One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

3.Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Beautiful connections in witnessing animals as they are and where they are at. I have received amazing feedback from word of mouth clients who referred me to their friends. So I decided to charge so I can really serve in this. Need to do coaching call w Val to make sure I stay in alignment w my mission and confidence xoxo I have a 15 minute one to use. Holy shit as I am writing this I just got a messager message pop down from a woman who’s cat I practiced w. I saw the words “friend looking for pet intuitive.” Oh my gosh can’t wait to go read that.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did meditate and have been spending a couple minutes putting my feet directly on the grass, walking on the grass with bare feet and feeling mother earth’s love. It’s been really lovely. I also did a meditation on IFS parts (the different parts inside of me) which I found interesting in how my knees came through saying they were really tired of the pressure of holding me up, my heart saying the little girl inside of me wanted love and my throat in saying that it was really tired of keeping things inside and wanted release.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a kitty named Oliver who has received a diagnosis of possible cancer. His mom was in another country and is trying to get home to him in time. We talked to this sweet kitty about things he wished for and needed. He said that he is aware of changes within his body, he’s aware of what’s happening and said that when the time comes for his transition, if she isn’t home, that he would like to have the choice of being able to go to the light. His mom understood. We also discussed his pain levels and location in his body and things that he wished to share. He is a very special boy.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m not sure this week about this. Perhaps in trusting my intuitiveness and knowing that when I trust and allow, surrender to allowing whatever happens be okay during communications that everything will flow as it should without my mind and confidence getting in the way (ego).
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have any questions and will think about the discoveries. At this time, I am not able to think of anything in particular.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I did chat with Buddy and wrote the conversation in the forum. Mormally my messages with animals run deep, soul based messages. I am now practicing in addition to this my skills at the more surface level, things such as personality, conversations and just simpler things to see how this goes. It feels different for me to do this because I’m used to going much more deep. So I have asked Jane for any feedback on my conversation with Buddy and how it resonates with her. I am very open to her honest feedback no matter if I went off base or on track.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have not played any intuition games this past week. I do look forward to the next one that opens in a couple weeks time at the end of July!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Some short sessions during the days.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Trying to find out why my cat Mowgli is so scared. He has been hiding in my bathroom behind the shower cabin. He only came out to eat, drink and use the litter box. One day, when he had ventured into my bedroom, I closed the bathroom door and did not let him back in. Now he is hiding in my bedroom since weeks. Mowgli is afraid of everything, movement, sounds, other cats…..
Sunshine, another of my cats, got a very runny nose. I explained to her that I will take her to the vet and that we will have to go there for treatment every day for 8-10 days. Then I asked her to be cooperative and we would help her get rid of her disease. So far she has bee very good. When I come home at night I take the box and call her, and she comes immediately. She also is cooperative at the vet’s office. I don’t even need to hold her.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Sunshine’s cooperation is extremely helpful. I usually come home max 15 minutes before the vet closes.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Only during our call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games.11/12

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
As always, start my day with at list half an hour meditation, some days do even more than one. Usually do from my teachers of working with sound healing crystal and about counsioius. This week also did the soft focus meditation from unit 3 at the course basic.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I choose to share and after life communication I had with a female dog named Sam. Her women was wis lot of blame and hard time and ask me to talk to Sam. I had a very clear and magical communication with her. She answered all the questions and thought me some new things about the universe that still try to understand them all and connect the dots. It was one of my most clear and natural communication I can remember. It was easy for me to write it all as through.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
It become more and more natural, and I feel like I open more of my channels to get more information
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I try to understand how much it possible to help an animal without the people in the process.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Still didn’t.. I can say it’s matter of time… I had lot of other communication this week and I also do a lot of study between on growing my counsiouse and also animals study…
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Didn’t play this week, but I feel that all my days are on intuition. It the thing I trust the most every day every moment… I work as an energetic and as animal communicator so my work is a daily intuition practice. I pick my food by intuition.. My walk, dance with my body as he ask me to… I dance with nature, feel the flow of energy and surrender to it

I have meditated a few times but not as often as I planned. This has been a strange week. Of course there was a meditation on Val’s call on Saturday and my online Unity church service on Sunday. I have been practicing the basic Reiki meditation of breathing into the hara and then breathing energy out further and further. I have done this a couple of times with my cats which is how Kathleen Prasad teaches to do Animal Reiki.
I have communicated with Princess in Spirit a few times. She has now moved beyond the earth area and I want to know where she is. She does not have a physical body but is incarnated in what we would call a light body.
I have also tried to communicate with Roxy. He is not well and I have tried to learn what is wrong. I have a short session with Val and hope she can help me with this.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for. What I am celebrating does not have anything to do with animals. I learned on Monday that the tires on my car had dry rot. One of them had a slow leak and on the second trip to the tire store this is what I was told. Not surprising since the tires were about 10 years old. They looked wonderful – lots of tread – but the rubber was rotting. I needed new tires. I did not have the money to pay for new tires. After I got home, I had a call that a good Samaritan had bought me a new tire, I could come in any time to get it mounted on the car. So the tire that was leaking was replaced. The other three tire also had dry rot but were not showing a problem, yet. I shared this on a post by my minister who was talking about anonymous giving. I shared that I had benefited from it. He asked me where I bought the tire and I received a call from the tire store that there were 3 paid for tires ready for m. I had them put on today. So now I have safe tires.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That I was able to connect with Princess a little bit.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
In thinking back, I realized that I did not set out to learn AC. I offered Reiki to animals and I heard them. I am having difficulty with AC now so am returning to offering Animal Reiki in hope that I will once again have AC open for me as it did back then.
I connected with our new FAT briefly before the call. When I attempted to connect with him during the call, I spaced out. Maybe we tripped off into higher dimensions together. When I came back I had missed some of the questions.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I have done 5 10 minute group meditations on 5 of the energy centers, a free group Facebook class with this oracle Card person.I continue my own daily meditations on light and sound morning and night. The morning was scattered and unfocused though as I had morning headaches so difficult to be still.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Philthy Animal, a rat, passed this week and I connected with him with a message of love for his human.
2. Kitty Nirvana’s carcass was found after He disappeared a month ago. I connected with him and sadly had to tell his owner that the carcass was his and passed on a message.
3. Continued working with Emma, an Australian shepherd who is terrified of thunder and fireworks.
4. Connected briefly with Buddy’s(FAT) sister, Zoey, who said Buddy calls her lovey. Posted more in the FAT post.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have really enjoyed my connections this week. They feel more real than the human ones I have had in the physical world.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I am learning more about when to ask and when to listen and be guided by the conversation, to be more patient and the most important thing is the love connection.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. YES! Very interesting and deep and beautiful connection with a Buddy and Zoey. Posted.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Not yet but I have my colored pencil bag beside my bed, so one game before sleep.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I am still listening to my new meditation music 20-30 minutes before I go to sleep at night. I really like it a lot. I actually think I saw something with my third eye this week. I have had this happen before, like it’s trying to open up, but this week it was actually in color, a purple colored kaleidoscope. It didn’t last very long, unfortunately, so I hope it comes back again.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My fur-family, horses, dog, kitties, bunnies in the yard. I happened to see a little snail as I was closing one of the windows in the horses’ barn this evening, it was right where the window would have squished it if I hadn’t seen it in time. I took it and put it on top of the fence and told it I was glad I saw it in time.
I am also taking care of my friends’ cats this week. They have a new one that I made friends with last year after they had first adopted her. It took almost the whole week, as she’s been through some trauma and it takes her a while to warm up to new people. Well, it’s like we never made friends last time, she wants nothing to do with me again this time. I keep talking to her and asking her to remember me from last year. So far, nothing. I’ll keep trying.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
Didn’t have time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games. Just trying to stay open for intuitive thoughts at any moment.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I did. One time-not sure how long-Not that this is going to happen any time soon to me, but I imagined what it would be like when I am transitioning to Spirit plane. I want to live a really long life, but what sparked the imagining is that one of my mom’s very good and close friends is passing on and it sparks my curiosity as to what it is like when the moment happens when the Soul leaves the physical body and goes to the other dimension.
Closed eyes for a little bit and sensed what my body takes up I guess because I was sensing being something blue-like a big blue pebble with a dully pointed, rounded tip. Also, took deep belly breaths and helf them and breathed out through my nose then started breathing out through my mouth. Imagined breathing in filling my body and cleansing me and breathing out the busy mind. I’m not sure how long this was for.
I also briefly imagined my brain being blue to cool it so that the busy mind would slow down.I also did a grounding and breathing meditation on 07-14-20 for ten minutes or so I guess.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye.
When I connected with Serenity: I told her I was proud of her for getting the fly and that she was using her hunting skills.
I told Serenity to pick where she wanted to eat and she did.
I told Hawkeye a couple of times where he had a piece of food and then he found it and ate it.
I told Hawkeye his pee was smelly and I wanted him to drink more water so he wouldn’t get a urinary tract infection and that is why added less water to his food. After that he had a good drink! Then, I called him a good boy for drinking and told him that him drinking more will hopefully keep away urinary tract infections.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing new.
Yes, I sensed his warm, caring, understanding, Loving, compassionate, and empathic energy. He told me about having a good sniffer and how he meets others that way without physically meeting them first. He told me more things, too. I posted the communication for Jane to see it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I didn’t play one of the games, but I touched one of my vitamin bottles and sensed it was vitamin D3 and it was! There were other times where I intuitively sensed something, but I wasn’t trying to like I was with the vitamin D3.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, everyday something. Sometimes chanting, sometimes guided silent meditations. I am getting better at spotting my mind chatter and quieting it down. It strikes me that mindfulness is really the opposite! It should be called feelfulness. I also felt the spirit of the earth surrounding me during one session. That was lovely – nowhere to go, nothing to fear, we’re already here.2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I have focused on communicating with my dog Elsa because she has a sore leg. She is also upset because she can’t play as she normally does. Because she hasn’t been moving she had put on weight, so I’ve had to cut her food too! Communicating with her asking my spirit cat for help so that she understands what is going on.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Following Val’s snippet of shaking hands with the earth last week, I have been understanding and feeling the earth’s life and soul much more. I feel I have been opening up to my relationship with her. I had a lovely communication session: she said that she can take our pain and transform/integrate it. But we have to give it to her. I was struggling with feelings of inadequacy and feeling judged. I tried to open and give her the pain. And while I think it will be a process because I realised that it might be my pain that gives me my sense of security, I did feel freeer and walk taller. I shall keep working on it.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My discovery is that I am very attached to not achieving and to feeling pain – I am going to practice the opposite.
4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes on the Q&A call. I really did get some similar stuff to other members so that is encouraging. My struggle is to think of things to ask.
5. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m prioritising finishing the Advanced level sessions because I want to finish that this week. One left. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I recite the Ho’Oponopono Prayer & Mantra every morning and night. I did Reiki Meditation and Self Healing every day for at least 20 minutes. The guided meditations I did were: Life Energy-Chi Sound Meditation 30 min, Chakra Activation Meditation 19 min, 21 Blessings From The Divine Feminine 9 min, and Remember Who I AM: A Bedtime Reassurance of Divine Love 11 min.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Buddy, this month’s FAT. We talked about general stuff like how is he, any messages for Jane, what is his favorite toy and a message for me. He told me I am on the right path so it felt nice to get confirmation from him.
I didn’t communicate with Pam’s kitties Koko and Novia but sent them remote Reiki Healing. Koko has been sneezing a lot lately and Novia is showing the same symptoms. Just hoping the Reiki is helping them both on some level.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am celebrating that I feel a closeness with all of the horses at the barn when I lead them out to pasture. They all are gentle and kind with me and I am the same with them. I feel an appreciation from them.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I can’t think of anything in particular.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I spoke with Buddy and posted what I got in the Forum. It was a rather general conversation like How Are you, Any Message for Jane?, Favorite Toy, Favorite Place to Sleep, Any Message for Me.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m sorry, I did not plan any of the Intuition Games this week. I want to get back to investigating more of them. I enjoyed the one I did last week, Intuition Game: What is The First Step to Developing Your Intuition? But didn’t practice it this week unfortunately.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated yesterday after receiving an Angel card that said “Ground Yourself.” I sat in quiet for 8 minutes and imagined a grounding cord going deep into the Earth. I felt much more at peace afterwards. I also meditated today when I tuned into the recording of the July call…loved the guided meditation from the call. In general I realized that I did not meditate enough this past week which is why I had been feeling ungrounded. I intend to meditate every day during the upcoming week, even if just for a few minutes to set a grounding cord.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a Giant Squid and learned more about what it is like to live deep within the ocean. Their message for me was the importance of protecting our oceans and staying in flow with the water.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am celebrating that my heart is in the right place and I’m loving the journey of becoming an animal communicator. I am learning what it’s like to take pressure off myself to “get it right” and instead to trust the whole process.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am wondering how to go about communicating with an animal in a situation when timing is important and there isn’t a lot of time to meditate and set an intention before beginning the communication. Is it enough to just simply breathe deeply and set a quick intention or does it need to be a longer process?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I listened to the July recording this morning and communicated with Buddy. I felt his presence as calm, introverted and wise. I felt the strong sense that his role is to offer comfort and grounding. I recorded my conversation in the forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play! I am still struggling with getting into the games because I don’t enjoy them when I don’t get them right! I guess I still have some growing to do here.

1.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?Every morning for a few minutes upon waking; I have been practicing on quieting my mind to catch the early morning dreams/visions/visitors. Sometimes I am able to but most often I am attempting to just halt the rambling mind that begins the second I awaken. It is apparent to me that I am really dueling with all the fear & worries of what is showing up in the outer world and society at this time in space. I feel I have been getting swooped up by the bombarding ‘reports’ of the evil and covert corruption being exposed….esp with pedophile. It has knocked me off balance this entire week.
2.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?I attempted a few times to have conversation again with Enzo the cat who still strongly desires to catch birds and hang out too long away from home. I just was unable to get myself together to have the patience to do it.
3.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.Well, it is just the awareness that if I do not get control of my ‘run away feelings – deep as well as superficial – around all the ugliness that is blatantly in our faces now’, I Will fall further into a depressive state and hence be giving my power away to all the evil. I cannot hold onto the Light, My Light, if I am so focused on the Dark, the evil, the sinister.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing I would like to get into just now.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.Just began this morning to have a conversation with Buddy, but told him I needed to get back with him later after I posted this accountability stuff. This dog is a cool dude! After our greeting we just commingled our hearts and minds. I felt his higher self download lots of wisdom to me. I jotted some of it down so as not to lose it, but the wordless words were streaming in quickly; I sense much of what he was sharing will need to be pondered and intimately explored.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No not this week.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1-Meditate: yes, and finished my 21 day abundance meditation with Chopra. I listen to Abraham (Ester Hicks) every night before bed or Wayne Dyer or Eckhart Tolle.
2-Practice: not much this week, I started working part time so less time available. i did connect with Archer, acquaintance through a friend, Stephania and Gordon’s albino doberman. I connected with him before in February.
This connection was strange: I see him floating in liquid, oh I realized now it’s like the liquid when you are in the womb, then I see an eye peeking out, now I know he is here. I see wood walls in a corridor, feels like saying I am in a prison, then I see the hands of a woman with pink fingernail on the wheel she is driving a car, feels like previous owner. I cannot put all the images and information together then but now wondering if he was trying to tell me about previous owner leaving him in the car a lot while she was working? I was told about this and it was abusive. Anyway, then I see him being a very prestigious dog sitting on a pharaoh coffin, then I see in X-ray vision his skeleton, I am asking about why I am seeing this… I go into healing mode, something is deep in his bone, muscles and nerves I wonder? does he need help with his bones, need an X-Ray or just need to release deep stress in the body from that particular life? so i asked my helpers to help and I just kept present, i was not getting exactly what to do with this info. it seems that these days I am getting past life information for some reason? This is a dog who was abused by the brother of previous owner and was starved. he is a scared dog and when he eats he panics and will eat too quickly and it is dangerous to choque. One of the new Owner, Stephania also has suffer a big trauma, she was stuck under one of the building during the 9/11 attack in New york.
3- Celebrate: I am super Happy to have been accountable and won a session with Val to help me move forward! yay!
4- I wonder what to do with the info when I am shown past life by the animals, I guess I have not yet been able to get an answer about why it is important or relevant for me to know.
5-FAT: did it in the class and posted but not further.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did breath meditation and it helps center and expand my perceptions, as well as, relax my nervous system.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected with my three cats and had some powerful energy healing sessions with them. I connected with many different wild animals. I receive all sorts of messages, many of which are more of a communion of energies. I had a funny encounter with a squirrel who came up really close to me. We just greeted and said by have a nice day. Lots of communication with insects. Mostly letting them know that if they linger to long on my clothing/me, i may accidentally squash them.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Just got a booking for an animal communication session. I’m not advertising yet, but through word of mouth. First paid client.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I will think of some!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I am going to do that now.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games this week, but lots of intuitive work.
