–> It’s Time to Practice with the Accountability Game!
Ready to earn special bonus private coaching time with Val? Here’s how:
One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Coaching Session Awards (value $125).
Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn your sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 6 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.
Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I have been meditating each day for about 10 – 20 minutes. I’ve done quiet time meditation where I just allowed myself to relax, breathe and “be”. Nemo and Darwin joined me as well. I found it helped shape my day very nicely.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I communicated with Nemo and feel our connection is continuing to strengthen. He shared with me something very interesting. He told me that a 16 year old girl named Leslie was sad and crying and that she was “in the ocean”. He wanted to send her love. We did and he then said, that it was done and it felt like she may have died? It’s not uncommon for me to have animals reach out for help when passing into spirit. This was the first time Nemo advised me of a human that he was connected with and wanted to help with love.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I would like to celebrate the meditation and connection with Nemo in helping Leslie. That has never happened to me before with Nemo. I am grateful.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I posted my question in the forum for this week’s call on the 11th. In reference to Nemo and our communication progress together.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did! It was with Darwin and he’s being very wise and knowledgable. He told me he was looking forward to his dinner one day. I was getting concerned as he wasn’t eating and he told me he was ready to eat. I’m so grateful for him and his teachings to us all. Today, we spent a lot of time in my office in the sun.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I did not play any intuition games this week. I do commit and plan on going through the steps in my Gold membership section that talk about these.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I am trying to be present as much as possible. Also watching my breath and working on being calm, grounded and focused most of the time.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I have 2 cats close to cross over. Tabbina and Silber have both stopped eating, but after I told both of them to let go, Tabbina decided last night to have dinner again. She is obviously not at peace with the idea to transition, in spite of being in a horrible condition.
On the more funny side: when it rains, my yard and my veranda are full of snails and slugs. When I go outside at night for feeding, it is dark and I can’t see them and therefore often step on one. A few days ago there was a snail in the middle of the veranda. I stopped and explained that this is a very dangerous place, because I was running forth and back and eventually I would step on her and kill her. I knew she was waiting for the kibble to come (the snails seem to like the dry food I leave outside for the ferals and strays), so I told her to move to the side and I would put some kibbles dow there for her. To my astonishment she started moving right away and waited at the border of my veranda for her portion. Took her quite a while to get there, though 🙂3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I can explain to my furry friends, why I am home every second day, but still have not more time for them.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Nothing new. Still fighting with the time constraints, which on the other hand is good, because I am still earning money.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
When his image was posted, I had a very quick check in with Darwin. He told me he loves to be in the sun and feel the warmth on his skin and the best is when his mom is sitting next to him in the sun. He is very relaxed and loves his life.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, I prefer to use and train my intuition in every day situations.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I am continuing Susann’s Immersion that ends tonight. It includes meditations in the live calls and the daily email audio messages. I have also done some Reiki and used meditation to try and stay in good energy during this time.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Once again I connected with Princess, my cat who is in spirit. I asked her if Missy and Roxy were OK and she assured me that they are. They don’t see much difference since I am home alone much of the time. Once again I asked Princess to reassure them if needed. She is here with us in spirit at least some of the time. I have not been successful communicating with Missy and Roxy.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I love it that any time I even think of Princess, I get “Yes Mom.” As Val told me early on, my relationship with her is different than for the other cats. She is my soul mate.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet. I must admit I was a bit surprised for the FAT to be a reptile. I’ve heard that bearded dragons are interesting pets.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, just not into playing games.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I’m focusing on conscious breathing, have a timer on my phone to remind me every 15 mins. My goal is to make this become “normal” for me. I’m also trying to remain mindful as I go through my days in everything I do.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I’m still focusing on Ginger, wondering if the Soul Support and the new supplement is helping her tummy issue. She has more energy than she did for a while, but she still moans when she’s laying down. I don’t know if this is because she’s having discomfort or just bored.
I also talked to a little salamander who lives under my splash guard just outside my front door. Up until today, (s)he scurried for safety any time I walked by. Today when I brought home groceries, (s)he stayed where (s)he was on top of the splash guard, sunning. Even though I made several trips in and out of the house, she changed position but never ran away. I have been telling her I mean her no harm. Maybe the sun just felt that good?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Nothing new.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, but I think Darwin is awesome!
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did briefly by connecting to Hawkeye by feeling his energy when I was anxious about something and he knew it and came into the bedroom to ease the anxiety and get me to slow down.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, with Serenity and Hawkeye. Serenity in a way that I knew for sure understood me when I told her something. I also did with a grey dove.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Actually being able to see that my cats really do try to help me be less anxious and do help me with that and also me being aware of it.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? There was one I thought of earlier today, but I forgot what it was. lol.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, he told me about himself. I posted for Marybeth to see the communication.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, the deck of cards game. For red or black I got 4 right out of 7. For the suit: I got 6 out of 10-first two right! For the face or no face: 14 right out of 18 and also one wrong but what was coming to me was right.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Another weird week of so so meditation morning and night and then I finally connected into a very deep peace this morning with no mind and no physical body. Such a relief to have this moment of deep connection to my soul.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected with Ta Da who became a friend of mine’s 4th pup because of a series of miracles. She was very busy with adjusting to her new pack so I only felt her energy. She was playing intensely with the other young pup, Cheddar, in the pack and even brought him a toy. I connected with Cheddar who is so loving and kind and happy to play but wanted alone time with mom. Buddy is the wise one about 5 years old and is happily accepting the new addition to the pack and Lady, the Queen is ready to keep order. Then the 26 year old resident horse requested private time and wanted “mom” to share her feelings… Wow!
I connected with a squirrel who actually stopped and listened which isn’t usual.
I can now visualize sit for Priscilla and she sits without me saying anything out loud!3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That I was able to connect one at a time with each of the members of this family/pack and give my friend a quick read on what was happening.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I didn’t delay this last time—but I often procrastinate before connecting in.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. On my list for tomorrow morning. I’ll post in the morning.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Not this week. I have been dealing with headaches and not very active.

Accountability questions 4th – 10th April 2020
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
**** Things have been gradually improving this week. I’ve been joining a Live each evening for chanting with a group of Buddhist monks who have a small temple and a retreat centre about two hours away. It’s very peaceful and settling and having the regular time each evening is great. Also some walking meditations.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
**** Yes I connected with a blue faced honey eater and she sent me a wave of incredible love. King snake also communicated with me briefly about the snake skin I found. “Little brother left that for you. It’s yours to keep” I feel like I’m starting to enter a different world.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
**** The above experiences were wonderful. Such a relief after the distress of the previous two weeks.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
**** Still feeling very raw and exhausted. I’m just not ready to open myself up to very much right now. But it’s steadily improving.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – I’ve been doing a lot of daily chanting. Also I did the spirit animals one and I did a silent guided meditation. I’m really enjoying the silent meditation more and more.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes – an unintentional exchange with Darwin and I got some things right – and I felt his love. Also I felt Vayu calling me – I tried to connect in with him again – it was very wispy – not as clear as last time, but I felt he was happy to not be ignored.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I’m starting to feel the unconditional love that is part of our world and the animals are helping me find this feeling.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I still need to practice a lot to get clearer – sometimes I fall asleep rather than connect…☹
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes – and I posted – and it was great!!!!! And I’m really looking forward to the Q&A call tomorrow. 😊
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver – no – but I’m getting there! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I didn’t do as well this week as in weeks past. I did do the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night every day. I did do Reiki meditation and self healing every day from 15 minutes each to 30 minutes. The guided meditations I did were mostly done in the morning. I tried some Brainwave Entrainment, Loving & Nurturing, Courage, Creativeness, and Peacefulness meditations. Mostly about 10 minutes each.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I always talk with Pollyanna, my pony, as well as the barn cats. I didn’t practice as much this past week.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I continue to work on myself to become more confident and work through my baggage so I can hear the animals. I purchased a book that Linda Tellington-Jones recommended on one of her FB short videos. It is called LOVE is Letting Go of FEAR, by Gerald Jampolsky,MD. I finished reading it now to apply his lessons to daily life.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I guess I felt a bit depressed this week. This virus thing is getting to me. I have to tell the defeated mind to get lost.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No. I hope to connect on our Coaching Q&A call Saturday.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Posting for Pam Ferarese who is having tech issues:
Did I meditate this week?
I have been doing a short meditation every morning before arising and every evening before retiring: shielding, grounding, praying and visualizing. Did my long meditation 45-75min 3 times this week, also been listening to some of Val’s meditations from classes that I put on my little voice recorder; I really like the ‘thinking meditation’ and used it prior to communicating with Sunada’s cat Rusty and it helped me to have a powerful talk.Did you communicate with an animal?
I spoke with Rusty again (I had an earlier conversation several weeks ago) at the request of Sunada. Rusty has many health challenges and the day before I talked he had convulsions and Sunada was scared. A beautiful time travel with him brought me to one year ago Feb where Rusty took on a lot of pain and hurt that she had at the time. An incident that ‘took her breath away’ . Come to find out from Sunada, that was the time she and her husband were having serious marital issues. Then we went bak in time to when he was three years old and ate tainted food and got real sick. I did healing and energtic erasing on both scenarios. In telling the experience to Sunada she told me when she was 3yrs old she almost died from eating too many over ripe persimmons and her got all folded up. Rusty is having gut issues. It was a powerful confirmation to me how time travel can take us to very interesting places for healing. I plan on writing my conversation down and share with the group today. My Challenges?
This past week I had computer problems, which apparently I am still having….which sent me reeling. I had a dark week and many old issues of control are coming up for healing.Have you talked with the FAT?
No, I am intending to talk with the cute Bearded Dragon before the start of class tomorrow.Anything to Celebrate?
I did not gloss over or discount my intuitive self with regards to what I was picking up in conversation with Rusty.Play Games: not this week.
