One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I got back in my groove with morning silent meditation this week. Also did several chakra balancing meditations to recover from my week out of town for the wedding.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Talked mostly to my cats. Trying to uncover the source of Sal’s yowling. He seems to be having gastric discomfort. I also connected with Minou and Jerry to send healing thoughts and energy for their complete recovery.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am letting go of being so hell bent on hearing what the animals say, and relying on my clairsentience. I had the guidance to look for a homeopathic remedy for Sal’s suspected gastric problems and his yowling. One dose seemed to calm him this eve, so I am cautiously optimistic.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I did post a question for Saturday’s Q&A Call
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did tune into Coco and posted for Shaun in the forum. I did not sense the heaviness that others did but did an energy healing exchange with her that I felt benefited us both.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I just practiced a lot trying to connect and just going with my first gut feelings. I learned a lot about Yogananda and the emphasis he placed on using our intuition and discernment to guide us. I am becoming more self aware and discerning what feels right to me in certain situations, leaning into that direction more, and using my intentionality to facilitate my communication.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, but not everyday. I tried doing some of Val’s mediations of becoming the animal on my own.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I tried to connect with Coco the FAT, I felt he/she was very happy and a bit of a prankster.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I tried communicating with the FAT
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Will I eventually be able to connect without being in total silence and concentration? I’d love to connect with animals when on a hike.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. I mostly felt he/she was outgoing, friendly, and a bit of a jokester.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I have not, and I definitely feel I need to.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, not every day. When I did they were to the short one I did with Val privately to clear energy, feel and share Love, etc.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity regarding food. Hawkeye regarding not wanting him getting into something. He might have communicated with me about the cause of vomiting. I told both cats about how sorry I am for our situation.
I talked with a squirrel about a place I saw to maybe move to.
I talked with two future client dogs. I might have had another client. I connected with a friend (cat) and sensed his Love.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Being able to connect with animals through the human and not look at the picture. Also, about how much my cats Love me and how much we are one and together in this difficult time. I am really learning about being in the heart from them and about clearing energy to help with lots of things.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions, see number 3 for discoveries.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet. I intend to on the call.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I skipped last night, the rest of the week I alternated between silent meditation and Soul Malas Healing Meditation music.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I used the Ho ‘Oponopono prayer for 2 little birds this week. One that my cat, Scooter, killed and the other one flew into one of the glass garage doors where I work. (S)he must have broken her neck because there was no life in her body when I picked her up.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. Listening always for those thoughts if they come to me.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I tried a few times, mainly the breathing but not much I was pretty busy with my husband in hospital with something the doctors are still searching for answers on after one whole week of tests and loads of different doctors.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to talk to the stray cats that are all around the hospital grounds, one was by a table where people were eating sandwiches by a snack shop. The guy nearest him had given him a piece of his schnitzel (In Israel that is a flattened turkey breast with bread crumb covering) as the guy got up from his chair the cat jumped away and tried to grab the schnitzel towards him, I told him the guy just gave it to him, he would not take it away. SO the cat right away went back to his position and went on to eat – I guess he got what I said to him.
Maximus has been weird, but I think I finally got what he was trying to say in that he keeps reaching out to be brushed or patted and then bites or scratches. I finally listened to the message I heard and realized that was from him, he wanted more food. So i gave him more, and unlike other times when I thought he might want more but then he doesn’t eat it, this time he went straight to eat and then came to me for caressing on my lap and fell asleep. So that was my thank you.
Oh and last night on my way home from the hospital I put Coco’s picture in my minds eye and reached out to see what I could get.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I guess the understanding of Maximus was a nice breakthrough. IT has been a tough week with more to come as my husband is not diagnosed yet and has more tests to do in hospital, but I think I am happy I was able to reach out to Coco briefly on my drive home last night from the hospital.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
That I need more practice! I do best when I reach out casually rather than making any effort.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
He (she?) was just being funny and caricature like, he was happy and being silly and I heard him speak in a sort of Chicago boss type voice. IT was short and I definitely want to try again and look forward to the session on Saturday.6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I thought to ask a boy (who was staying in the the hospital with his dad that had a stroke, while his sisters went to family for the night) how old he was, he was getting a comfortable chair to be by his dad’s bed and wiped it with disinfectant and wondered how old he was, he looked young. As I thought it, the number 13 came to mind. So when I asked him he of course told me he was 13! Nice, I have tried to figure who was calling or texting me with varied results. Not much with my husband in hospital, but I wish I could see what the problem is with my husband as the doctors have looked at everything and come up empty handed so far, sadly. -

1. Yes on non work days, a little on work days. Still trying to balance this.
2. I practised with Elsa specifically this week because it was the week we had a consultation with the surgeon and a scan. I tried to prepare her for what would happen.I struggle with hearing Elsa clearly but I think I got confirmation that she had understood when she got up early on the morning, and then when she had to go off with the vet, I didn’t take her on the lead, but asked her to choose whether to go or not. And she went. And I was so proud of her, especially after having encountered some harsh cynicism around animal intelligence this week!
3. I want to celebrate how this enables Elsa to have an understanding of what is going on in the human part of her life.
4. I’m wo ndering about how frequently I get blocked. What’s the difference between me when its flowing and me when its blocked?
5. Not yet.
6. Just meditations and greeting birds. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Appx hour of hypnotherapy online relaxing session
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you learn from the experience
Gracie, a staffie dog. I was with a small group of people and it was lightly raining. Gracie’s tail was down and shivering even though wearing a warm jacket. Gracie kept coming towards me who I naturally stoked and chatted to. The guardian had to enter a building and handed the lead to me (a stranger) to take care of Gracie till he returned. Immediately Gracie started whining and becoming agitated wanting to follow her guardian. I knelt down, holding lead tight to my body, proceeded to place my right hand on back of her and explained the situation and guardian will return soon. After several minutes she calmed down and I noticed the whining had stopped and she was seated calmly although still on lookout for her guardian. Gracie was overjoyed to see her guardian return. Little later noticed Gracie’s tail waving franticly. Soon after her guardian, although chatting to other people, gave Gracie some food from his shopping bag
A few brief chats to the visiting cats as haven’t seen them much this week poss due to the heavy rains and numerous fireworks being set off. Tabby Princess came a few times for his usual drink of water and managed to give him a treat. Tuxedo Princess came clawing at patio door to be let in and slept most of the time with indoors with me. Night of neighbour’s fireworks, set off too close to my small back garden woke tuxedo sleeping next to me and could see the display. I closed curtains, switched off lights, put TV on low and held her gently as I reassured her. An outside lamp shines into my living room plus TV light. Then let her wander round till she settled down where she felt comfortable which was near me. I continued to check on her .
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate that I may have helped Gracie and her guardian.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries! What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Wonder if I have some healing powers. What I accomplished with Gracie I have done to Barney, a dog, while ago and another dog. So makes me wonder if it’s something I should be looking into
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.Not yet
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Usual own intuition games e.g How long waiting time at hospital. Need to look at other games

1. Did you meditate this week?
I did. Eery day! I hae anotgher health problem now and it weems I need to rest more, ha!, and de-stress. So I meditated every morning, and sometimes several times during the day, and did breathing exercises.2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week?
Mainly my Georgia, she has been having some unsettling health symptoms and I made a vet appt for her, but that night I did some reiki and healing touch on her; the next day her symptoms were gone. Two days later at her appt, the vet was concerned abt tthe symptoms that I had told him about, but her exam showed nothing and her blood work came back great!! He asked me to tell him more about this healing touch. Bottom line Georgia has been acting more like her old self!
I also have spent a lot of time talking with and working with Sabrina. She was doingf so nicely, was in her third session of puppy classes, not 3rd class, but 3r session of 6 week classes, when a Mastiff joined the class. Three weeks in a row that dog went after my puppy when she wasn’t even looking at the dog. The instructor did nothing, I finally had to pull my girl from the lasses but it was too late, the damage had already been done. She became very afraid of other dogs and then defensive/aggressive. She regressed in every aspect, barking, not just at dogs but at everyone, stated getting into things again, pulled my clothes out of the bedroom and lay on them. All signs of stress and anxiousness, whereas before she was this totally confidently puppy,
And while I knew I shouldn’t, being under the weather myself and exhausted, I would get upset with her. She is now going to reactive dog classes and I have regained my equilibrium, remaining calm and talking to her gently stroking her to destress and calm her and it is working. But that is taking up the bulk of my time when I am not at work.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I suppose what I just mentioned. That I have gotten into the groove of meditating at least once a day, and that I have been able to help my dogs.4. Questions and/or Discoveries! What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
To just do it! Have been rereading the part abt starting out imagining and not caring if that is all it is or not and running with it.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)?
I did. A short conversation where he presented to me a blustery almost bullying personality. But he did say he was going to be teaching a lot of people tomorrow.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games?
No. unfortunately there was not enough time for that. I did not mention that I also have had my old roommate visiting the past wo weeks so another drain on time but also a kind of respite.Kathy

1. Meditate!
I meditated every evening till falling asleep, and some mornings.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I have practiced mostly healing sessions for the kittens Minou and Jerry. I communicated mentally and verbally with them, as they in hospital, and Jerry needs urgent blood transfusion.
3. Celebrate!
I celebrate the fact that thanks for being here, I discover more and interesting, smart and like minded people!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What to do when in doubt of a decision… how to get along with the burden of responsibility when decisions are to be made.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
No. Hopefully on the call tomorrow.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
A. I tried a few times, but it’s never been easy for me. I’m still practicing learning to clear my mind and relax well enough to get into the meditative state.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
A. I tried talking to a few different animals, including my own, specifically one dog named Kira. I imagined her face looking at my face and I tried to send a mental message to her to look at me in the eyes, but she didn’t. Maybe I’m not far enough along in the course to be successful at this sort of thing yet.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
A. I would like to celebrate the fact that in spite of the many challenges trying to just get started with this course, and some struggles trying to get through some parts, I have not given up.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
A. How do I get an animal to know that I’m trying to communicate with them before I start communicating with them? Even though I am a highly intuitive and gifted psychic and medium, and have even spoken to animals before (they spoke to me), I have Discovered that this course is much more difficult than I was expecting it to be for me.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
A. I kind of tried but was too discouraged to really make an honest effort because I feel like I just haven’t gotten to that point yet. I’m still trying to understand exactly how to make a connection and to test the communication for accuracy. It simply just felt like I was pretending to try, and I know that won’t work.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
A. I listened to some inspirational communications from people I have come to trust, especially about forecasting the future and metaphysical skills. I am hoping that the messages will be imprinted in a way that will allow me to open my mind further to the possibilities it truly has, including becoming more and more intuitive as well as adept at telepathy

1. Working mostly on sending love energy, whenever I think of it.
2. Tried to connect with several animals at our zoo.
3. I’m getting more evidence of intuition in daily life, which is always a good thing.
4. Nothing new
5. Not ready for that yet
6. Yes, the usual, and doing more muscle testing! Finally it works!
