Ivana F. has volunteered to host her Cat, Lori, as our next Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) during March 2026. You will enjoy getting to know this wonderful animal teacher.
We encourage all of you to connect with Lori now and throughout the month.
Tune into Lori first and see what you sense. It’s not just about getting words although that’s a lot of fun when it happens. Remember that telepathic comes from ‘tele’ meaning over a distance like telephone and television, and ‘pathic’ that comes from pathos. So literally telepathic is emotion over a distance.

As I connected with Lori, I immediately felt that she has a very sweet, loving, and affectionate nature. There is a gentle softness to her energy — a calm, tender presence that feels very warm and comforting. At the same time, she carries a playful quality, particularly when it comes to affection. It feels like she truly enjoys being close, receiving attention, and sharing those moments of connection.
She’s drawing my attention to how much she likes being cuddled and petted. Affection seems very important to her, and she genuinely enjoys the attention she receives. I asked whether she likes being picked up, and the impression I received was that she does — but in moderation. She showed me the sense that when she wants attention, she may even ask to be picked up at times. However, she also communicated that she doesn’t enjoy being held for too long. It feels like she appreciates brief moments of being picked up and cuddled, but once she’s had enough, she’ll let you know when it’s time to be put down.
She also brought my attention to her voice. It feels very soft and gentle, but also slightly higher in pitch rather than deep. There’s a light, delicate quality to her tone that reflects her overall energy.
When I let Lori guide the conversation, the first thing she brought forward was something related to moving and life changes. She emphasized the feeling of many changes happening around you — shifts or transitions that have recently taken place. The impression I received is that there may have been a move or some adjustment to a new environment, and she seems aware that you are navigating a lot of change. What she conveyed very clearly is that she is with you through it all — almost like she’s saying she’s along for the ride with you and supporting you through these transitions.
When I asked about things she enjoys, affection and attention came up again very strongly. She also showed me imagery of her morning stretches, as if she has a little routine she likes to do when starting her day. Another image she shared was of her walking around the house, almost like she’s doing a little “perimeter check.” It feels like she enjoys observing what’s happening in her environment and seeing what’s new around the house.
The impression I received is that she is mostly an indoor cat, and she seems very content with that. She highlighted that she really enjoys spending quality time with you and being close to you. I also got the sense that she enjoys interacting and playing with her sibling.
When I asked about toys she enjoys, she showed me a visual of a cat scratcher, which she seems to like using. I also got the impression that she enjoys small balls that jingle or have little bells or noises inside them. She showed herself batting them around playfully with her paws, tossing them, and then pouncing on them as part of her play.
Another image she shared was of herself napping in warm sunlight. It feels like she really enjoys finding a cozy sunny spot to rest in.
I also received the impression that she does have a cat tower available, but she indicated that she doesn’t use it very often. It feels like she prefers to stay closer to your level rather than being up high for long periods of time. She seems to enjoy being near you rather than perched above everything.
I also asked if she feels satisfied with her food and nutrition, and she indicated that she is. Interestingly, I did receive a quick visual of something small and green — almost like peas. What came through strongly was moist, savory food — foods that feel juicy, meaty, and flavorful rather than dry. I did not get the impression that dry food was her primary diet. For treats, I kept getting impressions connected to seafood. Shrimp came through quite clearly, and I also picked up on fish-type treats.
When I moved into the body scan portion of the session, I did not detect any areas of pain or discomfort in her body.
I then asked if she had any requests, wants, or needs she would like to share. The first thing she brought up again was more cuddle time with you. She clearly enjoys that closeness and connection. She also encouraged you to relax more and showed me that she wants you to take on a little more of her energy. Lori’s energy feels very tranquil and calming. She has a naturally peaceful presence, and she almost seemed to be inviting you to follow her lead — to slow down, relax, and embody more of that calm, centered energy that she carries.
She also mentioned that it feels a little cold at times and that she is trying to stay warm. Along with that, she shared that she would love more back scratches.
When I asked about her mission or purpose in this lifetime with you, she communicated that she is here to help ground and center your energy. She sees her role as providing emotional support and comfort, helping to balance your energies, and reminding you to enjoy the simple pleasures in life.
For her final messages, she shared:
“I love you so much. We are closer than ever and share a very deep bond.” She also showed me an image related to yarn. The impression I received is that this may be connected to something you do that helps ground or relax you — perhaps crocheting, knitting, or another activity involving yarn. She seemed to be encouraging you to return to that activity or spend more time with it, as it may help you feel more grounded and reduce stress.-

Thank you so much for connecting with Lori. She is such a sweetheart although hidden often behind her shield.
You had a wonderful conversation with her and I am very joyful that she opened up and shared so much.
It is true that she likes being cuddled and picked up with moderation. When she is calmer and resting, she likes to receive my kisses in a nonstop line, but very soon, after a few minutes she makes the high voice sound, as you described well. She is very clear when she had enough.
We had a turbulent year with our families and indeed there has been a lot of change, you got it right. I am glad that she is with us and that makes me a bit more relaxed and calmer as I am often concerned how my energy influences my cat family members.
We call Lori the little controller of the house and you received it so well; she walks around and indeed, love to have a view of what is going on in the house but she also likes to stay high on the closet. Lately she does like to stay lower and sleeps on the cat tower on the lower part and on the little blanket I knitted for them.
As for the food, yes, we feed them wet food and just a bit of dry in the evening. I will try with shrimps and fish as I did not know that she likes it so much.
I am glad that there is no discomfort or pain! Thank you for the body scan!
Lori likes to play with one toy that has a very gentle jingle inside and she does toss it around, jumps on it, pick up and bite.When Lori is calm, she radiates the sweetest energy but also, she feels a bit nervous cause of our other cat with whom she is cautious. She does make me relaxed as I remember instantly how tiny she was and how spicy she can be, but so cute. She is my teacher to slower life and a big helper, I know that. I feel our bond but this is a confirmation as I still learn AC and sometimes cannot get through or hear properly what she is communicating.
I recently did knit a blanket for them, Lori and our cat family, and she does like to sleep on it so I get what she is talking about. Yes, it relaxes me and I enjoyed it so thank you for all your effort to share all these details with me.

Lori stays inside and outside on the balcony only as we live in a flat. She is a bit fearful as she was a tiny when we found her hiding in our car. She loves her toy sort of a mouse but does not look like that. I would love to move to a house so she can run freely around and I am glad that she is looking forward to it. Me too!

I connected with your cat Lori earlier today.
It was a bit of a shorter conversation as I was feeling a bit tired but want to share what I got so far.
I’ll first share my first impressions and then the conversation I had.First impressions:
She feels like a kind loving soul who loves to cuddle and show affection. She loves massages and gentle rubs. She seems to have sensitive ears. I see her yawning. I also see her sit and wait for a bowl of milk. She seems ok and there is nothing to worry about.Conversation:
When we start our conversation, she says she is a sweet soul, bringing love and joy to mommy.
I am asking how she is today, and I heard ‘I am good, ok, nothing to worry about.’ She has been sleeping a lot and slowly getting about her day.
I picked up she gets supplements in addition to food, to keep her healthy. She says ‘Mom cares about me and she wants to keep me safe. Mom is a sweet soul, just as I am and we vibrate at the same level, almost.
She says she has two moms, a cat mom and you as her human mom. I also hear her saying again ‘she cares about me and she worries about me, she doesn’t want me to get sick, she is very protective’
She also mentions that it is good to feel being loved and being cared after and she loves your gentle-ness.
She then asks me what else I am interested in to know.
So I said I want to get to know her better, which she thinks is very sweet.
I asked if there is anything I can share back with you and she refers to a blanket, it is soft, cosy warm, she loves it. She also loves cuddling. Then again I picked up she refers to a second mom. So I am not sure why she is repeating this and ask her if I heard it correctly. She says ‘yes and no’, there are two moms. I did not get further info.
I asked Lori if there is a reason why she came in your life. She said you both blend together, she says ‘even our colours match’.. She also mentioned she is here to show you that love is unconditional, it is just there , no matter what. Lori says you went through a lot and Lori is bringing stability, Lori then said you cried a lot of sadness but that you are much better now. She helped your heart heal, she always does, she loves you.
I asked if there was anything else she wanted you to know, and she said that things will always get better, there is hope, cling to that in difficult times. As long as we are together, we’ll figure it out’.
Lori mentioned you are very compassionate.
I see her lying on the window pane inside watching to the outside, she says she can go outside but she does not do that often , she stays more inside and likes to sit in the sun and warmth, she doesn’t like it when it is cold.
She also shows me an image of her sitting on top of a platform (scratching post) and touching her nose to yours.
I mentioned to Lori that I would love to talk further but was feeling tired since I did not sleep well lately and she said I should take some rest and it’s ok to come back later.
I think she is a very sweet adorable soul, thank you I was able to connect with her.

I appreciate your effort and support so thank you for connecting with Lori.Although she does not drink milk, she does sit and wait for the food at her spot. She does have sensitive ears and likes very gentle cuddle around them but in general, she likes gentle cuddles and for a short time.
It makes me very grateful that she mentions how I take care of her and all of them. Yes, I do add supplement to the food and I do take good care, as far as I can. I am glad that Lori feels good with me.
Lori was hiding in our car underneath when we found her. She was only a few weeks old and I never got to know what happened with her mama. But I do address myself as her mama indeed.
I did go through a lot and she did make a big change at certain moments and helped a lot, bringing answers and connecting me to the spiritual world as well.
Lori does not like when it is cold and we have a small balcony that she visits but stays there for a short time in the winter, and likes to observe from inside if it is cold. And it is on top of the scratching tree and I do like to touch her sweet pink little nose.
You did such a nice conversation with Lori and I am very thankful for that and I am happy that I got to know even more about her.

She seems to be kept indoors for the time being.
Out of fear that something might happen to her outside.

Thank you so much for letting us connect with your precious girl. She is very sweet!
When I first connected with Lori, I asked her if she would help me practice — she said “Yes, what would you like to know?”
She showed me you sitting on the couch and walking over your legs, happy to be with you. I was curious about her chakras and when I closed my eyes, I saw a lot of red. Perhaps this is related to her root chakra. I asked her if she helps ground your energy — which felt like a yes. I feel like she can also absorb energy for you at times, as her way for caring for you.
She would sit with you all day if she could! She likes the food you feed her. She also likes to make you feel better and comfort you.
I got a sense that she can sometimes get anxious and appreciates reassurance.
She’s incredibly sweet, loving and nurturing. She says you got her when she was very tiny.
I love the bond you two share, it’s beautiful and loving!
Two things I’m wondering:
Do you ever sing to her? I felt like I heard “we like to sing.”
Is there anything going on with her teeth or mouth? (nothing felt serious but it just was something I thought I sensed)Overall she feels healthy to me and that you’re doing all the right things for her. She feels contented and happy in her life with you.

Lori does occasionally walks over me while sitting on the sofa but I hope she does it more often off course. I do get the red root chakra as I am going through a period of intense healing. I am aware of the transmission of the energy so I try my best to get clear and protect Lori and our cat kids. Thank you for pointing out to that!
Yes, Lori can get anxious and maybe that is connected to me as I do as well. She does like reassurance, and me too.
She was only few weeks young when we found her next to the machine of our car. She eyes were still blue and she was eating milk replacement but her teeth were like little knives. Feisty little fighter she was, and adorable.
I do sing to her and all of them, silly songs I compose for them and I like it and it seems they do as well. Love that she shared it. She does reacts singing her own sounds too.
Thank you for teeth and mouth, we will check it. I did not notice but I appreciate your observation.
I am so happy that she enjoys her life with me and that I am a good mama. I love her so much and she is such a helper!

Awwe I love that you sing silly songs to her! I’ve done that with my kitties over the years. So cute she reacts with her singing sounds too! I believe our animals love it when we express our affection for them in all kinds of ways. They like our happy, positive energy.
I don’t think there’s much to worry about with her mouth or teeth… but who knows, one time I sensed that with an animal – then a few weeks later something showed up (nothing serious thankfully!). I figure it’s always good to share what comes through just in case. And I’m okay to be wrong with this too.

It was my joy to answer and read through your conversation deeply. I learn a lot these days as I am a fresh junior still in the AC. Let me share a deeper insight into the saving story: it was my mother’s birthday and we were just meant to leave the house to visit her and my family in the near town but then a gentleman phoned me and asks if this and this is my car. I say yes and he goes: you have a cat in your cat; and I am saying: oh, is it yours? (hoping it is as we already had a family of 4). He goes, no. So, he this gentleman called the insurance company to check whose car it was and then got a number to call me. Isn’t it amazing how good people are? And than her little tiny weeee and face, puuurrrre love. She saved us, we say. And then my husband tried to convince me to post Lori’s picture and rehome her. I was reluctant and when a person called me wishing to adopt her, I fell into tears and said, no – she is staying with us. And my husband fell in love with her too, off course.
Those silly songs relax me too and I enjoy my silliness with my cats. It is also a healing tool!

That was really thoughtful and amazing — that gentleman reached out to the insurance agency to see who belonged to the car. Then you all fell in love with her and she became part of your family! I connected with Ivana on the call today. Initially I felt her stretching onto her back, then rolling over. She felt like a young, very happy soul. I felt she was very exited to be here.
I sensed her coming over as I sat down, rubbing herself around my legs and wanting a fuss, then jumping onto my knee and settling next to me, then rolling onto her back and wanting to play. I sensed a large aura around her. Most of her messages came clairvoyantly.
Her body felt a little cool and I sensed she likes being tickled/rubbed around her ears and a firmer stroke along her side.
She told me “I feel great.”
I sensed she is a healer and an angel, here to spread love. I asked what her role was with you and she said “I keep her calm.”Lori is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing her as an animal teacher.

Lori is a sweet little swirl and she likes what you received – a soft ear touch and a bit firmer stroke along her back, not too long but just for a moment. She gets excited and runs along the house or jumps and makes chirping sounds. She was in another room during our call but I sensed her excitement and appreciation for being the one in the centre of our call.
I am grateful that you got how she feels great and yes, she does make me calm. She is a healer and an angel and indeed spreads love. I learn a lot from her especially about boundaries and healing.

Then showed me and communicated the taste and juiciness of an orange on the ground breaking open. She communicated with me through taste and inspired to taste and see life clearly

I did get costume type images — like a cheerleader pom pom on her head. I then saw Raggedy Anne doll type hair on her own head, reddish. Playful energy streaming in. But something deep here to be felt as well.
I saw her surrounded by Stars in black space. Multicolored aura. Celestial. Notable colors: bright green and orange.Calming energy

she said: Radical miracles. Radical shifting of reality through miracles. Radical reclamation of self.

Her voice sounds like a woman radio hosts I use to hear as a young child — her name was Delilah and she played love songs.

I would love to approve what you shared with me but some of those insights I am not aware.
Tomato – I love tomatoes and these days I am making more often orange juice. I love how she shared taste with you.
She has a cheerleader energy often when she is cheering around the house and also leading others to their place if they misbehave. Her energy is playful and alive but also calming as you said.
I love seeing Lori in an astronaut helmet and especially hearing that radical healing. I am going through healing these past two months and working with my inner child intensely. Yes, imagination and befriending myself again is part of the process and I love that Lori shared this message through you to me. It is very touching, lovely and special.
She does love her own space a lot and also loves to be touched at her rear end, for a short time. As far as we have lived together, she has been healthy but maybe this is coming from another incarnations, I cannot say at this moment.

Here is what I got from Lori:
She is small and delicate, very beautiful and proud her coat. She spends a lot of time grooming and llikes to be admired but not in a silly or vain way, in a self respect way. She’s also very practical. She is powerful and steady on her feet, very secure.
She is cool measured and looks after herself.She is happy, serene and very confident. She is very playful. I see her paws batting at things like insects. I see her looking out of a window watching all the things moving like birds and insects.
Her favourite food is fish. She also showed me some little round biscuits.
She likes to be stroked under the chin a little and the cheek, also abover her tail – but not too much. She doesn’t need lots of physical touching.
She was born to get more experience of being on earth for her own soul growth.
She loves to be with you, and to be in the house, walking around.
She says she helps you not get caught up in things, but to stay grounded and aware.She is very focused on her family and her home.
Message for you: Take care of me and stay close to me. This isn’t a message of need, she wants you to do this so that she can share her wisdom and gifts with you.

Yes, Lori is small and delicate, very beautiful and very proud of her coat. We like to call her sweet names and tell he that she is the most beautiful “tricolore“ in the worlds and that is how we, my husband and I, truly feel. I am so glad to hear that she is steady and secure as that is how she seems to be too.
She is very confident, cool measured and looks after herself. She also looks after some of our other cats. She is very good in it. As you received as well that she likes to play and run around, as well as play with toys occasionally, and observe birds outside and probably insects too (they are too small for me to catch).

Yes, she likes to be gently stroked under her chin and cheek, above her tail – not too much. That is right!
No, she does not like too much touching and I would love to cuddle with her more but it is her wish.
It is a joy to hear that she loves being with us as I try to make the apartment richer for them and spend enough time with them too in the house.
Lori helps me stay grounded and I am learning from her so much in this month of her teaching and becoming more aware of her role in my life as a teacher, healer, helper, angel. I am so grateful for her message and sharing it with you. I am so grateful that you felt the healing for the whole group as I felt special energy and it touched me deeply. Sometimes we look far beyond for healers outside of ourselves and our houses, just to find out that they are sitting next to us and doing the work already. Hi Ivana, I didn’t look or read any comments to get a clear picture of my connection with Lori 🙂
When I asked during class if we could talk, right away, she was playful and went on her back and went to play with her tail!.. lol
She has a very loud, fast purr sound!.. I feel her voice if human.. she would sound like a chatty cathy, lol, older teenager, around 19 years old, little bit of a high voice.. fairly young soul.I got that she is slinky, and springy!..lol…
She puts her whole body into the pets, she loves pets on her cheeks and all the way down her back where her tail almost curls around your hand!
Don’t try her tummy or she will wrap around your hand with all fours!!..
She is quick!.. She loves this toy that I see her swatting in mid air with both front paws.. and a red ball looking toy as well..
She is a cuddly cat and sleeps in a curled up ball on your bed
The way I would pick her out from other cats, is her eyes!!.. there is something about the way she looks at you or things… almost a cross eyed look?.. and piercing deep into you
I saw a pink aura around her that came out about a foot from her body!.. and about an inch or so close to her body of green/ turquise color ..
She could here cars!..
She likes gentle, kind hand petting her on the back and head, she kind of pushes in too..
She said, ” I like keeping her busy, active and playful!!.. lol
She will sit in the kitchen, and she loves these treats that are high up, you almost have to go on tippy toes?..
She is here to help heal your Inner Child I feel… so don’t be so serious and play more!!
