ACCOUNTABILITY POST TIME! NEW CHANGES, Please Read

One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

The weekly posting period runs from Saturday through 12:00 pm noon Central Texas time the following Friday.

Note: The timestamp on each post is based on Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. That means your weekly Accountability post time should be prior to Friday 4:00 PM (or 1600 on the 24 hour clock). Remember you can post any day of the week. You can check your time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Just copy these 6 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I am meditating off and on bringing in as much light as possible.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? As usual I communicated with my cat Princess. I asked her if Roxy and Missy were doing OK and she assured me that they were. I am still not able to communicate with them.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing this week

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.No. I tried to connect during the Q&A call but was not successful. I need to try again.

Added later. During the FB Live call, I asked him what was wrong and heard “something is wrong with my food”. At first I thought this disagreed with what Val had gotten just after I posted but Val checked again and said there was something toxic in his food. So, yes, I did communicate with the FAT this week.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No, I’ve never liked playing games

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I did meditate a few days this week. I didn’t meditate every day. I listened to some meditations from recorded calls that Val has done and also did some breathing. I also did a meditation before communicating with animals setting my intention for stepping aside to assume animal’s voice, to hear and share their messages with love.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I had a communication with a dog named Chubb who’s human reached out asking for help. Chubb is nearing her last chapter her on earth and is preparing for her transition to spirit. I felt that Chubb was asking for assistance with this process and it was very hard for her human to hear because with Covid-19, they would need to leave her at the door and Chubb would be euthanized without them present. We spoke with Chubb about this. Chubb said her wish was that she receive assistance and just wants to be comfortable. I spent a lot of the conversation talking with Chubb about things her human wanted to say, asking for forgiveness for certain actions and life experiences and she (her human) said she found that very helpful. Chubb is ready for transition, she is not afraid. When I touched based with her human today, she said that the medication the vet gave has been helping and that Chubb had a better day yesterday. I learned that it’s the human who many times needs the help talking to their pet and it is a gift to be able to be a conduit in sharing and receiving messages between them both. There is much love shared between them. It touched my heart to be able to provide this to them both.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I wish to celebrate the victory about learning. This week presented some challenges for me with Darwin not feeling well and feeling stressed while being reached out to by others in communicating with their animals. I feel there is learning here and although I felt like giving in, I didn’t and I was able to be of servitude. I wish to celebrate Darwin’s eye contact with me, he’s talking to me often. He knows I have the ability to hear him. He wants to talk with me.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Darwin has not been feeling well. I have been in touch with a veterinarian but because of the covid, we have only been able to talk over the phone. I probably will need to bring him in but might not be able to be with him during the exams etc. Today, Darwin has been very uncomfortable. I feel from him digestive issues however am not sure if the influx of communication fellow club members with him being FAT this month has also been a factor (he’s a strong powerful dragon but I also feel he is sensitive)?

I have found it hard to talk with Darwin this past week because my emotions are involved in how he has been feeling. Today, while I was helping him, he was climbing up his terrarium with dark black beard, very stressed. I brought him out and he did the same to the wall. So I picked him up and held him on my shoulder. He calmed down and I connected with him to ask him what he was feeling. He said he was feeling pain. I felt from him in his tummy area and I get very strong feelings in his intestinal area upset. He has not been impacted and has been pooping but today, he might be a little bit?? It’s more of his appetite and digestion, feeling sick to his stomach.

I was able to review #4 and will be asking my husband to put something in a box for me to work with in intuiting what’s inside. That is my goal for this coming week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I did the “Breath of Light Process” meditation a couple times this week after putting it on my phone. Practicing mindfulness in daily life.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I understand the purpose of changing this question, but I hope that it is understood that not all of us have achieved the goal of receiving messages back from other beings.

While mowing this week I accidentally ran over a little salamander cutting off his/her tail and right foot. I’m not sure if this is the one I’ve been talking to the past couple of weeks, (s)he looked like the same one, but I’m not sure how many of them there are. I was able to pick him/her up to assess the damage, apologizing profusely the whole time. The limbs were gone, but (s)he looked ok otherwise. I told him/her I knew (s)he could regenerate her tail, and asked if (s)he could also regenerate her foot. I didn’t get a response. I put him/her in a place safe from the lawn mower and continued mowing, saying the Ho ‘Oponopono prayer the whole time. I went back to check on him/her later and (s)he was gone. I haven’t seen him/her since, and I hope to see him/her soon, hoping (s)he is ok.

I’ve also been asking Ginger about her new food. I’m going by her body language and appearance of having more energy, but no messages are coming to me from her.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Why can’t I get their communications back to me!?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Haven’t had time.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I got an intuitive hit yesterday while I was out walking Ginger yesterday about someone calling me on the phone. When I got back in the house, there was a message from that person.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I checked my chakra colors. I wasn’t totally sure if the location of the yellow and the location of the orange, but my intuition was telling me the orange was the lower one. When I checked online I discovered my intuition was right! When I got that my chakra wasn’t the ideal color, I looked at or envisioned something that was closer to the ideal color and absorbed the color. For the throat chakra I looked at the sky. For the heart chakra I looked at the leaves of a fake plant. I at first looked at the leaved of real plants, but the sun was too shiny, so I switched to the fake plant’s leaves. For the root chakra I envisioned my shirt (mostly bright red) and also thought of a stop light red color. I did not do this meditation for long.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I don’t remember what we talked about exactly. I don’t remember what exactly I learned. Oh, earlier today Serenity was interested in a drawer I had open and wanted to know what was in it. I told her. I tried to let her know how she could get to the top of the dressed to see inside the drawer. She didn’t try to do it though.
Also, one of my friend’s I took care of in March. She is a cat named Delilah. I learned that Delilah was a little upset at me when she wanted to talk to me one day and I was wanting to get my laundry going. I lived in an apartment building and do not have a washing machine and dryer in my apartment. I apologized to Delilah. I hope things will go back to normal between us.
Also, with a couple of Morning Doves who hang out in my parking garage and also on my bamboo on my balcony. I don’t remember what exactly was said.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Realizing how much my cats are aware of when I get anxious, overwhelmed, feel like something has to be done right then and there. Also, Serenity letting me trim ALL of her front nails! She didn’t even try to get down from the couch and I didn’t have to hold her to do them. She let me trim ALL of the front one while lying calmly on the couch 🙂
Also, how Hawkeye comes to me and meows and wants attention when he knows or thinks I’m anxious or something similar.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I don’t have any questions that are new. My discovery (well, it’s not a discovery, but rather the knowing strengthened) that when one is calm, it help a cat be calm (Serenity’s nail trim).

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, he told me he got strawberries, he’d like to go on a car ride with Marybeth, sent me visuals, and came to me to kiss me. I posted for Marybeth to see the communication.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No, I didn’t because I didn’t see the new list of games. I tried to do the instructions for how to find the new list of games, but I didn’t find them. However, I talked with animals as I mentioned before and on the chakras for where the locations are for the orange and yellow ones I listened to my intuition and was right! I think listening to intuition is extremely important when communicating with animals.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continue my daily meditations on light and sound—more light this week. 15 min.-2hours daily.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected with a puppy named Buttercup who was quite upset by the addition of Stuart, the rabbit to the household. I let her know that she wasn’t being replaced and that the teenage daughter who’s rabbit it is emotionally needs an animal to care for. I listened to her deeply and then asked if it was ok to bring Stuart into the conversation and she said ok. So the three of us connected to start forming a bond between them. We also listened to Stuart’s fears and his loneliness for the colony he was taken from so Buttercup could start to see his viewpoint a little. I checked in today and they are getting along better.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I asked for support when I couldn’t figure out how to find a lost kitty last week. I felt a closer bond with the AC students who are in Val’s circle who helped me.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have discovered that setting my intention before communicating with another being is crucial.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I posted my latest connection with Darwin.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I enjoy jig saw puzzles and am able to intuitively pick the next piece about 75% of the time. I also played guess the card color several times and was correct about 65%.

      Accountability questions 18-24 April 2020

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
*** Yes. Jack Kornfields meditations for support through the pandemic, one meditation most nights. Also acceptance and letting go meditations. And Ho’oponopono with the little dog (see below)

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
*** Not intentionally no. I’m still not in the space to do this.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
*** Part of my releasing this week was a painful memory of a time when I’d instantly bonded with a sweet little dog who’d arrived at my gate when I was living in the country. It was love at first sight for both of us. But I couldn’t keep her, she had to be returned to her owner, who I learned, later put her down for chasing sheep. Heartbreaking. As I was releasing this memory the thought came to me that perhaps this was my Mathilda in an earlier incarnation. I checked in with her and she said that yes it was her. “I knew you were the one for me Mum” And about two years after the original sad event Mathilda was gifted to me by some very kind and generous neighbours. So although this Original memory was painful I also celebrate the amazing determination of Mathilda to be with me, come what may. And I reflect on how incredibly blessed I was to have her and her brother Hamish in my life. They really were like my Beacons of life and love and hope through some very challenging years.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
*** Still struggling with my sense of disconnect. But really I have to take the pressure off myself and allow what’s taking place to evolve at the pace it needs to

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
*** Very briefly when Marybeth posted Darwin’s picture yesterday. Very aware of his beautiful energy.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
**** No I didn’t. Still not in the space to do these. xxx

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? ***** yes – chanting a lot, and doing longer silent meditations because of the extra time I have in lock down. Loving it!

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? *******I have been going through the Beginner’s course again – so I’ve been doing colour intuition exercises. Getting some things right. I’m understanding more and more that you need to pay attention to the detail.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?******** I had a split second of absolutely “No Mind” interference. Just a second, but it was great – I was in totally feeling place. Never had that before. It really showed me how habitual our thinking is. Very useful and I’m hoping, having been there once, my body will go more easily in future. I also am so aware that without having started this process, which, even though frustrating at times, it is helping me heal and grow and change my life. I’m so much happier in so many ways because of Val and Elsa, and my life is growing in a way that I really wanted but was struggling to find the way forward on my own.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?******* I would love to just be able to do this straight away!!!! Rather than actually have to learn how to get my mind out of the way – but I also (in theory) get that the journey is useful. Actually it’s essential for my greater welfare – but I still get impatient.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. ***** only briefly in the live FB session (thank you for that!) but I did pick up the nausea. I also was imagining Darwin’s body differently from the way it was, but he put me right and I understood that he had a tail. (My ignorance is overwhelming….sorry Darwin.)
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/SilverI ****** the colours one in the Beginning course and I am definitely up for doing more.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Someone sent me a guided meditation aiming at staying calm and centered. I did that twice the last week. As usual, I always try to be open and present and remind myself of that various times each day.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Last week I have been talking to Tabbina quite a lot. She is feeling better at the moment. Unfortunately, she started again jumping up on top of the show cage. I am scared that on her way back down she will fall again on her head, but so far she is doing well. She is staggering around, falling into the food and water bowls a couple of times each day. Lately she is getting really greedy for food and tries to grab the food before I even finished putting it all on the plates. I told her every day to stay in the box on top of the cage, where she spends most of her days and wait until I give her a plate. She obeys now, when I tell her to stay back, but I have to remind her every day. And while she sits in her box looking at me filling the plates you can see how hard it is for her to contain herself.

I also tried to talk to 3 new kittens (6 week old girls), who were dumped on my veranda on Tuesday. I have been asking them about their life before they came here and how they ended up in my place. I am not sure however about what I received. I am strongly influenced by their behaviour. They are very friendly, not shy at all. Therefore, I believe they were born in a house or very near a house by an unaltered pet cat and as soon as they started eating on their own, the people took them away from their mother and brought them here.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Finally, I managed to keep Tabbina calm enough to give her a quick wash with a damp cloth and do some grooming. Due to her handicap she often pees on herself and although she is trying really hard, she can’t groom herself properly.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? At present I have too many different groups of cats throughout the house. That puts quite a strain on me and I find it challenging to stay calm when I see the mess they produce everywhere and all the things they destroy.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I quickly connected with Darwin this morning and had a feeling he felt better than yesterday, but still not at all well. My impression is that he needs medical intervention, something wrong with his digestive organs. He seems keen to see his vet as soon as possible.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I tried again to guess the colors of the paper clips on my desk, most of the time I was wrong. It seems that I can’t develop a feeling for different colors. They all feel the same.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, everyday starting in the morning. Strong energy clearing Founation meditations and during the day as needed.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, with my plants that some were not happy because the snail was there with cabbage leafes. With the snail that again I did not know where he was and asking ¿were are you? I did not get an answer but my body moved without me having the intention…and I went and I looked exactly were the snail was.
A dog, called Peke, that I know since years is a humand soul, but no idea who. Peke is a boy, but the soul is a woman. Is a woman that loves so much the owner that is coming as Peke in this lifetime. Is all the time with his person. I was surprise Peke is suddenly telling me who really is.
Darwin: I felt very sorry that I was afraid in my first post to Marybeth, writing about the entities Darwin showed me at the firs minute of speaking with him..then I made Darwin suffer for some days till Barb (thank you) cleaned them. Then as I told other people what I was doing and practicing this, my passion, I did not received any positive feed back and since I have been always playing small and not showing what I could see and feel and do…my wounds showed up that I have been healing and dealing with them and I could not follow with this loving course for some days. I was suddenly off/down. I am perfect again 🙂 I have spoken to Darwin, he has helped me so much. He told me not to worry and today he encourage me to clear/clean/transmute what he was showing me still in the building. I felt my heart and eyes as a positive signal. Thank you Marybeth and Darwin to help me move forward and follow my passion it does not matter what others think.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? To believe in me and be able to follow my passion, animals, thank you Darwin.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? think. That communication comes in so different forms that I am still surprise. That I do not have to wait for….I mean an answer and image…whatever comes is…
      5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal for this month? Did you play of the one of the games on the new games handout this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, as I have explaines above. Yes, but I still have to play more.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, I recite the Ho”Oponopono prayer and mantra morning & night. I do a Reiki meditation every day for at least 10 minutes and self healing from 15-30 minutes. I also do guided meditations using the Insight Timer app. I found a meditation that really makes me feel good about myself called “Believe In Yourself”. I believe it has brainwave entrainment sounds embedded in it. It is 13 minutes long. I’ve done it every morning and most evenings.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I spoke with Darwin, the bearded dragon this week. I talked about general things, and asked if he had anything to teach me. I am learning to trust what pops into my head. It is either my imagination or it is a message from the animal. I am choosing to believe it is a message from the animal. 🙂 I also have gotten validation on what I have gotten.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I am trusting more. Also I am noticing my intuition giving me information more often.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I have no questions about communicating with animals at the moment. The discovery I had was an AH HA moment during a recent call. I realized that I keep trying to talk with Pollyanna and the barn cats but am not getting anything back from them yet. I need to talk with the FAT every week where I can get validation on what I am getting from their animal. This way I know I am successfully communicating.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes, I talked with Darwin briefly. He told me he is good today and laying in the sun. He sensed that I was stressed and told me to get out in nature. At that point, I got interrupted and told him I would talk with him next week. I did post in the forum and Marybeth said my conversation sounded like him.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Yes, I did the playing card game once. I was successful just over 50% of the time.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you
I have been doing morning and evening meditations for about 10-15min in addition to a few times a day listening to guided meditations from Val. My favorite, as I have stated in other accountability the Thinking Meditation.
      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had a long session with one of my drumming diva gal’s dog Bella, she is 4 yrs old and recently she and her family moved into a new (previously owned) home and she has been barking too much, biting the limbs off of the back yard tree. The communication was real good. The information I gathered from Bella is that there is lingering energy stuck from previous owners; she is feeling her human mom’s nostalgia about leaving their old home, scared of what is beyond the big hill just past their back yard. We did healing of her chakras which were all out of balance, did some energy work and called on the Michael to clear the energy grids under the house, and gave instructions for her humans to investigate with her the hill and beyond. Bella is nervous of snakes. The feedback I received from her humans was that I was right on about everything, including her having had taken snake avoidance lessons and agility training which Bella said she really wanted to get back to doing.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I had a good conversation with Bella.
      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I will be addressing this for next months gold call: what do I do when I work with a client’s animal and the behaviors don’t change. I do not feel right in asking for more money to go in again and try to help alter their behavior.
My discoveries this week is that I am in a massive soul healing with this whole virus stuff. I really am in the dark night of my soul and questioning myself in myriad ways about the importance of moving beyond my resistance of allowing my Bright Fiery Authentic Self to be the Mover in my life and relinquish the negative holds my fearful ego has on me. My dreams have been very active and what I am seeing very often is about rushed movement, ie. Crazy drivers, mad women and lots of buildings changing form. I am on track, I know, but I get too hung up on time factor which only sends me down a death spiral. I find it really odd that when I am a part of the Animal Coaching group, I am really in my strong soul place but when I leave, its like she disappears and I am back in my distractions with ‘ordinary reality shit’. For being a Libra….my scales are off and I am trying to let go and get on with what I am supposed to be doing and I clearly see the internal battles playing out but find at times it is overwhelming. I will survive. I will get through this. I have been saying the Ho’OponoPono prayer like crazy.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

No, I think about doing it but then I fall into a funky place and tell myself I will do it later….then later never comes. I am really ashamed.

      6. I do the fly by talk with animals. I quickly checked in with a little dog in the grocery store all scared with his tail tucked tight. I said telepathically, be not afraid little guy, we humans are in an odd state right now. I sensed he was not only inundated with the weird energy of people but also of the masks.

I had a real nice 5 min close communion with a squirrel sitting on a branch of one of my pine trees. We just quietly looked into each other’s eyes with love, curiosity, and respect.

Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes. sitting on my boulder on a rocky section of coastline where the ocean meets the river. powerful spot and lots of bird sounds and elements to enchant me to go inwards and communicate with and receive energetic healing and information that is wanting to express through me. I say hello to the birds and they say hello to me.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

while on my rock (this morning was the another beach) I connected with a sweet cat angel named Tilly. I felt good connection in terms of healing and but some of my information is conflicting. I am going to tune in again. She is a “lost” cat… my online friend sarah asked me to do this. I have been communcating with her cats Harvey and Sophie and Alfie in spirit, for months now. I have spoken several times about communicating with her cats. Anyway, so far I get that Tilly is hunting, curious, not lost, I got a few details on possible location, and not to worry. I also keep gettiing feedback from Sarah of how much I am impacting her life and her cats life. I helped Harv the other day with listening to him, sharing this insight from harvey and me with sarah and also having potent healing sess with her whole tribe. Harvey went from scared and hiding inside due to a cat outside, to playing out in the garden again. I connect with a lot of mice and squirrels, due to my cats bringing them in the house. This is just part of it. I always do death and dying work with these animals, just impromptu.

Oh and on the beach this morning I was sitting near a flock of geese (need to verify in bird book) and towards the end i glanced back with the intention to see a message and they flew up quickly and back down in a thin line. My message was alignment. as well as being aligned and connected with immediate family/soul family even and perhaps tribe (local) and of course aligned in self.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

the new website looks amazing, it was always amazing though! I celebrate a quantum shift that is and will continue to occur within my healing work that will be diving even more into the timelines in the field, with people and the collective. I am energized to see how I will use this with animals. I must in the next 24 hours (my plan) listen to the last masterclass b/c i got on late to the call. I have some catchup to do b/c there are several classes relating to this new modality i will be working with, and of course integrating into what has come over the years and is coming through me directly.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

hmmm. i will be exploring more with my cats about their work within the collective energy on the planet and how they see my role in that.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Yes

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Yes I’m diving deep into my Playing Card Oracle Divination deck and really feeling my intuition connecting in through these cards, to offer transformation readings to others, that are not about predictions, but about creating based on what is and could be etc.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditate every day 2 X per day, I do body awareness, Focusing as well several times a week and this week I did a flower of life meditation.
      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected with Darwin to do healing work with him, I connect with my cats trying to feel them more, I am trying to do some healing work with Archer, a dog, who was abused, I am just trying to be present with him right now as I want to figure out how to approach him without scaring him more.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am organizing all my animal communications classes I took over the years and collecting in one spot all that I will need as reference, I am now capable to get to it. I feel super good about this.
      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I wonder if I need to learn another modality of healing? for more precision…
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
yes, and It was a fabulous practice in feeling the answers without too much visual or hearing the answers, great feedback from Marybeth.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
      no

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did meditate a bit in this week. I estimate probably a total of about 2hrs. I listened to a prepared meditation designed to help with mastering intention which went for about 20 mins. Everyday I do a small amount of meditation at bedtime or when I wake or both. Mostly this takes the form of visualisations for conquering my cancer however I do count this as meditation so I hope that is allowable.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I communicated with Tina (a hereford cow). She was very ill with 3 day sickness. I gave her a hands on reiki session during which she laid her head in my lap and arms. At that time the most I could get from her was just an overwhelming feeling of being unwell and aching from head to foot. when I went back to check on her in the afternoon she was actually standing and looked much brighter. I believe she told me that the reiki had helped and she felt much better but she was still aching all over. I could feel the all over ache but it was not as severe as it had been earlier that day. I told her where the rest of her herd were and that when she was well enough she should come down to the paddock gate and I would take her to the others. I don’t believe I was successful in getting this message across.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that learning how to communicate with animals has made the day to day handling of the herd much less stressful for everyone (usually). I am usually able to explain where we want the animals to go and the success or otherwise of my communication is measured by how easily they are able to follow the instructions.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
If animals communicate by telepathy all the time. How is it that one animal can not know where the rest of the herd is or where its mother or calf are? I did discover this week that I am able to feel in my body what the animal is feeling.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No I didn’t. I have never yet taken that step. Fear I think is the reason why. I want to get over that hurdle which is one of the reasons I am doing my very first accountability post.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m not sure what the intuition games are. I will look into it. I try to build little things into my day. This week when I was going out to check on cattle in a very large area I try to use my intuition to determine where they are so I know where to go and look.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes 4 guided meditations from 10 to 20 minutes each

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I communicated with Lucy who had mastitis from her milk not drying up and we took her to the vet and had to milk her. She is a wonderful patient. The horses freak out when she leaves even though I told them that she will be back. Lucy has taken Katey under her wing and Tina lives mentoring Star. I can’t remember when the animals have been this happy in the midst of construction that will be finished in 2 or 3 weeks.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

That I can prepare them for what is coming and that with the assistance of the Archangels I can heal major problems with animals during hypnosis using the human as a surrogate.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      None

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

No time with the construction going

      6. This week did you play on

I used the pendulum to see if Lucy needed to see the vet for antibiotics. She did.
