      –> It’s Time to Practice with the Accountability Game!

      Ready to earn special bonus private coaching time with Val? Here’s how:

      One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.

      This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

      NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Coaching Session Awards (value $125).

      Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn your sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 6 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

      Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

      While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? This week my animal communications became my meditation although I did continue very short 5 minute meditation morning and night on light and sound.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      Yes. 1. Pearl. She told me her hips hurt so I have been doing Tellington Touch circles all over and she is now wagging her tail when I do very light touches at the rear end.
      2. BuZzBuZz’s owner said he mostly hid and didn’t want physical contact. After a healing he is now accepting tummy rubs and not hiding as much.
      3. Herman (a rescue pup her dad had adopted) He has been adopted by the daughter of the man who can no longer care for him and was wondering what his relationship is with the daughter and was panting when new people would come to her home—worried and anxious not knowing if he is staying or going.
      4. Leo’s message to his mom is keep calm in the midst of chaos—a very grounded dog come to teach his person.
      5. Jaz, who’s sister passed a few months ago, says he is happy to finally be number one cat.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I am reaching out to new people, having phone conversations and doing a lot of marketing.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Remembering to not doubt my 1st impressions and go with the flow.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      I have not seen the new animal posted yet.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Card color guessing but only a few times. Sent messages to my husband to get things at the store.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      Yes I meditated five days of the week. Two were hour long walking meditations in the bush with my dog focusing on being present and welcoming my experiences. I did Vals Crystal spere meditation one morning. And the stress busting meditation another. And another day I meditated on a Crystal I’m working with.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      I’ve communicated with at least one animal each day. Each day with my dog Jasper. Sometimes I had to back up and start again but we got there. Being heart centred is the key. Also a client’s very fearful dog I gave telepathic reassurance to. Each bush walk I’ve checked in with the king brown snake when we walked through his territory. He’s very relaxed with me now. He said “Friend” when I greeted him the other day. Yesterday was a warmer day and I could sense he was quite excited about his day. He said “A good day for hunting” and I wished him well.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      The absolute best was with my client’s dog on Saturday. It was the first time I’ve been consciously aware that it was the animal’s fear that I was experiencing and my intuitive reassurance to him allowed him to start to relax a little more.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      I attempted to communicate with the pet cockatoo at the animal supply store. I was able to link with him but then I got sort of tongue tied. I couldn’t think of any questions and he’s such a smart bird quite wiley. And I feel very uncomfortable about him being in this relatively small enclosure so I feel quite embarrassed standing there. It doesn’t feel right to me.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Yes I connected again with Knight this morning. I love his energy and wisdom but again Whilst I have this heartfelt connection which we both enjoyed, I feel silly asking questions and I don’t really know what to say. There’s a part of me which is saying you must ask questions if you’re going to succeed as a pro.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      No I haven’t gotten to those yet. I’m working steadily integrating the new learning and experiences plus allowing myself to embrace the resistance I’m experiencing to the shifts in my plans and expectations for the future. It’s all pretty new still. But I will get to them.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I usually do 5-10 minutes feeling present at night while feeding the feral cats. That helps a lot in gaining their trust.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I connected with Chanel on Sunday. She told me she was ready to leave her body. I let her know I was happy for her to finally leave this ailing body behind and wished her a smooth transition and a good journey. I stroked her and she was purring. The next morning I found her very weak, barely able to lift her head. I was astonished she was still in her body and she said that the body was shutting down the organs one after the other and that takes time. She was now basically out of the body, but still staying close until the body was fully gone. I told her I was sorry that I could not stay with her until the end. She said that is ok and she is not in pain and doesn’t need any help. Then she thanked me for coping with her disfunctional body for so many years. Finally she noted that this had been a very difficult lesson for both of us.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That Chanel is finally free. She was already a sick and fearful kitten and never got really well.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No time.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      I did meditate approximately 2 hours total this week. I did Val’s meditation and exercises from Awaken Your Inner Guidance and one of Val’s Grounding Meditations. I used Muse App and did “Setting Your Intention” Meditation , and also a Gratitude Meditation.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      When I left work one day this week outside the door I found a little bird laying on it’s side on the pavement. I saw him blink and then he looked at me pleading for help. He was dazed and confused. I asked him but he didn’t know what happened or where he was. I told him I would do everything I could for him and sent him loving healing energy. I also used H’oponopono process. I found a wildlife rehabilitation center that I didn’t know existed where they took him in and cared for him. Before we arrived there I explained to him what to expect and what they would try to do for him to help him feel better. When I arrived there, the staff and volunteers identified him as “Honeyeater “ species and they made him comfortable and safe. They were going to arrange for me to release him back into the wild once he recuperated. They were compassionate and loving but unfortunately he did not survive after the 2nd day. I have since connected with his spirit and he showed me he was sitting on what appeared to be a cloud and he was singing.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      This week I celebrate that every day I learn something new.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      The challenge I had this week was I started the week off strong with practice and meditation but as the week went on I worked really long hours and didn’t make time to do so.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results.

      Not yet but will do so as soon as possible .

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      I did not this week. I sometimes find myself spending more time thinking of what game to play then actually doing so.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      Yes – I meditate each day for at least 30 minutes and depending on the day, it could be quite a bit more. I use Val’s meditations at the beginning of the Q&A sessions and the Platinum Master Classes. This week I used the Akashic Records guided meditation which was a good outline and found I wanted to dawdle and explore in that “space” so I would go off on my own meditative adventures as well.
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      Yes I checked in with Ginger, one of my client’s doggies who is slowly winding down his earthly existence.
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      I talked to Ava, the cat I spent time with for 4 days over Thanksgiving, while cat sitting with her. Again, she comes home exactly as requested so THANK YOU VAL and I no longer worry about her being out late any more. As to her using her litter box, she gives in and uses it if it’s too dark to let her outside (coyotes, mountain lions, etc. wander around freely here).
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      I also, sadly, tuned into a most beautiful gray gelding show horse named Bullet. He was owned by my best friend, Annemarie. Bullet – a Dutch warmblood – passed from colic after a successful surgery. I haven’t “pushed” that, but he has told me: No more stalls! and is happy to be free to run. As fate stepped in, the Vet I met yesterday for my own horse is partners with the attending Vet who treated Bullet and he helped me understand what happened. He had a large lipoma in the small intestine. I want to ask Bullet about it next week.
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      I was grateful, with Bullet’s passing, that I could immediately see him running and free and he spoke up right away about “no more stalls”, without my asking. I did celebrate that he’s well, happy, and very chatty and had plenty to say the minute he “saw” me without me even formulating a question.
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      I’m not sure this counts, but I’ll file this info under this question – Twice I went to the Akashic Records to find out about a planned move from California to Maryland/DC area, and I’m VERY concerned about the trip for my horse, Hattie. I’ve always had horses transported by trainers – never on my own. The first time I went to the Librarian and told her what I was looking to find out, she said to me “Are you sure you want to move?” which kinda flabbergasted me, to be honest, so I kinda explored that whole multi-dimensional thought without getting any info about moving Hattie. So back I go a day or two later, and THIS TIME I went to what I’m going to call the “Agriculture Building” attached to the Library which resembled a concrete barn. It was much like a college campus where instructors were there and students, classrooms, and also horses, cows, sheep, goats chickens, etc. Same process – but this time I get to see Hattie on her expected trip via large transport, from her current barn, to the hub where she is to be loaded onto an even larger horse van to begin her trek across country. And I didn’t make it past “she got out of one smaller van to go to a larger van” and I bolted upright, out of my meditation, heart pounding wildly, and saying “I can’t move her like that”. So God only knows what that was – too much pepperoni pizza the night before? my own fears about her traveling without me? Or some real recordation of future events? CLUELESS. But I shall return! And figure it out!
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      I’ve had some difficulties getting around the site, accessing the Facebook page (finally got that straightened out), etc., so given Thanksgiving, Bullet’s death, I got too sidetracked to chat with the featured animal, but I’m definitely curious and interested.
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      I’m still making up my own little quizzes I’ve used for years, rather than the “games” suggestions. What I did reinstitute in my morning meditations was writing a paragraph of what my day would look like, trying to stay away fully from “here’s what I WANT” and focusing strictly on “what do I see ahead”. A couple of times it was a very fruitful and helpful paragraph that I referred to and thought about during the day, but on one day, it was a total “miss” so I’m not sure what Universe I was tapping into that morning, but it wasn’t the Universe I was living in, that’s for sure!
      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I do not set a timer for meditations so cannot answer how much time. I had participated in group meditations both during Susann’s monthly call and at church. We are now doing a meditation group before the service and there is always a meditation during the service so times two.
      Susann offered support around the issue I have been dealing with since August – I was prescribed a beta blocker eye drop that lower my heart rate into the 50s which is below normal range. I am practicing a meditation she offered to help get my heart rate back over 60 which is low normal. It is improving.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? As always I communicate to my animals all the time. I remain unable to get communication from them other than actions and body language.
      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I briefly checked the colors of my main chakras. One time I checked all the main chakras-it wasn’t a long time. Another time I checked only some of them-not a long time doing that either.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, with my cats who understood at least some. This morning I wasn’t even trying to connect with Serenity and I got her message of sayinng she wanted me to come to her rather than her coming up on the couch. I went to her and she liked that and then got up on the couch a minute or so later. I also connected with a dog who was waiting for his mommy outside of the grocery store yesterday. The dog’s name is Billy and he was crying for his mommy to come back to him. I don’t remember if I told him anything or not, but I sent him warm and calming energy, sent him energy in the form of petting him, and even shape shifted to a dog who looked like him thinking that might help him. The first two helped him briefly, but when I shape shifted the whimpering increased so I stopped the shape shifting.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing new.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet. I hope to over the weekend. When I do I will post for Yaarit to see the communication.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Not yet. I hope to over the weekend. When I do I will post about it, and if I do with an animal in the ATH I will post for the animal’s person to see the communication.
      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditate every day morning and night. Sometimes only about 10 minutes and sometimes up to 40 minutes. I use “Insight Timer” app on my phone for guided meditations. I have mostly done meditations to ease my fears and found a beautiful one called 21 Blessings From The Divine Feminine which makes me feel so comforted and loved.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I connect every day with Pollyanna, my pony. I talk with her about stuff and tell her how much I love her. I am not getting answers yet. I know she listens to me though as she offers me her nose for kisses.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I am learning what my soul needs to relax and trust.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Even though I am feeling more and more tuned in and relaxed, I am not getting answers. I have gone to the Akashic Records and can vividly see the grounds, building, inside, I meet with the librarian and am brought to a room to view the records but then I seem blocked from anything further.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Unfortnately, I have tried a number of times to connect with Knight but I am not getting a connection.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I played the playing card game a few times this week. I am not very good at it though this week which is rather disappointing.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      Only with my animals. It was very hectic
      We had our septic put in. The horses
      were freaked out about the heavy machinery and the noise.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      This remains to be what I am most passionate about Along with healing
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      Not having internet sucks. We are
      hopefully getting electricity to the property in a few weeks. I am behind
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      Not yet. Can’t quiet my mind
      Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
      Daily morning 1hr meditation and numerous times of time listening to guided meditations
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      I spoke with a massage clients dog Luna, she has lots of issues which I have addressed some in the past with only minimal changes. I have much more to work with and plan to today and this week-end speak with her. Will post my experiences on the forum.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      Keeping up with my meditations and staying accountable with Sally.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      Being patient with myself and the animal with my questionings to them about their behavior; I need to move out of a parenting type of energy that says, ‘hey you have to change this or that behavior’, instead of asking questions, getting an answer, ask more questions to get better understanding, then negotiate.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      No dang it, sorry. Hopefully today and this week-end cause no work is scheduled to detract me from it.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      Quick chats with animals in passing. Some card playing, but did awful.
      Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.
      MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES
      Trying to do Hollow Body but distracted. Breathing for about 30 minutes yesterday with intent to connect with Knight, which I didn’t do; then with my male cat, which I also didn’t do, then with the feral cat outside, which I didn’t do.
      Possible reason: I really want to access the AR, don’t trust that I can, and am discouraged from attempting anything else in AC. Maybe especially because I couldn’t heal the mobility issue using the chakra exercises.
      Often gratitude for when I do things or get places safely. But that’s usually followed by impatience.
      INTENTION TO CONNECT
      Rosalie, the feral cat, sits on the window ledge every morning looking at me at my Mac on the table flush against the window sill. We make sounds and facial expressions back and forth, so why can’t we move on to exchanging thoughts, images, and feelings? Often, I think she’s asking for more food or different food.
      CELEBRATE
      Nothing in AC.
      CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS
      Trying to use healing techniques on Raven (male cat) because he keeps licking and scratching off the fur on his belly and around his tail. Did fleas retreat under his skin as they did under mine?
      FAT COMMUNICATION
      Nothing with Yaarit Y’s Knight since I posted here last week about his saying he would visit Yaarit “soon” in a dream.
      INTUITIVE GAMES
      Nothing formal with cards, etc., just everyday guessing which I suppose is about 50-50 correct.
