Let’s get to know each other, shall we? Please take a moment to answer these 3 questions:
1. Introduce yourself and your animal angels, teachers, healers and guides?
2. We especially want to know why you decided to join the Club and are learning how to talk to animals. What brought you here?
3. What do you hope to get our of your membership in the Animal Talk Coaching Club?
Much love,
Val -

Hi, my name is Klaudia. I live in Cyprus together with a huge furry family. When I bought my house I brought with me 3 cats that were living with me since a few years in the flat I had rented before and I took over feeding some feral cats that the previous house owners had introduced to me. In the following years the family grew by some very young kittens that were dumped in my garden, some feral cats that were badly injured (shot in the eyes and now blind, poisoning resulting in damages in the central nervous system, crippled, beaten and left with broken bones….). By now I have 43 cats and 1 small dog in the house and around 15 regular ferals. Most of the indoors have access to fresh air via a cat door leading into the cat house, a big 2 floor fenced-in part of the garden with a tin roof. whenever I figure out how to get pictures in here, I will post some (the top line is the link to my picture that I wanted to post).I heard about animal communication on TV when I was sitting with my mother in the hospital (short before her death) and my immediate reaction was that I wanted to learn this as well, but none of us knew who was teaching such skills. A couple of years later I found Val by coincidence during an internet research. I took this chance right away and enrolled for her online training course (the one that led to the first home study course). Later I joined her in an online weekend retreat, followed by the advanced home study course. This journey changed my life in many respects, too many to discuss here in depth.
When the animal coaching club was founded I joined without thinking twice. This gave me the chance to find like minded people, to find help in many situations and to find a platform to train my skills. Unfortunately I don’t find a lot of time at present to participate in forum discussions, but at least I try to participate in every month’s call, which is very valuable to me. The next few weeks I will be more active, because I am on sick leave until end of May (I have both hands in plaster after surgery – very funny, if you live alone with a bunch of cats that have nothing better to do than mess up the place :-))

Hello – my name is Silvia and I live in Europe, Switzerland. I share my life with Shina – my guide dog for the blind, Luna – my former guide dog in spirit, and my husband.
Shina is a black Lab x Golden mix female and Luna a black Lab female.I am quite new to animal communication, although I already took a course 10 years ago. At that time, I did not know much about intuition, telepathy, meditation etc. All these concepts were new and complex for me. As a consequence, although I enjoyed the course and the group, I did not take a lot out of it. Some years later, I did some training in mediumship and trance healing, and now – finally – I am back into animal communication.
In addition to spiritual and psychic topics, one of my biggest interest is animal training. I am a professional dog trainer and hope to be able to integrate animal communication into formal education and training over time.
As you may have realised, English is not my first language. But I will try my best to improve my skills in that area as well 😉
I’ve read all your interesting introductions and some of the other posts and I am very much looking forward to learn from and with you… -

Hi Everyone! I am really so excited and grateful to be here with all of you. My name is Jo and I live in Western Australia. I am originally from New York but relocated to Australia about 12 years ago. I grew up with animals and always felt a special connection to them. I was the kid who always found lost animals or should I say “they found me”. My mother used to check my pockets before letting me in the house to make sure I didn’t have any pet frogs or other animals that I was bringing into the house. With my love of animals, I wanted to become a vet until I learned at an early age that I could not be in the same room where a medical procedure was going on. There was something much deeper that I felt I was supposed to do but was never quite sure what it was. My animal teachers and are my dog Chino who is with me in spirit and my cat Tiki.
I decided to join the club because I just finished taking the the core beginners course followed by the advanced course. I will be reviewing them both again but this time, being a member of this club. Taking these wonderful courses made me feel like this is what I have been missing in my life and that this is my passion and purpose. With the membership of this club, I look forward to being around like minded people who have the same passion and desire as I do to be a voice for animals. I look forward to learning all I can and having a support group to help guide me on this very special journey as well as me being a support for all of you. What I want to to be able to do is: bridge the gap of communication and understanding between animals and the people that love them.Attachments:

Hi Jo, and welcome aboard! Some of your experiences could have been mine: my mother had to check my pockets for snails, and I nearly made it to UC Davis veterinary school(earned the grades but didn’t have the $$). I have also found it VERY helpful to review Val’s Beginning and Advanced class content. So many wanna-be’s throw animal communication programs up on a website and claim a/c is as easy as 1-2-3. LOL! Val is the real deal but we are each responsible for doing the work! Looking forward to learning from you!

Hi Ana,
Thank you so much for your warm welcome. I am really new to ANY forum so I hope I am replying correctly to the post you left. My 2nd photo that I uploaded with my dog Chino didn’t come up. It looks like I have a lot to learn besides animal communication. I am looking forward to sharing experiences, learning, and lessons with you and Vincent. -

Hi everyone, I’m Karen. I started working with Val in ’09 ? her very 1st classes and have been here all this time! Thank you Val. I had actually had a friend who was an animal communicator for years and had always talked to my kitty Maxi and dog Annie (now in spirit) and when I walked dogs, this one red cockier spaniel was a jabber bug and would tell me all the sstories her owners did she hated and to please tell them to stop it!
(After a traumatic accident that caused much nerve damage I had to relearn how to get my communication skills back- that’s where Val’s courses came in and our work together ever since has been amazing.)I live in WLA CA and have 3 amazing cats. I adopted Cleo and Jasper from Stray Cat Alliance (supported by Jackson Galaxy now) 9 years ago. Cleo has been on heart medication for 4 years from being diagnosed with a murmur and enlarged heart and after 1 year on her medication her heart is back to normal!!! Jasper came along with her, he’s 2 years older and raised her. My intention after my beloved Maxi passed away was to get 2 older kitties since they are harder to adopt, but working 1 day at adoptions, we were packing them all up and this gorgeous little 7 mo old tabby with bright green eyes was staring at me~ oh nooo I thought, so much for the older cats.
Then little Jakey came along 2 years ago. I had a good friend who was sick with cancer and had gotten this amazingly beautiful kitten, so I told him we were going to go to my house and he got into the carrier. He had never had a kitty family before and Jasper LOVES having someone to play with, but Cleo- not so much! she kept asking me initially ‘when is he leaving’ and this on day she was on my kitchen table and Jakey popped up behind her and I thought oh no, well she turned around and right hooked him across the face and looked at me and smiled! that will teach him, she said. after 2 years they actually get along but never play, he’s too rough with her.
I recently lost my beautiful calico Kitty Kiki, who found me to take care of her and we had the most amazing joyful 2 years together.-

Hi Everyone, My name is Barbara. I heard about animal communication about 5 years ago when my golden retriever Brandy passed. I needed closure and contacted an animal communicator. I was so impressed that I wanted to learn this. Since then, I’ve taken 4 different animal communication classes. My mind wanders a lot and so I struggle but I don’t give up. I have a strong urge to learn animal communication. Now I have a wonderful golden retriever Sophie who reminds me so much like Brandy…she even looks like her.
When I found Val…this was much different than any of the other classes I’ve taken. When the class was over that was it. With Val you constantly have interaction. By being a member in the Animal Talk Coaching Club I feel that there is always help around. It’s not just a class and then you’re done.

Hi everyone,
This is Kathy with the briards. I took Val’s Home Study Course and the advanced couorse. Like all of you, I have loved animals all my life. Have to tell you this little story. You know the universe works on its own time schedule. When I was 5 years old I used to go out every night and wish upon the star “star light star bright” etc, and I always wished for my very own puppy. When I was 8 yrs old we moved to a big farm and got a wonderful dog from the shelter, but he was a family dog. Got married and we took in a couple strays, but it was not until I was 30 years old, my son had wanted a GSD and that is when I really got into everything. When I was 32 years old I bred her and had my very first litter of puppies. I will always remember sitting there with 3 week old puppies climbing all over me and I felt like a little girl whose fondest wish came true. And it did!! I ended up being a dog trainer for several years, breeding dogs and showing dogs which I stil do to this day. Came the time when I realized I could understand what they were saying to me, have always told my puppy buyers to talk to their dogs, that they do indeed understand everything we say. Along came a couple of very stressful years and I lost my ability to ‘hear’ my dogs, hense my finding Val and taking her course. It is slowly coming back to me.
Have talked way too long! Thanks for listening. Glad to be here.
Kathy

Hi, I’m Ann. I have a cat and two dogs, all rescues. I also volunteer with the Wildlife Care Association where I rehab the jack rabbits that people find and bring in, and release the ones that survive. I learned about Animal Communication from a friend who has been a communicator since she was a child. I attended a couple of beginning AC classes from different instructors, Marta Williams and Carol Gourney, and then Val interviewed Carol, which is how I found out about Val and the Club. I also took Val’s Advanced Courses. I really want to learn how to talk with my jack rabbits that I rehab so I know what’s going on with them and what to do. With membership in the Club, I enjoy the fellowship with like-minded members, access to resources, sessions with Val, and ultimately, I hope that I will grow in my AC skills.

Hi, My name is Pamela Ferarese (you can call me Pam if you like, I go by either). I live in Boise Idaho with lots of kitties. Novia (Spanish for Sweetheart), Izzy, Breck (acronym for Big Round-Eyed Cute Kitty) , Charlie, Mr. O’Leary and Rennie. Oh and my Beloved kitty girl, Tiggs (in Spirit since 2002). I hope to get help from my girlfriend soon to take photos of my furry friends and post on the forum.
Many, many years ago I took an Animal Communication Course (week-end introduction) but was so filled with doubt about any of my abilities that I never really pursued it. These past few years, many stray and feral cats have been clamoring into my life and I feel their yearning (and my soul’s) to teach me to listen & be guided by their wisdom. I decided to take heed to the inner and outer urging and so step into a new life of Animal Communication. I chose Val because I felt a Heart connection with her. The timing was right, the pricing for tuition was right, and so I signed up for her Beginning & Advanced on-line classes on May 20th, 2016. I have been slow in starting but am rearing to go now, esp. since today’s Gold Forum Monthly Call.
I signed up for the Gold Membership to firstly have a means to keep me accountable in taking my classes and doing the work, as well, be engaged in a community of friends to help cheer me on and further guide me in fulfilling a dream of making a career in Animal Communication. I have been a massage therapist for the past 25 yrs and the deep tissue work has taken a toll on my physical body and since the animals are calling me to this new big change… here I am. 🙂 I hope my energy and the wisdom I have gleaned from my life’s experiences may help my fellow students learn and grow as I learn and grow from them. I am so grateful and pleased to be here…embarking on a new and exciting chapter in my life story. Yay! Love & Hugs, PamelaPam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

Welcome, Pam!
Love the way you are listening both to the animals as well as yourself and your guidance.
Your contributions to the June Gold Q&A call were very insight filled. Seems like your new chapter has lots of great, relevant background.Practice with the Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) and/or any of the Animal Teachers in the Animal Teacher Handout (ATH) then post here in the Forum to get feedback from the Animal’s people. Remember if the story sounds too far fetched, check again with animal to see if they are telly you a story as it were.
This is a great group with whom to share and learn.

1. Introduce yourself and your animal angels, teachers, healers and guides?
Hi, my name is Manuela. Most people call me Ela. I moved from Germany to Maryland and adopted two beautiful male cats called Tiger (brown tabby) and Bungee (grey and white shorthair). A military guy adopted them from Humane Society couple of month before and received orders to move back to Texas without them. The wife didn’t want to have cats in the house. My friend showed me the pics of them both were still kittens. They looked like best friends for life. I convinced my husband to take them before they end up at Humane Society again and perhaps even get separated. They love each other so much. They are such a joy and make me laugh every day. I grew up with all sorts of animals. Mainly dogs and cats. I cannot imagine a life without an animal. I do respect and love every animal and believe we can learn so much from them.
Several times a week, I volunteer at a local shelter ‘Luna’s House’ and at Petsmart where this organization has cats for adoption in their own little section.
2. We especially want to know why you decided to join the Club and are learning how to talk to animals. What brought you here?
Well, I decided to join the club since I completed the beginning core foundation course and soon will start the advanced course online. It is so important to exchange experiences and to keep the faith. We can to this!
3. What do you hope to get our of your membership in the Animal Talk Coaching Club?
Like I said just above. I believe it is important to be able to exchange of what we have learned, gain security of what we have received from an animal and find confirmation of what we have received. Stay in training with the games, meditations and more. You get so much being a member in the coaching club.
I only found out by coincidence about animal communication when I moved to the U.S. Read all about it. Googled and studied of who was on the market, read books. Val attracted me the most and decided to take a training from her. I love her way of teaching. I am a yoga and meditation teacher and spiritual healer so I love her knowledge and see myself smiling and nodding a lot when I listen to her. I love Val. -

Hi, my name is Trine and I live in Norway with my husband, daughter, our dog Chico, two rabbits and a hamster. Our son lives in his own apartment ( he is 23)
I work as an voluntary in a small rescue senter for cats. And i just resently went on a course in Wales to become an Bach Flower Animal Practitioner. I think AC and Bach Flower Remedies is a great combination to help animals.
I started with AC courses here in Norway for 3-4 years ago. And I started to do well and people contacted me to talk to their animals. When I began to feel pressure and was afraid to get something wrong I also started to struggle with the Communication.
I really want to continue with AC, but I let fear get in the way.
So I hope this course and forum will help me to overcome my fears and start with AC again. 🙂 -

Welcome Ela and Trine!
Great to have your wonderful compassionate energy here in the Club. Yes, having the support of others and a safe place to practice is key to gaining comfort with Animal Communication and expanding your confidence. Plus it is lots of fun!
Remember it isn’t about always being perfect, it is about learning along our journey.Remember to send by email photos of you animals to Moderator AT ValHeart DOT com for our Animal Teacher Handout. Please name each photo the name of your animal, note if they are in spirit. Also, please send photos that approximately 2 inches by 2 inches (5 cm x 5 cm). If you are unable to rename the photos, please include in the email the file name of the photo for each animal along with any identifiers, this is especially important when there are multiple animals in a photo. We don’t want to be calling an animal by the wrong name. WE look forward to getting to know all of you!

Hi all! My name is Carla. I live near Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on an acreage with my son (21). I just separated from my husband (yayyy!) and am renting for now. We live here with 5 indoor cats – 1 being my son’s. and 7 (hopefully) outdoor cats. 1 of my little girls has been gone for a while now and I hope she is ok – they come and go as they wish and sometimes are gone for weeks. My cats have a fantastic shed to live in (my friend refers to it as the kitty castle!).
My entire life I have loved animals – often preferred them to people- and I always knew you could speak to them. Unfortunately I seem so very dense and still feel like I have a wall up preventing me from hearing them (I know they hear me clearly). I get so frustrated that I don’t know what up or going on with my animals (like if my little girl is still around or what happened to 2 other boys that disappeared several months ago) or what they want to share with me- or all animals in general. I feel so deaf. I love Val’s work and it is time for me to break through and get rolling on my own journey with animal communication. The closer I get to breaking through the more stressed/anxious I get inside which in turn makes it very difficult to get clear information (ughh). I am so looking forward to growing with you all in such a supportive forum.

Hi Carla, my name is Beth and I am brand new here. Everyone can do this, it’s a matter of confidence to know you are not making it up and as Val says, practice. Hang in there, I struggle with my dog Angel hearing me even though I don’t seem to have a problem communicating with other animals. I hope to burn through that very shortly.
Just wanted to give you some support and say, “YOU CAN DO THIS”

Hi, My name is Luke. I am currently going to college at Paul Smith’s College in the Adirondacks for Wildlife Biology. For as long as I can remember, I knew that my life purpose had something to do with helping animals. I’ve tried telling myself that I want to be a Veterinarian, A wildlife biologist, and currently a wildlife photographer. I’ve always had a soft spot for animals and understood that they are all equal and deserve to be treated equal. Everywhere I go, I get weird looks from bystanders as I flip a beetle over when it’s stuck, or bury insects or small animals when I find them deceased.
Two summers ago, I worked in a veterinary office as a Kennel Attendant. I would walk, clean, feed and work with almost 40 dogs and 20 cats everyday. To everyone else in the office, these animals were just animals, something to be worked on. Nobody understood their personalities, emotions, and feeling the way that I did. These animals were brought in off of the street, sometimes in critical condition because of the way that they were treated. They were looked at as savages who were extremely dangerous, and to be approached and taken care of with caution. This really bothered me, and nobody seemed to understand that they are just like us! I knew that they were in need of help, and within a few hours, they became the most loving creatures, each with their own personality.
The harder part of my job at the office was being responsible for holding the animals while they were being euthanized. They told me that I had to do this because the animals were closest with me due to me caring for them every day. I was honored to have this job, because I knew that I could make them feel more calm than anyone else could. I could let them understand what was happening and to prepare for it. I usually took about an hour to sit with these animals, and it killed me knowing that they could easily be loved and do well in a loving home. You would be amazed to know all of the horrible petty reasons that they would come up with as an excuse to euthanize these animals. During the process, I would feel the life rise out of these animals as I would hold them steady and cry. I now understand that this was the spirit of the animal. After a few months, I knew that I had to quit the job because of the affect that it had on my daily life.A few days ago, I had an amazing conversation with my aunt from Virginia. She explained to me about her ability to feel certain energies, and about a drive that came from within her to work on these energies. She would randomly pack her things and go for month and a half trips, not knowing where this force was taking her but always being reminded that she was not alone. She would have instinctual realizations of what she was sent to work on, and would often end up in places of negative energy that needed to be dissolved.
One story that she told me on the way to the Tarzan movie (wonderful movie by the way), was about a woman named Beatrice Lydecker. She was a very well known animal communicator. My aunt told me about her experience in which Beatrice tried to teach her how to communicate with animals. She said that one day she got frustrated with her dog and asked her why she had just peed on the carpet. Before she could realize what she had done, she answered the dog saying, “Well you should have told me that you couldn’t hold it!” Immediately after getting back to her house after the movie, I began researching animal communication and how it works. I felt like I had finally found the true reason for my love with animals. Now, I am extremely excited to learn how to communicate with animals because I know that it is my purpose in life. After a few days of nonstop research, I came upon Val and this website. From this membership, I hope to have an audience to bounce all of my attempts at, so that I can figure out how to communicate as quick as possible. Today, I went to the zoo for my first practice attempt, and realized quickly that the animals understood everything I sent to them. The first animal I talked to was a giant Orangutan who was sitting in a corner eating chicken nuggets out of a Bojangles tub. I asked for a sign that she could understand me, and she immediately got up and slowly walked over to me. Once she got to the platform right in front of the glass wall, she plopped down in front of me laying down with her head against the glass. I got this sudden rush of energy all throughout my body and began to smile as we sat there looking into each others eyes. I knew this was real, and that i was determined to figure out how to communicate with animals.
After a few hours of trying to center myself and receive messages back from her, I realized that nothing was working. I could sense that I was trying too hard, but had trouble completely clearing my mind and opening the channel between us. I will admit that after an hour or so, I began to get frustrated. So i took a picture of her and told her that once I figure out how to receive messages, I would use that picture to communicate with her.
I would like to invite anyone willing to tell me about their first encounters with communication, and how you surpassed the barrier. What were some of the hardships that you experienced, and how did you get past them?Thank you,
Luke-

Hi Luke, my name is Beth and I am reading all the stories before I add mine. Your’s was so detailed and I loved it. I wanted to share my first experience. I actually took an AC class from James French and joined that FB group where everyone posts pics of their animals and all the participants get to “practice” with them. I found Val while waiting for James French’s Trust Technique online course to become available. I was tired of waiting and I am so happy I was cause I am thrilled to be part of this community instead. Anyway. my first experience was a pit named Dinah that I was working with at a local rescue. She did not have any interest in people at all and acted wild and out of control whenever she saw other dogs. She was often out of control when I was trying to use The Trust Technique on her and a few times I felt hopeless. I kept it up though and she calmed and learned to connect with humans. One day when I was out in the rescue yard with her I looked directly at her and got her thoughts. I felt very sad and realized that she was intensely lonely. She just wanted to play and was self sabotaging because she wanted it so bad that she was out of control. She hadn’t trusted humans due to past experiences. I relayed the information to the behaviorist that ran play groups (I think she thought I was crazy) and shortly she allowed Dinah in the playgroup with an amazing result. Dinah was happy, more appropriate and started connecting with humans. She went to a great home but will always have a very special place in my heart.
So….this is not to say I am able to connect with all animals because sometimes it just doesn’t happen. The fact that this orangutan gave you that sign and in a big way probably needs to be enough. I’d be thrilled with that!
I volunteer with a local rescue and many dogs just don’t want to open up right away. It can take time to develop trust so just keep trying with different animals. You know in your heart that you have the gift and an amazing ability to feel them. I wish mine was as fine-tuned as yours but I will get there with empathy and compassion. My best to you!
That first time was a total surprise to me as I wasn’t even trying but it got me hooked.

Hello, I’m Michelle and I’m a Home Study Beginner graduate and live in Tavares, Florida where all wonderful wildlife live. Originally, I’m from NYC and had careers in design, art and as a licensed massage therapist.
Since I was young, I’ve had an unusual attachment to the “other world” – anything New Age, the afterlife, ancient mysteries, astrology, aromatherapy and herbalism, UFOs, alternative healing, frequencies, radionics and scalar energy, music, psychology, etc. I’m also an empath.
I am a huge worshiper of nature, animals, and the cosmos. I love camping. My sign is Aquarius with Pisces rising and my Power Animal is a Bald Eagle (there is also an Otter and sometimes a Snapping Turtle!).
I’ve had the fortune of having various pets throughout my life – rabbits, cats, dogs, and a bird. I became interested in animal communication a few years ago when I felt compelled to do something for animals and nature. It sounds strange (I’m a bit strange anyway, or should I say eccentric? haha) but an alligator actually showed me the way when I lived in an apartment complex in Orlando. There was a small lake next to the pool area and right off a nature reserve. I used to watch her and protect her from kids throwing rocks and feeding. One day I heard her loud and clear in the lake saying to me “look what I caught – yeah!” She brought it up to me – I didn’t want to look of course, but she left the remains as if she was trying to share it. It was then I realized I needed this connection in my life to go deeper. Then I discovered animal communication. WOW! Now I look back and remember my beloved cats Mau and Matilda (both in Spirit). Mau was an unusual cat. We had a very deep connection and I think he was my soulpet (is there such a thing?) He was almost the typical black cat stereotype. I don’t want to give away too much on behalf of the other students, but when I got off work and was walking home everyday, he would be there waiting on the same corner and would walk home together. He of course was meowing and talking to me (I wish I could’ve heard everything he had to say then). Matilda (nicknamed Tilly) had an angelic spirit. She would sit by the door until I got home and then give her meow welcomes. Unfortunately it saddens me but I don’t know why I can’t find any pictures of her. Perhaps a drawing will do? I don’t have any pets in my life right now, but I am the proud aunt of four rabbits – General Cota (In Spirit), Buttercup, Troubledour, and Moonbeam (In Spirit). I have my twin sister’s permission to post their photos, if I may. And there’s Odin (in Spirit) my mom’s dog. I was and am very close to them.
Lastly, I want to say I love the course, Val. You’ve taught me how to put everthing together (and myself). It feels amazing. I’m very serious about continuing to build a lifetime career for the animals. They need to be heard and recognized. I would truly be happy to be a conduit. -

Hi Val and Everyone,
I’m Dayle, from Ontario Canada, and so happy to have found this place! I’ve just finished the Beginner Home Study course and am starting the Advanced level. I have done Animal Communication courses over the years with different teachers and had some success, but when the lessons are over and it’s back to just me in my rural Ontario town I get caught up in the less-than-receptive atmosphere and lose my focus (and my confidence)
The incident that brought me back, more determined than ever this time, was with my horse Tommy a couple of months ago. I was bringing the herd into the barn, had opened the gate and was watching as they ran past me into their stalls. I love everyone in my herd of course, but Tommy is my true partner and I do have a special place in my heart for him. As he trotted past me I was almost knocked over by the most intense feeling of…love, I guess, but it wasn’t pleasant. It was so strong that it was almost painful. It’s difficult to describe but I had never felt anything like it before. I knew that I loved him of course but I couldn’t understand why I should be feeling it so strongly on that very ordinary day. I realized later that the sensation wasn’t the love I feel for Tommy. It was an emotion that I was picking up from him! and it was so powerful that I had to act on it and try to connect at a deeper level. So here I am.
I’m a nurse in real life. working part time in an ICU to pay the bills but with a real love of holistic nursing. I’ve done Healing Touch and some other energy based therapies and practice Natural Horsemanship with each of my eight horses. I also share my farm with a donkey, two dogs, several cats…oh, and a husband and daughter.
Looking forward to this journey and getting to know you all!

Hi, Everyone!
I’m Heather. I am a Reiki Master, Animal Communicator and pet photographer. I live in the central part of North Carolina with my two dogs, McKenzie (10-yr old Rottweiler-Harrier mix) and Dexter (7-yr old Border Collie Chow mix). Both dogs are rescues – rescue is a passion of mine and I am involved with several local rescue groups in the area. I also have two dogs in spirit, Ginger (Boxer-Chow mix) and Mr. Darcy (Husky-German Shepherd-Eskimo mix). Darcy is planning a return trip back to me soon and he and I are negotiating the timing and how that will look.
Although I have been a practicing Animal Communicator for a few years now, I’ve worked mainly with family, friends, friends of friends and my contacts in local rescue organizations. I was a little hesitant/nervous to come out of the shadows and pursue this amazing work full-time, but after a recent reading with a medium and some very specific guidance from my Guides and loved ones on the other side, I am taking the big, exciting and sometimes scary leap into making this my profession and eventually stepping away from my current full-time corporate job.
My particular areas of interest are with end-of-life decisions, pet bereavement, pets in spirit and reincarnation. I have been very blessed to have been able to assist many animals transition and to have helped walk their humans through the challenging time that surrounds a pet’s passing.
I am so excited to be here, in a community of like-minded, passionate, magical people! I look forward to working with each of you and your beloved animals!

1. Introduce yourself and your animal angels, teachers, healers and guides?
My name is Joyce Tepley and I live with my husband, Phil, and our dog, Kati, in Dallas, Texas. Kati is a Shetland Sheep dog who was a gift from a friend who bred Shelties. She came to us as a puppy and now she is 15. Being a Sheltie and highly energetic, she needed a job, so I worked with her from 8 weeks old teaching her with positive reinforcement clicker training. She was a hand full. Barky. Fast. High energy. Running laps around our bushes. I was 58 years old then and used a wheelchair from polio as a child. I am now 73 and we are both settled more and sleep a lot. My husband is 75, so we are an elderly household. Kati finally passed her Canine Good Citizenship after barking her way through many obedience classes. I trained with an agility teacher for a while with Kati. We loved it. Never competed. Just tried to wear her out. Kati learned to be my helper, closing cabinet doors and picking up small objects. Though she tends to toss them at me rather than hand them. Kati was very reactive to scraping pots in the kitchen, closing drapes, passing cars, other dogs. Thunderstorms. You name it, she reacted to it. I worked with Val for a couple years to help her become less reactive. I also did homeopathic, energy medicine healing techniques, essential oils, and everything else that was recommended outside of drugs. Now Kati is mostly deaf so does not react to noises. Her walks are calmer and short. She sleeps most of the time. It has been a magnificent journey with her as our constant companion. My husband, who originally did not want the responsibility of an animal, adores her. We are facing the sunset of her life with us. I have a website and Kati has her own blog area, though she does not welcome comments. http://www.thriverlivingcommunity.com/katis-korner. I make up stuff about her commenting on human nature. Or maybe she channels it to me without me knowing it.
My neighbors and I have always taken care of stray cats since I moved to this area over 20 years ago. We are down to 2 now from 14 several years ago. We have lots of trees in the heart of this big city. I put out seeds and nuts so have several families of squirrels, lots of birds including occasional ducks, turtles, possum, raccoons, rats, and mice. There are coyote and fox sightings all the time. We have also kept a bee hive in the last 5 years. Actually we’ve had 4 different hives.
2. We especially want to know why you decided to join the Club and are learning how to talk to animals.
I worked with Val in the past. Also participated in one of her first teleconference classes. I felt it was time to deepen my intuitive skills. I am older now and feel more expansive and deeper in my spiritual journey. Also, Kati has been my biggest challenge in communicating with. I don’t get it! She tries her best with me, but most of the time, I am lost understanding what she is trying to communicate. I seem to understand and have more confidence with wild animals than with her. Or with other people’s pets.
3. What do you hope to get our of your membership in the Animal Talk Coaching Club?
Interaction with other classmates who are experiencing similar issues and a chance to practice with others of like attitude.

Hello everyone,
My name is Daniela and just decided to join this amazing community few days ago after a call I had with Val. I’m an international head hunter (full time) and in my free time building my online business as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. For the past few year I’m on a spiritual journey which led me to discover myself more reason for which I became a health coach. While studying to became a health coach I became even more in tune with myself and i got closer to yoga and animal communication. During this journey which started more than 10 years ago, my best companion was and still is my dog partner – a female mix desert dog called Trouble. She came into my life when I was living in Kuwait, she was rescued from the dessert and my husband at that time brought her to me as my birthday gift. After few years me and my husband divorced and Trouble was my rock throughout the most difficult period of my life. Since then we moved countries and continents few times. I have learned a lot from her and this is one of my main reasons why I’m here, to learn more about this amazing animal communication, to understand more about this deep connection I have with Trouble and expand more my knowledge and practice in coaching people about the healing power of their own pets and animals in general. I’m just at the beginning of learning about what is animal communication and looking forward to practice, learn from you all here in such a safe place and connect with such a like minded beautiful community.

Hi everyone,
I’m Patty, I just joined yesterday and got to listen to my first call with Val today. I’ve worked with animal communicators before, took a couple of beginning classes last year, along with an animal reiki class (I’m a Reiki Master, so that seemed like a good idea). I share my house with 2 dogs, Cooper and Ginger, and 3 kitties, Boo, Shadow, and Sugar, all rescues of one sort or another. Out in the barn/pasture are 2 horses, Willow and Shiloh, who were also looking for a good home when our paths crossed. Also my beloved Jewell, who is now in spirit.
My path to learn about our energetic Universe has been and continues to be fascinating in the places and people I have been led to!! I was led to Val via an e-mail I received last month offering a consultation call with her. I signed up, we talked last week, she told me she could help me turn on my telepathic skills, so here I am.
I very much want to “turn on” my telepathic abilities. From time to time I get images or thoughts that come to me that seem like they are coming from my fur children, but since I have no way to get validation on a regular basis, I’m never sure of what I’m getting. I know we all have capabilities we had to “leave at the door” when we came here, and I would very much like to have them back now please. 🙂 I want to be able to carry on conversations with them consistently and help others do the same. They have so much to teach us!!!

Hi, my name is Wendy and I am from British Columbia, Canada. I live in our province’s capital, Victoria. I have two furbabies with me, my little girl Nanda, who is 7, and my boy, Clueso, who is 6. I just lost my sweet Nacey Girl, in August of this year, and she was 21. I have been going through breast cancer, chemo and 8 surgeries in the last 5 years. My Nacey Girl never left my side, not once, while I was confined to my bed. She has left such a void in my life.
I have been an animal lover my whole life. I grew up on a farm, where I had my own horse, and cat. We had many other animals too, whom I loved and spent all my time with. I am now vegan, because I truly am an animal lover. I feel like they have been communicating to me my whole life, but I need to hone in my hearing abilities. I am very clairvoyant, clairaudient and clairsentience. I had my first encounter with a spirit at the age of 8. I still get visits regularly. I need guidance and teaching about properly listening. I am so excited about this course. I am involved in a couple of animal sanctuaries and I would love to be able to help them, with their animals. I just want to help as many animals as I can.

1. Introduce yourself and your animal angels, teachers, healers and guides? My name is Gina Triay (tray i) the vowels are backwards…i think somebody on Elise Island wrote it wrong and it’s been like that ever since. I ve not been aware of any animals guides or teachers until these two cats entered my life. Never owned a cat before, she’s 1.5 yrs her name is Kiki and he is 1.5 named Ming no relation to each other. I ve been too much of a busy body going and going…..life is passing me by. I have slowed down a lot since they showed up.
2. We especially want to know why you decided to join the Club and are learning how to talk to animals. What brought you here? I ve had a pet sitting service for 11 years now….was even nominated the best in the top 5 nationwide 3 different years!! i m around animals all day. People tell me wow my pet doesn’t go to anyone you really have the touch. Well that’s great that the animals know i m ok but now I want to be able to hear, sense and know them like they know and sense me.
3. What do you hope to get our of your membership in the Animal Talk Coaching Club? Practice, practice, practice then validation, validation validation. I want to have knock your socks off clarity!!

Hi, my name is Beth and I am brand new. I have an angel who just happens to be named Angel. She came with that name from a rescue and while it is not my 1st choice for a dog I just felt it suited her so….I have since realized she truly is my angel. She was at the chihuahua rescue for a year (waiting for me I guess) and is blind, probably since birth. I volunteer with SICSA (stands for Society For the Improvement of Conditions of Stray Animals, yeah a mouthful) and I am considering bringing another dog home. Her name is Tink and she is so adorable. She came in a few months ago and I needed to get a couple of things done first. She got adopted and I was like, ok, she wasn’t meant to be my dog. When I went in the other day, Tink was BACK. So I think I’ll pay attention and bring her home.
I have always been different, sensitive and in tune. Secretly I believed in “magic” (that’s what I called it when I was young). I had a terrible upbringing and was never enough for my parents. That haunted me until recently. I have done a tremendous amount of healing work on myself and am barely the same person I was three or four months ago. And a year ago? Not at all the same.
I moved out as soon as I could and took over my parent’s scripts and continued to beat myself up because I was not enough. Not efficient enough, not smart enough, not thoughtful enough, not deserving enough, you get the idea. I punished myself for many years and I drank a lot to numb the pain. In my early 30’s I met and married a chef whom I thought was my soulmate. I had never wanted kids (I always said, “I don’t want kids I want puppies”) but with him I did. Ended up we had to adopt but I have three amazing kids that are now embarking on lives of their own. To make a very long story as short as I can, the marriage ended very badly and four years ago I moved out. I’ve been alone since with my amazing angel.
I always loved animals and had many once I was an adult. I have always been very intuitive although I was really lost for years and struggled. I had a brain tumor that was discovered because I had an unusual seizure. The tumor sat on my emotional center and caused me to cry almost all the time and affected me intensely in many ways. It was removed Oct 2013 and I have been on this amazing self discovery journey since. Like many others here I got very into natural health and sharing what I had learned about healing with food, massage and some specialized techniques (I had a few blogs). For a long time I wanted to be a health coach but it just wasn’t happening.
One day I was on Facebook and this post caught my eye. It was about James French and The Trust Technique. I had never before been willing to pay for any kind of training but this…yes! I was ready to hop on a plane to England but there was a five year waiting list. Not to worry they said, “We’re developing an online course and it will be available at the end of the year.” Man, waiting is hard when you have finally found what you are meant to be doing. I took an AC course through him and waited some more. The other day I just got tired of waiting and started searching (Google is my friend) and I found Val’s site. I read and read and was so excited because I know I should be here instead of over there if you know what I mean. I am thrilled to be home….. Val is so warm and interested in our success. She is very accessible which is tremendously important to me.
I have worked from home for a few years so I spend A LOT of time alone. I am really looking forward to being part of an active and interested community of people all with the same goal.
I know I will gain the confidence I need to make this my only source of income. From the heart, I NEED to help animals heal and help their owners understand and respect them. I live for this.
I had a reading done recently and she told me I was anointed (ie a healer) and “they” had been waiting for me to get here for a very long time. Boy did that make me feel good. I re-read everything I write and am teary as I re-read this. I am looking forward to connecting with all of my fellow animal communicators!
My heart is so full of joy and excitement because I am finally here!
Peace and love

Hello to everyone,
I just read all the posts and there are truly amazing people in this group. My name is Patricia and I live with my husband and lots of furry kids. We have 5 dogs now , Timber, Kobi, Alaska, Saucy. (Snow, Nanook, Shila are in spirit) as we have lost 3 over the last 3 years. Two cats, Chester and Charlie. One goat, Licorice. Lots of chickens. One great horse, Spicy. 8 Alpaca, Eshawn, Shiny Mountain, Amos are the boys and Rachael, Ali Paca, Suri, New Dawn and Celestial Storm are the girls. And a duck.
I have always loved animals. They seem to understand me very well. I seem to just know what they are wanting or saying. But I would love to know for sure what they are saying, feeling and wanting.
I have been studying energy work and would like to help people and animals with whatever I could assist them with. Found AC on line and watched and took every thing I could find when i came across Val Heart on a webcast and took her class. Really enjoyed her presentation and honesty. I truly hope to be hearing from the animals soon and using this skill to help others.
Have never posted to a site or practiced with others before. Looking forward to great things. Thanks. -

Wow, you do have a lot of animals. I think I may be a bit jealous but anyway welcome.
And a duck! Ha ha. -

Hi Patricia, welcome to the group. You have a huge fur-family. I can only imagine what feeding time is like at your house 🙂 Like you, I’m still waiting for my telepathic skills to kick in and Val said she could help me with that, so here I am, learning whatever I can. She’s a great teacher. I’ve already learned a lot. Good to have you with us.
If you like, go to the forum, click on the Featured Animal Teacher for the month, this month it’s my dog Cooper, and try to connect with him.

Hello everyone!
I saw an instruction said to “introduce yourself”, but I didn’t see this forum until now!
I’m very sorry for my late introduction. It was very rude of me.My name is Masako Simmons. I’m originally from Japan, and currently a resident of VA.
My animal angels are three cats in spirit. (Monica (black cat): I had her when I was still in Japan. Leo (tabby) and Panther (black cat): Panther went to the spirit side several years ago, and Leo 3 years ago. I don’t have any animal angels right now because my boyfriend and I like to travel a lot.I’ve been searching for my purpose in this life time. I have a full time job working for a corporate which I don’t really enjoy. I’ve been wanting to do something I love to do, and be a service to others for a while now. I tried many different things, but nothing really satisfied me or didn’t feel much passion for it. Then, I found an article of jobs to be around animals. It was like a light bulb just turned on! I always felt connection with animals, and I knew they (especially domestic animals) can feel my energy. Becoming a service to animals can be a service to people as well. I’m currently taking a course to be a certified canine massage therapist at the same time.
A few months ago, I read a book called “Is your pet psychic?” which was give to me YEARS ago and I never read it until now. Then I finally started searching for animal communication. I wish I read it sooner, but I think it wasn’t right time, and this is the right time.
I don’t have anyone else to talk about animal communication. That’s why I join the Club.I’d like to practice animal communication and hope to receive actual feedback. That is what I want to get out of the most from the Club. Also I like to hear other’s success stories and any other experiences they can share.
I talk to wild animals all the time, but I’m also aware I have a pretty good imagination. No matter how much I talk to wild animals I don’t know if it is real or just my imagination. lol
I’m looking forward to get to know everyone.
Thank you.

Forgot to mention, the horse in my photo is not mine.
I live in Williamsburg VA, and there are many working horses there at Colonial Williamsburg. If anyone who come to visit, let me show you around. It’s a beautiful place (photo attached)
Anyway, her (maybe his) eyes looking at me was so compassionate, so I used this photo as my profile picture.

Hi, My name is Marjan. I live in Ontario, Canada. I am a new student. I’ve just finished my level one. I will eventually apply for the advanced level within few months, but I need to work on what I learned so far.
Communicating with animals was always fascinating to me. And I was looking for a mentor for a couple of years who I could connect with and I finally found one. And here I am now.
I am in a field of Natural Medicine, I used to practice but now I teach. I am a teacher and educator in the heart.
My husband and I live with 2 beautiful rescue cats which we adopted them 2 years ago from the shelter that I am volunteer at. One is “kind” 15 years old male, had FIV and “Hope” 7-8 years old, has one eye, beautiful though.
I am very much fan of nature and animals. I am activist and educator.
The first one is “Hope” and the second is “Kind”. -

Hello everyone! My name is Elisabeth and I am the pet parent of 5 kitties, 2 in spirit. Alexander and Miya live beyond the Rainbow Bridge. Jaxson (14 yrs), Bently (12 yrs) and Dusty (10 yrs) live with me and my husband on one acre in a rural community north of Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina. We moved here from Florida where I was around lots of like-minded people every day. I was interested in alternative healing, health, energy work, etc. I had studied Reiki, BodyTalk, Quantum Touch, Allergy Clearing, Equine Touch, among others. Once I moved here, however, I found I had no one to talk to about what I did before and so I stopped doing healing facilitation and energy work publicly for about 10 years to focus on healing my self.
Alexander, whom I adopted in Florida in 2001, was my original teacher. He became seriously ill right after I got him. He was overvaccinated too young and it affected his brain. He started running high fevers, stumbling, falling over, lethargic, losing his ability to jump, etc. Out of desperation to save him because I loved him so much, I found myself trying everything I knew and he survived, although with neurological damage. I also discovered my telepathic connection with him. Before I even ever met him, he told me in my head “My name is Alexander”. When we went to look for a kitten, I knew it was him.
A year ago I started an online program in animal communication with another teacher. We did not resonate. I was hoping to improve my communication skills, which till that time were primarily clairaudient and using a muscle testing yes/no format. It was a very expensive and disappointing experience. Recently, when I decided I had had enough, I started searching for another teacher. When I saw Val Heart on Youtube my heart just opened, I felt so comfortable with her and knew I wanted to study with her. Although I have only gone through a couple of lessons, I have already learned more than I ever expected in such a short time.
The reason I decided to give the Forum a trial was first to connect with other like-minded students of AC in a safe, protected venue, and second, to not have to be on Facebook, which I absolutely cannot relate to. The kind, loving support from this forum appears to be just what I am looking for. Thank you Val for all you have done here!

Hello everyone! I am Terrilyn Day. I heard about Val 2 years ago, and in my heart I felt very strongly to join in. I have been on a hard journey with depression and taking doctor prescribed medications that did not serve me well, so I felt that I needed to get on a different path. Since I was a child I just knew things, but when I told my parents or others, I was told to stop making things up, so I let it go. My very sweet husband understood, and encouraged me to try to get to that place again, but the medications made it hard to get clear impressions. Now I am getting better at it, but my husband just passed May 17, 2017 due to cancer and heart complications.
The grief is overwhelming at times, but every day it is a little better. I feel him with me, cheering me on, but overcoming the sadness is difficult. I know it will get better with time.
I have 5 beautiful healers and angels here, 2 large lab mix furr babies (they’re 6 yr old sisters) Solo and Tesla, then 3 kitties, Ginger, Cici, and Buffy. Ginger seems to be the ringleader, as I have felt that she has alot to say, but I’m just not hearing her yet, or not trusting that I can.
My long term goal is to become a professional animal communicator. I believe there should be one available to people at every vet clinic, and every adoption center so that their voices can be heard, and be able to tell their stories.
What I hope to gain by joining with you all is to be able to practice on new animal friends who are not mine, and to be a part of a family that understands the gifts given to us from Spirit.
It’s no fun being called a crackpot or crazy because you have a dream to help the ones who cannot speak the same language. Thank you Val, for making this all possible! -

Hi everyone!
I live in Atlanta, Georgia, with my cat Kit-Ten and my new dog Aspen. We recently moved into a little house between two creeks on a fenced and wooded half acre.
I studied with Val for two and a half years awhile back and enjoyed it immensely. She helped me with some difficult personal issues and was a godsend when Kit-Ten almost died. Before Val I never thought I would have the patience to meditate and almost didn’t sign up for Animal Communication when I saw meditation was involved. A couple of years ago I had to take a break from the Gold Club. Although I meditated and practiced during my time away, I missed sharing experiences with my fellow communicators almost as much as I did Val’s insights and suggestions.
My dog, Buffy, died suddenly last September but Kit-Ten is still with me and loves her new home as does Aspen, the six-year-old Jack Russell Terrier I just adopted. Every morning we meditate on the yard swing by the creek, listening to the water rushing and the birds waking up. The squirrels and birds are becoming tame. There’s a family of hoot owls that likes to watch us from nearby branches. We aren’t on speaking terms yet but the squirrels glare at me from the deck whenever the feeders are empty. I have high hopes.Attachments:

I have always loved animals and remember as children how I would do anything to make my parents move in the country so I could get many of my best friends. I had sheep, dog, cat, ponies, ect. I always loved seeing how happy they were when I made a bigger house for them or gave them new straw. I could see how the pigs made a nest to sleep in and a toilet in another corner. I thought a lot about it and how animals thought compared to humans what they understood what they thought about ect. Once I went to boarding school. I came home for a weekend, and my sister said to my pony, “Come! We need to pick Loulie from the station.” And he ran to the station (out in the woods) as if he knew I was coming. It opens my curiosity even more. I was so fascinated by that pony. He chose me. I watched him and my own. One day, his owner and I took the ponies out into the woods to graze. She went to him, but he stepped up from her so she did not dare come to him. I said I could try and walk to him without problems. He went well with me. I was convinced that I would buy him. Now after many years without horses, I became horse owner again. I ride as often as I can and have so many questions to my horses. I would love to get in the hot chair and get answers to things around Funi’s back especially and Caileag is hard attacked by mold and mites. I want to hear if there is one way I can help them if they have suggestions and knowledge I do not have. How they like it here with me in general. Se you saturday. Love Loulie -

Hello. My name is Angela and I live in Auckland, New Zealand. I have always loved animals and I grew up with a wonderful tabby cat called Skippy. I don’t have any pets at the moment but until recently had two cat friends that used to visit me regularly (now both in spirit). I have qualified as a Bach Flower Remedy Animal Practitioner and have also studied homeopathy.
I found out about animal communication a few years ago and knew that it was something I really wanted to do. I have taken Val’s online study courses which I really enjoyed so decided to join the Coaching Club.
What I hope to get out of my membership in the Club is to be able to practice and get feedback. I think the forum is such a great idea as it gives you the chance to practice in a safe place. It’s great to have so many wonderful animal teachers available. Also it’s great to be part of a group of people who don’t think that you are mad for trying to communicate with animals!
Unfortunately for me the monthly Q & A calls are in the middle of the night (3.30am) so will be tricky to attend – but its good to get the recordings afterwards.
I have not found animal communication easy to do – but I want to keep trying as I really want to help to give animals a voice. -

Hi, I am Alicia Hamilton. I have been an animal lover all my life. Horses, dogs and cats. Being a nurse for 25 yrs I thought that would be my only job. 9 months ago my abilities started opening, first channeling, then I was told by my mentor’s spirit guide who is a Native American Chief that the purpose of my life is to be an animal healer and communicator. I am now working towards my new career path. Healing is very natural for me. I was told that I taught healing in my last life. Then came my totem animals and healing and animal guides. I took Val’s beginning and now advanced class. I am amazed at how much I have learned and continue to learn. Once a week I help animals that come to me for help. My Elephant totem keeps me on a schedule with this. My husband and I have 2 reincarnated 9 month old heelers and I was told we have a horse reincarnating to us and I can see the baby in my energy like the story that Val emailed us this week. I still get stuck trying to connect in person at times. I communicate more easily with animals that aren’t mine.

I forgot to tell you what the Totem elephant has me do. Weekly I start seeing a lot of spirit animals that I know are not mine. They come to me because they want my help to cross over. They are afraid mostly or didn’t want to leave their families and now they are in the dark. I tell them they are ok and after they cross over they can come back anytime they want. I tell them if they need help find my guides or the tome animals and it is our honor to help them on their journey. I see my guides holding a cat, holding a dog and so on. They don’t have to go. It is a free wil decision but those that do I have seen meet up with people on the other side. When they are crossing over I get chills all over, or I am overwhelmed with love from the group of souls. I feel so lucky to have these experiences. I am grateful also to be able to speak of this with like minded people.

Hi Everyone. I’m Margaret and I am back after not being a member for a couple of years. I am a Reiki Master / Teacher, an Akashic Record Practitioner and have been an Animal Communicator in the past but seem to have lost my touch. I want to get back in the game.
I have two cats, Missy and Roxy. They are the reincarnation of my Korats Misti and Rocki.
I know some of you and some of you are new to me. I look forward to connecting with old and new friends.

1. Introduce yourself and your animal angels, teachers, healers and guides?
Hello Everybody!
My name is Barb Grout and I live in Longmont, Co. and part of the year in Bruce, Wi. I did not know anything about animal communication until last August, 2017 when a neighbor asked me if I wanted to take an introductory weekend animal communication class with her. I had been babysitting my daughter’s Doberman puppy for 6 months and feeling inadequate to the task, so I agreed. I retired in May, 2017 from teaching and had been looking for the next step. The weekend class opened my eyes as to my amazement I could connect to the animals we worked with somehow. This is just a first of many “coincidences” that have moved me forward in this journey.
I have taken the advanced class offered by Val as well, which I am in the process of restarting. I even volunteered to talk on a couple of the follow-up calls after the class got going. Thanks Val for saying I am on the right track.
I already meditate daily and I have a friend, Mary Ann Bumbera, who wrote a book called Because of You, I Am which I will read next.
I just took a Heal Yourself class from the local Psychic Center and have connected with my healing Master and my own intuition. Animals I know have started to tell me things in random ways and I am beginning to have the confidence to practice with friends’ animals.
My animals are in spirit form now but I feel my gift will be to help others with their relationships with animals and other people.2. We especially want to know why you decided to join the Club and are learning how to talk to animals. What brought you here?
The fact that it was on sale this week really was huge in committing to this next step. Since retiring, I don’t have a steady income YET. I would like to practice with animals who want to help me learn and in a consistent manner. I have already started an accountability file and plan to start on January 6 in answering the 6 questions weekly👏😊3. What do you hope to get our of your membership in the Animal Talk Coaching Club? Support, friendship and animals to practice with.

Hi, My name is Cheryl Cuttineau, and I live in Mission Viejo in Southern California. I am semi-retired, although I don’t believe the soul comes here to “retire.” My work history includes 14 years in Sales & Marketing at AT&T, 9 years in Legal Administration for a county medical center, 14 years in public education and 5 years in Internet Marketing as a copywriter and grant writer. In 2013 I decided to reinvent myself and dedicate myself to being an advocate for animal welfare. I started a pet sitting business, “Happy At Home,” I trained to be a pet loss and bereavement counselor, as well as an animal hospice and palliative care consultant. I am also trained in Reiki and massage therapy, Rolfing, T-Touch and scalar wave energy healing modalities. Even though I love all animals, cats hold a special place in my heart and I offer cat behavior coaching for challenging issues.

2. We especially want to know why you decided to join the Club and are learning how to talk to animals. What brought you here?
LOL–I just found my way back out of the rabbit hole and got back to this form. Gotta love technology!
Until a few years ago I have been around animals my whole life. The first “pet psychic” I ever knew was an old man named Fred Kimball who I met at a UFO meeting. After he gave a demonstration, I was hooked. It was many years later that I traveled to Pt Reyes, California and took a workshop from Penelope Smith. Have taken classes from other well-known animal communicators but haven’t progressed as far as I would like. As an educator I know there are many different ways of teaching information and learning information. I have been on Val’s email list for a year and was very impressed by the breadth and depth of knowledge around healing techniques. I decided that the accountability and group energy in a coaching club might be more helpful in my progress.
3. What do you hope to get our of your membership in the Animal Talk Coaching Club?
More targeted practice. I have difficulty reaching “the zone” or that space in meditation that the accomplished animal communicators talk about. A lot of times I suspect I am using inductive reasoning instead of intuition when attempting to connect with an animal. -
01/22/2018 at 3:40 am #44831Chigusa SansenPlatinum Member
Hi Everyone!
I’m Chigusa, joined at the end of last year and have been slowly getting set up. I am originally from Japan, lived in 4 other US states before settling in Washington state with my husband and 2 German Shepherd dogs, Sabre (14) and Mig (10).I was originally introduced to animal communication about 4 years ago when I was seeking help for issues I had with Mig. I had communication session and took a weekend class with the communicator shortly after. I was very discouraged that others in class seem to be carrying a conversation when I seem not to be getting much at all. I also struggled with settling my mind as I was not very happy with my life in general and had so much negative thoughts running through my head. I tried to stick with it but it was obviously not my time then.
Since then, I experienced very tough time at work that made me want to quit my job and start something completely new. Problem was, I didn’t know what… Long story short, I had chance encounter with animal healer that led me to take her classes, that led me to become Reiki Master/Teacher, which led me to studies about energy, which brought peace and calm in my life including at work which I now enjoy very much.
As I become more familiar with presence of energy, I started to realize there is not much separation between energy work and animal communication. With this realization, I am hoping to get back to my original desire of being able to communicate with animals. This forum will be a great opportunity for me to get confirmation and clarification about the messages I received from animals that was previously lacking during my last short stint with animal communication. I also am looking forward to the comraderies of likeminded people!

Hello everyone! I am Ana. I live in Bogotá Colombia and I share my life with my husband and our four legged love Vincent. He is a 6 year old English Bulldog. I am currently taking Val’s beginners home study course and I am really loving it.
I came to animal communication because of Vincent. He was diagnosed with degenerative osteoarthritis. I contacted a local animal communicator to learn how he was feeling and how we could help him. From that day on everything changed. That visit was magical and my appreciation for my beloved dog grew even more.
Last year for my birthday, Vincent and I took an animal communication workshop. It was a fantastic experience. Then I got busy with life and work and I stoped practicing. By the end of the year I was feeling a bit lost, stressed out, anxious and tired. I set another appointment with the animal communicator and to my surprise my dog had a lot to say to me.
He said that I had stopped practicing the animal communication excercises and since then he noticed I was cranky, stressed out, disorganized and I wasn’t spending quality time with him as we used to do. He said that part of my mission is working on my fears and that he was here to help me, but that I needed to do the work .I took what he said as a gift and a wake up call. Three weeks ago while I was looking for animal communication courses I came across Val’s site and I felt that this was the one for me. I saw Val’s videos and I felt love, compassion and kindness. Since then I’ve been practicing and I am determined to communicate with animals. I don’t usually do things for myself so this is big for me. Thinking about being able to talk to animals make me feel happy and encouraged. I decided to join the club because it is a safe space to share my experiences and mistakes and it is a way of learning from all of you and your magnificent animals. The club is the support that I need while taking the beginners course.

Hi, I’m Rosemary. I live in Oxford, England. I’ve joined because I’d really like to develop my capacity to communicate with all animals, especially my dog Elsa. I’d like to be able to tune in to the wild animals and the farm animals that I meet quite often. I’ve tried a lot, I’ve taken the beginner’s course online, but I’m really not having much success. I see loads of images and hear all sorts of things – but I really do think they are the product of my active imagination. Not much seems to be accurate so… going on trust that every one can do this, including me, and that it takes a lot of practice, I would really like to practice.

Hi Everyone:
I get a little confused with all the tabs everywhere so I think I have finally found the right place to introduce myself. I’ve been with the group 2 weeks now. I’ve been inspired to talk with animals for a long time and really always believed that they can see pictures in our minds. My animals have always communicated with me. My work is in natural healing with Ayurveda which has a great spiritual component. I do channel the divine with my Pranic Healing which is energy work. It has proven very effective with people and animals. My guides are the Archangels, particularly Gabriel and Zadkiel. I am also a Medical Intuitive but I have worked with mostly humans rather than animals. And of course I always ask for spiritual guidance as a medical intuitive. My purpose for joining the club is to improve my skills and become more confident in my ability to converse with animals. I always try communicating with the wild animals in my yard; the birds, insects and squirrels. I’m always looking for that glint in their eye to see they have understood me.
We presently have 2 ragdoll cats, Frankie and Daphne. Both were rescued when they were older. I have rarely had young animals because we always take the ones that need homes. Our doberman, Eli, died in June 2017, so we haven’t quite recovered from that. I do communicate with my deceased pets though so I know they are all doing just fine.
I hope to participate with others in the group and affirm our findings. That is most important for me to be certain that the information I have received is validated. Thank you and I look forward to making lots of new friends!
Elizabeth

1. INTRODUCTION: SELF, PETS, GUIDES
Retired university professor of English, humanities. Currently live in Waco, Texas; originally from Greenpoint (Brooklyn) where parents and grandparents spent most of their lives.
Six indoor cats, two visiting outdoor cats, three cats in spirit.
Am not aware of guides. Maybe Holy Spirit that everyone(?) has?
2. DECISION TO JOIN ATCC
A student in a church Bible study course in 2017 and I were talking about our cats. She mentioned that Val helped her know when her sick cat was ready to be euthanized. Val spoke with the cat and they set up a cue to give the guardian.
In 1992, I adopted my first cat and a professional animal communicator (Anastacia Gourley) helped me with challenges I had with her. When she was dying in 2000, I wished I knew when it was time for the final visit to the vet.
3. MEMBERSHIP GOALS
a. Improve my pets’ lives with communication and healing techniques.
b. Improve the lives of some cats in shelters (as above). .
c. Improve my life with mental and emotional housekeeping.
d. Participate in the movement for human animals to treat non-human ones as ends in themselves, to work for their rights and welfare.

Hello and Happy 2019,
Suggestion to admin: Could you move this tab to the top of this page. The little voice finally came through and said: SCROLL TO THE END. So about me: I feel I am here to do great things just like y’all. I have no previous experience but I have worked on mostly getting my energies under control and I used to have 6 voices guiding me but have narrowed it down to the one. I have manifested some things -scraped the tip of the iceberg and figure It is my time now. I have had two husbands and some other companions over the years but looking back I always had a dog in my life. Everyone has been the most reliable bodyguard anyone can hope for when you really need some one to have your back. I almost ran away with the circus to become an elegant trainer so I could make a difference in this industry. Now I live in Florence TX with my blue healer RUGER called sunshine mostly. We get along great and even assisted in the Camp Fire in PARADISE for 2 months. I have raised a few bottle babies, chickens, geese, picked up a lot of strays over the years. I can doctor most minor injuries on my cats, dog and horse and have assisted my vet with some blood and guts operations. And then there is JOJO THE WONDERHORSE ( because he makes you wonder what he will do next) we have been together for 12 years now. A friend bred him and ended up giving me the two year old gelding out of Russian Arab blood line. Hot Rythm , The Heat is on are his relatives. So here I am with a untrained two year old Arabian. We have had our moments and I have hurt his feelings more than I can count. We Solo trail ride and have picknicks, go swimming, hunt arrowheads, sort cattle and have been camping. My grievance is that my horse does not care to be with me. I show up and he runs in the back of the pasture, no bribes work either. So I have learned horse body language to improve our relationship. When someone turns their backside to you constantly they don’t care to be around you. So after vet checks, chiropractic, saddle fit, saddle changes, teeth, alfalfa treats, toys, hooves …..I am sure that JOJO is pissed at me and I need to repair it ASAP I need all the help I can get and I am totally prepared for the blunt truth. After all that is what we are striving for. Truth .
Hope the pics don’t look like barn doors. Looking forward to stepping into the next dimensions with you guys.

Hello! My name is Kimberly and I live in Wind Ridge PA with my husband and 6 dogs. I have 4 pit mixes, a lab, and an Australian Shepherd. I have loved animals since before I could talk and they are what gives my life meaning.
I became interested in animal communication when my beloved Bassett hound passed away. I felt this persistent urge to speak to an animal communicator. Upon looking further into it, I discovered there is so much to this field and it is so interesting!
With membership to this club I look forward to building my own animal communication skills so that I can better care for the animals in my life, domestic or wild, my own or someone else’s. I would love to be able to help people better understand their animals and how to make their lives more comfortable and enjoyable. I also look forward to hearing what people get from reading my own dogs because, with 6 of them, I have a few issues I need help with.
I would say my main goal is to really quiet my mind and just LISTEN to what the animals want me to know.
I would say my biggest challenge will be quieting my mind and being completely present in the moment. I need to learn better meditation and focus techniques to keep my mind on track and control my anxiety. -

HI I’m Rosemary.
1. Introduce yourself and your animal angels, teachers, healers and guides?
I live with Elsa, a black schnauzer and my husband Piero. I live in Oxford, England.2. We especially want to know why you decided to join the Club and are learning how to talk to animals. What brought you here?
I had already been to a weekend introduction to animal communication, but couldn’t take it any further because I was too shy to ask friends with pets to confirm. I have mentioned it at work and they all looked at me politely and said nothing. Very British for: What are you doing now crazy lady?
When Elsa started to get aggressive with other dogs despite all my efforts, I contacted Val. Between them, they are slowly helping me change my life completely! Val showed me how Elsa was mirroring my panic at life and being part of society. So, as I deal with that, Elsa changes too. I can see that they are both here to give me an opportunity to open myself up to my real life – watch this space!
3. What do you hope to get our of your membership in the Animal Talk Coaching Club?
I would like to the opportunity to practice AC in a safe environment. I think AC is something humans should be able to do – it seems part of our role on the planet. Animals can and do – we don’t, so I would like to learn it so that it gradually becomes an accepted and expected way of human life. -

Hello,
I am very blessed to have recently retired! One of my goals is to try and develop my animal communication skills – I dabbled in this hobby about 10 years ago – and have used Communicators for my own pets – but now I really want to try and learn and “do” animal communication more consistently. One question – I’ve noticed the Facebook Page has more ‘memes’ or funny posts – which I love – but I thought there would be many more ‘animals’ on this page that we could practice with. I know there is a ‘featured’ animal teacher of the month – but I guess I disappointed to not find more animals to practice with on this Facebook page. I am member of another Facebook Practice Group page and there are 2-3 new animals typically every day that we can practice with and get feedback. Am I missing something? Thank you!

Hello Everyone! My name is Sally, and my pet is a rescue pony named Pollyanna. She has come to me with a number of behavioral issues which I am hopeful to resolve through animal communication. We live in Central Pennsylvania and I am retired but still work by appointment as an esthetician (skin care professional) at a local salon. I have had Polly in my life nearly 4 years now and see her every day.
I have taken an abbreviated animal communication course not long ago but just did
n’t resonate with the teacher. I was watching a horsemanship video on You Tube and saw a video listed to the right of Val’s. Well, of course I watched it and instantly felt I had found the right teacher. When the time is right, the teacher will appear!I have attended one Masterclass call so far and totally enjoyed the teaching as well as the participants questions and Val’s answers.

Hello Everyone. My name is Valerie but I go by Bub. You can use either when we talk. I had gotten Val’s Free Animal Communication and then I started her How to Talk to Animals Beginning Core Foundations Course last year. I didn’t finish it yet because I really need some guidance instead of doing it myself. I then found another Animal communication course that was 6 weeks with 3 webinars that you attend. I loved being accountable for doing the class work each week. But I just felt that everyone else is so much better at communicating than I am. Then I received the letter from Val to join the Gold ATC Club. I missed the deadline for the great deal so I waited and she offered it again and I almost missed it again, but in the nick of time, I joined.
I have two beautiful girls, Honey will be 14 soon, she has been with us since she was 8 weeks old. We have been told she is a Yorkie/Chihuahua. She can’t hear very well anymore and doesn’t like going up the stairs without me holding a light to show her the way. The other girl is Mochi. We got her from a shelter and I think she is a Himalayan cat. She has the prettiest blue eyes! She just turned 9 years old. Both are my daughter’s pets, but they stick to me like I’m their mama.
Since I have been trying to communicate, I’ve found that Mochi hears me, but I can’t hear her. Honey just gives me this stare like she wants to communicate but we just can’t. I’ve had many animals throughout my lifetime, some bought, some given, some found, some injured, but all have left a piece of their being with me. I want so badly to communicate with them and all animals!

Hi I’m M Woods and my fur baby is Gizzy. We are from San Tan Valley Arizona. My heartmate Gizzy died July 10, 2019 and it devastates me. Through my grief she sends me signs that she is still with me. One of those signs are hearts. I find them randomly. I asked for a heart last Sunday. She led me to Val Hearts site. I opened up my browser the following day and there was a beautiful heart logo with a lovely woman next to it just radiating like a beacon of hope. I signed up for the silver membership which is all I can afford at the moment in the hopes of being able to communicate with my Gizzy and continue my loving bond with her. I miss her so much. Thanks for having me here and I’m honored to be a part of this wonderful community.

Hello everybody
1. Introduce yourself and your animal angels, teachers, healers and guides?
My name is Corinne, french living in England after having lived in different countries like Egypt, Italy and Spain. Since March 2015 I have Luna, shih tzu x yorkie living with me since her 9 weeks old. Luna means the world to me and more since my husband passed away unexpectedly 16 months ago.
Luna is my little happiness. I have also a chipmunk since may 2013. He is now 6 years since july.
I have always loved animals since a child. I have learned Usui reiki and I am following also a course for animal reiki, I was a dance teacher in France and then I studied aromatherapy and phytotherapy and worked in thalassotherapy center and in a pharmacy where my speciality was aromatherapy. Now in England I am running my own little business, a fruit and veg shop with a holistic approach. We especially want to know why you decided to join the Club and are learning how to talk to animals. What brought you here?
I have discovered animal communication here in England and I did a workshop of 2 days with Pea Horsley in September 2017 but I didn’t get the chance to go deeper. Then in December 2018 I discovered Val Heart’s website . My dream is to be able to hear, to talk, to communicate with my own animals but also with any animal in the nature…to be able to understand them and to help them when needed.I often talk to the birds I can meet, to the bees or flies. I often ask a bee or wasp when they come into my shop, to leave as I don’t want to hurt them. And the most of the time they go out and I thank them 🙂 I know that I am very intuitive but when it comes to animal communication I have a lack of confidence and feel that only gifted people can do it. I know that I am wrong and I need to work on my confidence.
Yesterday I got an email from Val Heart concerning this training and today I have decided to jump in it.What do you hope to get our of your membership in the Animal Talk Coaching Club?
To be in contact with people with the same spirit, to be able to practice , to grow spiritually and humanely.I feel my motivation and my feeling of living are coming back today .
Love and Light to each of you and to your furry friends.Attachments:

1. Introduce yourself and your animal angels, teachers, healers, and guides?
Hi, I’m Grace (or Gracie). I’m primarily focused on working with my horse, Hattie, and clients’ animals.
2. We especially want to know why you decided to join the Club and are learning how to talk to animals. What brought you here?
Joining the Club, I felt, would provide a place to talk to others who do similar work without leaving my house and wading through miles of highway and lots of traffic.
3. What do you hope to get out of your membership in the Animal Talk Coaching Club?
Communication with others who do similar work, and insights from Val regarding helpful techniques and practice.

Hi Everyone!
I am looking forward to talking with all of you. I haven’t finished reading everyone’s bio yet, but I’m working on it. I love reading them and hearing other people’s experiences.
I live in Ontario Canada, in a big city. Living with me is my dear Fleur, who is 4 year old white-ish dog (Shih Tzu X Maltese terrier),
Coco, a loving little black dog who was a Shih Tzu X Japanese Chin (in Spirit) and a whole lot of cats in Spirit. I have one cat who is in the physical, a wonderful fluffy white and grey cat named Hunny Bunny (soft fur like a rabbit). I am in the process of adopting a very large beautiful white and black cat named Doc who is blind. I asked Hunny Bunny if he would be okay with Doc coming to live with us, and as far as I could tell he was quite happy about it. I hope I got that right. Of course, I still have to see if the shelter will let me take him. I think that if he is supposed to be with us, Doc will be coming home with me.
I have had animal communication experiences, and I love it when it happens. I would like it to become a regular day-to-day experience…a normal full time happening in my life. I see animals as people, just not human ones. I have been finding that they want to talk to me, even when I don’t know them. But I seem to get tongue tied or ear-tied with them. I think a lot of practice will help.
My intuition has developed over the years. I do readings and dream work. I also talk to trees. I love them so much. Maybe I will hear them better as my animal communication improves. That would be so cool. I was a teenager in the 60’s and loved learning about the group in Findhorn, Scotland who communicated with the plant kingdom. I would say my strongest gift is my ability to feel energy. It is almost a tangible thing to me and always has been as far back as I can remember. The energy that I feel seems to be associated with the beings in different kingdoms: humans and other animals, the plant kingdom esp trees, Mother Earth herself, the weather elementals. I think that is my passion. Feeling energy. I would like to develop the ability to interpret what it is I am feeling with all these energies, to understand what they are saying to me. I think AC is the perfect inroad for me right now. -

Hello- my name is Karla and I currently live with 4 animals and my husband Erik. We have 2 cats named Harry and Estelle(they are brother and sister) and they have lived with me for 11 years.
We also have 2 dogs and I am closest to them. My first dog Quincy is 2 1/2 yrs old, and was my husband and my first dog together. He is a Jack Russell mix and such an old loving soul. He is very sweet natured. Our youngest dog Ansel is 11 mos old and he is an Australian Cattle dog mix. He is an absolute joy to be around with this high energy and “happy go lucky” attitude. They are what inspired me to learn animal communication because I can feel their energy so strongly but I cannot communicate with them so far other than that. I am just at the beginning of these classes and unfortunately I have a full time job so the going is slow. I am committed to this process though so it may take me longer but I want to be able to learn how to become an Animal Communicator as a job. Not sure how this will manifest itself but I am ready to learn how to hone this sensitivity I feel so I can help others understand animals more deeply. I have such a love for animals and their pure spirits and I want to be able to share their insight in a way so that people will begin to honor animals as spirit filled beings. I am hoping that these online classes and the Club can help get me started and then when I am able I will take some “in person” training. I am not a patient person by nature – I want to know everything NOW – but I am trusting my feelings and going on the journey.Attachments:

Hi everyone! My name is Holly & I live in central Illinois with 4 kitties. Whisker Biscuits & her 3 adult kittens High-5, Dapper DoppelGanger…aka Double D, and little miss Boo Fanger (Polydactyl)…aka Booie. Near by, I board my 3 horses Scotch, Hunny & Nugget. Recently, I rescued 6 miniature horses from an overcrowded situation. Their names are Baby Ruth, Moon, Spot, Poncho, Chief & Thunder. I am hoping to ask & receive their answer if the mini’s would enjoy doing any type of Assisted Therapy work. I am affiliated with a local Non Profit Org. “Four Legged Healing” whose primary purpose is to utilize canine and equine programs to improve the overall quality of people’s lives through the human-animal bond. At the barn I care for 9 lovely kitties Hazel, Tuxedo, Tic-Tac, Pop Tart, Speedy, Missy Grey, Ashey, Skrimpy & Blue. Occasionally, a feral tom cat drops by to get a bite to eat and nap in the hay. I call him Tom.
I have been a Farrier for 13 years & horse training even longer. I have always fantasized about what the horses were thinking & how they felt about things. As a Farrier, being able to have direct feedback from my horse client would be a dream come true. I want to provide the best hoof care as possible. It’s all about their comfort.
I hope to be able learn how to quiet my mind and find that place where telepathic communication happens. I know & feel animals are trying to speak to me & it pains my heart that I can’t hear them…yet. All I want is to be able to honor their thoughts, feelings and help out any way I can.
I am grateful to be learning from the best, Val Heart. This is the beginning of a profound adventure.
Thank you so much, Val, for offering the 50% off holiday special. Without your generosity, I wouldn’t have been able to start my journey of becoming the person that I was born to be.

Hi everyone. My name is Betty and i am so fortunate to have several very wise and patient animal teachers in my life. I have 2 cats–Benny and Bear. They are both 10 and came home from the shelter together, although they are not litter mates. Monty, my young at heart, 24 year old solid appaloosa horse, has been with me for 15 years. I grew up on a farm in Southern Ontario and always had a kinship with animals. I spent as much of my free time in the barns or fields with them, as being with them brought me my greatest source of happiness. Even now, when I am with my pets, this is when I feel the most at peace and experience true love and happiness. We have recently relocated to beautiful Vancouver Island and I am hoping to
Benny is my mirror. I am learning about this and it has become so clear to me that he is mirroring my worries, my anxieties and most recently some physical problems. Because of him, I am now working very hard on self improvement and making some major life changes to find my true self.
Bear is my wise old soul. He is a funny, talkative, demanding creature who knows what he wants and goes for it. But he also has so much love to share. He loves people–especially strangers. He is not afraid of life, and I believe he is in my life to show me what a fulfilling life can look like.
Monty has been my strength and support for many years. He has given me confidence and taught me patience. I still have so much to learn from him. As I progress through readings and courses, I am seeing just what he has done for me over the years. I know that I have not always listened to his teachings and now realize my fears and reactions sometimes caused me to react in ways that I am now ashamed to mention. BUT he has not given up on me. I am noticing how our my trust in him has grown over time and how much more connected we are. I am learning to trust him and in turn, his kindness and generosity to me continues to grow. He is such and exceptional being. He makes me laugh and feel such profound happiness.
I am very new to animal communication. I have reached that stage in life where I have had the successful career that I loved, but felt I was missing “something”. I have always felt I wanted to dedicate more of my life to working with animals in some capacity. I truly feel that this avenue will allow me to pursue that dream. It may not develop into professional practice, but if I can improve my skills to work with shelter animals, I will be grateful. I so much want to help those animals who have suffered through no fault of their own. This is my driving force.
I have decided to join the club so that I can connect with other people who share my same passions but who also may be at a similar point along this journey. I am hoping we can share experiences and grow together. I am so excited to be here and to learn and share with other amazing people

1. Introduce yourself and your animal angels, teachers, healers and guides?
Hi everyone! My name is Hedi and my animal teachers and guides are Oak, Ivy, Maple, Cookie, Muffin, Pillow, Luna, Shadow, Indica, and probably many others that have been there throughout my life.2. We especially want to know why you decided to join the Club and are learning how to talk to animals. What brought you here?
I decided to join the Club and learn animal communication for many reasons. I was drawn to animal communication naturally, along with Reiki energy healing and Angel communication. I have loved animals and plants from a very young age and was told that I used to talk to them all the time, but I don’t recall. Since then, I have lost my touch with those abilities and wish to relearn and reconnect with animals so that I can help all animals – wild, domestic, small or large, reptiles, birds – I wish to help all animals any way I can.3. What do you hope to get out of your membership in the Animal Talk Coaching Club?
I am hoping that being a part of the membership will help answer any questions I may have, whether it is regarding a pet or getting help or advice in the process of learning how to communicate with animals. I am hoping that it will also provide support, encouragement and motivation to keep learning and to trust myself and the process. -

Hi Everyone!
My name is Yoko and I have had two significant animal friends to date: Ren (in the living) and Koro (in spirit, family dog from my teenage years). I currently live in Tokyo.Since 8-9 years old, when I got my first astrology book, I have always been interested in astrology and other ways of fortune telling. In the last several years, tarot readers and mediums with increasingly frequencies began telling me that I was also intuitive like them. I never believed it. Around Spring 2019, I started seeing angel numbers. In April same year, my guide (through a medium) told me that I had a spiritual mission in this life that I was not yet aware of. In Sep 2019, a different, very good medium told me that I was an empath, to my surprise. I decided to suspend my disbelief and tried animal communication, which I became interested in several months earlier. I learned that I was in fact able to communicate with animals somewhat — though definitely lots of room for improvement. lol. Still, this was a very exciting discovery for me, as animal communication would enable me to make a unique contribution to improving the welfare of not only companion animals, but also production, wild and zoo animals.
I am hoping to gain experience talking with a variety of species on different issues and when I am better, get more personalized advice from Val and more experienced members in the Coaching Club.
I look forward to getting to know you all in the coming months!

Hi everyone. I am Jann. I live in a rural part of Australia off the eastern coast. We have a small beef cattle farm with currently 29 cattle and 18 calves. One of these cows is the new love of my life. She gives the best cuddles, and I assure you there is nothing quite like being hugged by a cow! There are also 5 horses, 3 dogs, 4 birds and a turtle in our extended family. We are surrounded by wallabies, wild birds and other wildlife. As a result there is no shortage of animals to talk with.
I only recently learned that animal communication might actually be real, and now realise I have been doing this in a minor way all my life. Since really trying to develop my skills I have become much better at communicating my thoughts and it has transformed the way of working with the cattle. Now I can visualise what is going to happen and where we want them to go and it makes things so much easier. Just yesterday we were trying to move the calves (who are notoriously difficult to move around) 2 were confused and having trouble going through the gate. I stopped and actively focused on the gate and gave the direction to go through the gate I was visualising. One calf immediately turned around 180 degrees, located the gate and walked straight through, the other followed. So much less stress for everyone when you can communicate your needs.
So far I am rubbish at receiving messages but I had an amazing experience of clearly hearing my late dog whilst we were at the vet for his final journey. I am tearing up now just thinking about it.
Although I know this is possible, I also know my own self doubts and fear of failure are getting in the way of me developing my skills in a serious way. I am hoping to try and immerse myself in this community of like-minded people to keep me focused on my desired outcome of talking regularly and easily with animals. -

Hi everyone. My name is Elizabeth Cornett. My fur babies are Zoey and Buddy – supposedly siblings rescued from a kill shelter only weeks old in December of 2012. Buddy originally belonged to my 2nd son who got a new job and had to move where he couldn’t take a dog. They had been living with us for a year and Buddy was comfortable here. I have been a member for a couple of months but obviously missed the do first step. I waited to see if I made any progress but figure I’ll stay a while so I’m getting this done. Both my dogs are quite verbal – I just don’t know what they are trying to tell me. I’m hoping to learn how to decipher what they are saying. I’m afraid that life has gotten in the way of making the most of this opportunity. Even with the “stay at home” mandate, I’ve been so busy that I haven’t taken time to meditate or go through these courses. I thought once I retired, I would have way too much free time. Now I’m wondering how I ever had the time to work. I have been listening to Val for years but never decided to see what it is all about. Truthfully, I don’t know anything about animal teachers, healers and guides. I’m not sure that I’ve ever really communicated with an animal. Unless that one time with my dad’s angel dog. I would love to be able to just have conversations with animals, ANY animals, but especially Zoey and Buddy. So many of you are so confident and can hear so much. Maybe in time I can be like you. I just hate it when one of mine look me in the eye and “talk” head tilting and all and I have no idea what they are saying. I want to be the mom that is there for them.

Hi Everyone,
My name is Dianne, and I live in Nova Scotia, Canada, pretty much in the Atlantic Ocean. The first animal I fell in love with was Wally, a ten week old puppy who lived next door and who my neighbours asked me to dog-sit while they worked Mon-Fri. I did that for two years until I moved out of province. I still miss him (five years later) and very much wanted my own dog but my new living quarters do not permit dogs in the building, and so I began to explore the world of cats. Now my pet is Bianca, a cat I rescued three years ago. The Shelter vet guessed her age at nine or ten. Her bio on their “Animals Ready for Adoption” website page described her as very timid, fearful of other animals, people, and especially children. Right there I knew I wanted to take her into my heart and home. I succeeded in learning from her that children had thrown her across a room when she was a young cat resulting in her current fear state. And it was great to have Val confirm this information for me.
I joined the club because I not only want but need connection with other pet communicators. The idea that I can get feedback and advice so readily is, well, a big relief. I feel so much less ‘on my own’. So I want to get mutual connections and support and shared experience out of my club participation.
It will absolutely thrill me if I am able to be of help to anyone else, newbie in the animal world though I am.Attachments:

Hello everyone
My name is Kevin Chiak, in short KC.
TBH I started loving animals late. But like they said better late than never. I have always been known as a fitness/bodybuilder in Singapore. I managed to win the title of Mr.Singapore in our local National Championship.
To me a title is not a platinum award, it doesn’t complete me. Having to learn to start loving animals made a different person. I have become more sensitive and more understanding to many things, human included. I started liking babies too, in the past I would think they are noisy, troublesome and I don’t feel for them.
I am hoping to learn to communicate with animals, as I really want to know what they want and how i can help them, surely you know how bad you felt when no one understand you
, more so misunderstood.
I run a gym and a cat hotel, but I am selling my gym and build a cat cafe.
I have ten cats and a dog (the other dog past away earlier this year, and I didn’t even get to speak to her. So if possible, I would like to talk to her in the near future and also explain to her why I had to relieve her pain by letting her go.
I would really like to work with people here who could help me go forward and learn to communicate to animals. When that happen, I can imagine myself going to the local zoo every week to talk to my friends there.
Please help me.. my new found friends, plsssssKC

Hello Everybody,
My name is Louise. I live in France with my 3 girlies; Mookie (4 1/2), Chouquette (3 1/2) and Abby (15). Mookie and Chouquette are half sisters (same dad, different mums). Abby came to us 2 years ago when her human passed away.
I have done the beginner and advanced course, barometers and paws before dying and am listening to them all now for the 3rd time. I want to learn animal communication to help my Mookie. She came to me as a baby filled with all sorts of fears and anxieties, we have worked so hard together, she has been so amazingly courageous to overcome all her anxieties but there are a couple that have me baffled and I don’t know how to help get her through these.
As I do these courses I am convinced that this is not Mookie and my first life together. I would really like to help her work though the 2 main fears which are stil holding her back.
Mooks is the black and tan, Chouquette is little miss grubby face, and Abby is the little JRT in a wolly jumper.Attachments:

Hello everyone!
My name is Rheta and I live in North Carolina. I am an animal lover for a lifetime and do rescue when I can. I have taken two other animal communication programs and am confident that this one will give me the tools that I need to talk with animals the way that I envision.
Part of the reason that I need this training is very personal. In the past I have been able to talk my fur babies into transitioning on their own but pat year after a brief illness and vet trips every few days; I had to make a decision that was heartbreaking. My Juliette; my baby for 13 years needed help transitioning and I could no longer watch her suffer. I still have guilt and heartache to this day.
I still am mommy to her baby; which is 13 now and the father to this one who is 14.
I am looking forward to training with you and learning from everybody and I thank you so much for letting me join! -

Hi! I’m one of the quiet ones who joined back in July as a reaction to my awakened activist. Been feeling powerless to the truths of factory farming, finally taking a look at what I’ve been conditioned to ignore, and my heart breaks every day realizing how full the planet is of injustice towards our fellow creatures. I can take simple pleasure in saving my animals and fostering kittens, and I think activism would be better served partnering with animal communicators. Animals are sentient, and our race used to communicate with them more in ancient times. Our civilization has amnesia from our magical beginnings, and I want to be part of converging an age of connectedness. Animals live WITH us not for us.
I have 3 cats in LA, CA – Bunny, Obi and Stevie Rose. My husband is Bunny’s person. I am Obi’s. Stevie Rose is a foster we’ve had all year healing her from cat corona. She’s bonded with Obi, and I delight in seeing their affections. She’s got 20 days left on her observation period to clear for her shots and spay, to then deciding on getting her adopted. I’ve “Judyfied” her, that’s what I call a successfully developed and personalized kitten. It’s always sad to let my babies go, but I make sure they go to homes that need them and spoil them. I’m in a quandary to separate her from Obi, but part of me thinks they’re both resilient to create further loving bonds.I want to ensure that I communicate effectively with all my cats, but I’m still learning how to listen better. I’ve heard each of their voices only once, but I’m still figuring out how to make Bunny happy, as she’s the only one who expresses dissatisfaction to all other felines. I posted her for the October call, btw. She and Obi are great listeners though. Obi is my angel. I asked very specifically for him as I was mourning my dad and last cat, October, and the Universe delivered him better than I had imagined. He’s certainly my gift, cause Heaven totally heard me. Still working on understanding the scaredy cat he is whenever strangers comes to the door. Is that an extension of my fears? I’ve always had socially friendly cats before, so he presents a new understanding, even though I’m trying to tell him that he’s safe, no one’s gonna take him, that he’s home forever with me. I guess my reticence of jumping into these courses & forums reflects that. Battling with egoic insecurities I suppose? Thanks for reading, and looking forward to connecting with everyone, as I owe it to myself on my birthday to take the leap into being a genuine animal communicator!Attachments:

Hi, Rheta! Thanks for sharing your loss and vulnerability. Sorry for your pain. I hope we can connect with Juliette on the other side. I have a belief that all animals go to heaven, and often that heaven is residing with your higher self, so she likely feels still connected to you. I have faith she understands how you miss you her, and I hope she finds a way to let you know that she’s around.

Hi eveyone – my name is Amber and my boy is Fifty. He also goes by “The Man” and many variations of those two. Why I am here: I was forced into using communication with him when the vets were not offering healing solutions. It was so life changing that I was inspired to expand on what I can already do when it comes to communicating with animals (which isn’t much, lol). What I am hoping to get out of it: I am hoping to expand my brain pattern of thinking. I am an engineer to a fault and the wave lengths I operate on can be very limiting. Everything is 1+1=2 and communcating in the field is the opposite side of the spectrum. I was trying to find a journey to rewire my brain and find more of my inspired self. Usually rewiring my brain is to resolve a negative experience. I want to rewire my brain in a very joyful, inspiring, as mainly, in an ELEVATING way. I am a busy person so having the interest and making the time to practice learning is not a focus. However, talking to my dog is great motivation, and the motiviation it requires, to do this learning. He actually makes it really easy, inspiring, and critical for me to make learning this spectrum important. Anyone that wants to talk to him, please do!

Hello everyone, I am Debbie and I have two pets, Koa and Lava. Obviously, we love Hawaii. Koa was two on 9/11/2020 and Lava turned 8 on 9-28-2020. They are both hybrids. Lava is a Mokave Jag cat (triple hybrid-African jungle cat, bobcat, asian leopard and domestic bengal), Koa is a quadruple hybrid (1/4 serval, african jungle cat, bobcat, asian leopard and domestic bengal). Unfortunatly, the breeder (a good friend of mine had to close her cattery last year due to her health concerns. I love my babies, but Koa is more mine and Lava has been more my husbands since he had cancer when she was about a year old and she knew he needed her.
My concern is Koa, I have known him since he was born. I was helping out at the cattery and had to bottle feed him since he was born. I did not plan on getting him as my own as I knew he and the other cattery cats were for sale to others. However, once I knew the cattery was closing and all the people that were inquiring of him only thought of him as a trophy cat, not a family member. (he is 25 lbs now and is expected to end up around 30 pounds of muscle not fat). My heart was breaking for him, he was always a different fellow and I knew he needed someone who appreciate his uniqueness. As a helper at the cattery, I knew that I was not to get too close to the animals as it would make it harder for them to adapt to their new homes. It is critical to bond properly to the hybrids.
Well, needless to say, I got Koa. We were doing fine, (although he has always been offstandish, not like Lava at all). I have had him in my home for about a year. However, a couple of weeks ago, he started to run and hide from me. In addition, once in a while he swats at my hand. I may have just stroked his back once and the next stroke he swats and runs. Never to hurt, but as though he is frightened I will hurt him. He had never been hit or mistreated. This breaks my heart. I know he is having ear issues and needs drops twice daily. Still, they bother him. I would love to be able to communicate with him and let know I don’t understand what is happening and for our relationship to be better.
Lava does not like Koa, she feels as though I am cheating on her and she hisses and gives him a hard time. Other times they are great together.

Hi Debbie,
I was scrolling through the posts just now and saw yours about your cats. Something about your comments about Koa caught my attention when you mentioned that she swatted at you and also hid. I was picking up that she likes you but swatting at you and hiding are her ways of getting attention from you. She seems very private and struggles with showing her emotions to you. She has an intense love for you. Not sure if Koa is still with you. Hope this info makes sense to you. Take care.Kindly,
Mary Newman

Hi, my name is Nelson. I am very much a newbie at animal communication with more questions than experience. I am a retired violin maker, live in Pennsylvania with my wife, Joy, and we have no animals. I’ve completed two of Val’s courses but with only wild squirrels, birds, and a few dogs I pass while walking I have little to practice on and no feedback. As a child our family had lots of pets; parakeets, rabbits, squirrels, dogs, sheep, (but no cats!). When my children were young, we had an Irish Setter/Doberman Pincher mix named Molly. She was an outside dog and looked just like a Setter and acted just like a Pincher. When we move to another town, we gave her to our next door neighbors who enjoyed her, too.
My interest in animal communication began in the mid 90’s when I read Daniel Quinn’s book Ishmael, where the story line has an Ape as the teacher and a human as the student and the telepathic lessons were all about one’s world view and what needs to happen for us humans to learn to get along better.
All my life I’ve had a fascination with the Sasquatch (big foot) and with UFOs. In 2018 in my YouTube education on Native American Spirituality I found SunBow a man the Sasquatch used to telepathically channel their message in a series of 3 very interesting books called The Sasquatch Message to Humanity and discovered that the Sasquatch in addition to being inter-dimensional (they can appear and disappear) are also very closely connected with the occupants of UFOs and often fly them. I decided to attempt learning animal communication to improve my telepathy so if I ever decide to attend an annual Sasquatch convention in northern Washington state I may be able to communicate with them (covid canceled this years convention). I joined the Silver Animal Talk Coaching Club in hopes of getting my questions answered by reading about everyone else’s questions and practice with your animal teachers. I may post a question or two, but for the most part I plan to continue reading what you all post. So far, it’s been a great help already. Thank you.

Hi Folks,
My name is Jerry and I am new to animal communication. I have taken Val’s Basic Introductory Course on animal communication and am fascinated by it.I began this journey approximately six (6) months ago when the animal love of my life, Balou, my beautiful Landseer Newfoundland, passed. I made a promise to him that if it was possible I would try everything in my power to communicate with him after his transition.
I live in Connecticut with the love of my life, my wife of 36 years, Dawn, and my son and daughter-in-law who also live with us. In addition, we live with three (3) of the sweetest “puppies” you could imagine: Mowgli (3 & 3/4 year old black lab); Sully (3 & 1/2 year old chocolate lab); and Teddy (2 & 1/2 year old white golden doodle).
I’ve loved animals my whole life and have had many over the years. I would love to be able to communicate with both past and present animals for both peace of mind and to help with medical assistance.
Thank You Everyone! It’s great to be a part of this wonderful community.
Best Regards,
Jerry DeStefano

Hi, My name is Denise and I live in Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey. I’m a total newbie as far as animal communication goes. My animal angels (I have many) have been visiting me through orbs in photos. The one that I see the most when looking at the orb is Bandit (lost him a little over 10 yrs ago). Kody, my other animal angel, made me aware that Bandit was visiting by sniffing the cremation box Bandit was in and then celebrating by playing with the other dogs in the house and with Bandit’s favorite toy. Since then I see orbs in my photos. I also had a visit from Nita, my parents dog, two hours after she passed away. She appeared in the orb. I’ve been told that the orbs are animals in spirit visiting and that they want to be with me. I have other animal angels: Batista, Kallie just to mention a few. My living animal angels are Thunder (the White Wonder) and Lyla Loo.
I’ve been a dog and horse person all of my life as well as work with dogs on a daily basis. I decided to join the club to further my ability to communicate with these beautiful, spiritual and amazing animals. I’d like to understand and communicate with them better and have been intrigued by Animal Communication for several years now. I’ve had a few animal communication sessions done on my pets and it is simply amazing and mind blowing.
I hope to learn to communicate with all the animals in my life so that I can make their lives better as well as to better understand their needs.
Attached are Bandit, Kody, Batista, Kallie, Thunder and Lyla

Welcome to the new folk. It’s always great listening to the stories others tell of their interactions with animals. Sasquatch connection is something I haven’t seen here before, so very interesting. I’m still very much a beginner myself but with practice I’m sure we can all do this. You are in the right place.
Cheers, Jann -

Hi my name is Betty Shaw. I live in a small town on the water in Washington State called Gig Harbor. The west coast of Washington is a giant hubbub with lots of traffic. Gig Harbor is on a peninsula surrounded by Puget Sound. Just crossing the bridge to get here changes your heart rate. It is a wonderful community dedicated to a quiet homey quality of life. It used to be a small fishing village in it’s youth.
I became interested in animal communication in January of 2019 when we lost our 12 year old Brussels Griffon named Toby to Diabetes. In all his life he never knew a day to feel good, he spent a lot of time at the Vet and taking meds and injections. In spite of his health issues he was always happy and the official greater when anyone came to visit. He loved everyone. I have to confess I am still grieving. since he passed I, as well as other family members, have seen him around the house and I have had communication with him twice. He told me that our family is still his mission.
We have lost four other pets who lived with us for 17-18 years each. Each time the pain is terrible and takes a very long time to quiet down. We have four rescue pets and love them lots too. Two boy dogs and two girl dogs. They are Scooby Doo, Bubbles, Moose, and Chloe. I’m so new I haven’t figured out all of the navigation of this sight so when I figure out the picture thing I will post them.
I feel that if I had this training when my beloved pets were in their last days I would have been able to help them more. Recently Scooby had an infection and high fever but I was not able to connect with him to find out more information for the Vet. I want to close that gap but I’m learning that it is very difficult to communicate with your own animals. I would like to make even a little difference.
I feel intimidated by all of the knowledge you members have so I have not posted anything until now. I promise to change that and tap into your wonderful knowledge to help me on my journey.

Welcome, Betty! We are glad you are here.
Please know that this is a safe place to practice and that we all start where we are and practice is how we grow. Also, when we aren’t instantly perfect, we learn more as we take in the additional information. Our animals are here to help us learn and grow, and we them.

Thank you Jan for the nice welcome. I feel like I’m in the right place too. It definitely is not easy to accomplish. The time it takes is amazing. I have completed the Core training and all of the bonus classes and feel overwhelmed by all that I must accomplish before I can communicate easily.
Thank you again Jan you are a sweet and thoughtful person. -

Hi, my name is Els Stolk, living in the Netherlands in a small town near the forest and hey.
We have one dog, Aiki, a mix Aikita/husky/German shepherd. She is 12 years old now. We got her when she was 2,5 years old and she was not socialised. She is very nice to people, not always to some dogs. With my previous dog, Snowy a white shepherd, she was fine.Since 2004 I am a Reiki master and once I was in a spiritual shop looking for nice things and a book. I saw a book of Carol Gurney The Language of animals. When I picked up this book my hands began to shake and energy flows. Now I know that it was a sign, but I didn’t understand it that time. I bought a book about Reiki. Instead of that book. But the seed was planted and I followed a small written course with emailcontact to learn communicate with animals. How nice it was to do, to communicate with animals. I was surprised that it was possible, but it felt also normal.
Doing Reiki is also a way for spiritual growth and with that also my personal development, which is also still going on. I loved to speak (but too little) with my previous dog. Later I started with courses to learn about angels and again a course for commuciation with animals. After following a course to learn multiple tools for energy healing , I met myself and I learned that a lot of issues we have, started in the time you are a baby, child or even in the belly of your mother. Very fascinating. You built persuasions, patterns, you have trauma’s. All of this, starting in your early years. By working on these issues you will become more YOU.
That is what happened with me, my uncertainty, not be seen and heard was started when I was 15 month and lying in the hospital for 3 month, because I was burned by hot water. By healing myself I have peel layers from my heart and it become more and more open. I sensing it now, when I feel the warmth, the love of the animal when communicating with them.I want to grow with my practice as spiritual coach, also as an animal communicator. I am perceiving that the animals are telling that they react different as ususal, because it has to do with their human. They told me why and it was so recognizable for their human.Together with the animal I can help their human and so also the animal.
And than I saw Val Heart on the internet. Wow she said and was doing for years, what I just had discovered.I hope to learn more, getting more faith.
A long story and summarized I am willing to learn more about animal communication, to have more faith, so I can help, with the animal, his human to come in her power, to become the real self, so she can shine her light. In the end that will be better for the nature, animals, Mother Earth.

Hi! My name is Candy and I am from Nova Scotia, Canada. I live in a rural community and have been here most of my life.
I have been blessed with having 3 cats & 5 dogs over the past 2 decades who have all now passed over. I also spent my childhood growing up on a cattle farm surrounded by many other animals (chickens, pigs, cats, dogs). I was always drawn to horses but never had one on the farm, no matter my efforts.
My journey (like most others, I’m sure) started way before my conscience minds realized it. But when it really slapped me in the face was this past December. I was standing on my deck taking in the beauty of the world around me and asking myself, “what the heck am I doing with my life?” I have experienced a lot of change over the last 2 years starting with having 2 babies added to our home, obtaining full custody of them, going to school or working every day of my life until the pandemic happened and not returning since. I experienced burnout and it knocked me on my a**. My grandfather passed away January 2020, my dad in March 2020 (the same day the province closed down due to the global pandemic).
Well I was very quickly given the answer to my question I was asking, when 3 chickadees flew in and landed in our snowball bush (these were one of my grandmother’s (passed 16 years ago)favourite birds). They showed me the way. I had an overwhelming sense of “look around you”, which I had been doing but wasn’t noticing what was right in front of me. As well as this overwhelming need to farm, come back down to earth, ground myself.
After this experience I called my husband and reluctantly told him about my experience and his response was, “We’re gunna need a tractor!” How much more validation could I ask for:)
Now just less than 3 short months later I have had the pleasure of finding Your website, registering for the beginner course which has validated my previous knowledge, signed up for next steps, connected with my Bullmastiff “Deja”, a silly little mole in our basement, the lead mare at a rescue centre for horses, dogs & cats that is in my area and had no idea existed until a little over a month ago and an abused mare who lives there as well.
My family is a huge support as well as my community. We are clearing land and preparing to have 4 of these beautiful horses spend the rest of their days with us.
I am over the moon excited to go “all the way” with this, creating a sanctuary and making communication with animals my life’s work.Attachments:

Hi everyone,
My name is Coco and I live in Australia with my four horses, two dogs and partner. I’ve loved horses my whole life for as long as I can remember, yet no one in my family knows where I got the bug as they’re not horsey at all.I started out wanting to be a professional show jumper but found it really hard to make it without financial backing. I gave up pursuing it professionally for a city career and kept my horse so I could go visit him and stay grounded. Living in the city I became a vegan and being away from the horse scene made me see how absurd it is the way that we treat these magnificent animals as tools and just ignore them as living beings.
I recently bought a farm that I want to develop into a horse business but I don’t want to slip back into the old equestrian habits, but rather give them a voice and show people that there’s a better way. I’ve got a long way to go (I lost my confidence after not riding for so long and my horses really aren’t doing much to give it back!) and I don’t know what it’s going to look like, but I know that I want my horses to be heard every step of the way. And that’s why I’m learning animal communication!

Hello fellow animal lovers. I am Lisa. I feel I have always had a special bond with animals since I was born. From a very early age they helped me while the humans in my life were not stable.
All animals really touch my heart and soul and I so want to help them and be able to understand them better so that we can all live in harmony together.
For a while I operated a human and animal energy healing business. 5 years ago I went back to a corporate job and lost touch with this part of me. I really want to reconnect with animals and in an even deeper way.
I hope to become a really good at talking to animals and in whatever way help them. Possibly I would do this professionally for a living. I want to know my superpowers and use them to make the world a better place.
Talking to animals is one thing that has always been a dream of mine. Yes I communicate with them now but want to take this to the next level.
I have one furry family member now, my dog Scrappy. I look forward to deepening our bond and helping him be relaxed, calm, confident, and feel safe.
Excited about the journey here and connecting with liked minded animal lovers.
Lisa

Hi
I’m Tina. I have a few animals, 2 cats (Dodger-M & Baby Girl-F) & 2 mules (Thunder-M & Flash-M). I had a dog Rascal-F who passed 4yrs & 8mo ago. Baby Girl hasn’t even been with me for a yr & I know nothing about her. Dodger found me when he was 10 & he’s 20 now. Not sure exactly how old my mules were when I met them. I think they were about 5 which would would make them about 20 now. These 2 boys came with me from Pennsylvania. I wish I had learned how to communicate while my dog was still alive but I will be very happy when I’m able to talk to the rest of my crew. They all have things that need to be addressed & being able to have a conversation with them about these things would be amazing.
I have always had a thing with animals. I would like to combine the communication with some other animal things I was hoping to do.Sorry I don’t have a picture yet. I don’t do selfie’s & I really don’t like how I look in pictures

Hi, I’m Sandy, live in London UK with a goldfish called ‘Fish with no name’ and south African claw frog called ‘Flasher’. They came into my life at same time as babies’ about 15 years ago. Neighbour’s male cats, a big tabby and a tuxedo, both called Princess often visit. Have loved, had animals all my life and looked after friend’s animals. My parents said my first word was ‘Rosie’ my Nan’s dog. A young ginger and white cat adopted me some years ago. Legal guardians live a few houses rom me.
Am new to animal communication and doubt my abilities and lose my focus and confidence. That’s not to say I am able or unable to connect with animals because sometimes it just happens.
Seems like another lifetime. Amongst many things, I worked as a reproduction photographer for the American Army in Frankfurt, Germany. From there, travelled and worked throughout Canada and USA for about 3 years meeting lovely people who stayed friends for many years. Once back home I entered the travel industry rising up the ranks to eventually owning my own company and still travelled extensively. Finally worked for UK government. Now retired
I look forward to learning all I can and on my journey to communicating with animals, in addition to the support/guidance of and to fellow members and sharing experiences,

Hi everyone! I’m new to the forum, having joined just a few days ago. I have been browsing the different forum topics and reading about the amazing conversations you are having with the animals. It is all really impressive. The supportive atmosphere is very nice too. Thank you Val for creating this space for us to get together and share ideas!
Similar to most of us here, I have loved animals my whole life and wanted to do everything I can for them. As a kid, I had already decided that I wanted a life full of animals. Upon considering some career options such as being a zookeeper or a veterinarian (which I would still love to learn!), I decided to become a scientist who works with animals to understand their behavior. I wanted to scientifically demonstrate that animals are thinking, feeling individuals with their own personalities, experiences, and preferences. So I obtained both my undergraduate education and my Ph.D. in biology with a focus on animal behavior and cognition. I consider myself very lucky to have had the opportunity to work closely with many different species so far, while also contributing to conservation groups, animal rights groups, shelters, and zoos. In addition, I ride horses and I am a nature & wildlife photographer. In summary, animals are the unifying theme of all areas of my life 🙂
As much as I love all the animal activities in my life and cherish every single opportunity they provide, I’ve frequently felt that something was missing. I wanted a deeper connection with animals. I wanted to be their friend. I wanted them to feel safe around me. So, when I recently learned about the people who can talk with animals, something clicked, and I thought maybe I had been doing that as a kid without even realizing what I was doing (lots of stories about being able to make friends with any animal). I honestly don’t know if that was talking with animals back then. Even if I were, I think either growing up or getting training as a scientist may have caused me to silence my intuition. I want to learn how to access and trust my intuition, and I really, really want to get good at talking with animals and understanding them.
I don’t yet have any animal photos posted here, but I am excited to be part of this forum. I look forward to learning from you and your animal friends. As I’m a beginner, I will truly appreciate any feedback on the communication attempts I participate in during the upcoming days. I’m also looking forward to participating in the accountability game; I hope it will help keep me on track during the busy periods. Thank you everyone and my best wishes to you and your animal friends. I hope to talk with you soon.

1. Introduce yourself and your animal angels, teachers, healers and guides?
My name is Alyssa. My animal angels/teachers/healers/guides that are still in physical form include Dinah and Luna my cat companions and Smiles my gecko companion.2. We especially want to know why you decided to join the Club and are learning how to talk to animals. What brought you here?
Well, I’ve always wanted to be a healer and speak to animals (like probably many people here). I worked at an animal shelter for 10 years after taking my first Reiki course and intuitively figured out how to communicate (to an extent) with the cats mostly. I specialized in helping the fractious/scared/anxious/behavior issue cats or cats that were feral but were open to becoming social. After a few years I found Patty Summers and took her first 2 Animal Communication classes in person, that really helped define what I had only felt out in terms of technique and what was important to include. It has been a year since I was furloughed from that job at the shelter and I have lost a lot of my self confidence and calm which is necessary when communicating. The thing that helps more than anything is FEEDBACK from other people… that’s one reason this club is such a great idea. I also love learning about all aspects of animal communication and hearing everyone’s experiences.3. What do you hope to get our of your membership in the Animal Talk Coaching Club?
I want my confidence back and I want to make animal communication and healing a career remotely and in person. I hope to make progress by getting responses from the people of the animals I speak to and in turn, validate those who want to speak with my animal companions.Alyssa Noelle Smith

Welcome Amy and animals, we are glad you are here with us.
Would any of your animals like to be added to the Animal Teacher Helpers (ATH) page? This will make it easier for other students to practice communication along with feedback from you, Amy. You can have up to 6 animals on your page including those who are in spirit. Send pictures for each animal – Having the animal’s eyes visible allows more communication access. And please name the photo with the animals name. Email photos to moderator@valheart.com.

Howdy to all,
My name is Mary and I will in Northern Arizona. I have a ranch and so have many animals. I have cattle, bison, pigs, chickens, turkeys and a dog. I had some horses but at this time do not. I do have my all time favorite horse Poco in Spirit with me. I have tried to get my animals on the ATH but am not sure why they are not there. Sent multiple emails to Barb.I have just finished the Beginning Foundation class so I am new at this. I am not new to the energetic world. I have a Biofeedback business where I have been helping humans and animals for many years now. I choose to learn to talk to the animals to better serve the animals. I was already talking with them on a limited basis and wanted to take it to the next level.
I am looking forward to practicing with everyone here. I do not get much information yet. I have had the hardest time talking to my own. I will give as much feedback as I can.
I really would like information on my Bison. They are new to my ranch. I would like them to know that I really love them and would love to pet them. They are safe as long as they stay within their physical boundries.
Attaching a picture here of my dog Cinch and my Bison bull named Rolling Thunder.

Hi Mary,
I saw your post on Martha’s page. I tried to connect with Cinch. I’m a beginner so please hold what I say lightly. Im not sure whether I managed to connect or not. Here’s what I got:
My very first impression was that Cinch is not feeling great. A blockage of some sort.
Then I say him being very enthusiastic and happy to talk. He showed me running up and down – wooden fences, dry grass. Does he have either a pale purple/mauve blanket or a cream blanket with brown stripes or plaid? I got that he has some pain in his mid torso somewheree – an ache like a tummy ache. He has some stiffness in his knees but that’s not a problem. I told him I was just learning this and he said he isn’t used to talking to humans. I said that I would tell you what I got but it would be better if he could try and tell you or show you what the problem is because I’m still learning this. I got a beautiful open heart to heart moment – it really felt like the beauty of life. But – as I said – I could be completely wrong. Thank you both for the opportunity to practice.

Rosemary,
Thank you for connecting to Cinch. I am new at this also and can’t seem to connect to my own animals. I am better with others.
You did very well. Cinch is not feeling well. Started about a month ago when he left the property for several hours. We live in a very remote area and back to the forest. He does this frequently, but always comes back so we don’t stress too much when he leaves to go visiting all the neighboring properties. There is one property a couple miles away with a white wooden fence. Only one I am aware of in the area. He does travel that far sometimes.
Since that day about a month ago he has what we call a jelly belly. Looks swollen but not hard. Eats ok some days and other days just doesn’t feel like eating. I don’t get that it is parasites. But has also had very low energy since that day. He has had no interest in leaving on his walk-abouts or playing with the livestock.
He is eliminating okay and no signs of parasites in the stool.
Not sure how to help him because not sure what is going on.He is older and does have a little stiffness sometimes. But before this day that he was gone for a while was very energetic and would run and play for hours with the cows or bison.
He does have a mauve colored blanket.
Hopefully he can show me more of what is going on, now that someone has communicated with him.
Thanks and many blessings,
Mary -

Hi Mary,
Thank you for the feedback – very helpful. I think I got the fence part wrong – I think that was my brain not Cinch – but I started to go deeper with the mauve blanket so thats helpful to know that I was on the right track. I did get inflammation in the stomach – but its worrying to start identifying things in case I’m wrong. I thought also he might have said anti-inflammatory food – chicken and rice. I’ll leave that with you. I will connect again now that I know the mauve blanket was right! That was first and then I think the white adn brown was me second guessing myself. It may not be for a couple of days – work gets in the way of life ! But I must say, he doesn’t sound good at all from your description. Poor thing. He was so deep and loving at the end when we connected, Rx -

Thanks again for connecting to Cinch. He is spoiled as all other animals on the ranch. He gets no commercial food. He gets fresh cooked or raw chicken with vegetables. He gets no grains and does not like rice. So he gets fruit and vegetables with chicken or rarely our grass fed beef to change things up. Some times he gets our fresh turkey.
When you have time to connect again maybe you can see if he ate something while away that he should not have or if he some how got injured.
That would be helpful. I have been deworming him just in case I am wrong about parasites but still don’t think it is parasites.
Much appreciate any help you or anyone else can provide.
Blessings,
Love and blessings,
Mary -

Hi Mary, can put Cinch’s photo on the Facebook group? Do you do FAcebook? I think that you would get more feedback from people who are much better at this than I am! I’m still happy about getting the mauve blanket right. It’s nearly the weekend – I’ll connect with Cinch again then. 🙂

Hi Barb,
I do not see my animals on the site. How long does it take before they show up?

Hi!
Wolfie here. I’ve been posting in the Fb group before, decided to leave Fb and now I’m doing my best to figure out if this place can be used in a similar way. Not so successful so far 🤪.
I live in my RV and travel around. With me is three dogs. A 15 year old Border Collie Soot, who came over from Sweden 🇸🇪 just like me, an 8 y old rescued ( well she insisted she found me which is very true, I had no intention of getting a dog over here until I know if I could stay) American Eskimo / Australian Shepard mix, a true healing worker , Vanilla.
Then there’s little Buddy who found me in the desert 🌵 in Wickenburg last winter and insisted to move in with the pack 4 nights in a row. Two African Gray parrots a 29 y old male Stormy and a 9 y ok’d girl Zanie is traveling with my husband in a camper. Sometimes we’re at the at the same place , then they are in here or usually outside in a tree, harassing someone passing by with a funny comment…
Ive been communicating with animals my whole life, when they took the initiative. Now I’m practicing doing it when I take the initiative.
I just drove 2000 miles to surprise my husband and the birdied 1/2 mile from the Canadian border up in Minnesota. Such a cool place.
Something in me is opening up more and water and trees are giving me spectacular messages. Like to share here , not sure “under what” or maybe this is not for that purpose.
Anyway I’m excited to connect in a different way , I can’t even explain. It’s like a mix of words/knowing/ seeing and something else, some kind of presence, very cool.
Nice to meet ya’all ( Val 😉😉)Attachments:

Good morning … I am looking forward to my first Q&A tomorrow 8/14/21 … have been wanting to be part of the learning and expanding knowledge of talking to my awesome Coco Snow [GSP] who will be 2 yrs old on 9/27/21. She IS TRULY my angel. We had a wonderful experience yesterday as I did the 1-2-3 steps from the beginner’s book. I have been/am connected with Healing Touch with Animals which is an amazing program as well. Many life changes have occurred in the past 7 months and Coco & I have been working together to make sense of our new life. I am so looking forward to learning and using Animal Communication since all segments of my family have puppies and cats. Some are centered and one in particular [one of my daughter’s dogs] I would like to find out about why he is so naughty so often. He is 2.5 yrs old Rhodesian Ridgeback Lab mix. We just worry about his wellbeing by his antics. Coco Snow is our/my 2nd GSP … our first one was Autumn Lovely and she died 2 years ago from an autoimmune condition that took us by total surprise. She taught us … now me so much and I want to be a better human with Coco. SO much more to share to all of our stories I’m know. So I hope this is sufficient for the time being. I’m very excited about this Path opportunity and meeting the many wonderful heart-centered people in this group. Having a problem uploading a Photo of Coco Snow … will work on that this afternoon. Thank YOU all for your time reading my introducton. Irene

Hi my name is Sonya, I live with my husband and daughter in Nth NSW Australia.
I am originally from NZ but have now made Australia my home. I have two children one 34 the other 14.
I work everyday in primary school learning support at Shearwater the Mullumbimby Steiner School.
I love the children yet feel a calling to help animals and their owners. I have trained in various energy healing modalities over the last 30 yrs and feeling the call to move towards combining my skills with animal healing communication and art, hopefully on a full time basis.
I have always loved animals and when I was little I wanted to be a vet. My teacher at the time told me I wasn’t smart enough … unfortunately I believed her.
My animal companions are Aluna my 17 yr old mare, Grace our 4 yr old Irish wolf hound and our rescue princess pudding cat who is now 10 yrs old. I also have two therapy bunnies that live at the school flopsy and mopsy, the children who are needing extra support sit with them feed them and chat with them.
I’m looking forward to learning from you Val and all of the other participants too,
Kind regards

Introduction
My name is Sukey Williams. Val, and members, I’m so happy to have found you! As a strong empath and animal lover/guardian, I am delighted to have finally found my people!! I feel so safe and understood by you all.
I have experienced my Master Teacher many times throughout my life. He has a strong, deep male voice that clearly warns me as well as teaches me the most amazing lessons. He is old and wise; he makes me work really hard to learn my Life Lessons; and he can be really tough or incredibly funny. He has lines under his eyes from smiling. He is a Master Teacher and he has been with me since birth and will stay with me this entire life. He is a mystical Pakistani teacher named Mohammed.
I’m not sure if my claircognizance and/or clairvoyance experiences come from Mohammed or not.
As far as my animal angels, healers, and guides, I was told by a psychic when I was 16 years old that my animal spirit is a rabbit and that’s all I know.
Val, how would I know my Guide’s influence on my life?
As far as a healer, throughout my life I would say I’m a Perspective Alchemist. For example, as a college student, I remember an acquaintance showed up at my door one night. She was distraught and sobbing, feeling rejected and lost over a breakup with a guy. I listened with compassion as she poured out her broken heart. Once she had drained her emotions and felt heard, I shifted her perspective by saying that she was so fortunate to now know what she values and is looking for in a partner. Her tears dried quickly and I saw a wave of awareness sweep through her as if she “woke up.” Her entire Being was different. The pain was replaced by understanding, healing, and gratitude. She left unbroken. I never saw her again.
I trust my intuition and all my clairs, including my weaker feeling clairsentience, one hundred percent. Unfortunately, my smell and taste abilities have been virtually nonexistent since 1990 when I felt and hit my left temple. Interestingly, my clair abilities increased.
What brought me here?
As soon as I saw your website, Val, I was hooked. I have an undeniable, unrelenting passion for animals and animal communication! I have always wanted to see the world through each animals’ eyes and, to my complete and utter amazement, this year I literally saw the world through Hannah’s eyes during a guided exercise by Val where my arms entered and slid down the dog’s front legs and my head entered Hannah’s skull. My first impressions were fast moving, blurry shapes in front of my/her eyes. Then, Hannah asked me to slow down when I moved in front of her because she couldn’t focus on the blurry fast-moving shapes. Unforgettable!
All the animals in my life have offered me love and connection to genuine hearts in a world full of dysfunctional, unkind people. As an adult, I became a Raptor Handler and Educator, traveling all over New Mexico. Then, I was accepted into an internship involving (kind and respectful) cognitive research with Bottlenosed dolphins in Hawaii, which was followed by another internship with sign language chimpanzees in the state of Washington.
But to be able to communicate directly with animals … To see, hear, feel, and know what their world is like from their perspective … To help animals feel understood, heard, and resolve their issues through two-way, compassionate, heart-felt, respectful, and loving communication … And, to help their humans understand their animals’ unmet needs, perspectives, and challenges to improve their lives together … well, there isn’t anything more worthwhile, loving, or better than that!!!! This is my passion; always has been and always will be. Enhancing what skills I have so I can communicate with animals is also key to the health and well-being of my Heart and my Soul.
What I want to get out of my membership in the Animal Talk Coaching Club …
I hope to significantly improve my animal communication skills so I can reliably and accurately communicate with animals professionally.
Sukey

Hi everyone! My name is Anais. I live in Queens, New York and I was bored in Taiwan. I grew up with our family dogs and I always love animals. Besides the dogs I grew up with, I have had three dogs of my own – Buo-Buo, Nio-Nio, and Punchy. They are all in spirit now. They were with me through almost the entirety of my adult life until now. I moved to the US by myself so my dogs were my only family here. They were huge emotional supports for me and gave me so much love and courage.
As far as my animal angels, teachers, healers, and guides, I don’t know a particular one and would like to find her. But I do feel that all my dogs are my healers 🙂
I always know that I have a passion for animals and want to do something that involves animals. My dog Punchy was the one who brought me to animal communication. I’ve been reading books and watching videos about it. I found Val’s YouTube videos and love her warm personality and the way she talks about AC. So I joined the Club and took the Beginning Core Foundations Course.
I hope to improve my AC skills, also build my confidence in connecting with animals. I’m looking forward to learning from Val and all of the members here.
Warm Regards,
Anais -

Hello everyone, my name is David and I live in California. I currently have two senior dogs and a rehabilitated community/feral kitten. I have had several dogs and cats – now in spirit – who have served as teachers, healers and guides. It would be nice to connect with them as well as my living companions.
I have always been compassionate about animals and spent nearly 20 years working on their behalf – at animal organizations (HSUS, Best Friends, etc.) and shelters, as well as volunteerism. I have always wanted to better understand animals. I participated in introductory animal communication classes with a couple of California professionals, but never really felt able to achieve results. I just joined with the hope that this time I’ll breakthrough and gain the ability to communicate with animals. I’m eager to see if the Coaching Club will help bring success.

Hiya! My name is Abby and I live in Iowa, USA. I’m 18 years old and I’m currently working at my local no-kill animal shelter, living at home, and doing college part-time.
I grew up on 2.5 beloved acres of land, with grass, prairies, and beautiful flower and vegetable gardens of my parents’ creation, on which we cared for chickens, cats, and the occasional duck who would stop and stay for a while during migration season. I’ve always adored animals, and they’ve always seemed to like me, too. Interacting with them comes naturally to me in a way that interacting with humans doesn’t. I can usually read their body language and even vocal sounds just as well as I would a human’s, sometimes even better. Even when I was little, my parents would enlist my help in caring for the chickens because they were more patient and docile with me. I strike up instant friendships with other people’s pets, the ease and speed at which it happens often surprising their humans and sometimes even myself. A few months ago, my family took a week-long vacation to Wisconsin where we stayed at a cabin on a lake, and I was shocked to discover that I attracted the young painted turtles in the lake. I would walk out onto the dock and dip my hand into the water, and they would swim up to me and let me pick them up. At first I thought that it was because they thought my fingers were snacks, but I soon noticed that they didn’t come to anyone else, and they didn’t let anyone else pick them up, either. One turtle in particular (who I dubbed “Turtle Boy”) stayed with me for an entire afternoon of floating on the lake, resting on my open hand just below the water’s surface, pushing off and swimming in a circle nearby, and coming right back. Eventually I was able to get the turtle comfortable with my mother as well, much to everyone’s amazement. She calls me “Dr. Doolittle”, and everyone who knows me well acknowledges my strange animal affinity.
I’ve always wondered what animals are thinking and wanted to talk to them, but I never thought that it was something that I could learn how to do. Recently, though, I became aware of Val’s school of animal communication and was immediately interested. I’m pretty sure it was through a YouTube ad, and I watched the whole thing even though I could’ve skipped it. At first I moved past it and continued on with my life, but the ad kept coming back to me and my desire to learn how to talk to animals, hidden away since I was a child, resurfaced and started nagging at the corners of my mind. Eventually, knowing myself well enough to recognize that it wasn’t about to let up, I signed up to receive emails from Val Heart. One thing led to another, and now I’m here.
I think what really pushed me to commit to this is the work I do at the shelter. I’m responsible for taking care of a room of cats (21 of them at max capacity). Animals come in from all over the county and from every imaginable situation. Some have simply been surrendered by their owners, while others have been rescued from the worst of circumstances. My heart, which is sometimes too big for my own good, opens to them all. I carefully watch how they respond to my movements and learn what their boundaries are, showing them nothing but love, and even the cats who come in hissing and cowering in the corners of their cages learn that they can trust me within only a few days. My coworkers all call me a cat whisperer and are thankful for how I’m able to reach them, because as they tell me, my room used to be notorious for housing the meanest and most stubborn cats. Just a few days ago, a cat that had been in my room since I’d arrived got adopted. His name was Lawrence, and my coworkers thought he’d have to be a barn cat because he was ornery, hyperactive, and played rough. About a month ago, I arrived at the shelter for my shift after a day off, and my coworkers had a story for me. A woman had come in to look at cats, and had asked them, “What’s the story with this guy?” while cradling a black cat in her arms. They were astounded when they realized it was Lawrence, not having seen how much he’d improved until just then. He was still a very playful cat, but I’d taught him to be gentle with his play and he’d grown much more comfortable with being held. His cage has been empty in the days since he was adopted, but near the end of my shift today a new cat was brought in and placed there (as one of my coworkers called from the hall, “Let Abby work her magic on her!”). She’s a long-haired black cat with yellow eyes. As soon as the cage door was shut behind her, she curled up in her litter box in the corner and stayed there, watching me warily as I finished up with my last few cages. I could tell she wasn’t ready for interaction yet, so I softly greeted her and left so she could adjust and settle overnight. I’ll find out tomorrow morning how she’s faring, and we’ll take the first few steps towards trust at whatever pace she sets.
That was a long story that probably wasn’t strictly necessary, but I enjoyed telling it, and I hope you enjoyed reading it. All of this is to say that as much as I already communicate with animals, I wish I could do more for them. I wish that they could tell me their stories and that I could help ease their burdens. I want to be able to give them more than just a sense of safety, and to let them know the reasons why I ask them to do a certain thing or stop a certain behavior. I want to hear what they have to say and learn what they have to teach me.
To finish up, I’ll introduce the non-human members of my family. From left to right (and from oldest to youngest), the four sweethearts below are Mooch (female), Skittles (female), Mongo (male), and Daisy (female). We also have a milk snake named Gomez, but I can’t attach more than four photos on one post.Attachments:

Hi, I am happy to have made the decision to be a part of this family of like minded people who love animals. I live in Norway, and animals are part of my souls purpose. My heart is longing to communicate with them. So I did Val´s beginners course, but I see that unless I am more active I won’t proceed. So I am very happy to have upgraded my membership, and very much looking forward to this journey together with you all. I hope to gain more clarity and confidence and learn as much as I can, to be able to communicate with our beloved animals. .
I would love to introduce my animal friends.
💜The cat Tutta, I adopted recently. She is 8 years old.
❤️The love of my life Rosen, is a podenco from Spain, whom I adopted a few years ago.
💚The Norwegian fjord horse Magne, is the latest family member. He is only 3,5 years and is a great teacher for me.Attachments:

Hi Eva,
If you would like to add your animals to our Animal Teachers, you may have up to 6 of your own animals on your page. Just send an email indicating your interest to Moderator@ValHeart.com for each animal you would like included. Please name photo with your animal’s name -or send only one animal photo with name per email so we don’t get them confused. The photo should show the animal’s eye, preferably in the center of the photo, so members can more easily connect and communicate. Please note that we may do some adjustments to get the photo to an appropriate size.We look forward to having these cuties join us.

Hello! My name is Sarah. I am in the military and currently live in Texas. My husband and I recently adopted Jewels (a lab retriever mix) from the Humane Society. She has been with us for just under 2 months now.
I previously studied pre-veterinary science at university, and have always been interested in how allopathic medicine and holistic/alternative medicine and therapies can work in conjunction with one another. I was briefly introduced to animal communication during my freshman year but didn’t have much information or exposure and was skeptical while also very intrigued. Throughout the rest of my study at university, I mostly forgot about it and focused on learning the allopathic medicine we were being taught. After Jewels joined our lives, I remembered the animal communicator I’d met during school and was very interested in trying to learn more about Jewels’ history so that we could better assist her transition from the shelter to our home.
I hope that by being a part of this group, I will not only rediscover and improve my ability to communicate with animals, but also that I would make some new friends. I would eventually like to begin volunteering at the shelter specifically to help the animals transition and work through the new situation they’ve been put into. I am so glad to be here and learn new things!

Hi! My name is Carmen and I live in North Carolina. My husband and I have 6 cats and a dog. A seventh kitty – Rocky- just passed and that was heartbreaking and fast – she was almost 18. I do believe she is a healer.
My soul mate kitty cricket passed 2 years ago – he was a teacher and I don’t think he was finished – his body just let him down.
We have 2 youngsters, Neo and Stormy and they are rascals. We adopted a 10 year old diabetic kitty Aubie, a few years ago – he had been returned to a shelter we used to volunteer at and when I saw him, I just knew we could take care of him – back in early December, he had a diabetic incident and almost died – he is doing great now and I think a former kitty helped him stay with us. And now, he is pining away for Rocky sitting in her spot almost all day.
It is ironic that Aubie almost died but then a couple weeks later Rocky did. I feel like there is something there.
Then there are the 3 brothers. They are like a pack of wolves and any kitties that come near them is going to get jumped! Maybe I can figure out what that is all about.
Next, we have the dog Bailey who thinks he is a cat! He hangs out with the gang of 3 – only gets to do that because he is bigger than they are.
After Rocky passed in late Dec, I actually talked to a communicator and that got me inspired to try and do this myself so I can better take care of the gang. We have so many personalities!
I would really like to be more in touch with what is going on with all the animals. They are so awesome and give us so much – I want to take care of them as best I can. Specifically, I want to try and figure out what is going on with Aubie.
I do get “feelings” and more often than not they come true.
Can’t wait to dig into the materials and start practicing!I sent a few of my Animals in earlier today so hope to see them on the board soon!

1. Introduce yourself and your animal angels, teachers, healers and guides?
Hi, I’m Scott and my kitties are Charlie (10-year old Tabby) and Tippy (6-year old Tortie)2. We especially want to know why you decided to join the Club and are learning how to talk to animals. What brought you here?
I first joined because we had just gotten Charlie and I wanted to be able to know him and especially how to be sensitive to him when his time on earth is done. I have a lot of unresolved trauma from not being allowed to express grief appropriately as a child, including the loss of my childhood pet (Fluffy) while I was in high school. That left me emotionally unable to have a pet until about this time last year, after I’d done about 5 years of work on addiction recovery. From that initial want my desire has grown to being able to listen to and converse with both my fur kids as I would with anyone else. (Fur kid being a misnomer in Charlie’s case, he feels like an old soul, and part of me wonders if he isn’t Fluffy’s spirit come back to me after all these years.)
3. What do you hope to get out of your membership in the Animal Talk Coaching Club?
Support and guidance from like-minded people and the gifts we’ve been given known as animals.- This reply was modified 2 years, 3 months ago by Scott Temaat.

1. Introduce yourself and your animal angels, teachers, healers and guides?
Hello, I am Britt-Marie from Sweden. I have always loved animals, and felt connected to them. I live in the northern part of Sweden with our four horses, with my husband, a cat and a puppy dog. I work with accounting in my own firm. The last 10 years of my life I have been very interested in healing, spiritual work. I studied reiki, shamanic healing, tibetanian healing and also some animal communication only on a beginner level, and readings for people. We live in the forest on a small ranch. Having some trail rides for people wanting to come and ride. Western style. I have two kids 23 and 25 years old.2. We especially want to know why you decided to join the Club and are learning how to talk to animals. What brought you here?
I feel in my heart that this is what I want to do for the rest of my life, a little fed up with accounting. Wanting to do something meaningful, helping animals and also people. I know in my heart that it is the missing link in the future. I still need to do some healing for myself, make time and effort to get there. It is a challenge, but at the same time a goal.3. What do you hope to get our of your membership in the Animal Talk Coaching Club?
Meet people like me, get connected. Get help and feedback, understanding and support. And be able to help others as well.
I want to help animals in their lives.
Love to meet new friends all over the world. -

Hello Dear Animal Lovers,
I am Lucia and I am from Romania,(Eastern Europe).
I am here because besides loving all forms of life, I have discovered that one of my dogs actually decided to be my teacher and guide in this life, besides already being a healer to me.
For start, I have 2 angels disguised as dogs, and 2 angels disguised as cats.:)
They form the Rose Heart Family, as I love roses too very much. They are listed in the order of appearance in my life:
Bebe, in form of dog, will turn 11 years old in November, and is entitled the Wise Watcher of the Rose heart family. We are together since 9 years, but i know him since he appeared on my street, being under 1 year old.
King Boumba, in form of a cat, will turn 2 years old in March, and is entitled founder of the Rose Heart family (his mothers name is Rose). We are together since September 2020. He got bitten by a German Shepherd on his belly. He went through surgery, because his inside was a mess. He survived and even though I know he loves us, he still behaves like a King, sparing his kisses.
Prince Aston, in form of a cat, will turn 7 months old on the 13th of March, and is entitled Prince Aston Rowan Atkinson Martin, first heir of the Rose Heart family. He actually was standing in the middle of a busy road. A tiny black being, crying his heart out, people just passing by… Dont know how he got there, but when my husband saw him in the car lights, he froze the car, i jumped out, took him in my arms, and there he is.
Estella, in form of dog, will turn 4 months old on 2nd of of March, full name, Estella Esperanza Madelaine, entitled for the moment Wise Watcher Apprentice of the Rose heart family. She has been found in our quest to find our beloved Bebe. The dogs live at a house especially bought for them, at about 30 Km from I live, in an small apartment block together with my husband and my 2 Angels disguised as cats.
I feed every being comes around me, I get them to vet if they need, I neutered some of the ladies from around the block, I feed and care for the Dog from my workplace, named Rita. Generally I feed and care for about 32 souls. (Not all cats are present at meal times).
I don’t have Facebook. Hope it is not an issue. If necessary I can ask someone to show me if there is anything interesting posted there.2. We especially want to know why you decided to join the Club and are learning how to talk to animals. What brought you here?
Bebe brought me here. He went missing for 2 weeks on the 26th of December last year. He returned home on the 9th of January 10 AM sharp! He has always been afraid of fireworks and thunder. He must have developed his phobia while on the streets, as he had 2 New Years celebrations outside…
After having my feet bleed in hell in search for him, and no clue where he was, in my despair by the end of week 1, I searched you tube for meditations for bringing him back home. There I saw a suggestion for next video, an interview with an Animal Communicator. And than I have contacted an Animal Communicator, that told me he would get back home. I have continued my search, as days were passing by I started not to eat as I was obsessed with the fact, that maybe he had no food that day…. I suppose you can imagine, all things that may pop through someones mind when in desperation…
On Week 2 Saturday 8th of January, I have discovered Val Heart website, where at the Lost Animals, you are directed to work with Tim Link. By the evening Tim has sent me the Satellite map, with a few pins where his energy was stronger within perhaps last half hour, and the full description of where Bebe was. Tim told me he also has shown to Bebe the way back home, as he was disoriented, hungry and felt weekend. (Million Thank you TIM!)
I went to search him in the indicated locations, except with one street, where because of the rapidly falling snow, we could not have driven there. The snow felt so thick that evening that we could not hear each other, one standing in front of the car and one behind.
In my whole search I have not met any dog, except shepherds dogs guarding their flocks. We went searching by foot, by car, mornings, noons, evenings, nights… There were nights that nothing moved… the land was so still and silent that I would hear the blood running through my ears, if someone can imagine that. To me all this experience of missing my heart and soul, Bebe, has led me to think that i might have a lesson to learn, and here I am!3. What do you hope to get our of your membership in the Animal Talk Coaching Club?
I hope to reward all the people I meet here with succeeding in actually communicating with animals, I thank you all for giving me the opportunity to study with you!
I hope to be able to communicate, so that I can reward all the Angels, Healers, Teachers and Guides, with at least a good word sent to them, and maybe to be able to stop the ones that hurt others. At the moment I have an issues with 3 dogs, left intentionally outside by the owner to “feed on the cats” and this happens every night…. To me this is absolutely heartbreaking, as reading in these courses I have found that animals reflect their owner thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Pour dogs, pour cats…I end here, not to get abusive of your time.
Wish you all only good things, and only success stories on your journey of Animal communication!
Big Hugs,
LuciaAttachments:

Dear animal lovers,
My name is Mascha, I currently live with my lovely cat Bootsy in the South of France. Happy to join the club!:-)
I am here because I love animals like you. I have always been a spiritual seeker.
I have taken the basic courses for Pranic Healing, an energy healing technique. After my cat Chuco died I became interested in animal communication. I started with a little online course by James French, which was really nice but then I found Val, by listening to a podcast and here I am! What a wonderful person you are Val!
My goal is to deepen my relationship with animals, with life, give my life more meaning, and grow as a person. To actually become a professional animal communicator and healer would be a dream.
I am just about to finish the beginners course and will start the advanced course soon.
In this group I am hoping to make friends, get support, learn, and getting confidence by practice.Thank you all,
Warm regards,
MaschaAttachments:

Hi, I’m Gale, currently living in Florida with my cat, Lola and my dog, Lucy. When both Lola and Lucy started having health issues, I started researching animal communicators to help me get some insight on how to help them. As I was doing the research, I realized that I would love to be able to communicate with them myself instead of having to rely on someone else. I always thought that you had to have a special gift to be able to do this, but I’m hoping I will be able to learn these gifts. I already feel like I’ve made some progress. So, here I am. I’m going through the course now. It’s going slower than I anticipated due to the normal busyness of life, but I’m enjoying it.

Hello!
My name is Beth. My animal roommates are Meesha, a Yorkie, Delphi, a house panther, and Zoe, the seal point Ragdoll.
I have been working on animal communication for a couple of years, but I’m a newbie to learning about it. In my prior experience, I’ve only been able to talk with animals who initiate the conversation. I’m super excited to learn how to start the conversation!
I’m currently covered with my three. Animal connection has never been difficult for me. I want to learn how to help more of them. I’m considering a career in this amazing field. Can’t wait to get started!

Hello. My name is Farheen and I have 4 animal guides in my family.
1. Daryl – my oldest, about 7 years old. He is the most patient, understanding and wise of the 4. He has a very generous and giving spirit, and loves to share his resources with other animals, lick them and welcome them. He can be timid sometimes from certain things, like vacuum cleaners, loud noises and new situations. My guess is it has something to do with his accident as a kitten when he lost his tail in a car engine. He is protective of others and defends them/advocates for them when he senses their distress. I have several stories about this. I see a great, compassionate and wise leader in him.
2. Coral – my second pet, about 2 years old. He is the most gentle of all my pets. I have a very interesting story about his birth and his adoption, if anyone would like to know. Coral has a peaceful and laidback personality. He likes to keep the peace and often acts as a mediator when Daryl and Soldier fight. Its very interesting for me to watch him get vocal, like he is telling them to behave themselves. 😀
3. Soldier – about 1.5 years old, was originally my mother’s cat but is now living with me. Soldier is a true warrior. He is the bravest of all the pets. He is intelligent enough to assess the danger of a situation, and I sense his fear and distrust, but that doesn’t make him back down. He is strong and full of spirit – a true rebel. I can identify with him very much in this regard 😀 When I met him, I (or the other pets) couldn’t get close to him. He was unlike any cat I’ve ever met in my life (there are quite a few where I live). He was the most aggressive cat imaginable, and caused many injuries. Within a few months of living with me and some animal communicator sessions, he is a completely transformed cat. It took a lot of daily work and unconditional love, repeating affirmations to him, and trying to control and calm my own energy around him. He is still a brave fighter, but a lot more patient and gentle now. He also gets along much better with the others. He is a mighty hunter (his own words) and takes pride in his youth, strength and agility. I’ve never heard Soldier purr.
4. Eclipse – about 6 months old, is my most recent adoption. I am still learning about him. He is a little quiet and introverted, but brave and does not let anyone push him around. He is affectionate, and always up for cuddles and pets. He bonds closely with animals and humans, and I think he loves having other pets in the house. He had a traumatic experience recently where his brother, Koi, got run over. They were inseparable. He guarded his brother’s body for a long time, fighting adult cats that came near him, until I got home from work and found them. It broke my heart and that was the night I adopted him.I decided to join because I’ve known my purpose in life since I was 3 (25 now) and have had several dreams and other vivid experience consistently guiding me to this path. Knowing my purpose was really important for me at that age because it saved my life and got me through some really dark things that happened to me. For a 3 year old to feel a sense of purpose that strongly, I realize it is not something to take for granted, and I see how it saved my life – I think of it as divine mercy: God arming me with the ultimate weapon I needed to pass His test. I believe I let my circumstances and my mindset towards my circumstances get in my way and hold me back from communicating with animals, but am desperate to break out of that now. I could use all the help and support I can get.
I hope to make a lot of friends and allies in this journey, both human and non-human. I hope to be able to communicate reasonably well with animals before I turn 26 (end of Nov). I also really need encouragement and accountability. I don’t believe I am a lazy or unmotivated person, but sometimes life gets heavy and it takes all you have to just survive. I want to push past that and try to be productive in my journey.

Hello, I’m Carolyn. I been studying animal communication since about September of 2020. My cat, Mozart, died suddenly in August of that year. He was only eight years old and I hadn’t even known he was not well. He died of a thyroid storm which was triggered by his fears of a smoke alarm going off in our house. It’s extremely rare. The emergency vet said she had never seen a case in 10 years in practice but his symptoms checked every box on the list. Three days after he had the thyroid storm and much veterinary care, I had to make the decision to say goodbye. I was devastated. I still have tears in my eyes as I write this today. I didn’t realize that such a sad situation would lead me in a completely new direction.
Shortly after Mozart died, I contacted an animal communicator. I could not believe everything she was able to recount about his death. He talked about a bubble (the oxygen bubble), being tethered and seeing multiple vets. There was no way she could have known these facts unless she was communicating with him. I had never been religious or believed in the afterlife before this moment. However, I now realized that his spirit was still around and that he was okay. I made it a goal to learn to communicate with animals so that I could continue my relationship with Mozart. Since then I have had brief communications with him, but I’m still not at the level I would like to be. One time, I felt his energy in my lap. Absolutely amazing.
Now on to my animal family today. I have a horse called Bob. He is 27 and happily retired. (I’m a little older and also happily retired.) I also have three cats. All were abandoned at some point in their lives by their former people. Patches is 16. Booker is 7 and Murphy, who Mozart helped bring into my life, is 4.

Hello, thank you for accepting me here. I’m Nita (age 68) and live in a rural homestead in the Himalayan hills (India) with my son and 8 rescue strays, my first one passed in October’21. I have an academic background (teaching and writing text books) which I gave up to learn Pranic healing (like reiki). We moved here from Delhi 3 years ago with Brownie and her son Blackie, and a PTSD affected rescue Tikli. We had a number of adopted rescued strays in the city, and had to subsequently bring 6 of them here as they were being severely abused in our absence.
I turned to animal communication in 2018 to deal with the behavioral issues of the rescues, and did basic and advanced courses online with US teachers, and repeated in 2020 with an Indian teacher. Unfortunately, circumstances and lack of opportunities prevented me from getting any practice. I had interacted with Val in September’21 to join the club…the catalyst being that in August, Tikli attacked Brownie brutally. Though Brownie seemed to have recovered, she passed away in October without any apparent reason. I’m still trying to process the trauma which has been second (or maybe worse) to my dad’s passing 32 years ago. Due to lack of practice/confidence and extreme stress, I could not connect to her at any stage, and by the time I found a communicator, it was too late. I have had communications done for all of them over the last few years, but now I am determined to do it myself….which is why I am here.
I have done random communications but I require regular practice with feedback and guidance, to get the much needed confidence to connect with Brownie (for some closure) and the others to help them with their issues. I am also interested in communicating with other animals(so many around us!) the landscape and all aspects of nature. I look forward to an enriching learning experience here, and a dream come true.
Sorry for the long post, and thank you for your time and patience!
Attached are photos of Brownie (age unknown), Blackie (though brown!!)8, Tikli,(6) and a family of 4, we have another mother son pair.Attachments:

Hi, I’m Patti. I live on our farm in TN. I have always loved animals and dreamed to communicate with them. I have had numerous dogs, cats, horses, goats, ducks, cows and sheep over the years. Currently I have 6 horses: 4 in retirement, Duke, Jake, Gus, and Ellie; 2 performance, Sugar and BB, 5 dogs: 2 indoor, Penny and Trudy; 3 outdoor, Wendy, Tinkerbell, and Mick, all rescues; 10 cats: 3 indoor, HayKitty, Boomer, and HayBale, 7 barn cats; and 2 goats, Matilda Jane and her doe kid, Cupcake. My husband has numerous cattle and sheep.
I wanted to become a vet so I could help animals, but my life took a different turn and I taught elementary school for 36 years. I am retired now and have more time for myself and animals. I feel so helpless when I can tell when my animals are sick or hurting. I want to be able to help them by communicating with them, as well as getting to know them on a deeper level. I found Val and now trying to learn.
I am still in the beginning course after working on this off and on for almost a year, but now I need to buckle down and stick to it. I have always had trouble staying focused, ADHD? (I have a lot of projects going at one time too). When meditating, my monkey mind gets in the way. I hope to overcome this obstacle.
I hope to make wonderful friendships, both human and animal, in this journey. I am glad to find a group that shares my passion of love for animals and giving them a voice. I look to you for encouragement and praise, because my husband just doesn’t understand.- This reply was modified 1 year, 11 months ago by Patricia Fisher.

Hi,
I’m Mary and live in Ontario, Canada with my dog Dino (age 3) and my cat Mason (age 13). I’m an animal communicator but no longer do it as I seemed to be attracting the wrong type of client for me who was looking for specific answers to their questions so I lost confidence in my abilities. I am fascinated with using animal communication to help worldwide by communicating with wild animals and giving a voice to the autistic through their animals although I have limited knowledge of autism. I am a Reiki Master and Animal Reiki Master and have training in many other modalities including being a Heal Your Life coach through Louise Hay but don’t teach any of these modalities I also don’t use my intuitive gifts as much as I could. In the past I’ve had a lot of negative responses to what I am capable of so have become more of a listener now and keep most of my knowledge to myself. I am a curious learner always looking for more knowledge and am eager to learn more from Val and this group.
I rarely talk about what I do so find this a challenging activity to do.
I’m a retired teacher (elementary) and have learned to be cautious about what I saw over the years to avoid repercussions.
I learned about animal communication about 15 years ago and was fascinated about it after reading about a woman in England who did it do went searching for a teacher as I was disappointed that I couldn’t do it as soon as I finished the book. I found a woman here in Canada who taught people how to do it and loved it! I was surprised when she told us it was about practice and accepting what we “heard.” It has been a fascinating journey and continues to be as I seem to be changing directions sometimes.Mary Newman

Hi, my name is Terrianne. I have 5 animals: 1 Rottweiler (Sophie), 2 Cane Corso’s (Athena & Jade) and 2 Sphynx cats (FiFi & Shrek). We live in San Diego, CA. I have always been a magnet around animals. I recently participated in a Healing Touch for Animals where I had a dramatic connection with a horse who was very upset with all of the people in his environment that he did not invite! This connection was so strong and effective, I wanted to learn about possibly having two way conversations with animals. First, I would like to be able to effectively communicate with my own animals. Secondly, I hope to strengthen my abilities to send and receive messages and get to a level that I can confidently make myself available to those that would like help communicating with their animals.

Hi, my name is Brett.
I live on the Sunshine Coast (an hour north of Brisbane), in Queensland Australia.
My housemate has a female tortoiseshell cat, Cherry.
Another cat that I was very close to was Loui, my last housemate’s cat.
I like giving cats pleasure, giving them pats and scratches, helping them purr.
A few years ago Loui was having some issues with neighbouring cats.
I contacted an animal communicator, who really helped Loui.
That process helped me to understand that we can communicate with animals, and
since then I have wanted to be able to do that.
Also watching a cool documentary by Anna Breytenbach, and how she communicates with wild animals.
I love cats and birds, especially raptors.
There is a zoo near me that has tigers, cheetahs and some raptors – I would love to work there.
I am also interested in raptor rehabilitation and helping their numbers and life in the wild.
I am also interested in communicating with other animals, plants and yowies/ Sasquatch.
I understand that being able to communicate with other lifeforms requires me to deepen my psychic, intuition and spiritual abilities, and to embody them, get out of my mind and into my body and heart.
That’s my spiritual path anyway, this course gives my journey an exciting twist 🙂-

Hi!
My name is Monique and I will try to be brief. I knew when I was 6 years old that I wanted to work with animals. I have always had some sort of compassionate intuition with people and animals. I was born in Switzerland, grew up in Belgium, Hong Kong, the UK and Israel. My family learned to ask me how long someone nearing the end had, so they could plan their visit in time from overseas.
I always felt close to animals and have had different times of what I thought was their communication. As a Veterinarian now, having learned Chinese medicine at a beginner level and acupuncture and chiropractic, I have also come across clients who have spoken to a professional communicator (in Chicago, Illinois among others) and found myself wanting to really learn that well so I can help so many more animals around the world.
I have made some mistakes in my veterinary career (with my own pets) and wish I had learned to communicate properly with them before. I also practiced as a home euthanasia veterinarian and felt some thank me and one jumped around and followed us taking his body to the car telling me to let his owner know he was happy and still with her.
I want to know how to do this better, consistently and professionally so I can help more animals around the world.
Currently I live with my second husband part time in Israel with my cat Max (he is a whole other story) where I also care for my aging mother and part time in Tennessee while we build our house here to rent while we fix up our sailboat and sail the world. My dream is to communicate with animals as we travel and help them pass on their message to whoever they need me to do so.
Meanwhile, I will practice as I do online telehealth consults and learn here in this course to improve.
Looking forward to the process and meeting all here.- This reply was modified 1 year, 10 months ago by Monique Lewison.

I’m Marcella and animals mean the world to me. I have four dogs (Joe, Gracie, Angel and Jake), a horse and her baby mule (Lady and Hannah), a donkey (Oliver) and a rabbit (Sammy)
I’m a retired therapist and live on a farm in the Andes mountains of Ecuador. I’ve adopted rescue donkeys and dogs here, and always wanted to hear them tell their stories. I was recently searching online for evolved training methods for my baby mule and it led me to animal communication and then to Val’s course. I knew right away that this was my new path. A light went on inside my heart. The courses have already made a huge impact on my life and my bonds with animals have never been deeper.
The Coaching Club interests me because I want to be a part of a supportive community with others on this incredible journey. My involvement will improve my skills and accuracy, and meeting new friends here would be wonderful. Ultimately, I would love to help humanity understand how evolved animals really are, and what a blessing and incredible gift they are to the world.

Hi
I don’t normally do Facebook so hope I got this right and you all get this post!
My name is Pam and I live near Byron Bay on the north coast of New South Wales, Australia – a beautifulpart of the country. I
Have 2 dogs, 10 year old Labrador x
,Emmy 8 year old jack Russell x foxy and Bonnie 13 year tortoiseshell cat. I worked for 20 years with an animal rescue organization and have recently retired so they’re all rescues of course.
The dogs were surrendered from a farm so a work in progress! The cat was a rehoming reject as a kitten so stayed with me as I had no problems with her- some new owners just don’t give animals time to settle in. I joined after hearing Val in an online seminar earlier this year and her words resonated with me and in my work in rescue I felt I could help more rescued animals find the right home.
Soon after joining the house got flooded so that put a halt on my progress and I had to move out for a couple of months. We are almost back to normal with a new kitchen going in today and a new bathroom vanity next week. Also wrote the car off and smashed my phone so that’s my 3 disasters!
Anyway I have not been in the right headspace for a while but hope to get back to normal very shortly. My dogs are in need of some work and I am keen to see what I can do for them. The only way is up now! Good to be in touch with like minded people.Attachments:

Hello!
My name is Krys, and I was a Gold member for three months prior to upgrading to the Platinum membership yesterday. I posted an intro of myself on a different page several days ago, and it’s possible that some of you have already seen it.
For many years, I was unknowingly communicating with my canine kids before I realized (through sessions with animal communicators) that I already knew nearly everything I’d hired the communicators to tell me about my furkids. While I’ve always known that I had psychic abilities, which run in my family, I’d never consciously extended them to telepathic exchanges with my pets. Once I became aware that this had been happening, I also realized that I am a medium, and over the years have been hearing the voices of the departed (both animals and people). Not only do I hear unsaid details when watching documentaries about world history and celebrities, but I obtained accurate information about my friends’ and neighbors’ pets when practicing with these lovely beings.
I have all of the “clairs” — clairaudience, clairsentience, claircognizance, and clairvoyance. I get a lot of practice at home with two clairs in particular since one of my dogs communicates with clairvoyance, the other through clairaudience. I joined this forum because I don’t have control of my abilities, and the best way to change that is to practice. Ultimately, I’d like to be able to spontaneously communicate with any animal. I believe that I am called to be of service to this community of special beings.
I look forward to learning and absorbing the guidance that’s coming. 🙂

Hello, My name is Elise and I’ve been obsessed with animals as long as I can remember. My mom even wrote in my baby book that my favorite stories were the ones w/animals. hehehe…. I believe that animals have been trying to communicate with me for at least 5-6 yrs. Literally running up to me in dog park or on walks and staring straight into my eyes. And will act completely differently with me than their owners or any other. But I feel like my self doubt gets in the way of being fully open and able to hear and help them. So when I saw the amazing trial membership, I just had to give it a twirl.
We currently have two dogs, a 10 yr old Nova Scotia Duck Toller and a 4 yr old mix from China meat market. Both are rescues and come with their own baggage that I would love to help them heal and move on from. They are our children as we have none and spoiled beyond measure. Gus the older one often looks at me like mom, hello….can’t you understand what I’m telling you. ugh!

Hello! My name is Fran and I am so excited to be a part of this community! I can’t wait to connect with you all and your animal friends! I currently live with my husband, nine year old daughter, two kitties (Rosie and Violet) and hamster (Pippin) in Los Angeles. Growing up, I was horse obsessed and had numerous dog, cat and hamster companions. I’ve always felt a strong connection to all animals, and a need to help protect and advocate for them. Right now, I’m involved in a raptor study to help protect their local habitat and it would be thrilling to connect with any of these wonderful birds! My parents always thought I would be a vet but I couldn’t bear the thought of being around continuous trauma, as I’ve always been quite empathic. Today, I am a Biofield Healing Immersion practitioner (similar to reiki), and I enjoy helping others on an energetic level. I had a canine client awhile back and to my surprise, I felt that he was communicating with me during our sessions via images, thoughts and emotions. However, I never really seemed to be able to do this with my own pets very well, and I didn’t always trust that my thoughts weren’t co-mingled with what info I was receiving. I am here because I would love to be able to communicate with all animals more easily. I was looking for a guide on this journey and I came across Penelope Smith, which then led me to Val! My hope is to be able to use animal communication to help wild, shelter and companion animals as well as incorporate it into my practice to help my clients. I also hope my cats and/or hamster will agree to be Featured Animal Teachers. I look forward to learning and sharing this experience with you all!

Hi, my name is Olivia. I was introduced to animal communication in 2021, the woman I worked with connected with my cat Nildawen. Nildawen passed away last Sunday, January 15th 2023. She has been an amazing friend and give and inspired me to try this out for myself. I want to improve the lives of animals and their people, and I truly enjoy connecting with any animal. I love seeing the joy and fascination from their owners when I’m able to connect and get information from the animal.

Hi, my name is Maria. I’ve always loved cats since I was very little, when I first fell in love with the neighbor’s cat down the street. My Mom saw me with them and she got us a cat of our own. Her name was Tiger and I had her from age 2-18. She was very special, my best friend, who was there for me through everything. We were able to get another cat named Carmel after some time and she is really wonderful. She is 10 now. I feel very lucky and I’m excited to learn to communicate with her and connect deeply. She sleeps with me often and wakes up with me.
I’ve noticed animals seem to come up to me and want to say hi. I visited Peru for a retreat and I was walking with my group and these stray dogs came up to me and let me pet them. Everybody was like “Wow!” and they were just watching me with them. Another instance I was walking down the street with a friend and a cat actually came out of the bushes, crossed the street over to me and let me pet them. My friend at the time was so amazed and called me a cat whisperer haha. And when I was doing private singing lessons at my past teacher’s house, one of their dogs usually barks at people and is really shy but he came closer to me and just stared, quiet. She commented that he likes me and they were surprised that the dog wasn’t running away, said he was brave.
So these all may have been signs to explore this more. Happy to be doing that now! 🙂

Hello everyone, my name is Mary. I have had dogs and cats most of my life but never thought I could learn to communicate with them. After my dog died last June, I explored the idea of communication and suddenly Val’s emails started to arrive. Divine guidance? I signed up for the Beginning Core Foundations course. I thought it would be easy but have discovered it is not instant. I find it hard to balance time for everything I need to do in a day. I know I have gut feelings about events so listen to that intuition. I hope to learn how to use my heart to communicate. I also am looking at chakra and stones to help heal my inner soul. I am a shy person with strangers so have a hard time reaching out but I will. I have had silent communication with my deceased dog as well as hearing her bark and squeaking her toy ball. I now have a new rescue dog and hope to have her as a Fat some day. I read all the emails and am so thankful to everyone for sharing their thoughts and answers.

Hello my beautiful friends and animal lovers! 🙂
My name is Hedi and I live in Port Alberni on Vancouver Island in BC, Canada. This is my 2nd time here. I completed Val Heart’s Animal Communication Made Easy Course and the Beginning Core Foundations Course in January 2020 when I initially discovered animal communication. I wanted to learn how to communicate with animals bcs at that time my dog Oak was consistently grinding his teeth. I had spent thousands of dollars throughout 2019 of monthly veterinarian exams and specialty visits, and still nobody could tell me why he was grinding his teeth. I was at the end of my leash and devastated that I couldn’t help my beloved dog so I meditated and asked for help from my intuition, guides and the Universe and I received: ask him. This resulted in me Googling: “can I talk to animals?” and Val Heart’s website filled with courses popped up. I completed one of the beginner courses immediately and within a week I felt confident enough to ask Oak why he was grinding his teeth or what was causing him to grind his teeth. I didn’t receive an answer like I thought I would, instead I felt immense pain in my ring finger on my left hand, all the way up into my knuckle, ouch. So I immediately went to look specifically at the second to last nail on his left paw and… voila!!! I discovered a huge crack right down the inside of his nail, all the way from the bed to the tip. The next day we got an appointment with the vet, she examined the nail and profusely apologized for not examining his nails sooner bcs she was certain that’s why he was grinding and we’ve become a regular at the vet’s office. Soon after, he was booked in for a full nail removal. At first I was skeptical that a broken nail could result in him grinding his teeth, but that skepticism quickly dissolved when he completely stopped grinding his teeth almost overnight and turned into a playful happy puppy at 8 years old. Oak is now 10 years young, full of life and vitality, and free from teeth-grinding.
I am beyond grateful for Val Heart and greatly appreciate her amazing strength, courage and determination to create this platform to teach us these wonderful skills and abilities. Thank you so very much for everything that you do and all the wisdom and love that you share every day.
So, I thought that was that, I completed my task of helping my dog Oak and we continued on with our lives; however, the Universe had other plans in store for me. My mission was incomplete and the Universe was not shy about letting me know! Since then, childhood memories came flooding back of me having clear direct conversations with animals. Then, suddenly, out of the blue I could clearly hear a voice and nobody was to be seen – anywhere, and it sent me into panic mode. I could hear exactly what the animal was saying word-for-word just as if I were having a conversation with another human being. I kept denying everything I was hearing. I didn’t want to believe it. Then angels or spirit guides started talking to me… and I freaked out! I shut down and I froze – completely. As a result of my actions or lack thereof, I have made some massive irreversible mistakes that have immensely hurt animals and humans alike. I feel extremely responsible, guilty and ashamed. I didn’t listen to the guidance and I didn’t speak up and I hurt others by doing so. I let down the angels and spirit guides and the animal and his human.
I have been really trying to deny and avoid my natural skills and abilities. I have been refusing to accept what was true for me and what I had experienced. I have been led to believe that I can’t talk to animals, that it isn’t real and spirits and guides don’t exist and you can’t hear them or see them, it’s just my imagination. I was really suffering and struggling back and forth between my fears and the experiences I had. I even contemplated life – what’s the point of living if I don’t accept myself for who I am? I’ll never be happy and fulfilled being someone else. At some point I had to seek understanding of my limiting beliefs and fears around hearing animals and spirits communicating with me. I quickly realized that I have a choice: I can either keep avoiding and denying it’s existence and my abilities OR I can accept and embrace my experiences and gifts, learn the lessons, forgive myself, dive deeper and allow myself to become who I am meant to be in this lifetime. Denying, avoiding and neglecting my gifts has been causing me pain and hurting my heart, so the choice was simple – yet hard. Hard until my tarot cards called me out by bluntly saying that I was “outright refusing to accept my natural abilities.” Sometimes you need a good smack in the face to wake you up to the truth and that was mine. What good am I doing here if I outright refuse to accept my natural abilities? I would be wasting my potential and this wonderful gift of helping others, humans and animals, all across the world.
This is me, Hedi. This is my confessional. I am deciding to accept my natural abilities, learn animal communication and practice communicating with animals and become who I am meant to be in this lifetime. I am so happy and grateful to be here! Thank you Val Heart for re-awakening my soul and for being my mentor on this magnificent journey.
Much Love and Appreciation,
HediAttachments:

Hello Everyone,
My name is Tricia and I live in Texas, US. And no, we don’t all ride horses and wear large hats, though some certainly do. After spending decades dabbling in sprit based cards and enjoying psychic and mediumship sessions, I embarked on an evidential mediumship journey. And while I still study it, the end goals were not resonating with me. Platform and one on one sessions to prove afterlife didn’t hold strong appeal. We did study animal comm a bit as connecting with passed animals is the same as with human spirits. That concept held deep meaning for me and I am being drawn to working with shelters and rescues, hopefully solving situations that are keeping an animal from finding their forever home.
Dogs have always been a part of my life. The years have also been sprinkled with cats, fish, gerbils, guinea pigs, ostriches, a pig and more. Currently, in addition to a take-charge Blue Heeler, we have koi and a family of donkeys including four minis and one standard size. We feed all sorts of birds, lizards, bunnies and squirrels in the wild.
I am currently taking a live online Advanced AC course with a US teacher. It has been very educational and includes lots of practice. Unfortunately, it ends soon. My Udemy class schedule is packed with various animal related subjects by teachers across the world. There is always more to learn and luckily, someone to teach. It became evident that practicing and communicating with like minded people and their animals was going to be an integral part of reaching my goal. And of course, working with a fellow Texan is always a plus. This group seems to check all the boxes of print and video instruction plus the necessary human interaction. I like the ongoing nature of the instruction vs a limited number of lessons and then disbanding. Community means a lot these days.
Attached is a photo of our Ivy. Though the rescue thought she was a mix, she is actually a full blooded American Cattle Dog who bites your feet if she wanted to redirect you. She is a character and we love her dearly.
I look forward to meeting everyone as we strengthen our skills and gifts.
Tricia

Hi Tricia,
Welcome! We are glad you are here. And what a sweet picture of Ivy.
Sounds like you’ve had many closeup time with a wide range of animals. It’s always fun to learn about different animal types and each animal is always unique. Some of our Featured Animal Teachers have been healers, jokers, teachers, protectors and several different types of animals over the years. Our community’s human folks are also very diverse and wonderfully encouraging and helpful. We are all on our own unique journeys and together we are learning and healing. You are in good company as several students are also very active in working with rescues.
On our Gold & Platinum members monthly call, this month on Saturday May 13, we’ll be doing a meditation to get us ready to talk with our Featured Animal Teacher. And after that Val will answer questions that students have posted in the discussion thread for the call on this Forum page.
Welcome! Moderator BarbModerator

Hi Everybody!
I just joined the club as a Silver but hope to progress through the metals as I learn more. I enrolled in the beginning core foundations course years ago but fell away from AC for many reasons including a long line of pet deaths. The resulting grief made it too difficult to get into the required mindset. Anyway, I’m very happy to be back. I enrolled in the Advanced Topics course but have lost access to the Core foundations course. I thought we had lifetime access to it once purchased. Did the format change?
I have been practicing for about a month and a half and have had some success and hope to sharpen my skills through the information and practice here.
I currently have six very sweet cats and two wonderful dogs. All are rescues brought into my life one special way or another.
I’m looking forward to learning with all of you!
