–> It’s Time to Practice with the Accountability Game!
Ready to earn special bonus private coaching time with Val? Here’s how:
One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Coaching Session Awards (value $125).
Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn your sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 6 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.
Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have increased my meditation time this week and really becoming quiet before beginning.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected with Anastasia and brought her to the workshop where there are now 7 cat beds suspended from the ceiling radiating the seven chakra colors. She spent most of her time on the yellow and green beds. I also went back in time with Kima to find out why he cringes and growls when people pst him on the head. Turns out he was a hunting dog in a past life and was whacked on the head when he could not find the dead bird so I told him he has a different reality now and I asked my guides for help in healing this issue.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I enjoy my time with the animals and am learning so much from them.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Sometimes my body becomes a pendulum and Ibeonder if I should trust the answers I get.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. Just posted it.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Playing telepathic games with my husband.

After almost forgetting to post, I’ve decided to post earlier in the week. So this post is for a shorter week.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – and as usual I did not time it. I am re listening to the Master Class calls about chakras. I am dealing with extreme tiredness as the result of a very stressful few years topped off by the side effects of an eye drop that lowered my heart rate and messed up my blood pressure. I hope that those meditations on chakras will help me regain my energy. I am also doing the basic Reiki meditation that involves breathing energy into the hara, aka belly.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, not yet.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I am slowly regaining my energy so hopefully will soon be able to get back to my intention of regaining my ability to communicate with animals.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? As the result of being so tired and having difficulty sleeping, I fall asleep during meditation. I have not been able to get into the space to communicate.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet – hopefully I’ll connect during the call on Saturday if not before.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No that just was not on my schedule.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did meditate 3 times with a gratitude meditation.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I did. I connected with a precious dog called Tilley. She was filled with so much love and joy that it seemed to radiate from her. It was a magical connection. I felt filled with light and warmth in her presence. It was some very special moments and we didn’t need any words or conversation.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
This week I celebrate that I shared such beautiful moments with that very special dog as I described in question 2.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The challenge I had this week is that I felt so deeply connected at times and then could feel so disconnected at other times.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results.
I did try to communicate with Pollyanna but just kept hearing her say the word “Freedom” over and over again. I didn’t get anything else even though I tried and asked. I didn’t know what to make of that and then started to question if it was a communication or just coming from my own head.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I used animal cards twice and guessed correct once. The second card was similar to my guess but not exact.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – I meditate every day. I have a few meditations I’ve used for many years, so I did use 1 or 2 of them, but also used the meditations from the app “brain.fm” which I find superb.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes – with my horse, Hattie, to talk to her about moving and about her Vet visit. She seemed unphased by both. LOL
Yes – with the cat I sit for often in order to strengthen her choices to stay near the house and to be inside after dark. She’s very receptive and she does well.
Yes – a client’s dog named Lucy is having a hard time emotionally. The couple recently broke up very dramatically, and she’s become frantic. She said she’d just like to know what’s going to happen because everything seems disrupted. She seems concerned about her own safe place to live, so I assured her. She seems a bit calmer.
Yes – Ginger, the doggie who is elderly and seems to be weakening. She really wants to be home with her family, so we’re monitoring this.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Not so sure this feels celebratory, but in terms of Ava the cat, I’m moving in the direction of realizing that her Owner is likely inadvertently circumventing a lot of the work Ava has done because he’s very cavalier about the dangers she may face living where coyotes are prevalent and active. It’s a bit of a dilemma and I haven’t run into something like it before, so it’s good this is revealing itself so I can decide how to handle this now and future.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I bought a small percentage of 2 thoroughbreds who in one instance is racing and in the second, is about to run her first race. So I’m contacting them a little at a time as I don’t want to disrupt any of their training or thought patterning. I’ll meet each one this coming week when chatting w/them will open up more, I believe.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – I emailed and talked to Sally, Pollyanna’s Mommie. Polly has so much resistance sometimes. She truly has a strong personality but once I tap into her for a bit, then go on about my life, she’ll pipe up and say something! One item that came through is that she has pain in her spinal chord and that could explain a great deal about her resistance, bolting, etc.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I usually make up little tests/games as I go along my day – “what color will the next car be that approaches me from the other direction” or “who will be at the barn when I get there” and so on.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did. 🙂
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes i did! I spoke to Pollyanna, the FAT. I’m not sure if I trust my results – my answers are vague – maybe I make them up but I’m going to hold them lightly as suggested by Val and continue.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I was able to make time for this. Surely it’s supremely important in this world, and yet I keep letting work get in the way.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Stil the struggle to believe what I get -I think I might ask for help in seeing the clear difference between my own thoughts and those of others.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – hooray! I don’t know if I was accurate but I felt very moved by this horse. I did get some accurate feedback. I would like to just hang out with her.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I get discouraged so I avoid.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? – Yes, I have meditated every day from 10 minutes to 30 minutes depending on whats going on. I listened to Val’s Prayers of the Heart meditation as well as guided meditations on my Insight Timer app. Most of the one’s I listen to are for the chakra’s
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I have intended and worked on connecting every day. I have no animals at home so work on connecting with my pony Pollyanna as well as the barn cats. I also give them Reiki healing energy.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I wish I could say I have something to celebrate that I have done. The messages I have been getting from people connecting with Pollyanna have been very insightful and I can see a softening in her demeanor. I am also approaching her from a place of friendship.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Unfortunately, I am feeling frustrated that I am not receiving communication back from the animals I have been conversing with. I think I need to meditate even more to quiet my mind.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I have been working at it but am not receiving messages back from the animal who happens to be the FAT, Pollyanna. This saddens me.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I played the Playing Card game one day, got 60/40 correct/wrong. Played the colored stone game and am terrible at this one. I don’t play as often as I guess I ought to because I don’t find them fun.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, briefly. I imagined a forest with a path with leaves and needles that had fallen from the big trees in the forest that had pine needles and leaves. I imagined a little pond where birds could take baths. I imagined that birds would fly around. I imagined deer, bears, mountain lions, and foxes who lived peacefully together. I got a bit distracted with my outside thoughts but then suddenly became very aware of the birds chirping outside my apartment. I imagined some more and then got in a little bit of a starting-to-doze-off mode.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, my cats who understood at least most of the time.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing new.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Nothing new.

For #2, I also connected with the missing cat Alfie. From connecting with him, I thought he was outside his apartment building and I gave him instruction to wait for his mom or someone to let him in the building and what to do from there. Last I heard from his mom he wasn’t back yet though.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Have been meditating in bed a few minutes in the mornings before arising. Been doing chakra meditations and working more on grounding techniques.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Charlie got into a fight and got to bad bite wounds on and in his left ear. I chose to take him to vet b/c it looked bad. I talked with him about his fighting issues and that he needs to get along better with Mr. O’Leary, our feral cat. I thank him always for doing such a good job in caring for the yard and the other kitties, but he must stop bickering with the feral’s. I was impressed that he was excellent with listening to me when I told him about the vet visit and what was to happen there. He was so calm and the vet was impressed at well he behaved. He was good all week while I did hotpacks and giving of meds.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? just that I am being more patient with my kitties and in a calmer state with them.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
my biggest challenge is switching out of dealing with outer world stuff and making quiet time for my AC practice and work. I find time in-between work, try to settle in and communicate with an animal and my mind just doesn’t want to settle, so I pause, go and do something else then don’t get back to it. There was a death in family this week and busy with social activities this week. eek time just keeps getting away from me.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I realize that a big prob I have is about wanting to ‘do such a good job, and get good info’ that I end up tripping myself up for failure to receive anything; I manifest what I don’t want. I have a big chuck of day with no appts, so I intend to get into a good conversation with Polly Anna because I promised Sally!6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not guess who is calling on phone, guess how many emails I will get when I open up computer, and the fly by tune in’s with animals I see when out on the roads.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES
Still only conscious breathing at scattered times day and night until I get distracted, which doesn’t take long.
INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE
Mostly I tried to ask Raven-Raffaele (aka Raven-Rah-Rah-Raffaele) to be cooperative about the vet visit for his diarrhea, which began when I was shuffling around with one or two canes after Lily-Grace was euthanized. Because he’s extremely sensitive, I’m concerned he was stressing about my condition. I wanted to connect with him as Chigusa posted how she connected with Mig so that Mig could detach from Chigusa’s husband’s discomfort.
The vet kept exclaiming what a good cat Raven is. The Kenalog and Vitamin B-12 injections plus the Hills Gastrointestinal Biome Feline have halted the diarrhea since his Tuesday visit.
CELEBRATE
This morning was my laser session with Val to learn about Lily-Grace since her death. Val was impressed by the beautiful quality of her energy; she was shimmering and happy to be back to her true self, her intact self with four legs. She can knead now with both forelegs.
Lily-Grace was saddened about the euthanasia but understood why because she was unable or unwilling to use the litter boxes. There was a little bit of temporary pain from the needle but mostly it was easy shooting through a tunnel to a light space and emerging intact to be greeted by two other beings.
She had pain in that body; it made life hard for her, and she’s not going to reincarnate soon. (I say Great: don’t come back here; let me rejoin you there.) However, Lily-Grace said she does return to the house to visit and to protect me from emotional and psychic interference. Also, we have astral adventures together.
Val said that while dogs protect physically, cats protect emotionally, psychically, and (now I forget) some other way(s).My assignment is to journal about Lily-Grace, to see where she is. When I was thinking about her before the laser session, I seemed to see her climbing outdoors in a huge, complex cat tower accompanied by a crow companion.
CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS
Raven is so physically affectionate. I worry that I don’t reciprocate enough when I want to continue reading or writing at the Mac, and he wants our heads together, his head on my left hand, etc.
FAT COMMUNICATION Will post now about Sally S’s Pollyanna.
INTUITIVE GAMES
Everyday guessing as before. There was one occasion where I wante to remember to post about it, but I forgot.
6/10 odd-even guessing with the die this morning.
