ACCOUNTABILITY POST TIME!
One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did meditate a bit in this week. I estimate probably a total of about 2hrs. I listened to a prepared meditation designed to help with mastering intention which went for about 20 mins. Everyday I do a small amount of meditation at bedtime or when I wake or both. Mostly this takes the form of visualisations for conquering my cancer however I do count this as meditation so I hope that is allowable.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I communicated with Tina (a hereford cow). She was very ill with 3 day sickness. I gave her a hands on reiki session during which she laid her head in my lap and arms. At that time the most I could get from her was just an overwhelming feeling of being unwell and aching from head to foot. when I went back to check on her in the afternoon she was actually standing and looked much brighter. I believe she told me that the reiki had helped and she felt much better but she was still aching all over. I could feel the all over ache but it was not as severe as it had been earlier that day. I told her where the rest of her herd were and that when she was well enough she should come down to the paddock gate and I would take her to the others. I don’t believe I was successful in getting this message across.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that learning how to communicate with animals has made the day to day handling of the herd much less stressful for everyone (usually). I am usually able to explain where we want the animals to go and the success or otherwise of my communication is measured by how easily they are able to follow the instructions.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
If animals communicate by telepathy all the time. How is it that one animal can not know where the rest of the herd is or where its mother or calf are? I did discover this week that I am able to feel in my body what the animal is feeling.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No I didn’t. I have never yet taken that step. Fear I think is the reason why. I want to get over that hurdle which is one of the reasons I am doing my very first accountability post.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m not sure what the intuition games are. I will look into it. I try to build little things into my day. This week when I was going out to check on cattle in a very large area I try to use my intuition to determine where they are so I know where to go and look.Cheers,

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I did meditate and doing it in the morning really helps shape my day. Usually Darwin joins me however this week, he wasn’t feeling in the right energy to do so, or perhaps my energy wasn’t in vibration with him to do so. Nemo did join me each time sleeping on my lap. I also did a meditation with both Darwin and Nemo in my office where we were all on the floor. Darwin was on his bed and seemed to respond very well to this. Nemo chose to lay in my lap while sitting on the floor. It was a great experience for us all as healing sounds were coming through such as “hu” “has” and “ohm”. In total I meditated 4 out of 7 days.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a cat named Crystal who had passed into spirit. We connected because someone had reached out to me about what happened with her (this person was the one who did surgery on her and needed help because she felt responsible for Crystal’s death). She was also in touch with Crystal’s mom about this as she is her co-worker and was going to be communicating with her mom the same day. Crystal shared that she was in a healing temple where there were guides helping her release all the needed to be done as her death was traumatic. It was a process that would take 3 weeks and then her physical life journey’s lessons and learnings could be released and her soul journey to move onward. (not that her soul wasn’t able to move on but that this process needed help and the healing temple does that for the animal). I learned that Crystal’s life journey changed from what was in the cards so to speak and that these things are not written in stone and can change. I also learned that there is no one right way to handle these types of things and that each situation is unique. I shared that with the person who reached out as she was hurting. She felt better after that. I also encouraged her to have a chat with Crystal to talk with her about what happened to gain further insight.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate that I did my very first intuition game and feel I did really well!! 🙂
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
What can I do to quiet my mind in helping Darwin in hearing his messages of why he’s stressed? My emotions are too high.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried to with Darwin. I communicated with him by listening to his physical communication. If his beard when black, I would let him know I am aware that your beard is black. How can I help you? I also shared love with him which he appeared to receive well. I didn’t communicate deeper with him as there’s something going on and I am working on surrendering and allowing so that he can teach me and I can learn to calm and help him in the best way.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did! I played “What’s in The Box”. My husband placed something inside and this is what I got:
– feel a vibration from it
– feel an animal
– feels cool to touch
– feels square shaped but sides aren’t even or straight lined
– earthy colours (grey, orange red rock)
– see 2 eyes
– material made out of stone
– natural, earth connected. I kept seeing 3 (red) rocks from Sedona and felt like that is what is wasI asked what was in the box what it might like to say and received “I am gleaming. I am honoured. Thank you for picking me. This is fun!”
Inside the box was a stone that was grey and said FAITH on it.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, off and on as I could. I also participated in the church’s meditation in our online service on Sunday. My energy has been a bit off so meditating has been more difficult than usual.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Darwin, the FAT. I have tried to connect with him several times with very little success. Also my cat Princess in Spirit. She is now more like one of my guides and I check in with her briefly from time to time.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How easily I can connect with Princess
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I had been doing OK until this week, but I have been close to melt town a few times. I find it very difficult to connect when my own energy is off. No question and not really a discovery. I was just surprised at how badly I crashed a few times this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I have tried to connect with him a few times, sometimes more successfully than others.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No, I’ve never been into the games, never was any good at them.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I am doing the meditations at the end of the David Wilcock’s videos in his latest class, so far two times this week. Also listening to music a couple nights before I go off to sleep helps quiet my mind.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Ginger, my dog. Asking her how she is feeling. She appears to be doing better, still no messages in return. Going by her body language and improved energy level.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No discoveries. 🙁
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Haven’t had the time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games; trying to stay open to intuitive hits whenever they may happen.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did my usual grounding exercises and tried to stay present and open throughout my days.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This last week a young feral boy keeps following me indoors and in the morning he is going back outside. The first night he spent in my kitchen but made such a mess that I told him this is no good for indoor cats. I suggested he stays in the kennel instead, because there is no need to be overly careful. From the next night onwards, he followed me into the kennel and spent his nights there. Tonight, he followed me to the back door. When I wanted to let him in, he turned round and ran to the kennel door.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I get more and more often proof of animals hearing and reacting to what I tell them (see above 2)
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
The day after our live FB, I quickly checked in with Darwin and got that he feels better than the day before, though still pretty sick. Before I could even consider to post, I already found the confirmation on FB,
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Now, with so many parked cars along my way home from the office, I feel under which car there is a cat. Then I look when I pass by that car and in about 80% of the cases I can really see a cat under this car.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I di one guided meditation from Val’s website. I also did a journey with Linda Tellington-Jones into a forest which was lovely and peaceful. I continue my daily meditation on light and sound. Some moments of complete stillness but many of wandering mind.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I communicated with Rudy-pup a thirteen year old Parson Russell Terrier who just left his physical body on 2/20/2020. His dog walker and babysitter, a friend of mine, needed closure and wondered why he did some of the things he did while in the physical.
Here is some of our conversation:Rudy-pup: I know Helen would like to know why my behaviors ruled me. I’ll share a picture before I met the family.
(1. I saw him as a pup having to push his way to get enough to eat. 2. And then another scene with: “Bad dog!” One lady hitting him on the ears… Third scenario: left outside in a pen for many hours hungry and cold).
Rudy-pup: Those experiences are all behind me. Karma over. As I have let them go, so must you all let anything go that does not serve you. Follow the call. All is temporary.
Barb: It is. I’m learning that.
Rudy-pup: That’s good. Remember where your attention is, there you go.
Barb: Any more messages for Helen?
Rudy-pup: Trust. All is well. No one is separate.
Cry when you want to as tears cleanse the soul.
Your feelings are true.
Barb: Thank You.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I have enrolled in Linda Tellington-Jones on-line course TTouch for me and it is really helpful for my own self care. I also am increasing my ability to ground before a communication with some tips from Madison King who says don’t feed lack of belief in yourself with negative thoughts. I “stumbled” upon this free webinar she was giving on Tuesday.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have discovered that left hand on my heart and right hand on my third eye before starting a communication helps me connect with the wise woman within.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Self care. Heart hugs. Learning about self testing and practicing with food and testing body’s reaction to what I am introducing into my energy field. (MadisonKing.com) Doubt is an energy. Doubt creates confusion. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, twice. The first time was with Serenity on 04-25. It was amazing and magical. Our energies merged together and intertwined a bit and become one. The energies were in a wispy, sage smoke form. I saw them. I became one with my Soul and was totally in the moment and was even in like a hypnosis state with moving my head to the accoustic pop songs music that I had playing at the time-the head movements reminded me of a cobra snake moving to the rythm to a flute in a Disney movie I think. This meditation was for a while.
04-27: Two Morning Doves were sitting on my bamboo fence on my balcony and I was also in the moment and connected with myself. The Morning Doves sent Nurturing energy to my upper to mid chest area for the Heart chakra. This meditation was not as long.
Both these times felt so good! 🙂
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. We didn’t have any deep discussions. One thing was I asked Serenity if she wanted some yogurt and she said she did and she asked me to bring it to her. I also told them they don’t need to be anxious when I get anxious about touching the door to get a package. I also thanked Hawkeye today when he came to me to calm me when he knew I was anxious a bit and for recognizing it in general. I thanked Serenity, too, for when she notices it (my anxiety) and points it out by how she feels or by getting me to walk away from it to do something with her.
I also did with Darwin. At the moment my anxiety is calming and I don’t remember everything he and I talked about. I posted about the communication for Marybeth to see it though.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. About how in tune Serenity and Hawkeye are with me and other cats I’ve had, too. Also, with realizing things about myself and my Soul. I realized about how when I was younger I didn’t feel well accepted by my adopted mom’s sister and mother. I also realized about how at some point anxiety, worrying, and the like started to interfere a great deal with my true self and how when I was a young child I was very much in the moment and a free spirit. I think this is my true Self.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I don’t have any new questions in particular, but a discovery I had (which I already knew but it came to more of a “home run realization”) that animals can help us be in the moment.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, and I posted about the communication for Marybeth to see it. I don’t remember everything Darwin and I talked about right now.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I found the games and wanted to write about this time when Serenity and I were in the bedroom and she was messing with a plug in the outlet. I told her not to do that and told her a worst case scenario like Val suggested we do. She stopped messing with the plug. there have been other times when I knew for certainty that the animal understood me, but this is one of the times. I wrote Barb about this and said I could find where to post it. Maybe this is where.

1- yes, I meditate twice a day every day and I listen on utube to singing bowl for tuning up the chakras, I really liked it and I listen to some talk by Abraham (Ester Hicks) every night before bed.
2- i did several communication with Darwin, he is so easy to do so and posted, I also connect with my friend’s dog Domino who died on April 14 and I felt my heart becoming so heavy, I think I felt my friends pain through him, I could see lots of purple light and it seems like the eye of God, it was very fleety connection. Then I visited with Domino the horse just to say high and see if i could have a better connection with him, and I could see him acknoledging me, he lift his head and I just wanted to be with him a bit and he went back to eating. I was please to have just been able to see him.
3-I am continuing to organize all my animal communication notes and classes i took over the years and typing some good information I want to keep in one place for me to access easily if needed. I am investigating new healing technique to see if I need to study them, all this is time consuming but I am happy to be able to do it at this time.
4-I am relearning to let my imagination go and feel the answers thanks to Darwin as my teacher. I relisten the classon time travel and I am not able to really do it, I have some resistance and cannot get over it and realized I am afraid of the future, I don’t want to know.
5-yes, several time It was amzaing and he is so clear he really helped me gain some of my confidence back.
6- no -

Accountability questions April 25 to May 2nd 2020
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
*** Yes every day. Every second evening I’m being present with a live Buddhist chanting session. I’ve also been working my way through a live that Jack Kornfield and Trudy Goodman presented a couple of weeks ago, doing one meditation per day.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
*** Yes I had a rather sad but touching communication with a huntsman spider Harold. Harold has been living in my house for several months. They’re large spiders and prey on other spiders. I had an agreement with him that he was welcome anywhere except my bedroom. He hadn’t been looking well for a few days and on Monday I found him curled up on the bath mat. I thought he was dead so I carried the mat outside. I trickled a little Reiki energy onto him and he waved his front legs. I said that I was very sorry to find him this condition and that I would put him in a safe place so he could complete his journey in peace. As I walked inside this beautiful soft deep voice said “thank you for caring” So now I can add spiders to the list of animals I have communicated with.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
*** It’s been a much better week. The live with Val on Facebook was quite a turning point for me. I’m feeling better connected with the group again and I’ve enjoyed the Darwin discussion. I liked how I was able to intuit what he would like in terms of his genetic heritage ie: different food and also giving Marybeth some ideas for Australian environments he would enjoy energetically.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
*** I started to read the PDF from the last platinum club session. But even that feels too overwhelming and challenging for me right now. I’m wondering in my darker moments if I’m not cut out for this work. I realised that this current reluctance which is almost like an aversion is something I must honour. There’s nothing to be gained in forcing myself. But I do wonder where all this is heading at present. This is such a contrast to the absolute certainty I was experiencing last year and at the beginning of this year.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
*** I did connect with Darwin – see above comments. Not a direct conversation but an intuitive sensing about what would be helpful so him6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
*** No I didn’t. I’m not in the space to do this at present. xxxx -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?******* Yes. Chanting an hour every day – sometimes two. Days are better when I do two. I can because I’m working at home. I’ve added in silent meditations too. One one hour session and then some shorter ones led by Val in the beginners’ group. It may sound like a lot but I feel this is so necessary for me – maybe now, maybe always – and it’s an opportunity.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?********** I try to intuit as I go about my daily life, coming across flies and bees. I hope they know they are welcome here, I feel they do. Nothing concrete. Had a few moments of understanding with Elsa – on very clear one in particular when I asked her to focus and find something for me and she did. But I’m always wary of underestimating her or misunderstanding her. Sometimes she’s more complex, sometimes less.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?**** Val as a guide. What a Godsend, literally. Elsa as my consigliere – I have finally found a the right word for our relationship I think – and angel who has led me here.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?**********Oh!!! Can I or can’t I do this??? Sometimes yes, sometimes no – but I must continue because I want to. And I’m beginning to get that what I want must also be listened too.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. ***** Yes. Darwin, the great giver of love and warmth. And Marybeth who shares his life. I posted my results. The stuff I was most certain of, that I just could not doubt, was the most hard to justify – Darwin introduced me to a great Lizard or a great pool of Lizard energy. So…I don’t know. I’m open to it.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver ***** I did the spirit animal meditation and visit from the platinum class and asked what makes for a great life? And Cat Spirit showed me stretching and sitting on a tree and moving together being in her body, feeling the vibrations from the tree and feeling into her movements. I think it meant exercising and enjoying your talents. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes I did. I enjoy guided meditations from the Insight Timer app. I did: Believe in Yourself, Portal of Transformation, I am Authentic-Healing Perfectionism, 21 Blessings of the Divine Feminine, and Theta Wave Powerful Promises. These are between 10 & 20 minutes long and I did one or two morning and usually one at night. I also do Reiki Meditations around 15 minutes and Reiki Self Healing 15-30 minutes as well as reciting the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Darwin (the bearded dragon) this morning. I asked how he is feeling but he didn’t want to talk about it. I just asked if his health is improving and he told me “a bit.” He picked up on my stress and I told him because I missed a day seeing my pony and was a bit nervous how she would be when I take her out of her stall to walk around. He understood and told me to “stay open and positive”. I wished him a happy life time with Marybeth and he said “he loves her”. Then we said our goodbyes.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I am getting messages. I don’t know if it is my imagination or if they are real so I am operating under the assumption they are real.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
We have a horse at the barn where I board Pollyanna, who has severe arthritis in her shoulder and spine. This condition has just been diagnosed and the decision has been made to euthanize her. I haven’t tried to talk with her yet as I just don’t know what to say to her. Although, I just had a thought to just ask her if she feels her life’s mission has been fulfilled. Also to ask her if she would like help so she doesn’t hurt any longer.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I spoke with Darwin and put my comments in the forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played the card game one day. I did about 20/30 correct/incorrect. Not so good this time.

. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been only doing 10-15 min in morning and evening. I listen daily to a CD I have by Johnathon Goldman, several times a day which helps keep me in somewhat of a calmer state; though I am feeling such a strong under –current of stress that has me dumbfounded and in total non-action.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
A lady friend of mine that I met some time ago from another Facebook page has asked me to talk again with her 18yr old boy cat Blue Sky but when I made the attempt I was butt up against not only her depressive state but mine as well and could not ground myself enough to communicate. I will make another attempt today.
I have had numerous sessions with Sunada’s cat Rusty and have gotten really powerful information and have done wonderful healing energywork and time travel work, yet she sends back texts that say he is still peeing and pooping outside litterbox, in fact, the other morning she found he did both on the futon that he and his sister rest on during the day in her office. I am so frustrated with my failures that I have plummeted into big depression over it. My ego keeps telling me I am not doing things correctly, I am failing. These past couple of months have been my worst ever since beginning this program 4yrs ago.
I am getting along better with my ant issue – I have placed food outside and kindly asked them to leave my home and yet they continue to come through the electrical outlet above my kitchen counter, though happily not near as many. Their message is forcing me to look at how I am not constructing my life the way my Soul wants and instead I am continuing to allow my ego the thrawt me from building my dreams. Also, wasps are back in full force telling me that my wishing and dreaming of becoming a professional animal communicator will not make them come true and my frustration with them building their homes all around mine is merely a wake up call for me to see that my frustration is not really about them building it’s that I am not doing MY work in building my new life. I am out of order and if I don’t make a shift soon I fear I am doomed.
I broke a molar Sunday and now will have to come up with money to repair it, may have to have a crown put on at the tune of $1500 . God is sending me messages.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Even though I am not doing well with my animal communications, I have been working on re-organizing my house and spring cleaning my yard – this yard work has kept me sane through all my inner turmoil because when I work in yard I don’t think about anything else.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Why after I do a great session, like the one I did last week with Bella, my drumming friend’s dog, she paid me $125 for my services and then I get sucked down the drain into depression ? I have been practicing looking at and seeing the Christ divinity in others yet barely can look into the mirror and see that divinity in myself. When I am on the monthly calls I am in such a great zone and feel so much “clicking”, I am on mark, I feel good and strong and wise, yet after the call I slid back down into the dark abyss.

I look at his picture and see his love and wisdom but then I go into a dead zone and just find myself staring into empty space. I will make another attempt.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I play with intuiting who is ringing me on phone or texting….I get correct about 40% of the time.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I meditated in moments at the beach with my breath and just being present. I can see when I get connected to discordant energy through too much activity and thinking even if good stuff. So the presence and silence is true medicine. Embracing today more, that is my promise to my true self.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected with a lost kitty named Tilly, in the UK. I am getting information; she is missing 9 days. I am tuning in again in a while. I connected with Sabine’s kitties again, the little missing kitties (adults now), Tunchi and Hualpi, and Panterita and Dorilli. I love tuning in with them, and they are on my important will happen list today. Darwin, the big wise happy dragon in the little dragon body … what a treasure to connect with this month. And I just feel his tenderness when I write his name.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Yet still, more aliveness and warmth coming to Haines Alaska, and this means more sitings of critters of all sizes and shapes. Sat in the forest a few days ago and connected with some squirrels. They eventually understand that I was not there to harm there babies. And I could feel a good link between us telepathically.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
feeling with clarity whether an animal is alive or crossed over, due to the fact that either way i connect to their spirit and light. this comes up when communicating with Lost Animals. And people also want to know..do you think they are alive … and so I like to handle this with grace in uncertaintly…and also hone in on my sensitivity to seeing this perhaps with more clarity
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Darwin yay
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
