One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

Sukey’s Accountability Week 10: November 27 – December 3
Meditate!I was able to meditate a couple of times during this extremely busy pet sitting Thanksgiving holiday, choosing from Val’s different audios.
Practice!
I have been practicing with a two-year old Norfork Terrier named Tag that I am pet sitting. I am happy to say that, after noticing some unwanted behaviors, I found ways to address them, ultimately improving his quality of life (see Celebrate).
Celebrate!
Animals are always communicating with us!!! Here are some examples …
Tag ate his breakfast and dinner kibble meals in less than 30 seconds. This is known to be hard on a dog’s digestive system so I began playing a game called as “Scatter Feeding.” He now not only forages for his meals, but he also returns to search the rooms again to make sure he found all the kibbles. His demeanor shifted profoundly from hyper to calm and in order to keep his calm demeanor throughout the day, I split each meal into thirds or halves so he could forage four to six times a day. I texted his owners and they were so thrilled that they vowed to continue this feeding practice when the return from vacation.
Nearly every time I went to put his collar on before a walk, Tag played hard-to-get (bouncing around, running in tight circles, backing away, barking). I know he loves going on walks so I knew that wasn’t the issue. Suddenly, I knew that he didn’t like my hands and the collar approaching him from above. I tested my Claircognizant impression by kneeling and positioning the collar under his neck. He stood still each time while I put on his collar. I got the impression that the approach from above was too dominating. Approaching from below made all the difference!
Just a few minutes ago, Tag was agitated, so I looked to see the direction of his gaze in my living room. I got down on all fours and moved to the different areas in my living room and watched his reaction. He followed me everywhere until I headed toward the glassed-in gas fireplace that was not lit. He followed hesitantly, repeatedly moving forward in smaller increments before quickly backing away. Then I realized he was reacting to two small desk fans positioned in front of the fireplace (which were not on) to move the heat out into the living room. Repeatedly, I touched the fans and let him smell my fingers so he could smell the fan at a distance. After a few times, he approached the fans, smelled them, and totally relaxed. I later scattered some kibbles between the fans and he ate them up with hesitation. Yay!
Questions and/or Discoveries!
Discovery:
When it rains, it pours. Heartbreak from news that my best friend is moving to Kansas for work. During the last 20 years, we have spent half a day laughing and sharing our week’s triumphs and challenges together and now that is all going to change. I am feeling sadder than I can ever remember and this heartbreak seems to be blocking my Clairs.
Featured Animal Teacher!
I feel like I’m hitting a brick wall repeatedly and I need Val’s help to get me unstuck.
Intuition Development Games!
I got nothing from a few new cards when I tried to determine if they were red or black cards. ☹Yours truly,
Sukey- This reply was modified 2 years, 5 months ago by Sukey Williams.

Yes, I’m listening for whatever will come thru, in the mornings for about 30 min, sometimes also at night when I can’t sleep and while trying to fall asleep at night .

I contacted Simba a serious cat!
He felt that he knew what he wanted and he was going to get it. And he’s guarding his mom from “ offworlders” he doesn’t like around her. At the end HE TOLD ME to not take life too seriously 🤪, I felt he was serious 🧐.3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. I feel a little bit more, or maybe I just pay deeper attention than before,
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I’m seeing myself half way thru some kind of transparent gel, feels like a different world and I’m excited to find out what’s on the other side. I’ve been expanding a lot lately in other areas than telepathy, so I would like to take a big leap into the telepathic world now and EXPLORE ALL DAY LOOOONG!!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
What trick can I use meeting wild animals to connect when they fly or run off to still be connected and get at least a hi or a bye?

I’v e felt the difference in different animals I meet daily . It’s so much harder when it’s a bird for example and it flies away. I feel I’m too slow to catch up, I know it’s a stupid thing in my head only but it sure feels real when it happens.

Yes. Appx 20 min and appx 30 min Brad Yates Tappping videos
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Gringo – missing female ginger cat.
I communicated with Gringo who showed me directions/places she had walked from her home past few shops nearby, ducked under a gate where I felt a sharp pain like a cut across my nose. Gringo told me she had caught her face on a wire beside of the gate. I followed her round the back of the shops where I heard women talking and laughing. Was then shown what looked like corrugated metal sheets stacked up against a shop wall. This is where she was hiding. Scared to come out and wants her mum to take her home.
It appeared she been spooked by a loud noise. Looking at google map Gringo is very near to home but seems to her she is far from home.
Passed info to guardian. Awaiting response.
Learnt when Gringo said turn right it indicated it was my left. – Mirroring my image3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Am feeling and sensing more and more the animals’ emotions as the more I communicate with them

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Some but not as much as I would like – exam marking week so very little time outside work. ☹ However, I have been practising feeling rather than thinking whenever I remember. 😊
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Not a lot this week but I did connect with Heath again and followed up on something I got last time. I’ll put it in the FAT section.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate feeling not thinking. It makes me immediately happy and joyful. Definitely learning that humans spend too much time in our heads.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I think it’s the same as my celebration. Discovering feeling more and more and more. Love it! Also, I think AC works better for me if I write as I go rather than waiting till the end. i’m going to consciously try both and see.
5.Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – I’ve posted for Julie to see. Very cool stuff 😊 😊 Particularly happy because I’m learning to make my self practice even if I have little time and it is working better and better.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No. I’m going to keep trying. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, for around 20 minutes, including some from Mindful.org and from the UCLA Mindful app.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to communicate with the tame community cats. I don’t feel I made a psychic connection, but I had both verbal and non-verbal communication. I still need to be able to center myself for more meaningful communication.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Another community cat is coming inside more and probably can sense I’m a good, safe human.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How do you go from meditation to actual communication?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, but I tried. I stared at his picture and tried to communicate, but as I continued I felt I was either projecting thoughts or drifting.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I tried to remember a time when there was animal communication.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did several group meditations this week. My Unity church met in person and of course included meditation. Susann completed her 4 call Immersion and I used Audio Acrobat to save the Journeys from each call and of course listened to them. I have also had several time of sitting quietly usually with a cat on my lap.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have continued to communicate with my cats Missy and Roxy, especially Roxy. I have asked them how they are and if there is anything I need to know. They both seem OK. I communicate with them non-verbally all the time but have difficulty getting words so I can share what we talked about. I always communicate with my cat Princess in spirit. When I think of her I hear “Yes Mom”. I ask all of them especially Princess for help getting to sleep and it works.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing to celebrate
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)?
