Hi Val, would be grateful for your insights on some communication related doubts…

      1. This is similar to Rosemary’s question in the last call about correct and incorrect information in the same communication, which always happens with me. Worse, I’ve got mixed, even contradictory information from the same animal on different days and times! The answers are always different when I connect more than once. Is this due to my varying energies, or the animal’s mood/energies/activity (or being asleep) at the time, especially as I’m at a very different time zone from the ATH.

      2. If two or more of my dogs express the same opinion of a person or situation (which I too agree with) are they picking up and mirroring my thoughts/biases/perception, or each others’ (perhaps after discussing together! reflecting the group soul?) or are their views indeed individual and objective?

      3. How can I be sure I have got through to a living animal if there is no tangible response or change, or to a departed one if there are no follow up signs/impressions?

      Thank you very much,
      Blessings.

      Hi Val,
This is my first time for Q&A. I can’t participate in person due to being in area or little to no service where I am this Saturday. So I’ll post and follow up later.
I have been trying to communicate with my pets, especially Penny, my aged beagle, but with my ADD I can’t settle my monkey brain to get anywhere. I try different settings to keep distractions at a minimum. I try while inside and sometimes go outside, but my pets or horses distract me by seeking my attention. How can I work around this? I’m getting frustrated that I can’t make progress.
I really want to communicate with Penny. I rescued her 12 years ago. I suspect she is about 14. The vets can’t really come up with any particular diagnosis. I know she has lumps all over and I’m sure some within her body maybe on her organs. She gets around a little slower and is hard of hearing but eats fine. She doesn’t ask to go potty anymore, when she wakes I get her to go out. I leave pee pads down in several places. Sometimes she hits them but usually it’s a miss. I know with her age that there’s something going on. Can you get any information from her? I want to know if she is in pain, why is she chewing her feet, what’s going on with her health wise, and anything I can do for her. Also let her know that when she came to me that I had just lost my brother tragically, so she actually rescued me! I love her so much!!
I know my young dog, Trudy (Corgi/Aussie), is aggravating to her by wanting her to play by nipping at her sometimes. I try to keep her away from Penny when she’s wound up. Can you tell Trudy not to nip at all?
Thank you for any help you can give me.
      Patti F

      Hello Val,
This question is linked to the discussion on the facebook group.
How can I keep my heart open?
As soon as I go to work, it shuts and I move up into my head. It then takes quite a bit of quiet time and work to get back into my heart again. Then it feels like I’m starting from the beginning again in order to get deep into my heart. I also find it very hard (impossible!) to keep my heart open around people. In my heart space, I’m quiet and quite slow, not able to just chit chat. So as soon as people are around, my heart shuts too – and that’s often when I feel we all need it most. Can you help?
      Thank you,
      Rosemary

      Leftover from last month….

Please check in with Shelby (or maybe Sophia), a bald eagle at the Louisville Zoo. I’ve connected with her a few times: the last time I was near her physically (a couple of months ago) she was exhibiting some unusual behavior, and I’m curious if she can say why.

Also, can she tell you about when I connect with her but am not close to her? (I’ve tried something that is NOT the typical ‘conversation’, and would love to know if it worked!)

      Thank you!

I believe I have similar questions about connecting from a distance. I have been trying to connect with my niece’s dog, Louie who is terribly afraid of flooring. I thought that I had connected but I couldn’t get information regarding where the fear is stemming from. I did some relaxation and increased confidence body work and seemed to have a plan in place but apparently nothing has changed. 🤷‍♀️

      Hi Britt-Marie Berg
Interesting…but how do I know the difference between messages from the universe, my guides or angels instead of spirits around us or other peoples energies.
For example nr 1, I have been given clear hearing words just at the moment I wake up from sleep in the morning with the messege; what we want from you is to leave this house.
I’ve had someone cleaning my house from spirit energies here last winter but here are still lots of energies.
Nr 2, my closest neighbor moved to another town with her family in October and put the house out for sale. They have lived close to us and our horses near their house for 2 years before moving. Not complaining about the horses but I felt she did not like them being so close in the wintertime.
Now suddenly they are moving back again and she texted me before coming that she will be very precise and give directions about our horses and how we must manage and keep them. I feel almost it like a treat.
We give our horses the best care and have all the papers from the authorities in order and they are happy horses.
This makes me very uncomfortable and staying here seems as not an option any longer.
Universe trying to show me, leave the place or is it just simply life and people’s energies?
      Someone experianced something similar?
How to know the difference in the messages and signs we all receive daily.
      Is it go for the gut feeling❤ or really listen and take action.Val my issue, question as follows;

I let a young man walk my 1 /12 year old, great pyrenes. About 5 houses from home she sat down and would not get up. Now she has started stopping our walks and stands, not willing to go farther. For him I guesses she didn’t want to stop the walk, but with me she has started stopping even when we are not near the house. WHY? Here in the North West we are nearly always walking in the dark. I want to trust her as a walking partner who sees or hears what I can’t. but i think she is just trying to be in charge.

      Hi Val!

I have a dilemma and don’t know where else to discuss it better than here. 😊

There are 2 kittens that I feed and care about since they appeared on my street.
A person has asked me yesterday, if he can take the younger one (the grey one, Ferdinand).
In my opinion this little fellow is extremely connected with another boy that appeared out of nowhere, named Richard.
Ferdinand is part of the very loving family of cats that I help with food, petting and lots of love time permitting, and they live freely on the street.
At the moment they live together with mother, brother, and sister, 4 in the new cat house and one in the old house (sister Emerald). So they share everything, food, play, bed, bird watching, you name it! 😊
So I have told this person if he wants to take the grey one, he will go only together with Richard. He said he will think about it and let me know.

My dilemma is related to actually the giving of these 2 boys.
First, they are not mine to give as I do not own them. From my perspective, they are free to stay or leave and pursue their calling on this life.
Second, if they appeared on my street, what if they are meant to stay here for me?

Honestly, I do not feel comfortable to decide for any soul if they should move in a different place, or family. (Especially that I don’t know anything about)

After all I have learned, I am thinking very much about who am I and if I have a purpose in this life, to offer love and all possible care to the animals around me, wouldn’t be a breaking of trust from me towards them, if I would catch them and give them to this person?
You can imagine that a stranger has reduced chances to lay hands on any of these kittens except I catch them for him, as they know me, love me etc.

Which way is better: to help catch and let them go maybe to a better situation or should I not interfere as their appearance on this street it was meant to be?
Toughest question is: What do they want? To stay or leave?

Unfortunately I am not completely healed yet so I can’t actually talk to them to find out their individual wishes and opinion…

Hopefully the time will allow you to check this issue too.

      Thank you!

      Hi Val,
So, Serenity and Hawkeye were seeing one vet who you said wasn’t right for Serenity. I scheduled with another vet for Monday. I want Serenity’s thyroid taken care of.
The new vet us younger I think -not sure. Lily Chen.
You also said another vet my cats saw wasn’t right for them. I think he has the most years of experience. He actually didn’t want to see us anymore because I emailed too much and I think he felt uncomfortable when I was concerned about cryptoccous, which they didn’t have.
The new vet I scheduled for said about a separate appointment for energetic healing and muscle testing. I don’t feel comfortable with the person doing the energetic Healing because I don’t know if it would be done well. I don’t feel comfortable with a separate appointment for muscle testing.
This vet charged $455 for the starting telehealth and said I could email my questions for in person. The receptionist said it would be best to save the questions.
She charges for telehealth for questions outside of the visit and missed appointments if one can not get cats in carriers. I tend to have questions outside of visits and my cats sometimes don’t let me put them in their carrier.
My memory and anxiety and focus are not good these days because of thyroid it Hashimoto’s or something and I would be more comfortable with the vet having my questions.
This new vet has pet parents in the room for exam and gives undivided attention. One of the other vets you said is wrong for Serenity doesn’t give undivided attention and if you even get to talk to her she goes back and forth. She would have the vet tech call with answers to my questions. The other vet who didn’t want to see us anymore would have us in the exam or during Covid come and talk to us at the car. His receptionist would email me his answers to my questions. Neither place charged for missed appointments.
The new vet I would have to cancel on 01-13 to not be charged I guess unless they make an acception they mentioned in an email where I asked about not getting them in the carrier.

I am worried about my cats, particularly Serenity, and don’t know what to do regarding vets. Is this new vet the right vet or not. She doesn’t do cat vaccines which is great and undivided attention is great. I don’t want to run into money issues from missed appointments and having questions.
      I don’t know what to do…..

      Hi val,
I have a question about communicating: when i need to go to a seminar and stay out for anight, i need to communicate this to Stupsi, but some how i hate to leave him behind, then I feel so much guilt and sadness, that I can not enter a state of clarity, so I think the message does not arrive. How can I change this?
(I will probability not be able to join tomorrow, since I am on a seminar, but I will listen the recording, if you get to my question)
