We are glad you are interested in practicing talking together with an animal!
To get started, greet the animal and ask if they have time to talk with you. Remember that animals also lead busy lives even though we may not see all that they do. If they aren’t available, check back later.
Introduce yourself and explain why you are reaching out to them: that you are a member of the Animal Talk Coaching Club and learning to better communicate with animals and would appreciate their help. You can ask them any questions you want. Typically they do provide a response. Please share your impressions of their personality, energy, how they feel and any insights they may share with you. By sharing what you get, the animal’s person can provide you with feedback and others can jump in too.
Use the Forum SEARCH field (located at the top of the right column below the picture of the Featured Animal Teacher) to find more discussions involving this animal (or other animals with the same name).
Some conversations have been lively, and we’ve learned some amazing insights, and laughed at jokes. Remember that this is a safe place to practice. This is about practice and learning, it is not about getting it perfect. The animals have much to teach us, to share with us and we with them.

Hi Nita,
Here is what Tikli shared with me during our connection:
I sensed a bright energy field, filling all the space around her
She may be calm, reserved but not withdrawn
When I tried to sense whether she was happy, sad… I sensed that she was just resting
I sensed that her clairs were a combination of all of them, a little bit of each
If I could touch her: firm, warm body, smooth shiny fur
If I could hear her: low toneI told her how puzzled I was because of her ears – I one down, one up and asked her how it happened – no reply
Are you a boy or a girl: a girl
I sensed a loving, affectionate bundle of love
For the place she is living at she showed be a medium square house, with light dark beige walls, doors or windows of the same size on the ground floor and smaller windows on the first floor
For the spot she is sleeping at night she showed me a more or less small room, with a bluish blanket to sleep on
I sensed that she had no favorite food, nor treats, as if she did not care much about food
When I asked her what she loved doing for fun: I sensed running, playing with the other dogs and I saw her jumping in the air for fun, playing the fool
Yes, there are other dogs living with her but she would not describe it further
Who is your best friend: Nita
Humans living with her: Nita and another person
Asking her what you could do for her: providing her a safe shelter to sleep in, may be a box or a cage covered with something so that one could not see into it, in which she could retire to sleep to make her feel safe, may be undisturbed (at this point I am not clear whether this already exists and is tremendously appreciated or if it is something she would like to have – ?)
Asking her what she could do for you, as a reply I sensed that you already did what she didn’t dare to dream of: Saving her from being a stray dog
And that she was so much happier now
Asking her whether your son was living with you, I sensed “yes”
Asking what I could do for her: “tell Nita” which I promised of course
Asking what she could do for me: “don’t be sad” (because of Hawaï’s passing)
Asking her whether it was time already to adopt another dog I sensed “yes, it would do you good”
Asking her advice for helping me to improve I sensed “continue what you are already doing, it will become easier for you”
Asking her whether there was anything she would like to talk about I sensed that she was tired and wanted to stop it
I ended the conversation sending her lots of hugs and kissesHope it makes sense, Nita. The point is that as I already know one or two things about your life and your dogs, I do hope that it has not influenced my interpretation ?
Big hugs to your furry kids
Lots of love

Hi Evelyne, thank you ever so much for speaking with Tikli….it’s been almost 2 years since anyone has done so, and I was so hoping for some insights which you’ve given in such detail. I’m quoting and then adding my responses…
She may be calm, reserved but not withdrawn
She has become a loner…When I tried to sense whether she was happy, sad… I sensed that she was just resting
Yes, she does rest a lot….guess being alone and not much to do.I sensed that her clairs were a combination of all of them, a little bit of each
Oh her senses are very alert. She has amazing insights. She had developed severe PTSD and in a communication, asked for CBD oil…which finally helped. She has a growth which would require a biopsy, but was not possible…so she indicated that an ayurvedic dr in the village would be able to help, and indeed, that’s what happened! We found him, and with his medicines, the growth is well under control.
Another time, she connected to a friend of mine in Germany, and told her to take her cat urgently to the vet….there was nothing wrong with the cat, but she listened to Tikli, and was amazed to hear that there was a blockage which had no symptoms but would have been fatal! If I could touch her: firm, warm body, smooth shiny fur Yes, quite right!
I told her how puzzled I was because of her ears – I one down, one up and asked her how it happened – no reply
Maybe she doesn’t realize….here when dogs are spayed, one ear is notched as a sign, and the vet did a poor job, unfortunately. Are you a boy or a girl: a girl…yes!
I sensed a loving, affectionate bundle of love
She is loving and affectionate. For the place she is living at she showed be a medium square house, ….yes, we have a double storeyed house.
For the spot she is sleeping at night she showed me a more or less small room, with a bluish blanket to sleep on
She has a bed in the guest room, medium sized, and has a blanket too, as it’s cold here in the hills. So she’s safe, undisturbed and comfortable.I sensed that she had no favorite food, nor treats, as if she did not care much about food
That’s true, she’s not fussy, and is happy with anything. When I asked her what she loved doing for fun: I sensed running, playing with the other dogs and I saw her jumping in the air for fun, playing the fool
This is a memory from her life in the park in Delhi, from where we moved here 4 years ago, and she was the only rescue I brought, as she was being severely abused there every night by drunks and addicts. She was also a victim of dark occult practices by a dog walker.Yes, there are other dogs living with her but she would not describe it further
She has been in the house with Blackie, and his mother Brownie, but after the latter passed, she’s alone in the room, as Blackie sleeps with me upstairs. She used to be with both of them in one part of the property, but after she attacked Brownie, I had to move the latter away, but Blackie was still with her. Unfortunately, soon after, she attacked him one day, so now I’ve had to shift him, and she’s alone in a huge area. It makes me sad, but I can’t take a risk. She, like the other rescues, are hostile to each other….a carry over from the common place they’ve come from.Who is your best friend: Nita …that’s so sweet of her, as after Brownie passed, I’ve tended to blame her, since she had attacked Brownie brutally. Not totally her fault, as it was triggered by dark energies/elementals.
Humans living with her: Nita and another person….yes, my son and I
Asking her what she could do for you, as a reply I sensed that you already did what she didn’t dare to dream of: Saving her from being a stray dog
And that she was so much happier now
I’m glad…actually she was part of my first live AC class in 2018, and she confirmed what I had been suspecting about her life in the park, and she begged to be rescued…so by the time the class ended, I had made up my mind, much against everyone’s advice. Later too it has been very difficult with her, but I feel I have to meet my karmic obligations to her.Asking her whether your son was living with you, I sensed “yes”….true
Asking what I could do for her: “tell Nita” which I promised of course…thank you.
Asking what she could do for me: “don’t be sad” (because of Hawaï’s passing) …that’s so thoughtful.
I love what she told you! Maybe you could consider adopting again….Asking her whether there was anything she would like to talk about I sensed that she was tired and wanted to stop it
Her personality and energy levels are not what they were, as I think she has been impacted at some level after Brownie’s passing. The point is that as I already know one or two things about your life and your dogs, I do hope that it has not influenced my interpretation ?
Your interpretation has been totally objective and accurate, as you know just the general situation with my rescues, and didn’t know anything specific about Tikli. If I’ve missed feedback on any point or anything else I can add, do feel free to ask. Deepest gratitude again from both of us for a fantastic communication!

Regarding her health you spoke of PTSD. Please explain, what is it?

Hi Evelyne,
Thanks for your kind response.
PTSD is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder….something that many war veterans suffer from following their experiences on the battlefield. It’s a nerve related issue.
Every night for months on end, probably triggered by memories, Tikli would wake up with something like seizures, straining at the leash, screaming, eyes wild….CBD and holistic medicine has worked, though I think the seeds are still there, which accounted for the attack. Hope this helps.
Thanks again for giving her a voice!
