One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Meditate!
I meditated but couldn’t keep the routine so I skipped some evening and mornings due to tiredness.2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I have practiced verbal communication with all animals I met.3. Celebrate!
I celebrate the fact that I have this wonderful chance to encounter virtually all these extraordinary people!4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Very interesting insights from the people that have connected with Boumba.5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
In one of the longer meditation sessions Boumba came to me. He touched my hands, and than rested for a while beside me. It was one of the best meditation sessions ever. One evening he did the same. I felt all his love when he started purring.6. Intuition Development Games! 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did, approximately 3 hours total so far for the week. I did the meditations with Val in the recorded lessons, and a brain/heart synchronizing meditation on my own.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I have tried communicating with my cats. I think Violet heard me because I asked her to come to the carpet and she did. I also told Rosie she could not go outside and I thought she asked “why?” so I responded.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I have taken the time to meditate, and try connecting with my cats.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I am very new to this program. I would like to know if should be using words sent telepathically to communicate with animals, or more pictures or feelings?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet, I have to finish Lesson 5 and then I’m going to.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I played the card guessing game.

1. Did you meditate this week?
I did, probably a total of two times. Hey. Baby Steps! Plus it has been a really bad week.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week?
WEll, I tried with my dogs, and the cat a little. And the bush/tree at the end of the driveway has a bird family living in it I think. Every evening a soon as it gets almost dark a family of a flock of birds start in if any of the animals get too close the bush/tree. And I tell them they don’t have to get excited, that Im not going to hue\rt them, explained what I was doing out there and I guess they understood as they got quiet.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I’m sitting here being accountable even tho I keep nodding off.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
10-40 minutes before going to sleep each night, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been attempting to communicate to my fur kids that this is the week the wood stove gets installed, counting down the days as Val told me to do. I don’t think I did a very good job with Miss Boo, because today was the first day of demolition. It was loud and scary to them, and she’s still down in the basement not wanting to come back upstairs even though I told her they’re gone for the night.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

No, too much going on this week.

No time. Leaving space for intuitive thoughts to come in if needed.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
90 mins Hypnotherapy Relaxation Class that included discussions, case studies and meditation in which at the end of meditation I fell asleep
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Neighbour’s cats, Tabby Princess and Tuxedo Princess. Tuxedo came into garden, walked pasted Tabby Princess who was drinking, and went straight into my living room and made herself comfortable. Gave few nibbles and lots of praise to both of them..
Next evening, tuxedo sitting in armchair ignored tabby who came into garden. Later tuxedo sat by back door then suddenly flew out and chased tabby, with both jumping over the fence and disappearing.
Progress being made, very little chattering and nerviness from tuxedo and getting bit older now. Tabby, an older cat, still wary and on alert for tuxedo. I do reassure both
I did manage to get them both within a foot or so of each other and eating treatsWhen feeding wild pidgins, who will sit on my arm and hand. I explained I was learning animal communications and would like to talk to them if they were happy to do so.(I didn’t have time to do so that day) In response a couple of the pigeons allowed me to gentle stoke their front and back
Very few squirrels about at the moment to feed and attempt to communicate with3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate that the pigeons are beginning to trust me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None this week5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet. Plan to do so this weekend
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Practiced, when/where possible, as a busy week, few suggestions form the ‘ Trust Your Intuition – Reiki Calendar. Plus my own intuition games, mostly who was phoning my landline – got roughly 50/50 right

1. A little bit every day – not as much as I would like. A busy week. But I did still manage to retain heart focus more than in the past at work 😊.
2. My practice was focused on Elsa this week because she had an operation. Post op I listened to Val’s interview about meditating with your dog and I started to do that – which I loved. Not so easy to breath in her rhythm – much faster than mine, but my aim is to do 5 minutes a day together and watch how we go forward. I also was able to feel her headache and general feelings of toxicity after the anaesthetic and sense her need to sit in the fresh air to help her detox. (we did). I also had a win with a pigeon. Normally he flies away when he sees me through the window but I tried to communicate: please stay, I won’t harm you or come near you – and he stayed where he was.
3. I want to celebrate focusing on the positives of the operation with Elsa – normally I would have been pulled completely into anxiety, but I was able to model myself on Val, and keep pointing out the benefits of the operation to Elsa. Not all the time – but some of it!
4. Discovery: I uncovered a lurking fear of being with myself and the constant automatic reaction to avoid being with myself. I can start to work on this now.
5. I haven’t communicated with the FAT this week yet – I did try and don’t think I did a great job, despite Lucia’s positive feedback. I felt some was right (Babylonian connections; Guardian) but the rest seemed a bit off. I will try again.
6. This week it’s about spending time with myself and not running away. 😊 -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every day without fail. Twice if I can. It is my favorite thing to do.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to communicate with some mini piggies in the pet store. They were the size of guinea pigs but they looked more like a piglet. They seemed sad and confused to me. I talked more to them than they did to me.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am celebrating my completion of a whole year in this Club. I may not be much better communicating, but I have learned more than I did in all my years in college. My horizons have broadened exponentially.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Listened to replay of the Vaccinosis Masterclass. My question is regarding how to approach a convo with a vet why you you don’t want to finish a series of boosters after the pet has been vaccinated. Also I am not really understanding the homeopathic remedy clearly.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried to connect with Boumba, but was unable, My mind is all full of wedding stuff and I think I am just too distracted.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games per se but I am working on discerning which chakras may be imbalanced in people through conversations and observing them.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Having just spent last weekend in an online event with Tony Robbins, I decided to start his priming technique every morning and from that go into meditation. It was great! I got some really good insights form it. I did not do it yet today and did not yesterday. Still working on getting into a proper schedule. Each time I did it, it was about 15 to 20 minutes I think though I was not watching the clock2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I hope I helped with the poor two cats and three dogs that had an altercation posted ont he Facebook group. I really felt that I had actually communicated with them and I hope it helped. (Sorry, for got their names).
I also reached out to Maximus and sent him my love from afar (we are back in the US for a bit). I still do not get what he is communicating to me.
Boumba did give me some pictures, but keeps referring me to go work on reaching out to others more close to me I think or that need me more?
Tried communicating with the birds around in the woods here, did not get anything.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I believe I REALLY did manage to speak to the house of dogs and cats this week! How cool was that!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
When I do the priming exercise properly, with no distractions (I am easily distracted and find it hard to do when my husband or others are around) I seem to do better.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
He brushed me off again lol. But I did get an image of the room he was in to a degree.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Mainly worked on meditating – still working on that, I did not play any intuition games this week, a bit crazy as I work on another online course I am building. -

1. I did not meditate as much as I would like last week, it was very busy.
2. I tried to connect with a foster kitty at the pet food store, she seemed annoyed because the other kittens were playing too much and disturbing her. I tried to connect with a horse in a trailer when I was on the highway, I sensed he was happy because he was going home. Today I tried to connect with a bald eagle at the zoo I have connected with before, and she got unusually active!
3. I earned another 15-minute session with Val! Yahoo!!!
4. Am I doing it right? What should I do better?
5. Nope, I need to keep focusing on local animals.
6. Still worked on intuition in my usual app games, didn’t go very well in general — too much busy-ness. I still can’t feel the difference between when it is and isn’t working.
