ModeratorOne of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val
TIP: To copy the questions, select the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over with your accountability post.

I was meditating with my 3 dogs and one of my cats in the room. I was practicing sending love energy. All was going well. All 3 dogs settled in and made wonderful exhales, releasing stress from their bodies. I continued to meditate and I went into a meditative state myself where I felt my body totally relax and I was marinating in a warm loving vibe. Then out of nowhere, I started to cry, like a silent sob, with tears and everything. One of my dogs (Jade), came over to console me and the other two just looked at me as if I was weird. It was a strange and powerful experience. I think it has to do with not being able to receive messages YET from animals, especially my own.Working with Animals
My Sister-in-Law visited over Thanksgiving. She is blind and has a Service Dog, who is a Yellow Lab,11 years old. I worked with her dog to open her Chakras. Her left hip and knee were closed. I sent warm healing energy to the compromised sites (I could feel the heat transfer from my hands. Like in the “Feel my Hand” approach. When I was finished, I checked again and she was open at all sites. I asked her if she felt any differences as I did see her walking more evenly on her hind legs. I was not able to receive any response from her. Although her eyes softened and she had a little giddy-up in her step. (I realize this is communication, it’s just not the communication I am desperately trying to elicit). Lose the desperation and maybe things will start to flow….🤔
Intuitive Games…
I reach into the sweetener box each morning trying to get 5 packets on the first try. I put different colored hair ties in a bag and try to pick out a specific color. Results varied.
FAT
I connected with CoCo who told me a lot of interesting facts about him. I have not looked at any other posts yet so I wasn’t apt to intertwine my communication with theirs. I have no idea if my receptive skills were remotely close or way off base. 😳 -

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been working on the heart and breathing communication meditation from the calls and have listened to it a few times. I have done a few in the the day times and almost every night before be as I am relaxed and not full of distractions. I take about 10 minutes each time.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have reached out to Coco and all I got was that male warrior, he just stood and looked at me abut nothing else. Just a little bit ago, I reached out to Coco again with the recording of the Gold call from Nov and she waited arms crossed for me to realize she was already waiting for me. So by the time the recording got to her, she was off somewhere else.
I have tried to reach out to some of the animals that come in to the hospital I am working relief at but I guess I have not trusted anything I do get if at all.
I saw a dog yesterday at the clinic, that I felt the need to ask his help to figure out what is causing him to chew his feet so bad. All I got was an empty feeling and it was eerie.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
At least I am trying but sadly not enough.. resetting my goals for the next week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How do I communicate with love and not my mind?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
yes, see above
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Followed my intuition to go inside and check my phone to see if my son was connecting his flight to Australia okay… he messaged me minutes after I arrived to my phone.

Platinum Member1 Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Appx 60 mins Hypnotherapy and appx 40 min of short bursts of calming breathing exercises. It takes me time to get motivated in winters short daylight hours, more so when fog or raining
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species)
Busy this week. Daylight hours short. Mindful need to concentrate more on this
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not
Celebrate that the animals are willing to communicate with me. Am not sure if it’s the animal’s voice for myself answering when I connect quickly
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you
I it possible to connect with an animal very quickly, almost instantly. without me doing any preparation. This has happened but not sure if it was the animals voice or mine that was replying in my mind
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not
Not yet but will do so
6. What did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals
Checked results of the TV awards show that occurred in late November. Out of the sixteen categories I guessed eleven correctly. I only watch a few of the tv shows so most were a guess/intuition. The best actress category was hard as all four were brilliant.
Usual guessing games when possible. Played a card game – which colour was the playing card before I turned card over. Result about even. Very busy, little quietist time this week

6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Decided to follow my intuition. After leaving a meeting ,rather than the route, and places I planned to take/visit, I decided to let my mind take me on a journey that would eventually lead me home. This decision took me in a different direction and nowhere near the places I planned to visit. My intuition eventually took me inside at nearby library where a few moments later a friend who had also just arrived came over to me. We decided to go for a meal to a place we both know where we encountered other people we knew who were already in the cafe. A useful experiment

Platinum Member1..No – not a lot of meditating. Work and sleeping badly.
2. I didn’t really practice this week – apart from trying to connect with birds. I think I did connect with a seagull – I greeted and was acknowledged back. It was lovely.
3. The love, the space, the quiet, the appreciation of life that animals have brought me to.
4. Discovery: that I need to spend more time listening (and not to my own thoughts – too much of that!)
5. No I didn’t this week. Work just took over.
6. I did the past life meditation with Val on the platinum call. I didn’t doubt it this time. The previous two times I have done this, I struggled to believe it was true – but this time I felt the resonance so I’m really pleased with that. I’m starting to recognise the nature of the different vibrations. -

Platinum Member1. Meditate!
I meditated mostly every evenings, and short ones during the day. I2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I know, I should practice every possible moment because this is the reason I’m here, but I couldn’t get into the actual communication state as every time I got deep in my heart I remembered Minou and tears are just rolling.
We took Jericho home this week because something inside me told me he was showing signs of depression. When he reached home, he was very happy as immediately he jumped on the bed, though he is extremely thin, and walking wobbly. After less than 2 days since at home, and with lots of TLC, last evening my mother sent me a short film with Jericho eating by himself… This was so huge as it has been exactly a full month since he had not eaten by his own will. We renamed him Prince Michael Jericho.3. Celebrate!
This week I celebrate healing! Physical healing for Jericho. Lots of love and gratefulness for those who have supported me during this extreme hard time.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
The theme and the question is the same: How can I delete the feeling of guilt? Is there a magic point in my head or heart, that can delete guilty feelings?5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Not this week. I still felt overwhelmed with Minou’s passing.6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week I have succeeded to retake at least the traffic intuition. I have noticed that the fact that I have been in an altered state sort of saying, it has also influenced a little bit my intuition too. Lesson learned. -
