One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated before communicating. I used a body sweep meditation followed by a grounding meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with my friend’s dog Murphy. She was worried he had a tooth ache. I didn’t sense anything. My friend found out later that he had Lyme’s disease and facial paralysis.
I also communicated with Pippin, a 14 year old cat who was posted on a Facebook group I belong to. We communicated about personality and interests. As usual, I was good with the personality and interests. However, my visuals were not accurate.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m struggling to come up with something but I suppose I should celebrate that I do generally communicate well about personalities.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
The dog I communicated with had facial paralysis. Is it possible for him to communicate that feeling given that it’s probably and absence of feeling — numbness.
I have not been practicing with other people’s animals much because I’ve been focused on my own animals. I noticed that the communications are not flowing as well as when I was practicing a lot. I need to get back in the habit of communicating with other people’s animals.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not because I spoke to him last week. Are we supposed to have a running conversation with the FAT?
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
There is only one intuition lesson available to me right now and I wasn’t very good at it, so I continued with my “improve visualization hypnosis” recordings since I really want to develop that skill.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I’ve been having a lot of fun meditating this week, although still not as much time spent on it as I would like (I spent about 25 minutes this week). I’ve done the stress busting meditation, some meditations from the beginning animals course, and a meditation I made up which is a hybrid of the creative imagination exercise, the Clairvoyant Intuition game 1, activating all the senses, alternating between my own POV vs someone observing me, imagining being an animal etc. I try to combine as many elements as I can into it from the 3 classes I completed, and it’s very immersive and a lot of fun. I call it my “Rainforest meditation”.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Tried communicating with Turkey again, but I haven’t completed my beginner’s course yet, so I’m not sure how successful I was with that. I tried to send her calm, relaxed and centered feelings, and videos of her (in my POV, because I’m imagining being her) observing someone in the street, feeling the urge to bark at them, and then relaxing and letting go of that urge and absolving myself of that responsibility. And I feel feelings of relief and a big sigh, as I realize that I can relax and let my guard down and that it’s not my responsibility to guard the street/house.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have made a lot of progress with my meditations and my ability to focus, and relax. I also had a really stressful moment yesterday, but I managed to feel calm and relaxed through it. I believe meditating is making me better at handling stressful situations in my normal day-to-day life.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Any tips on how to tune in to an animal, or indicators that I am doing it correctly. I would appreciate any suggestions/critique of my post, what I am doing right and what could use improvement.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I haven’t this week. I am still not certain about how to connect with them. I wouldn’t have any response to report in the forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Clairvoyant Intuition game 1 (playing video in my head, pausing, zooming in, zooming out, noticing details, walking around etc). I am practicing this often and trying to make this come more naturally to me. I also touched upon the 2nd game, and focused on some colors (green, blue). I have yet to dive deeper into game 2. -

1. Same usual meditation on my own, not as much as usual because I’ve been travelling, and my Mom is visiting. Filling myself with love anytime, when I remember.
2. I have not been able to talk to any animal this week, but have been practicing “be one with an animal” – the animals I connected with at the zoo last week (bald eagle, puma, snow leopard).
3. I had a wonderful talk with my kitties, thanks to our professional communicator. I am very thankful for her!
4. Nothing new
5. Have not tried yet, focusing on “be one with an animal” instead
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games – finally there is ONE game unlocked! I just saw that, haven’t tried that yet. Same practice with my app games, and just plain old daily life.

1. Meditate!
I have meditated as usually in the evenings, and time permitting also during the day. I love Val’s meditations.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I do try to connect with all my friends… As I am in the process of healing my self, I have tried to share the energy I have received in order to heal Rita (dog), Rosie, (cat) and my own friends. I think they feel my relaxation, and I think I am opening and actually transmitting something different, because Boumba was very lovely one evening when I had my hands heated up, and I have imagined sending good healing energy through all his body. I practice with Boumba because I am afraid he might suffer from gingivitis, because he has a red line around his gums, and breath is a little smelly. I also visualized in mind his body healing, and his energy field strong again, and to all of them.
3. Celebrate!
I want to celebrate the confirmation received from Lee regarding the tiny bit I got “visiting” Sal. Thank you Sal! Have written all about it in the post with Sal as the FAT. Thank you Lee!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I would like to know if my friends are Angels, Guides, Teachers, Healers… What am I to them? Is the human form of living actually the weakest or we are connected anyway?
Also, related to the fact that Aston is the FAT, I would like to know what’s his mission? Perhaps I will find out during the call. 😊
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I could not connect with Aston, perhaps being a novice and blocked by already knowing him so well. Will try again though. 😊 I am fighting to give up my big expectations. 😊
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I liked the ideas presented there with the box containing something and with the colors, but even though is not an excuse, this week had no time. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
The usual, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, 10-30 minutes before going to sleep each night.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I told a pair of Canada geese that were checking out my horse pasture for a nesting site that as much as I would love to have them stay there, they would not be happy when I come out there with the lawn mower, and not sure how they would do with the horses. So I asked them to find another place.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I offered Aston a greeting, but received nothing in response.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. Always listening for intuitive thoughts though.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Managed about 40 minutes this week which was good for me this week – needed to calm down plus sat quietly outside very late in the evening for about an hour attempting not to think about anything and just listen to sounds around me.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Neighbours tuxedo princess to help her stay calm and attempt to find out what is troubling her when tabby princess, who comes into my garden, sits quietly or has drink of water. Gradually she is becoming calmer. Am also getting them to sits closer to each other by giving them a treat and telling them they are good girl/boy
Male tabby and female tuxedo both called Princess by their individual guardians
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

No questions at moment.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet but will do so
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I used the heart meditation when I talked to the animals. And in the evening before going to bed I listen to Mooji from youtube. Maybe 50- 60 min
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with BC/German Shepard mix 11 year. She appeared nervous and sensitive to me, and I felt that she had a little difficulty with her impulse control. She needed a lot of safety and grounding from her owner. She said she never wanted to hurt someone. Trying the best she can, but get easily stressed. Looking forward to get the feedback from the owner about her personality . The dogs name is Sheelah and she is so beautiful.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrating is always the same , that I am on this journey .
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
hmmm wondering if I ever will be able to go past my own doubt.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
This week I did not speak with Aston, but will pick up the thread again on saturday at the Q&A.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I tried guessing the cards again, but not so successful.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. I spent a weekend in the lake district (UK) completely immersed in nature and had time for extra meditation. It has helped me locate my heart and inner self more confidently. This morning I made time to meditate in my garden for 15 minutes and sent out a plea for help to fit into the “real world” – meaning the world of work and money and stuff like that. I heard: This is the real world. It was a great reminder.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I spent the weekend trying to communicate with everything! Trees, water, rocks, animals in fields – everything. I found it difficult to tune into the animals, but much easier to tune into rocks. I was taken aback at how eager everything is to tune in to me. I think with animals, I still have a default of expecting words. I spent quite a lot of time tuning into a small herd of cattle. It took a while but eventually I really felt the connection. Pure love. It was so beautiful. Then this morning, I was passing by the field and looked up. The herd was all lined up looking at me. Coincidence? I don’t know but I was feeling down about work, money, etc – It was so beautiful and encouraging.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I am feeling much more confident. 😊
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I discovered that I can really increase my heart / love energy and its great!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No – not yet. I am looking forward to Q&A tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Over the weekend I was walking a lot alone and made sure to slow down and stay in my inner self – it made connecting much easier. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not much – just the group meditations.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Princess my cat in spirit. I had another biopsy on top of my head yesterday. I am still reeling from that. Biopsy for a skin cancer involves removing the growth and sending it off to the lab. I was left feeling very spacey and yesterday afternoon was in a lot of pain. I am not in pain today but really do not feel well.
I had a phone session scheduled with Susann to work on what is behind this skin cancer. It has been six years since I first discovered it and it has been treated and removed over and over again for over 5 years including Mose surgery last October. And it is still there. So we were to work on what is going on on other levels since removing it at the physical level is just causing it to come back over and over. Unfortunately we had to postpone since I really was not up to doing the session and fortunately she had something come up making it better for her to postpone as well.
Anyway, I connected with Princess and asked her about it. She is very high level soul who has moved on to other worlds now. She agreed that working with Susann on it is a good idea. She felt it was cancer again. Three months ago it was treated as precancer. It may still be precancer, may have become cancer or might be benign. I will get the report next week.
So I connected with Princess and asked her about it. I am not in any space to communicate with anyone else. Of course I have continued to attempt to communicate with Missy and Roxy. They have been very cuddly to help me but no conversation to report.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing to celebrate this week other than that I can still connect with Princess. She is the only one of my cats I’ve ever had a good connection with.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions just now.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Last week, not this week. I look forward to connecting during the call tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I do specific meditations every day as part of my spiritual practices, plus Val’s stress busting, grounding and connect to communicate.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I communicated with one of my rescues who’s been off balance, trying to reassure and calm her. I need more practice to receive her messages.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I feel inspired and grateful that I’ve been able to join the club and start a journey I’ve been wanting to take for years.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How do I know what I’m getting from my animals is not prompted by my knowledge of them?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I’m afraid I haven’t connected with the FAT yet as I joined a week ago and have been working on the lessons, as well as going over the course content again. I hope to communicate with FAT and another teacher next week.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I read the first article on developing your intuition, and focused on the first step of centering, quieting the mind and being aware of the present. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditate almost every morning in my sacred space. I have been very focused on chakra balancing to facilitate my healing efforts with. Animals and humans.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I was oot all last weekend with my daughters, so I communicated with my cats each day at home to check in and let them know when I would be back. I realize how effective by the way they react when I get home, It’s almost like I wasn’t gone at all.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I listened to 2 masterclasses this week. I learned about shielding and am quite sure I am an empath. I am working on my own shield and learning so much about self protection which is invaluable to me and my own personal journey.
I also am celebrating my progress in transitioning the kitties to their new food. A lightbulb came on for Sal, and he is now eating the wet food!!!
Also, my kitties all 4, seem to look at me like I am much smarter….
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
So many questions have been answered in replaying the masterclasses. I am like a sponge right now…
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have tried to connect with Aston a couple times and got the impression that he was sleeping and perhaps a time difference? I did try to have Sal talk to Aston about what to expect, and Sal told me, “Mom he will be fine, he’s got this”
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have not played any games, I am just noticing what I notice that others don’t. And trusting what I get a whole lot more.
