One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      1. Yes, I meditate everyday, so I totally meditate around 50 minutes. I did breath practice.
      2. Vayu is a cat, I asked him about his favorite thing, and I think he showed me his dry food.
      3. I think I’am able to receive my pet’s message.
      4. I recently finished the beginning course by myself, and I think I still can’t see or hear anything from animals, but I think I can smell something.
      5. Yes, I talked with Priscilla, I just asked about her favorite thing, she showed me a car face, and I felt she was confident and independent.

1.) yes-Val’s at least once a day either with the recording or things from it and the previous recording on my own. I am not sure how long on my own. The recording times were a little over 45 minutes I believe. Also, during the Q &A Call.
2.) Serenity and Hawkeye about things. Morning dove about things. A cat who is in the pro cog passing on about things the wanted me to tell his rescue care giver as well as found out things from him for the rescue care giver.
Priscilla during the Q& A Call and right before doing this. I posted for Barb to see the communication.
      3.) Healing
4.) one of Hawkeye’s purposes is to give me Love and teach me about Self Love. I have started to let it in.
One of Serenity’s purposes in this life is to help me to be aware of my energy and to teach me to take things slowly and to realize it’s all going to be
      okay.
5.) yes, I posted for Barb to see the communication.
6.) more with times. Also, one time I guessed the time would be 37 minutes in the hour. When I checked it was 30 minutes. When I checked again it was 37 minutes in the hour. I think there was intuition taking part.
      5.)

Hi Barb. That was a typo. Meant to say she “has” alot to say as in, i somewhat connected with her but i sense there was a bit to unpack and I couldn’t get into all of it right then so I would need to come back later. I’ve posted in the FAT forum 🙂

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Besides mornings and evenings I am adding a few minutes meditation throughout the day to keep my awareness more internal.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected with Lady a black lab as she was leaving her body and she said she was returning to deep love. I connected with her pack, Emma, Cheddar and Buddy afterwards and we had a group share and a joy filled howling and yipping send off. She was in deep pain and her humans made the decision to let her go. She said she was ready.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have a deeper appreciation every week for what the animals bring us.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I never know how best to work with traumatic situations as Lady’s human (and others too) contact me way too late in the process. It’s really difficult to assess the situation. I did my best but feel I could have done better.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes! Every day!

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I keep playing intuition games with my husband.

        1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditate daily but this week I actually missed a few days in a row. I could feel the difference ..

        2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I communicated with Zoe, a family friends cat. She has not been feeling great. I think she became lonely when her people were away for a bit, and did not like the person caring for her.. the vet treated her, and took blood work. I Do think she had an infection or something else, and some organs are affected. we will see.

        3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I love when the people of an animal you communicate with are amazed by things you tell them that are spot on, and amazed that you know this by actually having a conversation with their pet…

        4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? i have many questions which i find can be hard and long to explain at times, so i will bring up those questions on my phone call with Val…

        5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
i spent a lot of time with Zoe and will communicate with Priscilla today or tomorrow..
        6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Always play intuition games, but there is nothing like the real thing. meaning…I have always been sensitive and thought of someone not long before they call me etc… but lately it has magnified. I know when people are going to call, and within seconds they do. before i would think of someone and they would call that day or the next… it shocked me at first when whoever popped into my mind would call me seconds later, but i find it fun!!

Barb, the link on the pull down menu took me to an older accountability post. I posted there before I noticed the dates so copied and am posting again here.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Other than Val’s meditation during the class and the one during my online church service, not much. I am working with a CD from Susann and taking time to sit quietly usually with a cat on my lap.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Priscilla our FAT. I had a wonderful connection with her during the Q&A class. I looked at her picture while Val was doing the lead in for our communication with her and she started talking to me. I used to connect this way all the time and it was wonderful for it to happen again.

I thought or commented on how small she is and she told me in no uncertain terms that she is a BIG DOG. I agreed that her spirit which is the truth of who she is, is indeed big. Then my cat Princess in spirit popped in and commented that she had been bigger than that when she was a cat. I asked Priscilla why she choose such a small body and she said she thought it would be fun. I got an image of her going with Barb in a small carrier more places than a larger dog could go.

I learned that I can still connect with animals as easily as I used to do. That is huge. Val did not teach me AC, no one did. I was not even trying to learn. When I was studying Animal Reiki I heard from animals when I offered them Reiki. It just happened. Then I did no do it for a while and wanted to and it was not happening. I did not know how to get it back when it had just happened before. It was wonderful for it to just happen again.

I also had an interesting conversation with Princess, my cat in spirit, this week. Princess has moved beyond the Earth experience to another world of some sort. Any time I think of her I hear “Yes, Mom” and we chat. I was concerned that I was taking her away from whatever she is doing now, and she assured me that she is able to do many things and be in many places at the same time, so chatting with me does not distract from whatever else she is doing. I wish I could understand what her experience is now. She said she has a body but not dense like here, more of what we would call a light body.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

The fact that once again I just easily communicated with an animal.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I discovered that it is easier for me if I’m not trying to do it, if I just let it happen. It does happen with Princess who is the only one of my own animals I’ve ever successfully communicated with. We had two or three very easy and good communications when she was in body. She has been in spirit for quite a number of years now. When I think of her I hear “yes Mom” and can communicate with her as easily as if I was talking to another person.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Yes – see previous question.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? nothing to report

I almost posted this on last week’s because that’s where the link took me. Glad I looked at the date (after I saw my post from last week).

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

The usual, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music 10-30 minutes before going to sleep at night.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Usual everyday conversation with my fur-kids. Noticing that Ginger is feeling more playful at times after her second chiropractic adjustment. I’m giving her this week off.

I found a dead baby bird in my barn yesterday. I’m trying to pick up on what may have happened since it didn’t really look like it had been attacked. I got that maybe (s)he flew into the barn door or something at a high rate of speed and just learning to fly. The position of the wings suggested this.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new; no discoveries.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I chuckled at Priscilla’s booties when I saw her picture just now. I got that she really doesn’t care for them. I told her they’re very cute on her.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time for games. This week is a prime example of why I don’t trust my intuition. I have friends who went out of town for a little over a week. Before they left, I felt pretty strongly that the husband wouldn’t be coming back alive, as he’s not in good health. Well, they got back on Tuesday, and he’s still alive. I’m really happy that I was wrong, but why do I keep getting thoughts like that?

YES! Patty. You are correct, Priscilla is not a fan of the boots but they are necessary in the winter.

Link in banner menu wouldn’t take me to this weeks accountability page. Only May 1- 7 visible. Found page in side panel

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Appx 90 mins Breathing and grounding exercises

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Lucy – Border Collie in spirit. Lucy came running towards me, tail wagging, She took me to her favourite place, a stream in the woods and dipping her feet playfully into the water. Beyond was sea. Lucy loved sitting in the sun but didn’t like winter cold and rain on her, preferred to stay indoors. We talked about her mum whom Lucy loves dearly and sent mum a message that she (Lucy) is ok, loves her mum and glad she was her mum. Then Lucy said her goodbyes

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Did first body scan – on human. My upper body felt hot and saw problem with right foot big toe. Also say picture of blue bike (possibly older child’s bike). The person confirmed as a child. the right foot got caught in wheel spokes and damaged toe. Also hospital only checked one ligament and not the two ligaments in toes and suffers problems today as an adult

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Question…. Why when listening to Q + A session and Val ask attendees to tune into an animal as what do they response receive. Attendees gain so much information within a few minutes where I only obtain a small amount of information How can I improve and gain more information from the animals

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Pricilla came to me bearing a big smile during the Q&A class She is joyful, bouncy, bounding in anticipation that showed up in her big grand ‘hello’ Her field is blue and pink wrapped round her soft body. Pricilla wants to play, laughing and running in circles on a wooden floor while keeping her big eyes focused on me. Her gift is healer, feels our sadness and wants to help. Pricilla has a big spirit and personality that cannot be contained in her small body.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time for ‘What’s in the box’ game but did use my intuition playing quick simple games

I posted this on the wrong date and it can’t be removed.

Rocki in spirit pet of Margaret Dexter. We talked about his life before he passed and what his current mission is.

Checked in on Darwin again. He has been very ill and is doing a better.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do?
Yes – chanting, heart breathing and one of Val’s rainbow ones.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been feeling with trees: saw a row of trees. Got sense of how they were all one – they only functioned as oneness. They didn’t conceive of themselves as separate.
I tried to greet squirrels, ducks and geese. I would like to be able to share my heart with them as I walk along. I think I am reaching them. I am learning to acknowledge their reactions rather than make judgements according to the way humans react.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I’m learning to be more aware of others and less self centred.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I realised that nature doesn’t function as a hierarchy – humans do. Everything is important in nature.
      4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes on the FAT call – not before or after. I struggled to connect but I did get some stuff. I have posted.
      5. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication.
I’ve been practising staying in my heart, getting into my heart, breathing into my heart.

1- Still struggling with this. I did try a few times with meditations specifically for helping intuition buy not sure if it helped anything. I think I need to keep listening to it & just pay attention to if something comes up.
2- I don’t know if this counts in any way but when I went outside this morning there is this one squirrel that I hear just about everyday. I got very familiar with their warning calls when I would walk my dog. As soon as I came around the corner he started. He wasn’t in the tree when he started but a bit lower closer to my height. Then he ran up the tree & was quiet. Till I looked up at him & told him he had nothing to fear from me. Not sure what he was yelling about but I felt like he’s the old man telling me to get off his lawn.
3- That I am making the effort & doing the lessons. I’ll have more to celebrate when I actually make contact
4- Why am I struggling so much?
      5- Still not able to
6- I listened to meditations that are supposed to help. Just looking into anything that will help

I’ve heard of squirrels protecting their nuts, and now they are protecting lawns. Well that’s pretty fun.

Yes, every morning, no I do my own version of focusing on one sense and add next one until I hold the awareness of all my senses at once.

I’m still stuck, it’s so silly I know it’s just in my head and still I feel no connection and get nothing, I do my best to not let it drive me 😜 crazy.
I want it so bad I could scream…..

I want to celebrate that I felt a feeling outside me , very interesting and I felt it “ deeply “, that’s big time progress for someone who thinks her heard could be closed. 😜
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

I’m working with whatever feeling comes up to allow it, feel it and let it go to be able to hold more light in my body and a higher frequency instead of just trying to be positive all the time and fall off the track because unheard / felt feelings are running in the background.
Sorry I wrote this too far up.

Could not establish contact with Priscilla or my own dogs, or the cows in the riverbed or the owls in the tree 🥲🥲.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I’ve been practicing mindfulness/ awareness. To listen on a deeper level.
