One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I listed to two 30 minutes sessions of Bioenergy code.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated again with my sister-in-law’s horse, Charlie. I tried asking him several questions but didn’t seem to get much. I did, however, get a couple things that were accurate. He showed me a dog that used to be at his old living quarters, and I felt pain in his neck and an upset stomach. He kept showing me a little black dot. What would that even mean?
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I do feel I am getting something from the animals, just not as much as I’d like.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Would the horse showing me a black dot even mean anything, or could that have been in my head? I just don’t know what a black dot would stand for.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not. Have not had time this week yet, but I hope to this weekend.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play any of the intuition games on the website, but I did download some intuition apps. I don’t know how accurate an app is, though, on developing intuition. Think it’s beneficial?

Sukey’s Accountability Week 6: Oct 30 – November 5
Meditate!I love how breathing exercises followed by meditations of gratitude open my heart, fill me with bountiful love, and fill my eyes with tears. The shift is obvious, balancing, calming, and highly rewarding. And, for the rare times that I don’t get teary-eyed, I can feel the difference – my heart isn’t fully open – so I repeat the breathing and meditation exercises again, which typically opens my heart fully. I meditated countless times this past week (except while migraining), each lasting anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes.
Practice!
This past week has been challenging to find time to practice. My pet sitting business has been, thankfully, quiet (the calm before the holiday storm) so I haven’t had many animals in my personal space to work with. Additionally, while my brother and I were working to fix, upgrade, and refurbish our mother’s condo so we can sell it, she fell in her assisted living home and broke her pelvis. And, lastly, I am prone to migraines; I suffered three migraines in succession this past week. The medication I take makes me very sleepy and feels like I have a wet blanket on my brain the entire time. Throughout this, I have relied on my meditation practice to help me through.
Celebrate!
I am celebrating that I am focusing on figuring out a process using Val’s techniques and practices that creates the conditions in which my interior state is calm and Present before I play Intuition Development Games, try to connect with animals, etc.
Questions and/or Discoveries!
Questions:
1) Regarding my “What’s in the Bag” game (see Intuition Development Games below):
a. I wouldn’t expect that an item in a bag versus a box would make any difference. True?
b. I would expect that being in a pre-migraine state would interfere with my ability to access
my Clairs, thereby blocking my ability to intuit the item in the bag. True?Featured Animal Teacher!
Heath: I looked at the different questions members asked Kitty as examples of the types of questions I could ask Heath. But, unfortunately, nothing started a conversation with Heath.
Intuition Development Games!
While waiting for the new December Intuition Development Game to be offered, a third friend of mine filled a non-transparent Whole Foods cloth bag with an item from her car. For two days during this past week, I meditated and played “What’s In The Bag” but I got nothing. Then, I suffered three days of migraines and, for one final day, I revisited the bag after creating a quiet mind space. I listened, remained Present, and waited for anything from my Clairs. I got nothing.
So, I finally looked inside the bag so I could let it go and move on instead of remaining stuck. It’s all a part of the process.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, Val’s. I am not sure on the amount of time because they are different lengths and I did different ones different days and there was at least one day when I did more than one of the meditations. The meditations are for Healing, manifesting goodness in life, Love, gratitude, clearing energy of various yucky stuff and what isn’t mine.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity- I told her yesterday evening about me needing her to not be afraid, depressed, and spacey and to be happy, calm, peaceful, warm, Loving, and to be affectionate with me. She definitely understood-she has been with me on the couch this morning and affectionate and letting me be affectionate with her:-)
Hawkeye-I told him about going to the vet this morning.
I also told them why I don’t want them eating certain things of mine or that I don’t want them doing that.
I asked for Serenity’s opinion on me getting Accupuncture from a guy at his home and telling her maybe about my virus concerns and about being concerned about being somewhere where a dog lives and maybe other animals as well (concerns of fleas and such)
I might have talked about other things with them.
Also, I talked with a puppy who told me about the reasons for an issue he has behavior wise.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Various Healing things or things connected to Healing some how and my cats helping me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Listening to body like animals and learning about different foods and such (qualities and earthly properties)-like animals do.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet. Time energy. If I do, I will absolutely post about what transpires.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games, more with numbers (times and other forms of numbers).

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, for around 30 minutes, including the one Stress Busting Rx meditation and a few from Mindful.org.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I attempted to communicate with Bella (Anita’s dog). I expressed that I wanted to communicate and would that be ok. I listened for a response, but I had difficulty tuning in enough to receive any messages. I tried hard not to create my own responses for her.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am slowly getting further along in the Beginning Course. I also think I am communicating a sense of calm to the “community cats” in my garage, as they seem to be less stressed when I am around (or maybe they just know they get food and water from me).
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I still have a problem with projecting my thoughts into what an animal would or should communicate. I’m also wondering if there is a difference in how you approach communicating with different types of animals—domesticated vs. wildlife, large vs. small brains, different species, alive vs. in-spirit.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I attempted to make contact with Heath, but don’t think I made any concrete connection. I got a sense of contentment, but not sure if I was projecting or not.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I continued trying to remember times when animals understood me. I re-read the Tips, and continued working through the Beginning Course.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
With Flash, the mule. Got a sad feeling and not do much explanation, so I offered healing . After that I lost connection and I saw Flash running around like crazy kicking in the air, so hopefully that was helpful.

Not much I can say I like to celebrate this week. Maybe that I’ve decided to listen, just listen with all my senses for an hour every day. Sometimes I connect with something and listen or I just sit quiet and feel or notice what comes up, yes, I like to celebrate 🎉 that!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
If an animal is very busy , like digging in excitement, can they block you out or can you still connect?

Yes, he made it clear he was a very powerful cat and he seems to be a ghost chaser or something, and he was for sure not afraid, he said. It sounded very cute like he tried to convince me even if it wasn’t really true 🤪

10-30 mins each evening before going to sleep, Soul Malas Healing Meditation Music.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I keep trying to tell the local deer where they are and are not safe right now during hunting season. They either aren’t getting the messages or I’m being ignored. I keep seeing them in open fields where they are prime targets. When I see them on my property I tell them they’re safe there.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I gazed into Heath’s eyes and attempted to center myself. Nothing came to me.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games. As always, I leave space for intuition to come through as it needs to.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Almost every day. My favorite is Val’s love connection.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Not much time this week. Most of my family is sick with a virus. I did connect with my fur babies. Bubbles pain came back so I gave her an energy treatment. The same with Moosie and they both love the magic goo. It is immediate and they feel so much better. Scoobie doesn’t have any real issue other than age but he got the goo as well and went right to sleep. That stuff is amazing. I want to know more about energy healing.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am struggling with connections as usual. Just the same I want to celebrate the change in me by just trying. I will continue to keep trying.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I need val in my hip pocket to guide me through this stuff.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Practiced with my granddaughter the color cards and what’s in the box. We both suck. I don’t know what to do different to increase our success at this.

1 Did you meditate this week?
Yes. Appx 20 mins and watch few of Brad Yates Tapping videos .
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Communicated with Arlo a dog who lurches at people. He Is nervous when out walking and meeting people, His fine when he gets to know people
Arlo showed me a past life where he lived in a mountainous terrain with a man who was very strict. Shown sheep herded down onto a plateau. Inside the house the dog was cowering in the corner. The dog went to lick the food of the plates and the man with a long stick slammed it down on to the table near the dog. Dog cowered back into corner
This may account Arlo’s nervous of strangers as he told me that people have 2 sides – good and bad meets are ok
Arlo asked for reassurance from his dad, being told if the people ok, lts of walks and runs plus trip to a beach
Will finish writeup and send report to Arlo’s guardian3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I’m managing to do more on my work days but I still need to work on that. Yes to the other days. I enjoy it more and more.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practised with Kitty – had a great conversation and got some stuff right. I clearly saw her view through her window; very clearly got her enjoyment of fish – some other things that were not so clear or accurate. But the amazing point was when we sat together she started to lead me in a meditation, and showed me how to go further and deeper into my heart, how to truly ground and then connect with above. She pushed and pushed me until I went deep enough to feel it more than I have felt it before. Another interesting thing about it: I have slept every night since, more than I usually do. Usually I get between 3- 5 hours on a good night – I’ve been getting about 7. I do think this is connected. I would like to tune in to Kitty again to express my gratitude and ask her more about it. I posted it in the FAT post for last month.
3.Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The amazing meditation with Kitty: her healing abilities, her wisdom, her kindness, her understanding of what was needed and how to manage me – it’s just mindblowing. Thank you Kitty and thank you Klaudia.

That there is so much more to discover!

Not much other than group meditations on Susann’s monthly call (she has 2) and church. I had also done some Reiki on the site of a recent surgery to remove a skin cancer. Reiki is meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continue my daily practice on light and sound although it was a little scattered as I moved from summer home to my winter home this week and am still adjusting.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Kuma. Dog. He may have lymphoma. Tried a body scan but could not detect anything specific just warmth where it possibly is. Asked my guides to send energy for comfort and ease. Awaiting vet results.
2. Snickers, dog. She has remained at her person’s side as her person deals with COVID for the last 6 weeks. I physically worked on Snicker’s body with some relaxing acupressure points. She told me that she feels satisfied that she now knows the reason why she is still in her body. She knows she has been a stabilizer in her human’s life during this very intense life/death experience.3. I have added beginning acupressure points to my “toolbag.” I have worked on these points myself and it is such a relief to find something that allows my headaches to disperse immediately!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have discovered that there is way more knowledge than we can ever assimilate in this lifetime, as I explore the ancient Chinese method of acupressure, so we have to rely on our inner guidance and support from those who have gone before us.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet. Just received a glimpse of her essential nature. Beautiful is the word that describes her in many ways—not just physical.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No time but used guidance to plan our travel route from Wisconsin to Colorado.
