One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I listened to one of Val’s meditations.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Dog named Bowie. I tried asking him several things. When providing feedback I only got about half right.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I just keep learning. I need to boost my confidence.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
What is the easiest way to develop intuition?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not. Have not had time yet. I hope to before the call.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did practice on an app. It has the card game. Not sure if apps are a good way or not. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, for around 25 minutes, including a couple from Headspace and a few from Mindful.org.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to communicate with Daphne (Elizabeth’s cat), and one of the “community cats” in my garage (and part-time in the house). I felt as if I was projecting answers to questions with Daphne, and not really making a true connection. I have familiarity with the community cat, who I call Buddy, but still tried to connect when he was taking a nap on me. I perceived a sense of contentment and comfort, but my mind still second guesses itself that I was projecting those feelings based upon my other senses and imagination.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I continue to make progress through the beginner course, completing another class.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I still have a problem with projecting. How do I determine if I am imagining what an animal might be thinking or feeling or if I am actually picking anything up legitimately? Can you think too much about it? Why does it seem others grasp this much easier than I do?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No. I keep trying to get through to Heath, but can still not make a connection.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I continued working through the Beginning Course, which provides various steps for helping to improve intuition. I also kept trying to remember times when I thought animals understood me. Why are only the first three intuition games available to me? It says I cannot access most of them, and will not get access to them all for more than 13 months from now.

Sukey’s Accountability Week 7: November 6 – 12
Meditate!Meditations I practiced this week:
Love Meditation, Mindful Breathing, and Soft FocusPractice!
I cared for two cats (Bubba & Sissy) for 5 days this week. Their humans asked me to ask B&S if they were lonely and/or disliked it when their humans were travelling. I verbally, out loud asked them multiple times but I got nothing.
Celebrate!
I celebrated having had my first FAT conversation with Heath. See FAT below.
Questions and/or Discoveries!
Sukey’s Questions:
1) What is the most effective, reliable way to initiate a conversation with animals? For example, should I have asked Bubba & Sissy by sending images? Or, should I think the question and then wait and listen, remaining open to all Clair responses?2) Val: Not sure how to word this but I’ll try … Does my FAT conversation with Heath sound like what you (as a novice) and your other members experience?
Note: My Clair strengths (in order of strongest to weakest) are: Clairvoyance, Claircognizance, Clairaudience, and my weakest is Clairsentience. Non-existent Clairs are smell and taste.
Featured Animal Teacher!
On November 5th, I tried again to talk to Heath. This time, I experienced the following conversation:
1) After looking and listening at Heath’s photo, I pressed Play to start the video.
2) I saw and felt Heath’s soft fur and his purring. I knew and felt his purring was far deeper and more healing than the felines I have had the pleasure of pet sitting.
3) I asked him, non-verbally in my head, how he likes to play. I saw video images of him batting around objects on the floor.
4) I asked him, non-verbally in my head, if he would like to play with a small ball (I visualized Heath batting around a ping pong ball) in the bathtub.
5) I imagined Heath batting around a ping pong ball in the bathtub and then I asked Heath, non-verbally in my head, if he would like to play with a small ball in the bathtub.
Heath answered, “No, that’s where water is.”
I responded, “Yes, sometimes water is in the tub but most of the time bathtubs are empty. Would you like to play with a ping pong ball in an empty bathtub?”
Heath answered, “I might try that.”
Although I was jazzed by all images & knowings that came through, I did question Heath’s responses to my questions because they felt more like they may have been generated by my mind.Thank you, Julie, for confirming what I got talking with Heath.
Intuition Development Games!
A neighbor loaned me her deck of cards so I’m excited to try the card game!

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes always in the mornings and between 20-30 min. This week with a tone of 432 Hz. I liked the singing bowl version best .
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Tina the cow! She told me about skipping time, brilliant!

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m practicing self love and I feel it makes me softer and I’m more in tune with my dogs, snd I’m softer and I walk with more grace and presence. I feel that’s a step in the right direction.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Before I heard more and now I’m starting to get pictures and knowing more than before and I think it’s because I’m more present.

Yes, he was thinking about before he came into a body and how it then felt hard to be in a body.
And of course how good he was at keeping unwanted entities away , very sweet 😜6.
Now when I’ve started to listen deeper, I feel more things in my body and also when I listen to someone, it’s like a loud click in my body when it doesn’t resonate with my heart. Before I felt it but more subtle and I didn’t really honor my intuition so I just let it pass. Later I could remember it and realized that I had ignored my intuition. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Only occasionally, no specific meditation. I am using a new practice that is not exactly a meditation. I use 2 quartz points and hold on in my left hand pointing toward my elbow and another in my right hand pointing away from my body. It is supposed to energize. It feels nice but not sure if it’s working. Can’t hurt.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My cat Roxy.
Roxy has become quite the lap cat. Recently he rolled over and I noticed that his belly is bald. From about his belly button down and all the way across there was no hair. Healthy looking pink skin but no hair.
Now his hair is starting to come back in.
The other day I asked him about it. I asked if he was in pain and got that he had been but was not now.
He was recently pooping all over the house. Val, he got the bit about not pooping in the bathroom floor. Instead he was pooping all over the living / dining area and in the kitchen. Poop in this shag carpet is way worse than poop in the tile floor of the bathroom. He is now pooping in the litter boxes.
My only guess is that he over groomed his tummy when he had pain and hopefully that the problem has resolved.
I recently asked out FAT about this and got the same information. Not sure if I was successful in both communications or just made them up since this is what I think happened.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Communication with my cat Roxy – if I really did and was not just making stuff up.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am back to thinking I just made it up. How can I be sure I really am communicating when I am not getting anything that is not what I already thought?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – this led to a long and confusing discussion on the Forum. I asked the same thing I later asked Roxy and got the same information. Due to a typo, Roxy showed up as Rosie. I have no idea who Rosie is. Julie replied with a lot of info about Rosie that was not correct for Roxy so I don’t know if she was talking about another cat. She discussed Rosie having surgery and Roxy has never had surgery. Roxy had a UTI and then another one that led to diagnosis as bladder stone. The bladder stone was dissolved by prescription food. This was years ago and as far as I know and Val has said with several rechecks, he has not had any further issues with UTI or crystals unless he had one I was not aware of leading to his bald tummy. Just saw Julie’s reply about Rosie and replied to it on that forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I continue my daily meditations on light and sound. Not very long this week and not very present and still.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Kuma, dog. Sent my very special unicorn, Zakota to bring healing and a long with communication and energetic acupressure treatments Kuma is now walking better.
2. Indigo, cat. Throwing up in the night. She said don’t worry I puked up the nasties and then purified myself in the rain. She is eating again!
3. Pixie, 17 year old cat who is missing the litter box. She apologized and said it’s only a sign on old age. She will leave the physical when her person knows how to access quiet mind and strength. She said her person is close, but she is thinking she will wait until she turns 18 on January 4.
4. Molly, dog. Will she welcome some rescues who have no home. She asked a lot of questions and felt reassured that she would be number one dog. She misses the older dogs who have passed so she thinks it might work out if they behave themselves.
5. Loki, Luchien and Duke: Had a conference to see if they could find harmony with each other. They all complained about certain aspects of getting a long but we did not reach a point of harmony.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I am doing more live on the phone connections.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have discovered that When I remain in my heart center connections are quick.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. I was drawn to connect with healing energy so either it helped Heath or the medications started to work or both!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Not this week. I have been busy settling back into my winter life with family after moving last week.

10-30 minutes before going to sleep, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’m trying to let the deer know that this weekend will be a very dangerous one for them, to be on high alert, and if possible, stay on my property all weekend. They’re safe here. Hunters will be out en masse this weekend. There were quite a few in my yard and field when I got home from work this evening.

Nothing new.

I gave it a try, but couldn’t seem to quiet my mind at the time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games, but I had another case of thinking about someone and it wasn’t ten minutes until they called me on the phone. I’m always open for those.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? A little bit every day but only the minimum. I’ve been having to work more to cover Covid absences so I have had little time.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced once with Heath – the new FAT. See below. I did try another time but kept falling asleep. 🙁3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I love the feeling of calm when I slow down, come to presence before i try to connect with someone.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Can my quick connects really work? I think they can but somehow I have made myself think I have to spend ages coming to presence. Maybe I don’t.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did try. I haven’t posted on the FAT page yet (next task) but I got contrasting impressions. I don’t want to read the page before I have another go to check – at first I got a fierce fighting kitty, then I got a very gentle inside – maybe it is both. The big lesson I got from Heath was: love matters. Always connect with love.6.
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No I didn’t. 🙁 -

1 Did you meditate this week?
Yes. Appx 20 mins and Watch few of Brad Yates Tapping videos
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Communicated with Spud a horse who moved from his guardians stable to a new yard..
Spud had a mind of his own. Took no nonsense from anyone, would swear and totally independent. Didn’t like his dad and threw him off the saddle, shortly afterward the mum and dad divorced. Wasn’t interested in mum using energy healing or communicating with him as regarded it all a whooo whooo land3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Connecting quicker with the animals and it’s big natural world out there if only we could all with connect with it.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Dig deeper for answers – get to root of the problem.
Want to know more about symbology meanings in what animals show us e.g. mountains. Caves. Grass etc5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication animals?
Yes.. As normal and often as possible, communicate with every animal I meet. Utilize my various daily intuition games. Play games with friend in another country and time zones

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, Val’s. Different ones. Not sure how long total.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity- different things. One involving her health and if she is healthy but just giving me a message. Hawkeye-I think more than one thing, but I thanked him for cleaning his butt after having soft poop (I had asked him before to do that after having runny poop). I told him he’s a good boy for doing that.
Also, a rabbit I think, two cats, and three dogs. Rabbit-dental issues and food. Cats-about getting along, past lives, and one’s purpose in this life.
Dogs- one didn’t talk with much. The other two- one about inappropriate peeing and why and what to do. The other-about what he can do when he needs more space.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Serenity I believe confirmed something for me relating to my health.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? After my discovery involving my health and water I realized this is maybe why I had water issues in my apartment.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No-energy.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? More with times.

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My pets and the tree behind my house. I was not successful at any of them. Just dead air.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That it is so wonderful to communicate with all living beings. It is also disheartening and very discouraging when there is a bump in the road that isn’t getting solved. I have reread lessons, recordings of Val’s instructions to me and reviewed the tips others have passed on to me. Still not able to connect very often. My dogs are wanting it and are wanting more magic goo. They told my granddaughter they didn’t get it when I last tried to help them and would I please send some more. I think I’m broken. This year has been difficult at best and clearing my brain has been hard to do.
Even if I can’t always connect with the animals I truly appreciate what this opportunity has done for me personally. I am a different person. Not that I was a bad person but I am better. Thank you Val.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I love energy healing, but until I get a handle on communicating I won’t pursue that any further.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Nope I’m broken.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I worked on knowing what colors are on a card. the only color I can most of the time figure out is red. I really can’t feel the other colors. I used always know who is calling when the phone rings and now I’m 50%.

#Accountability week 11 | Nov 5 – Nov 12, 2021 | Week 11
1. Meditations
Yes, two ten minutes sessions. It’s been a busy and hectic week.2. Communications
Yes, I communicated with this month’s Featured Animal Heath. I will make a separate post for it.
3. Celebrate
Nothing much. I feel that I don’t make any progress this week. Maybe because I’ve been busy juggling between working and learning.
4. Questions
Not at this moment
5. The Featured Animal
Yes, I connected with Heath on Wednesday. I will make a separate post for it.
6. The Intuition Games
I pick a Tarot card or Oracle card every day and read the card intuitively first. Then I check with the guidebook to see the meaning of the card from the author.
