One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. Val’s. Usually shorter one. Today about 30 or 35 minutes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity. Hawkeye. Coco. Mia. Nico. Bella. Scout. Mika. We talked about various things pertaining to the animal clients or their people. I asked Serenity and Hawkeye about if they wanted to have their third feeding amount made into two feedings. I also got about red for Serenity’s kidneys and emailed the vet. I also got a package and told her she didn’t need to be anxious and she stayed right where she was 🙂
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Having the realization that if I don’t know something rather than stressing about it it’s better to put it aside or out if my mind and be present with good energy rather than it consuming my mind and presence and creating not good energy and it better to just have Love and gratitude and do Love give Love etc. Love and ACCEPT whatever happens than fret before hand. FORGIVE SELF if something negative happens rather than stressing and such before. It will make a bad situation better this way.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Just dame old one that I’m practicing feeling when I connect and feel more.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Continue my daily meditation on light and sound although this week I have done more walking meditations, feeling gratitude for many things in my life.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Bolt, dog. We connected with the angels and had a healing session, He is quite sick and may be transitioning soon.
2. Unicorn, Zakota. I met my unicorn guide Zakota during a meditation on meeting unicorns. I have been using a stuffed unicorn as a surrogate when I do energy work during remote sessions. I have a unicorn blanket and a picture of a unicorn on my wall and now I know that awhile ago when I was riding on an imaginary horse that it may indeed have been Zakota! Wow!
3. Goose. He was all alone and I asked him where were his friends. He looked around and said he didn’t know. So I connected with the mother of all geese and told her about him and she said: Don’t worry that they knew about him and would take care of him. That helped me to relax about his situation.
4. Seagull: I asked him how he survives the cold northern Minnesota winters. He said: Thrive where you are.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I am thrilled to meet Zakota, my unicorn guide!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have discovered how deeply everything is energetically connected. When I connected with the unicorn, Zakota, about what I can do to love myself more. He said keep working with your inner parts! I started working more deeply with them during the August Platinum call and continue and realize how when I listen to all of my inner parts I am not only able to love myself but also people who have previously irritated me!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Tiki in spirit is the FAT, so I have been learning a lot from this experience and really appreciating his wisdom and guidance.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I am on a special trip with my husband and we have practiced going with the flow! Very fun.

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
The deer are returning this week. YAY! I saw the mama and baby, and today counted the (at least) 7 that were travelling together earlier in the year. It’s been several weeks since I’ve seen them. I greeted them all and once again told them where they are safe with hunting season right around the corner.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I gazed into Tiki’s eyes again before making this post. I felt lots of love coming from that little body.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. As usual, I remain open to intuitive thoughts as I go about my life.

1 Did you meditate this week?
Yes. Only managed about 10 mins this week. Also watched and applied one of Brad Yates tapping video.
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Buster Rescue dog. Improvement. With me he’s a lovely quiet calm dog still little nervous when hearing warning gun fire in the local fields near his memories of when forced into dog fighting.
Mavis, a sweet very fun loving energetic terrier but bullies Buster and thinks it’s fun but worrying for human family. She’s a little firebrand and lives up to her breed name – terrier. Wonder if Mavis is sending a message to family to slow down. Slow progress in getting her to understand situation with bullying Buster, however seems it’s her idea of play as she wants to play with Bu Buster has different, opposite personality to her. Will continue. Need to check his paw3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate what the animals are teaching me
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
As before…. Why won’t Mavis stop and listen to me to find out what problem is with her paw, why howling 22 Aug and above all to stop bullying Buster5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. Will post in forum. Tiki – a lovely, sweet, gentle, calm and a very wise cat. Has a lovely low calm sweet voice that puts you at ease and so easy to talk and listen to. Showed me a past life living with an Edwardian family, plus, a life with a modern family. Asked what Tiki could teach me. Gave me lots of information, including changes are ahead of me, embrace it and be myself . Be interesting to see what unfolds
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication animals?
Yes. As often as possible communicate with every animal I meet – Utilize my various daily intuition games – it’s fun. Plus weekly guessing session with friend based in another country and time zone

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Chanting. Val’s soul healing meditation. And some other guided meditations in the night to try and help me sleep.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve tried communicating with Bonnie – but I think I was too worried about “getting something” to hear. I asked a turtle about how to improve my AC – I think I heard: Listen. Explaining to Elsa what was going on because it was a hectic week and she has had her food late some days and has been alone a lot. This morning I was explaining the day to her and she looked straight at me. I think she asked whether she would still get her normal breakfast – When I reassured her, she was happy. Other than that I haven’t had a chance because of work and family commitments. Things should quieten down this week.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I still want to celebrate the communication with Elsa when she let visitors come to the house without barking at them. I’ve been reflecting on it. This means that I’ve really developed for Elsa to trust me enough to be the leader for a short time in the kind of situation I really find most uncomfortable – being with people I don’t know well. So this if she is actually agreeing to this it must mean that I have come a long way in dissolving some of the fear I have around people. It also means we have come far in terms of me becoming trustworthy enough for her to trust and allow to lead. I love that we make decisions together through agreement and discussion so much more now.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Still love discovering the feeling of being in my heart.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No I haven’t. I wasn’t even able to be on the live call on the 18th – but I will tune in to the replay this weekend.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been deliberately staying in silence. Not turning on radios or TVs etc. and practising listening to the silence. -

Week 2 of 12
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Only occasionally and in group meditations including church. It has been a rough week and I know meditation would help but it’s difficult at times like this.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with the cats Micky in spirit, Ginger and Syngen. My friend Virginia is grieving Micky who transitioned earlier this year. She got two kittens when her house was too empty. I communicated with Micky about G and S. He said he is around a lot but him Mom does not know that. He is very aware of the kittens and they know he is there. Virginia loves the kittens who are about 6 months old now but still misses Micky she had had for many years.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How easy it is to communicate with Micky. I knew him slightly in body and have communicated with occasionally for some time.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How can I meditate and communicate with animals when I am dealing with health issues and am concerned about it?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not this week – only during the call. I plan to communicate with him more. He is an amazing soul.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Nothing to report here.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every Day but two. My dog Moose has been at the vet those two days I didn’t meditate.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Scrappy with the sneezing problem. I learned from him that he had an injury from grass having been in his nose. It is irritated and swollen inside making him think there is something still in his nose. He let me look inside his nose. It was amazing I have not had that experience before.
2. Cinch who is very ill. The vet told his mom he had a heart murmur. She said his heart murmur is so bad they won’t treat him. He let me look at his stomach like an x-ray. I could see fluid and something else (not identified in his stomach). Also I could see his intestines were full of poo. He said he could pee but not poo. He is lethargic, loosing weight and not eating very well. I asked him if he ate something he shouldn’t and he said yes and that he didn’t know what it was but that it was in the neighbors cow pasture. I suggested to his mom that he is not in a good way and should get a second opinion ASAP. He may have two things going on. Another interesting experience.
3. Moose my dog. Has developed intestinal and stomach problems and has been to the Vet tree times this week. I have been able to talk to him and learn how he is doing. He has Cushing’s which complicates things.
4. Chloe my dog. She went through a tough time healing after her dental spay surgery. She developed some emotional problems. It has been good to be able to talk to her. She is doing much better.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
It is good to take all of the classes over again. It is amazing how much you forget or didn’t register because there is so much information to absorb on the first time around. for me this is all new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Yes. I have been doing my healing practice but no separate meditations this week.
Cinch the dog. I replied to a post on the facebook group so details are there. But basically it was just some simple impressions I got from connecting with Cinch.3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
