One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

Yes. And I added a sunrise walk to the mountain every morning, which helps me very to focus, clean, receive, what is important for the day and ground. At the moment the sun rises at 10 past 7, so it is doable.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? I manage to be much more present, still and accepting. My body gets better and I make a lot of progress in boundaries…examing my boundaries in many levels and investigating my intention dureng the days. I investigate my chakras on a deep level and the subjects connected with it. I made big progress in releasing my exhaustedness and getting back ob track into my energy.
And the communoication with Stupsi starts to get better, because I feel my nfield is opening up and I get mor information from different sences.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

Sukey’s Accountability Week 3: October 9 – 15, 2021
Meditate!
I really liked Val Heart’s Bonus Class 4 Meditation (5:28 minutes) (namely, to help me energize and embody the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual qualities I want in my life through an idealized, luminous sphere of light and guiding me to feel the rays (i.e. qualities) soaking into me) because I resonated with this visualization … feeling the need for nourishing energy to fill me through this journey of becoming an animal communicator.
I also practiced a meditation (sorry I don’t remember which one it was but I did like it) that Marty must have liked too because he quickly joined me by curling up on my torso/lap in just the right way so we could both completely relax and feel supported. Feeling his small canine body and warmth deepened the peaceful meditation practice more than I could have imagined. What a lovely surprise!
Practice!
Simon:
I have walked Simon with his human many times before but never alone so I set up a walk with and without his human the day before I started taking Simon for walks solo. When I arrived the next day to start taking Simon for walks, he was still very hesitant. Although he barked, I knew that he wasn’t aggressive. This allowed me to enter the house with a calm, Present energy. I sat down on the interior entryway stairs and settled in. Simon was very skittish; he only let me roll tiny treats toward him or quickly eat one out of my hand.
But soon, the house was filled with the rich, quiet stillness of being Present, open, and listening but Simon was still cautious. Although it took a while for Simon to agree to have his leash attached to his collar, the calm energy was quiet and awe-inspiring. The house was filled with a heavenly, meditative stillness that I enjoy practice daily (thanks Val !!). It is my favorite state of Being and I treasured every minute of it.
Interestingly, I saw their cat, Nico (who I was later told never comes out for company or strangers), and I asked him to help me show Simon that I’m kind and trustworthy. Nico responded by walking calmly over to me and then he enjoyed some head to body strokes while Simon watched and assessed from a distance. Eventually, Simon was convinced and near me, allowing me to attach his leash to his collar and we went for a lovely walk together.
A final note …
Anybody could have forced leashing Simon in far less time but that’s not who I am or how I roll. My patience and desire to build genuine relationships with animals are what matter to me the most.Celebrate!
A few weeks ago, I read Val’s “Feel My Hand” technique to help animals through the loud noises from July 4th fireworks shows. Unexpectedly, last night, October 12, a huge, dramatic thunderstorm swept through Boulder and one of two (Marty) dogs I was taking care of in my home responded by hiding. I looked in every room and finally, I looked again under my bed and saw him behind a rolled-up rug I store there. Fortunately, he was near the edge of the bed frame so I curled up next to him on the floor and encouraged him to “feel my hand.” (Admittedly, I forgot to ask permission to touch him but luckily he responded very positively to my touch.) Within minutes, he snuggled his head into my hand and he nearly instantly relaxed so much that his eyelids kept drooping. Soon, he let out a sigh (yay) and he fell asleep. When the storm moved north, we moved to my couch where he recuperated next to me under a dark blanket and, roughly 25 minutes later, Marty came out for air, found his favorite ball, and fully resumed his normal life of chasing, fetching, and begging for me to throw his ball again and again as if nothing had happened! This was a great experience that I will cherish among all my favorites! Thanks so much, Val !!
Questions and/or Discoveries!
I discovered that I can ask one animal to help me show another animal that I’m safe and worthy of their trust!
Featured Animal Teacher!
I’m still working on trying to get anything when I look at a photograph. I got nothing with Tiki; I was amazed during our Live Q&A how much detailed information so many people got. I’m still working on developing my imagination so I haven’t given up yet but I wouldn’t be surprised if I am one of those people whose skills need to be with the animal in person.
Intuition Development Games!
I love these Intuition Development Games!
How do I receive information from animals?
I would say that my two primary ways of receiving information is through Claircognizance and Clairvoyance and they typically work simultaneously.
But I’m going to relate one of my first Clairvoyant experiences that occurred when I was in 11th grade.I was home alone and watching one of the Triple Crown horse races. The announcers were going nuts about a filly who was favored to win. I watched as the handlers were walking all the horses around before loading them in the gates but, at one particular moment, the camera was focused on this filly. Suddenly, I went from seeing the images on the television to seeing a short video in my third eye. Within milliseconds, my sight returned to the tv screen. The horses were loaded and then off they went, racing around the track. And then, what I saw … happened. The filly went down with a broken leg. The announcers were stunned and screaming, “Oh my God!” repeatedly. I quietly and casually responded aloud to myself, “Well … duh.”
Although I was truly blown away with the clarity of the clairvoyant video images I saw that day, the most amazing part of this experience was that Source protected me from the emotional component – the devastating sadness – of what I saw. Since then, my heart has been broken many times in this lifetime when I have seen tragedy strike an animal without Source’s protective delivery so I am incredibly grateful and awe struck that Source can protect us.
Yours truly,
Sukey -

This week has been different. Meditations has been more just stillness , and it’s been both in the mornings and sitting out on a red risk below a mountain in Utah, barefoot. Most of my days are more in some kind of zen mode. At the same time as I’ve been braking up a tile floor. Hard physical work while very much being in the now . Not as who I am but more as what I am, very interesting 🧐 🙏🏻
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
It was with Jo’s Tiki in spirit. I was shown colors frequency, that I can be colors and use their frequency deliberately, so cool. ❣️❣️❣️
Definitely the new stillness, the beingness as space, it feels very important, and also very natural. It’s like the “ bottom” of everything, or more beginning. Like nothing else matters, or is worth worrying or be concerned about. It’s like being ONE with GODDESS- DIVINE CREATOR 🙏🏻💖🌈4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
How easy it is to get there, it’s just to let go and let Godddess 🙏🏻💖🌈
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I feel this is another breakthrough , even though I’ve not been practicing very much. Been exhausted every evening , I think due to all the bombarding solar flashes . ☀️
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, Kitty gave me a great speech about chakras, more than I ever reflected over.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I didn’t play a game, but listening on a different level. It’s so interesting, it’s like I’m aware of an awareness. It’s very subtle and before I didn’t even notice things I notice now. The timeline I’m in is like “ on the edge” of the timeline of the collective. Not many here yet, very nice and quiet. It feels for me that I’m “ on to something really big” , like hanging out daily with Divine Crestor, how much better can it be 🤪🥰🌈💖🙏🏻💓

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, Val’s. Not sure how long. Every day. One where she does most of the work for me. The other where I do more than the first one.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I apologized to them. I also asked Hawkeye about not playing with my mouth piece and told him I know he gets bored. Also, I told Hawkeye how I thought he would be like as a person. I also connected with two other cats and three dogs, plus another cat (Kitty). Kitty gave great confirming information involving Hawkeye and said something interesting that makes sense about Serenity and said other stuff about Love that makes sense and something I Hope happens. I posted the connection. One of the dogs I connected with thinks his person and I should be friends.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing new in terms of communication. Definitely things to celebrate though.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new except the connection I had that Kitty confirmed involving Hawkeye and playing with my mouth piece.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I posted the beautiful connection for Klaudia to read it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games, but had had possibly intuitive moments and definitely had more with numbers -times mostly involving communication from angels and such in the Universe.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Working on finding the stillpoint before starting any meditation. I continue my daily practice of at least 1/2 hour every morning and night.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Piggy and Oneyer: cats. Piggy does not like Oneyer and Oneyer is peeing in unacceptable places. During the session I “heard” accept and realized Oneyer wasn’t feeling acceptance in the family and did not know her place. Piggy just wants to be consulted before new cats appear in her life. (The family rescues abandoned animals).
Rosco, cat: not eating. I sent Tiki in spirit to keep him company and he started eating.
Athena: dog. Not eating. Zakota, my unicorn volunteered to stay with her and she started eating!3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I am so happy to have Zakota and Tiki in my life!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have discovered that support and help are always available but not always in the ways I might expect.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. On the call. Will post it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Continue my games with my husband!

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? penny.. a 400 pound pot bellied pig. she was supposed to be a miniature but obviously she is not.
Her people are moving and thankfully found a rental/area that allows pigs as pets. she is so big that she is mostly outside in her little house. i let her know of the upcoming move and tried to find out if she is ok being outside now. she said she does not mind but moving is stressful because she has to figure out the types of animals around and any new dangers. it was an amazing conversation, and i hope i helped ease some anxieties.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
i celebrate all the animals tha touch my life.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
The usual, 10-30 minutes before going to sleep, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My fur family, just daily communication, and the deer I encounter around my house. I had a (one way) conversation with my kitty, Scooter, one morning while at the barn feeding my horses. He came to the barn with me and found a nest of voles in the hay. He took one of the babies for his breakfast, and while the mommy vole was trying to relocate the other babies in the nest, he attacked and killed her and just left her laying on the ground. What I don’t understand is, why does he kill them if he’s not going to eat them? I told him it’s a good thing I love him, because times like these I don’t like him very much. I asked him if he understood or cared that he just destroyed a family this morning. How I wish I could get the return messages, because I would love to hear his thoughts about this.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
See #2.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I attempted, but couldn’t seem to quiet my thoughts at the time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for the games. But another instance of having a person pop into my thoughts that I hadn’t seen or thought about for quite some time. Then, on Wednesday when I went shopping for my horses feed, etc., (where this person used to work), she was there! We had a chance to chat for a minute and catch up, she is back working there again. I’m getting used to this, but it still always make me smile when this happens.

1 Did you meditate this week?
Yes. About 40 mins this week in parks as too noisy with neighbours .
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Communicated with Mikko an 18 month old golden Labrador who leaves yard/property that has no fencing. Mum worried as in the woods that surround the house are bears and coyotes plus a lake nearby.
Communicated with Mikko who knows what’s he is doing and in control. Has a quick intelligent mind and on a mission… Wants his mum to listen to him for he is her teacher. Requests more stimulation – more walks, scent work. Wants to be of service. Mum agreed an action plan to provide what Mikko needs and talk to him as she expects Mikko to know what she requires of him without actually telling him
Communication works both ways3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Getting more thing right within my communication with animal Continue to learn what the animals are teaching me
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Should I learn about chakra’s and aura’s to help with my communications
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet but will do so. Been busy noisy week to concentrate
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication animals?
Yes. More of a routine now – Often as possible, communicate with every animal I meet. Utilize my various daily intuition games-it’s fun. Plus a weekly guessing session with friend based in another country and time zone

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. An hour of chanting every day when I wasn’t working. On my working days – about 10 minutes. I have also been practising Val’s Soul healing – I did it three times – with an almighty struggle to get into and stay into my heart.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I did the FAT call. I’ve been stuck in my head and that seems to have been such a battle this week. Hard to connect with Elsa – fortunately she is patient. Hard to connect with the apple and pear trees that are my friends. I have been blessing all the hidden creatures in the house every day. I tried to show a spider the he was appreciated. I tried to negotiate with some ladybugs about moving so I could shut the window without squashing them. I went away. When I came back they were gone. Possibly just coincidence and time of day. But my big thing is to find my heart and stay there. I think it’s all getting extra slippery because I’m getting closer. Well – that’s the version I’m going with anyway. 😊
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the FAT call which keeps bringing me back to the wonder of AC and pulls me out of my head demons which tell me I can’t do it.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Question: Why is it so hard for me to feel? I’ going to keep practising though. Surely that’s the point of life!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes on the FAT call. I thought I wasn’t getting anything. Then I stopped letting that voice drone on and concentrated. And I got lots of movement images which resonated with Klaudia. In hindsight I think Kitty was showing me her beauty, her ability, her gifts, her fun, her joy! I really benefitted from Val modelling interpreting some of the things Kitty was showing us. I realise my negativity is so insulting – especially to one so beautiful. There was a point when I looked at Kitty to check if I was connected or I was imagining it – and I definitely felt confirmation that I was connected. Believe Rosemary, Believe!!!! That’s my goal this week.
6.
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Not as such. I am practising feeling. I am practising finding my heart. I am practising sitting with myself and being me. My mind leaves little space for this. I am realising how unbalanced I am. What a large part of me “I” am, what a small part of me my mind is – so I’m practising getting back into the correct balance. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not much. I am between biopsy and surgery for a squamous cell skin cancer on top of my head right on my crown chakra. I had one of these about 5 years ago and my scalp has never healed from that. I went to my dermatologist for my routine 6 month recheck and she found another one. She referred me to a surgeon this time, my specialist referred me to a specialist. I had the biopsy a month ago and surgery is next week. Waiting has not been easy. I’m having trouble sleeping and generally not feeling well. Attempts at meditation and AC are not going well.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have had many unsuccessful attempts at AC. I expected to connect with Kitty during the call last week but Val’s meditation finally relaxed me and the next thing I knew people were reporting on their communication with her. I just checked in with her again and asked her input on this skin cancer. She said it was going to go well this time. I probably made that up. I have continued to attempt communication with my cats especially Roxy but no luck there.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing to celebrate this week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? How can I connect when I do not feel well?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I briefly connected with Kitty this morning. See above.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Nothing to report here.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, for around 10 minutes, including Stress Busting Rx meditation and the brief one during the live call. I was out of town most of the week.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I attempted to communicate with a couple of doves (pigeons?) on my hotel’s balcony. I explained how I wanted to communicate and that they were safe with me. They seemed curious and looked at me quite a bit, even cocking their heads as if trying to comprehend. I don’t know whether they understood me and I didn’t receive any feedback but nonverbal behavior.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am finding myself acknowledging and appreciating all animals I come across.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Same as last week–How can you differentiate between connecting to and understanding an animal, and empathizing and projecting what you think they saying and feeling?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I attempted to but didn’t make a connection. This week’s been pretty hectic and it’s been difficult to calm the mind.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
In what little spare time I had this week, I read some of the Awaken Your Inner Guidance System transcript. I also re-read Developing Your Intuition the Right Way.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I am having some problems relaxing without falling asleep.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked to various members of my furry family – just the daily chit chat.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
One of the feral cats (a young boy) is getting more trustful. Since a few days I can touch him and he won’t run away. Yesterday he even started purring. I hope, I can take him for neutering next week together with the 2 youngsters, I have indoors.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? nothing

As she lives with me, we are talking regularly.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I lost one of the indoor cats last night. I tried to use my intuition to find him, but so far without success. I have not been outside the house after the last time I saw him. A few minutes later I closed the kitchen door, after everybody went out in the kennel. That is the moment when Graupelz, the now missing boy, usually comes back into the kitchen. He is one of very few that are allowed on their own in the kitchen. But last night he didn’t come back in. So I thought he wants to try the kennel. This morning I didn’t see him. Tonight I have been looking for him all over the house and it seems he has dissolved into thin air. -

Accountability! Week 7
1. Meditations
Yes, I have quick meditations when I need to focus and before going to sleep. I also have longer ones before animal communications.2. Communications
Yes, I connected with Kitty the FAT. It was a short one and it was nice. We just took a walk in the woods together.
I also connected with my dog Punchy (in Spirit) briefly. We didn’t talk much but we had lots of kisses and hugs. It was emotional for me.
3. Celebrate
I started to trust that I am able to communicate with my own dog in spirit, even thouogh it was just briefly.
4. Questions
Not at this moment.
5. The Featured Animal
Yes, I did during the Live Coaching Call with Val. I’d like to communicate with Kitty again this month.
6. The Intuition Games
I did some exercises from “Build your Psychic Skills” by Karen Fox.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?Missed a couple of days. Too much going on here, very stressful. Not sleeping. I have been using Val’s Meditations I like the love one the best.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Didn’t communicate with an animal. Not able to do it right now.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I love what this class experience has done for me. My environment has been difficult at best and I am seeing some big changes due to what I have been learning. We have some big stresses right now and it has derailed me but I will get it together. Val is a miracle worker and I wish I could hire her to help me further what she has just barely tapped into. I like being in that place and want it back.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
This week in my real life I have been more assertive but in a loving manner.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Last week I did. I got the response from Klaudia after the end of last weeks accountibility.
Klaudia is amazing and so is Kitty. I felt like I missed the boat though.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No.
