One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.

Yes, for around 20 minutes, including Stress Busting Rx meditation, one on mindfulness from Mindful.org and one from YouTube. I am out of town most of the week.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I attempted to communicate with my dog Katie. I explained how I was learning animal communication and would like for her to be open to my efforts. I did not pick up on any feedback from her.

I am finding motivation to apply myself to communicating with animals.

5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I attempted to but don’t think I made a connection. I did find my mind kept shifting to my cat in spirit.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes, Developing Intuition the Right Way.

David, if you keep shifting to your cat in spirit, perhaps there are message there that you could explore and they may assist with other communications. Animals, like people, aren’t always ready or available to talk with us when we are with them and sometimes we find others who are available to us.
IF you can’t join us live for the monthly Gold & Platinum Member Question and Answer call, be sure to listen to the replay. Val guides us through communicating with the Featured Animal Teacher FAT of the month and members share information they receive which is then verified by the FAT animal’s person. Information comes in different forms to different people and with practice we can expand the forms that work best and add on the others as we grow and learn.
Also, please note that communicating with our own animals is the hardest because we already have built in stories and expectations. This is why we practice with the FAT as well as the other members Animal Teach Helpers and get feedback. And also remember that not all symbols and messages may hbe the literal translation you are thinking. We need to remain neutral and flexible. The animals will work with us and are often much more patient than we are with ourselves. This is a wonderful and exciting journey. Thank you for joining us.

I did comunicate with Tiki. he showed me a lot of beautiful colour and high vibrational states of being. I could not receive him as a cat, but as a very large spirit. I felt him and received pictures.

And myrabit told me, that i don´t need to hear him.3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Very little. I did 2 tapping meditations to reduce feeling stressed.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
A group of hooligan cats, who woke me up at 4 am with war howling. They were scaring a shy and fearful catboy and found it very funny how he was crying and cowering in a corner. I explained my view on this subject and gave them a firm warning.
In the 2 days since then, it didn’t happen again.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate my cat Mogli. After hiding from me for the past year, he became visible again. And very recently he even started to approach me for cuddles.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How can I keep my sanity with Lady, a cat, who has been using my couch as a litter box for the whole past year? Then I finally convinced her to use the box again after I granted her request for a double sized uncovered box all to herself in a prominent spot in my living room. She has been using it without fail for around 6 months. Since about 4 weeks she is back to using the couch.
I reckon the answer is: take a deep breath and start the discussion from scratch 🙄😟😪5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, about 30 min in the mornings. This week I did my own version of chakra balancing.2. Practice! What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Colt, Mary’s cute little boy. When I tuned into him he felt like a very happy little being, curious and playful. Didn’t get to a conversation, more some kind of personality and all I herd was that he liked to play and he’s voice was so darn cute 🤪💙

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m parked in a huge cow pasture in Utah and I took a walk to get closer to a bunch of grazing Angus girls. One of them had a very special look and I felt a connection. She was sad because her son has recently been taken away from her. She spoke about that cows on this planet may disappear. They don’t belong here and have been abused by humans for a very long time. I sent her healing fir her loss and the whole time she was watching me while all the other once got back to their lunch snacking. It felt very good to be able to do something for her and I felt she appreciated it. She followed me with her eyes when I walked back and I would like to celebrate that I might have been able to help a little bit. 🙏🏻💖 🐮
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

I feel like if the lower chakras in my body are not fully functioning, that could be a reason to not feel so much?!

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Not really, it was too busy with 4 digs and 2 kids and I was doing my best to keep up with dishes and cocking fir the family to earn my stay, quite exhausting 😅😅
I actually got a slap in my face for not trusting/ listening to my intuition.
I saw a pic of dog poop 💩 on my cow rug, when I had my dogs out to pee for the night. I couldn’t see what they were doing in the dark and getting a flash light would have been smart. When I saw the picture i didn’t think more about it. Woke up at three to a horrible stinky smell….💩 👋 slap !!!!! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, Val’s. Every day. Some days they were the ones that are 15 minutes or 20 minutes. A couple of days I did one of the ones that is a bit longer. In the first one Val clears my space and energy and works with Love energy. The other goes deeper and I think she removes mind control and removes negative Soul contracts and other things and other things are done.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Serenity and Hawkeye. I apologized to them. I also asked Hawkeye something. I told Serenity where some food was on my hand and she got some of it and knew the areas. Also with a fly and a ladybug. The fly trusted me to not kill him. The lady bug was giving me luck and Healing energy. Also with two animals in Spirit.3. 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes and no – not on my working days ☹ which really doesn’t help me or anyone else. I’m determined to get to the bottom of trying to integrate these days more into the way I want my life to be – i.e. heart centred. So that’s my goal this month.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
The only thing I did this week was catching up on the masterclass. I loved it. I would love to do more like this. I was at the point of convincing myself that I really ought to give this up until a time in my life when I have more time – but I really love it, even if my progress is slow! I really felt the soft energy of the rats. I saw how Pretzel’s body has incorporated and healed from the poison, scars have been left. The sinews are more brittle than they were before in the affected area (leg/thigh/haunch perhaps?). I felt her beautiful feminine energy and her majesty. She is content to stay alone. Junior left because he had places to go, things to see. He offered to stay and help me connect and I felt him enable my connection with Tarnegolio. He just loves to help – such joy, such energy – he isn’t slowed by a body now. He can leap around and help as many people as he wants. And he loves it!
I saw Tarnegolio coming full attack style. I felt his pain – like a huge pool of raw redness. Such pain at what he had experienced. I’m so sorry. I also felt he didn’t care about the eggs. I felt that a good thing to do would be for Hadar to just sit out there with him. Quiet. At a short distance so he has space. Just sit with him. You can help each other heal. He has a great sense of sadness left. You can give each other a lot of gifts. I so admired his spirit and his sense of justice and rightful outrage.
And weirdly, I thought I hadn’t picked up much this session even though I really found it valuable and enjoyable, but as I write this, I realise I have.
I had a battle the other day – it was like a full on war with my energy – my doing energy was just hyper and coursing through my body, even though I didn’t want it. And I had to repeat repeat repeat so much the breathing and the calming – it was an interesting experience. I managed to make a tiny inroad in the end – but it took a long time, more than that, it took me deciding to not give up. I have never had such resistance before. It was a useful learning experience, a little scary, but I really want to keep practising this so that my energy becomes less out of control.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I think it has just dawned on me that feeling love and thinking love are not the same! Better late than never! 😊
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How to create the time and the determination for frequent, focussed getting in my heart sessions.
No I haven’t. I feel sad about that but I want to take on board the “accept and love, move on and create anew” lesson from the masterclass.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No. I didn’t. Well – not true – I did try. 😊 It just didn’t work perfectly. ☹ I was trying to feel the apple tree. My head was too buzzy. But actually, I did feel the pear tree when it dropped a pear, and I gave thanks and then ate it. It was delicious. -

I just connected with the new FAT Kitty. We briefly discussed the call tomorrow and I thanked her for being FAT. I have also attempted communication with my cats and my friend’s cat Micky but with very limited success.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
How easily I connected with Kitty. I find it easier to connect with animals who have experienced AC before.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How can I communicate when my energy is so low and I don’t feel well?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – see #2 above
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? no

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did not. No time.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried connecting with a cat, Misty, who was lost. I felt strongly that the cat had passed, but I couldn’t get any “answers”3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing as of yet.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Are there any other intuition development games than the ones in our courses? For example, I don’t want to play the “what’s in the box” game. I just feel stupid asking a friend to do that.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not, but I intend to prior to the call.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not. Again, I don’t want to do the “what’s in the box” game, but I wish there were more to work with. -

Sukey’s Accountability Week 2: 10/2 – 10/8
Meditate! In addition to meditating in my home, I easily slip into a meditative state while walking dogs. I connect with the walking motion and the meditative state the dogs also slip into so naturally as they follow scents and their instinctive state.
I absolutely love being in the quiet, timeless mind that allows me to grow my heart. I walk with dogs at least 5 times a day for 30 minutes each giving me ample opportunities to recenter, rebalance, and connect with myself and the animal. It feels sooooo good.Practice!
This week I was taking care of two dogs, Marty & Libby, full time. Marty is a King Charles Spaniel, a sweetheart, 5 years old, and full of life. Libby is 12 years old and very sweet but incontinent and doesn’t have definable hips so her diaper slips down to her back knees and then she simply walks out of them. Hahaha.I tried to find out from Marty what hurts in his body to cause him to suddenly scream in pain. Some examples of him letting out a bone chilling scream are once out of two days of jumping on my bed or once running after a ball in my home that he does 50 times in a day. In one week, it happened 4 times. I believe it is structural and possibly leg related but that’s my mind’s assessment. I ask him each time but get nothing.
Celebrate!
Ooo, I love these celebrations when they happen!!
Every morning when Marty sees I am awake, he moves closer to me and snuggles. He’s so soft and cuddly, it makes my day! But one morning, he pushed his way down to my feet under the covers. Disappointed, I urged and gently moved him back up to snuggle with me. For the first time since I’ve been taking care of him (~ a year), I could tell he was not happy with me. He wouldn’t look me in the eye and I could feel he was not leaning into me. So I apologized repeatedly but he was not forgiving me. My heart was genuine and truly saddened that I created a wedge between us. Marty is vocal so I switched from verbally talking to him to whimpering like a dog and surprisingly, he immediately responded by looking at me with his big, round, loving eyes and leaned in, giving me a lick. I felt so happy, relieved, and ecstatic that we had communicated clearly! Yipppeee!Questions and/or Discoveries!
While walking Bella (fearful of loud noises and the outside) last weekend, I wondered if I was truly seeing some very subtle differences in the way Bella responded to certain stimuli that were rooted in frightening experiences as a puppy living on the streets versus the way she responded to seemingly current, new fears as an adult. I quickly realized the benefits of developing my Clair skills would allow me to tune into whether Bella was being triggered by a very old fear versus a new fear that could be addressed quicker.Question:
Using Clair skills, how do animals’ deeper triggers and fears feel differently to our Clair senses than newer fear responses?Featured Animal Teacher!
The only thing I got was that I felt like Kitty is a really great mirror for people.
Intuition Development Games!
Remember a time when an animal really understood me…
I worked at a dog kennel for 10 months in 2020 and one afternoon I was in a generously sized and beautiful outdoor, fenced yard with 15 dogs. My job was to manage the dogs’ energies and behaviors when necessary. Later in the afternoon, I felt a small dog’s (we will call him Chewer) energy amping up the other dogs so I moved him into a large four-sided wire cage to separate him slightly. They could all see each other through the wire mesh. The other dogs mulled around Chewer but their energy was dropping so I knew I was on the right track. But I also felt very strongly that Chewer felt punished, which was not my intention nor acceptable to me. So I immediately joined him in the cage! I’m sure my coworkers would have thought this was very strange but I care so much more about all animals than what people think of me, I wasn’t about to let that even slow me down. Since it only had four sides and no top, I stood next to him and then kneeled by him, caressing his sweet head as we stared deeply into each other’s eyes with a love that filled the entire area. Chewer was in heaven. The other dogs’ energies all calmed down significantly, reaching the level I wanted. It was abundantly clear to me that Chewer understood that he was being separated from the other dogs but he was not being punished; he was being abundantly loved.
Anytime I want to feel an abundance of love, I remember the love Chewer and I shared for countless minutes as we melted into each other through our gaze.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes! 30-60 minutes daily. Also did 3 of Val’s meditations.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Roscoe Kitty: I had checked in with him last week and seems like he was ready to transition. I asked Tiki to stay with him. Evidently Tiki’s purr has given him a little more time here!
2. Cobbe, Dog. Talked about barking at everything he hears. He shared he thought he was being a good dog. We talked about what “good dog” means to his humans.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I am giving self love to myself.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have discovered that the love element of animal communication overrides any skills I am missing.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Kitty is on my list for tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Sending intuitive messages to my husband daily and picking them up from him. So much fun! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Still just short moments, though I have listened to a couple of tracks whilst doing other things.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Percheron horse (neighbour’s animal) I could here the horse galloping backwards and forwards in the paddock whinnying in an agitated way. I called out to it and it came to the fence to look at me for a while before running off again in an agitated manner. I decided to try to connect. I don’t know if it was more about my head but I got that he was upset because the other horse had been taken away. I felt fear for the other horse. I explained that his humans would not harm the other horse that she must have gone off to do something else but I said I felt sure she would be alright. I asked if he was frightened for her safety or more concerned that he was missing out? I said that he was concerned for her safety but I could feel the agitation level drop and it seemed he was feeling a bit silly about it. I asked how it is that both horses come to be in round yard from time to time. He explained that the humans come for them one at a time and take them there. I asked if he thought that may be what was happening now and that they would return for him shortly. He said “maybe” and I got the feeling of hanging his head. I did my best to reassure him further and the whinnying seemed to stop shortly after. I went out later to check on him and could not see him in the paddock.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I did seem to help the horse above.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I keep learning to rely more heavily on the sensations I feel when communicating with an animal, rather than dismissing them as I have in the past.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
not yet.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
no again. Except to say that I have noticed that I seem to know when my husband is about to drive past our house in his truck. I suddenly “feel” that he is coming before I can hear a truck (and there are lots of trucks go by). This gives me ample time to step outside the front door so I can wave as he goes by. I am realising that my intuition is at play here. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every Day but two. I use Val’s meditations.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Tiki in spiri, I posted it too much to write.
Kitty our new FAT. I will post tomorrow I don’t have time this evening.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate again having taken the core course over again. Every week there is something that I do differently to accomplish my goal. Like staring into the animals eyes until I feel them. It is wonderful.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Do Healers call in other pets to help them perform healing?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I will post it tomorrow
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes the color intuition. As always I suck at this. I will keep trying.
