TRUST the first impressions.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have discovered my communication times with animals are very healing.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. DAILY. Priscilla is the FAT this month.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Not official games but connected with intuition/guidance on a daily basis.
