One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity. Hawkeye. One of my mourning dove friends. Other animals I had sessions with. One was quite aPAWzing because she hadn’t been using the potty patch grass pad. During the call I asked her to go to the door and paw if she had to potty and when her mommy lets her out to potty on the potty grass pad. SHE DID EXACTLY THAT! She had never pottied on the patch of grass! Her mom was AMAZED and mentioned it in a review!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
The usual 10-30 minutes of Soul Malas Healing Meditation music each night before going to sleep.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
No sooner had the Phoebe birds fledged out of my barn, literally the next day, the swallows were back checking out the nest they built last year. One sounded the alarm, I felt that they were surprised and not pleased that their nest had been made over by someone else. They are now making it their own again for another family. I’m so happy to have them return!
I just want to add how sad I feel for the animals whose humans have no clue or don’t believe in animal communication. One of my neighbors had 2 mini donkeys ever since they moved into their house, it’s been several years. All of a sudden, the donkeys disappeared and several goats appeared in their pasture. I asked where they went, and was told that for various reasons they had been shipped off to a farm in Texas. No one asked them. No one told them what was happening, and I feel like they wonder why all of a sudden they were taken from the home and people they had known for years.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet. She is a beautiful girl!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. Leaving space for intuitive thoughts to come to me.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
A whole lot of stress busting meditation, a little bit of soft focus meditation and some heart meditation. A total of about 20-25 minutes this week.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Shadow, the mother cat that I am fostering. She got worked up hearing my pets on the other side of the door. I tried to send her peaceful, calm and safe feelings. I works in the sense that she feels safe with me and purrs. I get the sense she is reassured. At the same time, she is still suspicious and hostile towards the other pets through the door.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I feel like I haven’t made a lot of progress this week. But I am grateful for the opportunity and means to support a mother cat and her kittens that needed shelter, and to watch the babies grow.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
If see an animal outside on the street, I’m not sure how to instantly get into a state of mind where I am able to communicate with it. Is it something that comes naturally with practice? It normally takes me a lot of time and meditations to get into a space where I am receiving anything at all. Will I always need to take a few minutes to get into that headspace?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I haven’t had the chance to communicate with Rosie yet. Hoping for some major breakthroughs this month.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play any intuition games this week. Not that I can recall. I have been making some changes in my diet and lifestyle to live a cleaner life, so I am not blocking myself with toxins or stuck energy. I already see a few health benefits from it, and am optimistic about how its going to impact my intuition and my spiritual journey.-

With practice, it takes less time to enter the quiet space to be able to communicate with animals. Follow along witht the preparations to chate with our Featured Animal Teacher FAT on our Gold and Platinum Question Answer calls for tips on what to consider, and notice the feeelings so that they can start to ‘switch into gear’ whenever you want to talk with an animal. Don’t rush or blame yourself as this takes practice which takes time, yet, it will come to you.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Once again I did not meditate much this week. I have been sick with a UTI and I have a skin cancer on top of my head that has been biopsied and I am waiting for surgery to remove it. The biopsy site is painful and distracting.
I did have a very powerful private session with Susann which of course included lots of meditation. Or was that last week? I forget. I had a zoom session yesterday with Susann and her membership group which was also lots of meditation.
I had an in person Reiki session with a wonderful new client on Wed. A Reiki session is a meditation for both of us. And I am teaching a Reiki workshop this weekend for that gal and one other so will be spending much of the weekend in meditation with my class.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I just posted this to the discussion for our new FAT.
I just introduced myself to Rosie and told her she looked like the cat Bootsie I had as a child. I thanked her for being our FAT this month and asked her if she was excited. She said she is. And she asked what it meant. I told her that people would be talking to her off and on all month, that we are learning how to communicate with animals and we need her to teach us. She asked how she is supposed to do that and I assured her she was doing it. Just communicate with us. I asked her if she had any message for me and she said no, not now, that I had given her a lot to think about. I get that she is a very smart cat and will take being FAT very seriously. Thank you Julie and Rosie.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How easily I was able to connect with Rosie.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing o report here.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
So much meditation this week. Spent time doing cleansing bubble meditation and chakra balancing with my sister. Teaching her the value.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Talked to my cats. Starting to feel the different individual energies.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Through this journey , I have been focusing on my self healing, so I can progress with my animal communication. I have been pursuing a certification in crystal healing. I completed 2 of my 3 volunteer sessions this week as part of my final to graduate.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Discovered I am starting to identify different vibrational frequencies and energy from the cats… Also discovering my desire to learn multiple healing modalities for animals. (And maybe humans. I can’t learn fast enough
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not. The week was so busy with the holiday, and my sister in to visit.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I worked on intuitively choosing the right crystal for chakra balancing during my healing sessions.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. I’ve been off work for a week so I had time to meditate every day. 😊😊
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with a cat called Marvin. I was worried because this wasn’t part of the club. I communicated twice with him to make absolutely sure – and still I wasn’t sure. But when I fed back – everything was accurate! And I’m delighted because now I think some other people will start to take the high status of animals more seriously.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I got two clear accurate things that animal guardians could verify. Reassuring for everybody.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
To always ask an animal for something very concrete their guardian can verify. Also I had underestimated the crucial role of the imagination. It’s starting to make more sense to me – that it isn’t imagination, it’s like a portal.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. And I posted and got positive feedback for all of it – so I’m determined to be more brave about asking for clarification and concrete things to verify. As well as for help 😊
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been very consciously working on being in my heart and greeting animals, trees, plants out and about.
