One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

Meditating with intention to receive with understanding.
I was meditating with my animals (except FiFi) in the room. My intention was to ask how they did in our absence with Lilly taking care of them (having Mattia and her sister visiting as well). Was it fun or was it stressful.I first attempted to ask the group, hoping one of them would chime in…no takers. Then I focused on one animal, Sophie, our Rottweiler. I asked her about her experience with Lilly while I was gone. No response, that I could decipher. I then moved to doing relaxation, showering her with love. I went head to tail covering her entire body. The interesting piece is that… several times when I was about to pass the last quarter of her body, a hind end of a dog with a long curled up tail would flash. Thinking about it now, there actually may have been two dogs there, layered on top of each other. One with a cropped tail and one with a natural tail.
I’m not really sure what to do with this communication. What was key about that information that she thought was important to share with me or was it spirits that have passed bring themselves forward? On one other occasion, Sophie came up to me when I was asking her something and she looked at me and a flash of a photo of one of my previous Rottweilers inside of a sleeping bag came and went so quickly. That was it, nothing more, nothing less. Also, I don’t know if this means anything or not, but often times when I am working with my Rottweiler, Sophie, I cry without understanding why. It has happened several times now. 🤷♀️Today I was able to connect with my niece’s dog, Louie. He is petrified of wood and tile flooring, at first I tried to connect with him and get some feedback. I wasn’t really getting anything that I could decipher. I began to shower his body with love and confidence from head to the tip of his tail. When I was working on his legs and feet, I pictured them being strong and straight, the feet squarely planted on the floor. Each time I did that (tapping the foot on the floor) Louie kind of made a little hop on his newly strengthened feet.
Then I went head to toe again, clearing out negativity and fear. When I was done, I asked him how he felt. First he did a little hop landing on all 4 feet as if he just got new light up shoes. Then he laid down in his dog bed and a calm came over him and he showed me that he was able to rest without worry and that felt wonderful.
I asked him if there was anything that he wanted me to tell his Mom and we shared his Mom’s love for him and then he showed a video clip of himself walking around the first floor following his Mom. He wanted to surprise her and wanted to see how long it would take for her to notice. I told him I would connect with him every day into the New Year. As of yet, I haven’t been able to get the reasons for his intense fear of floors. This week I am grateful for Linda DesMarais for gifting a session to help alleviate his fears. It meant so much to me, as I am not at that point yet to be as effective as others who have more experience than I do.
How do you receive information from animals?
I have experienced communication from animals primarily through video clips or audio as if a man was speaking clear English. I have felt a feeling of calm as a dog laid in his bed after a “session “ with me.
Do animals have preferred avenues to communicate or can they shift to meet the need of whom they are communicating with? -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, perhaps during my walk and also a mantra meditation. I also did one of the longer ones I did privately with Val.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity about food and needing to eat.
Serenity and Hawkeye on Loving them.
Hawkeye about if things will get better.Serenity also gave me a message that related to her eating and the message was something I read online I believe that came from her and maybe another source.
I asked Serenity on how to forgive my adopted mother. I want to ask Hawkeye about that as well.
I also let Serenity and Hawkeye use my body to walk with me on my walk and to use my eyes to use their eyes/vision. They prefer their vision over people vision. Same for smell.A squirrel on my walk.
Two dogs on my walk.
I might have talked with the birds on my walk.
I also connected with the store cat where I have been getting the new cat food. He understands I have been going through a hard time and knew I was coming and greeted me.
Sternchen- I posted for Klaudia to read about the conversation.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Peeling the layers in Healing. Also, a recent thing to celebrate is my cats communicating with me about important things and Hawkeye understanding I don’t like him throwing up on the bed blanket. Both my cats are super smart!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? This isn’t from this week, but I have discovered how smart Hawkeye is regarding understanding I don’t like him throwing up on the bed blanket. I have known for a long time both my cats are smart though.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I posted the communication for Klaudia.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No exercises, but more with numbers. I am not entirely sure what they mean sometimes.

Nothing in particular. In fact, I was communicating regularly with ATH, but could not this week due to the stress and lack of time.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Of late my recurrent question is if I’m really meant to pursue AC, much as I would like to.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? I only managed one or two nights this week. I know I’m not doing this justice, and I don’t know at this time how to change what’s going on in my life. I’m getting discouraged, and then Val posts something that makes me keep going. Thanks, Val. <3

1. Meditate!
I have done only very short meditations. One morning it was outside embracing my wall nut tree, that I planted nearly 10 years ago, and it came out of a wall nut.
Now this tree is frequently intoxicated with glyphosate by my neighbor and as it is baren of leaves, it can be clearly seen the scars left by the chemical. I hope that my love will help him survive, and that his roots are so deep that the chemical will not kill him as I did not find anything to cancel the total herbicide effect.2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I have spent time in silence with my dogs, as the New Year celebration period is always hard to bare for Bebe. I have succeeded a few times to cancel his emotional distress through energy healing but only for limited amounts of time.
3. Celebrate!
I decided to celebrate THE CHANGE this week! 2023 must be a really changing year in many aspects. It will be so amazing that by the end of the year I will look back and be happy and proud of what I have accomplished!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
The same as in a previous post. Why are humans fascinated by terror and death and extreme pain, instead of peace, silence and beauty? Why is this feeling dominating?
“What sadistic or evil pleasure can have a human to start lighting the firecrackers at 8 AM in the morning and keep doing it till late at night?
Why do people enjoy the sounds of war and disaster?
Where from this passion or drive for anything that sounds like destruction? Like bringing death?…. “5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Not yet, though I must admit Sternchen is looking amazing. 😊
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I did not play anything intentionally this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you
Went for appx hour quiet walk thru park and along canal to let mind wander and think about ways to create more time for animal communications
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience
Said ‘hello’ to animal I passed. One of the few squirrels I was hand feeding in a local park wanted more food. The squirrel sat quietly as I explained I had run out of food for them but would return next day with food. He looked at me then at the other squirrels, edged towards me before bounding away. I took it that the squirrel understand what I meant. I feed them on regular basis
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate feedback from Lydia re Bailey communication
Celebrate that I must knuckle down; make more time for myself and animal communication. Celebrate that animals however fleeting the meeting, are willing to physically come to me in greeting, be it letting me stoke the animal, or stay a moment in greeting.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have.
None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No but will do so
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games. Attempted to let my intuition guide me in what direction/route when out for a short walk or to the shops instead of just going from A to B without much thought

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did do some mediatating but I found it hard to focus with a lot going on in my life these past few weeks.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I tried communicating with Sterchen the FAT, but the connection felt distant/vague. I’m not sure if it was me not being fully open hearted or Sterchen not really in the mood to talk.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I keep doing accountability posts!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No new questions this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I tried but it was not very successful. I most felt a feeling of loneliness but the connection did not feel clear.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I didn’t practice any this week, but this is a good reminder to keep at it.

1. lots of meditation. I kept getting up really early to be able to do a lot before work. But then I was so tired after work I couldn’t practice. Hmmmm…..
2. I’ve been focusing on Elsa – I don’t know if I’m imagining it. I’ve been trying to understand how she feels about her new medication. I’ve also been connecting with a tortoise – getting feelings of grounding, reassurance, wisdom and great love.
3. I want to celebrate inter-species communication and the joyous quiet it brings into my life.
4. My questions are about trying harder – ie – how to focus more without getting brain focused.
5. No I haven’t this week, but I did get some positive feedback from the week before. I’m grateful and relieved.
6. Not really. I’ve been trying to listen but also focusing on more meditation – but still not getting the balance right. -

1. I’ve done hardly any meditation, on top of everything else going on my basement flooded (again) at 4 am. Now trying to schedule repairmen. :-p
2. No traditional communication. . . Except once when I was laying on my back with Maui cat on my tummy I thought “this is wonderful but I really need to get up now” within 10 seconds he leisurely got up and walked off!
3. See #2 🙂
4. None
5. Nope, still not to that point.
6. Not really. Just trying to survive most of the time. I haven’t given up though!Thank you,
