ACCOUNTABILITY POST TIME!
One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I did meditate. There were some days that I missed. One day, I chose to just watch the birds and breath in a mindful manner while massaging my neck, shoulders and head. I listened to Tibetan bowls and it was a very nice relaxing time. That was my best meditation I have had in a while, being able to sit quietly and enjoy the time for self.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a bird that kept stealing the bird food that was for the woodpecker. We arranged an agreement between my mother and he (he said his name was George) in that if my mom keeps putting food out on the grass for him and the other larger birds, would they agree to go there and allow the wood pecker to eat from their suet. He said that the woodpeckers were his friends. He also said yes and that he would let the other birds know as I asked what might be the best way to do that. It was pretty neat as my mom sees now how communication works and sees that it really does work! 🙂
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the choice to allow Darwin to just be and not try to fix things for him out of worry. I was wanting to help him so badly that I think his anxiety was mirroring mine and vice versa. So allowing him to move through what he needed to and me as well in addition to being there if he needed me to. This has worked out well and he’s been working things through as am I. I feel his love, he feels mine. xo
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I do not have any questions. I have a discovery of remembering to be present and allow with Darwin and trusting that he will let me know when/if he needs my help.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not yet however plan on doing so this weekend on Saturday! I can’t wait. He’s so precious!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I planned on playing the next game and it was with the deck of cards. I didn’t have any cars and now do. I plan on doing this as well this weekend and for the coming week’s accountability.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I meditate every day. Lately it has been in the mornings. I use my Insight Timer app for guided meditations. This week I did “Believe In Yourself”, Portal of Transformation and 21 Blessings of the Divine Feminine – 10-20 minutes. I also say the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra am & pm. I did Reiki meditations and self healing as well. At lease 30 minutes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with a horse named Striker at our horse barn. He was having a spell and the Vet was called out. I communicated with him and he told me that his job on the Earth plane was completed and he was ready to go to spirit. I gave him some Reiki and he just relaxed into it. He did end up being euthanized. The owner told me that she has a communication friend and she also said he was ready to pass and that there was a chestnut friend there to lead him to heaven. We knew it was his best buddy, Spanky and it made us all so very happy. I got tingles over my body when I learned this and knew it was correct.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I got some correct information from Striker.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have any questions this week. Just would love it if I got more details when I communicate.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I was waiting for our Coaching Q&A Call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, not this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continue my daily meditation on light and sound. Traveling this week so they were interrupted for a few days but now I have mostly unpacked and will re-start tonight.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Buddha is a long-haired orange cat who was waking his person up in the night—banging cupboards. I asked him what was going on and he told me that he was worried the outside scary animals would get in. That night his human dreamed of a protective lion watching over her! She didn’t realize that Buddha was acting as a protector.
2. Duke: police dog was on a swat call and wouldn’t go in and bite the bad guy. When I connected with him he told me everything was very confusing and the beeping from the fire alarm was terrifying. Turns out any kind of beeping noise terrifies him—even the coffee pot at home. So we went back in time to see what the cause was but I wasn’t able to receive it. So then we worked on if there is a beeping noise his human will acknowledge the fear and then do something he enjoys. Duke told me when his human is grounded and calm and sends pictures of what his human wants him to do it works better than words so they are going to train that way.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Working on more self care and nurturing of my body and soul.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? The discovery is the more grounded I am, the clearer the communication. I have a new way to ground by touching above my navel with right hand—3rd chakra and touching 6th chakra with left hand. It works very quickly.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. On my list. I will connect tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Not this week. I packed and cleaned my winter house, traveled and moved to my summer house—just now unpacked my cards and found my colored marbles.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I did briefly while standing towards my balcony listening to the birds singing/talking. Then Serenity came to say, “Hi,” and we moved a little to another area. I closed my eyes while meditating and imagined another of me as my friend being not worried and not anxious (I had been worrying and anxious today, but feel less so after meditating) and understanding me and telling me it’ll be okay. I also saw ripples of my worries rippling away when some kind of plant would close its leaves. I went from being really anxious to much less now.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I told them they don’t need to be anxious when I get anxious about me wearing a face mask and gloves. When I was doing laundry I told Serenity she didn’t need to get down from the couch-sometimes she gets down from the couch when I do chores. I think it’s partly from not liking the vacuum cleaner when I use it and also because she senses my anxious energy involving cleaning. Even though I was perhaps anxious or they might have thought I was anxious or that me putting on gloves and a mask for grocery shopping or perhaps it was gloves for when I did laundry, I told them I wanted them to be calm and relaxed or something along those lines and not anxious. I started talking with Prince, the FAT, too, but I’ll have to go back another time to talking with him as I didn’t have time to finish.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Being able to actually feel like I connected with my the souls of my cats and being able to really feel like they are souls in cat bodies.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new for either.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I started to but didn’t have time to finish. I hope to go back to talking with Prince over the weekend.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No, I did not have time.

1- yes, i meditate every day and I have been gardening which felt so good to be outside a lot, very balancing for me. Asanas and stretching too usually daily but I have been skipping some days lately.
2-started conversation with Prince FAT and posted and also with Sufi on a particular question i have. Why does he lie down on the cable box? I was having a hard time understanding for sure but suddenly when i let go of my stress and pressure and I went in the loft where he was, it got cleared and the answer was simple. He likes it because it feels good and he like the heat there.
Practicing time travel which I have a hard time with.
Practicing shape shifting, when I go for a walk with my cats or by myself I encounter deers and they are always around here so I was trying to shape shift into a deer, I don’t know if I was successful3-I am happy that i got clarity and was able to relax with my cat, ouff! So much doubt and resistance and pressure i put on myself.
4-would like more info and practice with shapeshifting and time travel.
5-yes and I will continue on saturday
6- card game, black or red, got more right then wrong but not a good record but felt the color black being stronger than the red color this is how i knew. -

Accountability questions May 3 to 8 2020
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
*** Yes every day. Chanting link up in the evenings for thirty minutes. Jack Kornfields meditations most nights prior to bed.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
*** Yes. Sunada asked for help with Rusty and I connected with him and his desperation to be with her at night. Mathilda came in with some assistance. Several interactions with Jasper. Also the family of magpies on the sports ground were sorting out a disagreement. They stopped and stood near the path as Jasper and I approached. I gave Jasper the firm command to leave them and he did. I greeted the leader and he said in a firm voice “We’re waiting for you to go past!” Righto, sorry guys. So funny.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
*** The communication with Rusty and subsequently being able to be able to make some useful suggestions to Sunada. That’s more like what I was experiencing prior to Covid194. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
***I’m releasing some intense old emotions and memories related to the DV situation I found myself in during the 90s and early 2000s. Mathilda has been there making pertinent observations. It’s very challenging and quite heartbreaking at times but I think the Animal Communication and other aspects of my life will come more easily once this is released.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
*** No, not yet. I look forward to communicating with Prince soon6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
*** No. just not in the space. xxxx -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Continued doing excercises for grounding and staying present and open most of the time. Also did 1 longer guided meditation and had a second session with Alicia for healing some cats.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Micky has a bad cold and is coughing badly. Now, I have to take him to the vet every day after work. As there is not much time left between work and the vet closing, I go to the window looking out to the kennel and call him. First he did not want to co e, when he saw the box in my hand. Then I told him we are trying to stop his cough and make him healthy again. He thought about it for a moment and then he came and went into the box. That has been working for 3 days now.
Simba has just moved to the kennel together with his sister Nala. The big group of cats scared them and they went hiding in a dark corner. After the cat healing session with Alicia, they finally started eating again and walking around to inspect the place, but yesterday Simba had disappeared. I went through the whole kennel a few times during the day and could not find him anywhere. He did not respond to my calls either. I was worried sick that he may have slipped out in the morning when I went out to feed the chicken. At feeding time he showed up as if he had been there all day long. When I asked where he had been he said napping. He confirmed, he heard me call, but did not bother to get up. I explained to him that I want to know where they are, because otherwise I am worried that something bad happened. This morning, I did not see him again. I called his name and immediately saw his head peeking out from a compartment in the cat tree.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I have managed to move the first 2 of 6 youngsters from my bathroom to the kennel (and one to the kitchen).
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Just wondering why some cats are overly scared when meeting new cats. Like the 6 youngsters, I have been trying to integrate them the soft way by leaving the window between bathroom and kennel open. But it did not work. As soon as one of the grown cats stuck the head in, the youngsters became invisible and only came out after I closed the window at night time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
When he was posted I only said a quick hello to him, but did not post anything yet. Waiting for our Q&A call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?**********yes – every day. Buddhist chanting as well as some short silent ones.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? .******** I practised with Darwin. I asked how he was and about his water – I haven’t heard back from Marybeth. So – I felt him communicating as soon as I looked at his picture – I hadn’t connected or anything. I don’t know if that was true or not. I also practiced with a shark in silent led meditation. I am learning that I need to develop my concentration length and strength.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.******It has become really clear to me that animal communication is very very important to me. And I finished going over the beginner’s course and went over lesson 1 of the advanced course. That’s as far as I got. All new material now. I’m looking forward to i.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?********I get worried about whether what I’m getting is real and then I get worried about whether I’m grounding properly etc. Too much brain activity!!!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.********I spoke to Darwin (last month’s FAT) and am really clear that he wants to keep chatting with people so I will keep checking in with him and I’m looking forward to the group communication tomorrow with Prince.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? ****** I tried telling truth and lies on the Beginner’s course with Val. I was battling with what I remembered but I did feel a slight different energy with a true one from a false one. I’ve finally got some marbles ready, in a bag, to keep practising with them. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been meditating off and on. I don’t time it. In addition to meditation at church – on FB Live these days – I sit quietly to calm myself. I have been going through lots of “stuff” this week so no long meditations.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I communicated with my cat Princess in Spirit as I always do. It seems she is further away somehow, the communication weaker of fainter. I sense she is getting ready to or is beginning her next adventure and it is not on planet earth. We discussed that.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I successfully connected to the new FAT twice.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Is Princess really leaving this area? Will I still be able to communicate with her?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes I did – twice.
Wednesday night late waiting to fall asleep I connected with Prince. it was just a soft of get acquainted communication. I told him it was late and I needed to sleep but would connect with him again the next day.
Last night again late I connected with him again. It was as if he was jumping up and down welcoming me. He said he had been waiting for me. I asked him if he knew what was going to happen on Saturday when lots of people would be communicating with him at the same time. I’ll post more on the forum for communication with the FAT.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No once again I did not even think about the games. I have been thinking about what this virus has to do with the creation of the New Earth. I’ve had some thoughts about the connection between the increase in vibration and the resulting illness.

o 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did 3 days of long morning meditation – Falun Gong stretches, standing pose meditation (4 poses), aura clearing, grounding/connecting heaven and earth; kryia breathing; TM. All this takes one to one & ½ hrs to complete. Also, I continue to listen to my Jonathon Goldman CD and with intention allowing this special Htz vibrational music to help me to be in a meditative space while doing mundane house stuff. I have been starting to really clean up clutter (esp. paper ) in my home and feeling my head space getting clearer and more relaxed. I continue to listen to a variety of guided meditations from Val and others.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?I spoke with Blue Sky a cat from back east. He is 18yrs old with many health issues. His mom gives him bi-wkly fluid injections to keep him hydrated, Chinese herbs, supplements and meds to address KI and thyroid challenges. His mom wanted me to talk with him about what his needs/desires are and to ask if he is in pain. What I have found through extended phone communications with human and 90min talk with Blue Sky, then more conversation with human afterwards, is that Blue Sky is and has been working diligently to try and heal his human from her heart wounding, anxiety, depression and now he is just plain tuckered out. The humans’s core issue is all around Loss. She is deathly afraid of losing his cat to death and feels she will not be able to cope without him in her life. I find I am in role of counselor to her as well as having extreme compassion for the cat who has played this role for years. In tuning into him, I see he is a wise Sage cat with a patience beyond extraordinary. He says his time is short and I feel he is in a ‘long exhale breath’ now in his life stage. He showed me and explained that his human’s head and heart are not congruent. He sits on her heart to not only gage what is happening but also attempting to re-calibrate her heart. He explains that her electrical line of energy from her head to her heart is all static and wobbly and he continues to try and smooth it out for her.
He told me, “ Please do not hold on to me for yourself, let go of me as a gift to me”. The session was long and I wrote 5 pages of notes which was then followed by a long conversation with client explaining all that I received from her cat.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I celebrate my willingness to be of service to not only the animal I am speaking with but also the human. I celebrate my strong, compassionate Heart.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am draining myself with trying so hard to heal others. I have had awareness’s of this throughout my whole massage career, but lately I see that if I don’t put up some strong sacred boundries I will collapse into a heap of rubble….and that does no good for no one!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tuned in for a few minutes this morning with Prince and see a real fiery soul residing in this little doggy, who at first sight I see as a teacher. I will, I intend it, to communicate today and post it before end of day today. I hope to get feedback from Vivian well before class tomorrow which I will use to deepen into my “questioning” while on the call with the group.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have been playing my favorite game which is ‘quick talking’ with animals I see in my day to day. I see the animal, quickly tune in with intention on learning what is it right now that the animal wants to say?, then I let my imagination play.
I pulled up in a parking space at the grocer recently and there in the car parked next to me were two dogs, one small white one in the front seat, and a medium black dog in the back seat. I focused on them – they were barking, barking, barking, saying their ‘Hi’s’, their ‘Who are you’s’, ‘Where’s our human’ I spoke telepathically to them showing them pictures of their human in the building gathering food, I sent calm loving energy from my heart to theirs and in no time the barking stopped and their demeanor changed from ‘scared, defensive, questioning, barking dogs’, to ‘curiously bright-eyed, quietly observing doggies’. It was so fun to see the change in them so quickly.
I was pulling some weeds from around my poppies when small, multicolored in browns, butterfly came atop one of them. She was directly in front of me. I leaned down close her her face and we were locked in for about 30 seconds. I sent her thoughts of how beautiful I thought she was and how grateful I was that she came to visit me so closely. I heard her say, “yes, I am a pretty one”, and off she flew away.
Another time I was out in the yard, I heard Raven gurgle loudly, though did not see him. I quickly sent out my love telepathically ad asked if he would come closer and show himself to me. I imagined him saying “not now , just passing through, have other important things to do now” then he gurgled again and I smiled.
Last one I want to share is what happened Thursday morning. I set my little clock timer for 7hrs of sleep (it is a Pampered Chef cook timer. I don’t like the loud sound of my traditional alarm clock) because I had a scheduled dental apt to be at at 8am. I set the intention to be alert to the alarm and not sleep through it, which I have done in the past. So the morning came….I awoke but was still in a far off dreamy place but I heard my voice silently say, ‘three, two one’ and poof the alarm sounded. I felt I was in a lucid dream which immediately moved into ordinary reality. I got a real chuckle out of this.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes breath mind awareness and insights and silent reveries. A little dance meditation. Energy healing meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Just now as I type I assured a squirrel who loudly came over to talk w me about her desire for safety and space of her own. I let her know I respect her space and mean no harm. Yesterday in the same spot (a little crossroads where I use my phone) a hummingbird flew up to my face and hovered around me for at least 20 full seconds and I wasn’t sure I’d she was going to actually touch my face w her beak. I don’t mind. We resonated mutual appreciation and harmony. I connected again w a lost cat named Tilly and I got a message that she is likely in spirit bc a hawk flew into my vision and flew into the light. I did not tell my friend/practice client this. I just shared image and let her interpret. Also had recurring images of eggs. Rebirth etc but still not decisive.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Saw an Orca whale tail out in the ocean and that feels delightful. Also humbling, as I will soon swim a little in ocean and these whales are giants!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Just discovery (or emphasis on an existing knowing) of my love of spiders. Their webs can be healing or poisoning.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Can’t wait!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Not really. Well once I tried to play a number game w a friend. He got mad, oddly. I said okay bye bye 😉
