One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
      Yes, especially archangels meditation.
      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Just the usual casual conversations with a couple of my rescues.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing in particular…..have been under the weather all month after a severe bout of viral fever, so have not been able to focus.
      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      Nothing….
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      Yes, and posted.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Couldn’t do much due to the reason mentioned under Q3.

      1. Meditate!
Again it has been a strange week, with tiredness, and unable to focus and accomplish things. I have meditated some evenings, and only one morning. I feel giddy or absent minded and sleepy. I do not recognize myself…

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I tuned into Boumba’s energy, as he got really scared during a storm. I felt his fears, but I couldn’t handle them. Luckily he was still FAT and Krys has helped him to get out of the awkward state he was in.
I keep communicating with all of them verbally as this week I couldn’t gather my self.

      3. Celebrate!
This week I celebrate Boumba and all great messages he sent to me! 😊

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Is it possible that an extremely loud thunder, that happened at that specific scale only once as far as I know, to trigger to Boumba some sort of fear of storms?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I love my Boumba so much, and because of a storm he laid in my lap for the first time ever! When we arrived home from work, he was hidden behind the TV cabinet in the living room. I had to pull him out from there, as he wouldn’t make any move, like in a freezing state. I have controlled my breathing to make it as rare as possible but I couldn’t get underneath the veil, as the sky kept on rumbling loudly, and flashing lights.
I have communicated verbally with him, and hopefully at energetic level too.
Krys, was a real help, and she said that he was incoherent and she had difficulties to “wake” him up… (Thank you Krys!)

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
Even though I wish, I had no time for games this week…. Again.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?Yes, I did the meditations with the Lessons/Val plus I did two other 30 min meditations this week.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I tried talking to some turtles at the park but wasn’t sure if I truly made contact. However, I did connect with my cats while I was at the park (the distance really helped). I told Violet she was safe with us and could relax. My connection with Rosie was less clear but I did say hi to her and felt her energy. I tried explaining to her why she wasn’t allowed outside anymore (she runs to the street).

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That I felt I connected with my cats for the first time.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I feel like knowledge of an animal is getting in my way – is it information I’m getting from the animal or is my mind filling in something? Like when I was asking the turtle what it liked to eat – I envisioned him eating green algae but it didn’t feel I could trust it.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No, because I wanted to try communicating with other animals first – but now i’m ready!

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I am going to try having my daughter “send” me a color.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

My usual, 10-40 minutes before going to sleep each night, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My fur family. This was the week of the new woodstove install. We talked about the noise, counted down the days until it stopped.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I want to celebrate Val! She helped me have a family meeting with my fur-family regarding the woodstove demolition/installation that was to happen soon. Everything went smoothly, even though the boys didn’t like being confined. They handled everything very well.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Tried. Nothing in return. 🙁

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games. Leaving space for intuitive thoughts directed my way.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you

Attended an hour long evening relaxation session that included breathing and stillness sections. Took me a long time for me to relax due to my busy mind

2 .What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Bovver, a dog. When I came out of a supermarket noticed the shivering d dog tied up waiting for his guardian. I stoked the lovely dog and gave reassurance. Talking to a nearby man he told me the ‘owner’ is inside and the dog is always like that. We went into the supermarket where the man pointed the guardian out to me.
Had a nice calm, long informative conversation with the appreciative kind guardian. The dog was a rescue and pines after him if left alone. He has had the dog for 6 months and couldn’t bring the dog into the supermarket and helping the dog to adjust. He had owned several dogs which the previous man and already told me.
I went back to dog, knelt down and began stoking him along his back while I talked to him. I had my back to the entrance and the dog faced the entrance. The dog gradually nuzzled closer and closer to my side as he watched the supermarket entrance. Slowly the dog began relaxing and leaning more into me making himself more comfortable, almost pushing me onto the floor. The dog became quite calm and when the guardian came and untied him it was clear the dog was happy to see him. The man and I had a brief chat and the guardian was appreciative I was with the dog
I watched them walk away with the dog walking briskly and natural

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Celebrate that I may have helped Bovver, the dog in some small way

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Was I performing some form of healing on Bovver, the dog at the supermarket or was it merely that I was a human stroking him.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes. Posted in the forum. Conversation centred around guardian needs to slow down and enjoy life.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Not much this week but when could, did a few intuition games, e.g what number bus will arrive first, who I’ll I meet when cutting thru the park

      1. Yes I did. Not so much on working days. I find it easier to follow a guided meditation at the moment – otherwise I get a bit lost – but I look forward to them.
      2. I have been struggling to connect and tried a few times with Boumba. I don’t think I really broke through until this morning. I have just posted so I am curious to see if I was really connected.
      3. I want to celebrate the patience and love that animals are pouring out on us to help us.
      4. Question: when I communicate do I search around with my heart to feel the changes in vibration or do I just sit and receive – I feel like there is a balance between expectant receiving, a receiving that is too passive and one that is too active. Is this true? I shall post for the q&A.
      5. See my comment above.
      6. Yes – I’ve been trying to sense whether a particular door at work is locked or not (it means I have to walk a long way round if it is.) 3/3 😊

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have worked on Tony Robbins’ priming which I have found helps me get focused pretty well and helps me meditate – if anything gratitude. Just realized part of his priming is also seeing future events as if they have already happened – I need to see myself communicating with animals easily! (Silly me, I will in this morning’s priming for sure!)

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had a brief (it felt like a flash “knowing”) interchange with Ber Renae’s cats (posted on the Facebook group). I believe they are working on figuring out their new situation, seems this will take some time. Basically, I had a Claire cognizance that Nicolas Cage is upset the new cats have been brought into her house, this has her disgruntled. Momma cat is not recognizing her baby after two weeks separation (she would have distanced herself naturally to let her kitten become independent) and she is stressed with Nicolas Cage threatening her and now the kitten there as well. A lot of stress in the house they are dealing with and I did not take anymore time to try to help work things out. I will see what is going on there during the day today perhaps. I learned that truly communicating with them beforehand would have helped and that I have helped with other situations (see previous FB posts) where discussing things have helped. I feel pulled to help and practice communicating more.
I also was out walking the other morning and saw some heifers (young “cows”) in a field. As I approached, I decided to try to communicate with them. They saw me and were looking like they were going to run away further in the pasture, but I asked them to stay and asked if they would talk with me. They looked at me curious. I told them how good looking they were and asked them how they were. They were unsure and very attentive but ready to bolt. I asked if I could approach and one was like “nope I am heading out of here” while another said, “you are interesting” which stopped the first one from running away. As I approached, the more curious one came closer to the gate and I asked if I could reach out and touch her. She wanted to get to know more about me and smell me, so I reached out my hand and let her smell. The others were curious but not as brave. I told them I was not there to harm them, just to say hi. I pet her nose and she touched me with her tongue – more understanding of me as a person. Then the farmer was obviously getting them some grain for breakfast and they turned their attention to him. I said thank you to them and “see you some other time” and turned to greet the farmer, whom I had a long conversation with after. He obviously treats them very well, they have lots of land to graze and extra grain too. I do not feel I actually got communicaton from them, more of a feeling of understanding of their perspective/feeling… clairsentience, but how much of that is just me knowing how animals are in their nature?
I also had a a strong sensation (never really had it before) that Maximus was wanting to crawl in my lap. He was hugging me and cuddling up to me – the strongest I have felt when we are so far apart.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I might not have done much, but I feel I did reach out and feel I was understood and they were understood as well. I hope I helped the cats get some feeling of having been heard.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I feel I have not succeeded in communicating so much, more understanding their point of view which I have had for years after many years of observing them in their undisturbed habitats/interactions with each other. I as usual can get stuff sometimes but others not. I do not feel I am getting any better. Maybe I just need to practice more intently.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not really reach out to Boumba this week. My week was a bit scrambled. (seems mine is not the only one, so maybe Mercury is in retro?)

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Honestly, I did not. I feel I really need to work on that more.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, most every morning. the boys, Sal and Roo love to join.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I really just talked to my cats this week. I so desperately would love to get something clairaudient or clairvoyant from them, however it is still only clairsentience and claircognizance. I had two very clear communications from them, though. One morning I woke up with nagging neck pain. I couldn’t figure it out, and it didn’t seem like mine. Zuri was all over me and then I felt her collar and it was a bit tighter than usual, so I took it off. I felt immediate relief!
Sal was driving me crazy one evening in the kitchen. I had already fed him , he had treats, but he was so persistent, I was almost at my wits end. It then occurred to me that I had gotten up late and was in a hurry that morning, and had been unable to do my morning meditation. Then I got it! I told him, “Okay Sal, I will go meditate when I finish this”. He actually shut up then and went in the other room. How about that!

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I have made a decision to pursue a yearlong journey to be a Life Force Energy “Master in Training”. This is a major commitment on my part, that I would never have happened had I not found Val and this incredible community I am so grateful for.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I am sorry to say I did not. Time did not permit.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games, but I feel as though I am making great strides in developing my intuitive ability through quieting my mind and feeling into situations.

      1. Did you meditate this week?
I did. Not every day and while I prefer the guided ones this was not possible so I would do different ones from memory of Val’s classses.

2 .What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week?
Basically just with my own crew. I know they could hear me could tell that they were listening and understood but I could not hear them if they responded. I did try with a few posted on facebook from Pet Joy but didnt get much.
There is a bird that nests in the camilla bush at end of driveway, don’t see him/her but every week when I take out the trash bin he gets upset. I told him quietly that it was ok and I wasn’t going to hurt him and immediately he quieted.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I am truely back into really trying. I have been reading and studying a lot and I have cd’s from the basic class (wish I had them for the advanced, would make it so much easier) and I keep these in the car and listen every time I go somewhere.
      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
No questions (except why am I having so much trouble getting anything? Especially siince I used to be so good at it)

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
Briefly but again didn’t really get anything. Have been listening to and reading Tips to the conversation. Unfortunately never have them in front of me when trying to communicate.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games?
Yes I did! Tried the candy but could not get anything form that. Next time I tried the colored pens we have at work. Grabbed a handful, clposed my eyes mixed them up and picked on, guessed the color and opened my eyes. Was 100 %! Later einee the week I tried with a deck of cars, just doing black or red and was abt 75 or 80% correct.

      1. Yes, my usual.
      2. I connected with the bald eagle at my zoo, have done so before.
      3. When I connected with the eagle she hopped/fluttered over to the rail where visitors stand – I’ve never seen her do that before! I had the sense she was looking for me, but didn’t see me.
      4. Nothing new
      5. Nope, still need to stick with animals nearby.
      6. Yes, my usual apps. Not much success this week, I’ve been distracted by other stuff.

My energy is actually most of the time not good. Way too much and not much support.

Accountability : meditation -yes, Val’s. Not daily.

I talked with Serenity and Hawkeye and also sent Healing energy to a nervous dog. I talked with a dog, too. Another animal said it was thirsty.

      No on FAT

NO GAMES. Some with communication through numbers.

      No questions.
