One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did several meditations. I even did one together with my husband which was a compassionate body scan. Each meditation was from 10 – 20 minutes in length. On the days I missed meditations, was because I was with my mom helping her and lost track of time.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with some beautiful birds (specifically Robin and Sparrow) who shared with me this message: “”Sometimes change is painful. Thank goodness change is temporary. Some food for thought for humans.” What a perfect message for these times of change.I also communicated with Prince on the Saturday Q&A call and his love was so amazing. He’s definitely a teacher and I look forward to communicating with him again this week.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the gift of being able to communicate in this way. The gift of what animals give to us, the opportunity to receive their loving guidance and wisdom. This week, I would like to celebrate them! Thank you animals and sentient beings for your love.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I do not have any questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, he’s a sweetheart. I posted my message received from him on the FAT post in the forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played the intuition game with the deck of cards. I plan on doing it again. I was not as intuitive with this game. Out of 10, I intuited 3 correct and 7 incorrect.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I was only able to meditate twice this week because I am feeling overwhelmed with all the house details that need to come together, between financial paperwork and getting trenches dug and worrying about Katey I was overwhelmed.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke with Katey every day about the pain in her front hooves and the treatment that was communicated. She has front shoes with pads now and will probably always need this because her stone bruises were bad. She was beginning to get laminitis also. She’s much better on the left front but still sore on the right front with some improvement but I will continue to worry until she gets back to normal so I hope she continues to heal quickly.
After the class call when Katey showed Val her hoof in a bucket I knew that she wanted me to soak her feet but I was hesitant because in the past she was very uncooperative when I tried to soak her hoof to remove rocks in the past and she kicked the bucket over on me and got me wet when it was really cold outside.
I was shocked that this time she was very cooperative with putting her hoof in the bucket and kept it there.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I can let the animals know what to expect or what is happening.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered with Katey that if the animal asks for something like having her hoof soaked that they will be cooperative even though they weren’t in the past.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated on the class call and in the past I felt like there wasn’t enough time for me to quiet my mind and receive information but now I am able to get the same information that everyone received and I am so glad that I didn’t give up as I got past my blocks and limiting self beliefs. I quit putting pressure on myself and I was able to receive the information.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Not this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?********** yes – my daily Buddhist chanting every morning; some short ones led by Val on the recorded courses, and a long silent one. After a really long silent one where lots of emotion comes up, I find that I have low energy the following day. It’s ok – but wondering if that’s normal.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?******* I communicated with Prince/Bear twice: once on the Q&A and once later in the week. I posted on the forum but I learned more about going with a soft focus. Val talks about soft focus, and I was soft focusing my eyes, but Bear/Prince showed me how to soft focus my heart!
I also had a really cool moment with Elsa, my doggy. We just spontaneously played a game of me using my head to stop her seeing out the window going backwards and forwards – we’ve never done that before – and then I started laughing and I felt she was too and she licked my face. It was like we were proper equals rather than too much emotion from me. It was just lovely.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.***That I’m starting to feel that it’s ok to put AC higher on my agenda. I seem to have a lot of issues letting myself do stuff I want to! ARRGH! Working on it. But that’s how these virus times are really helping me – I’m starting to do stuff I want to do (very baby steps but nevertheless,,,)
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?***Always the question of Can I really do this? But the mega discovery was the Soft Heart Focus and really relaxing. I think I’ve been approaching it with some hardness which was the fear of not being able to do it and that made it harder.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.******* yes – I’m looking forward to feedback. But the amount of love that I received from that dog was just huge! I could get addicted to this warm loving feeling!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?**** yes – very proud – I had been avoiding this because I was convinced I couldn’t do them. So here goes: I did: red or green pen? Got 4/5 right. I did red or black card: got 11 right and 8 wrong. I did the marbles: got them all wrong. But I have decided to view this as the beginning of the learning curve. So I will continue. I’ve made it easier for myself by getting the props ready and at hand to just fit in whenever and I’m looking forward to getting better. Thank you again Val and Barb for everything. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Made frequent breaks throughout the day to quiet my mind. Mindful breathing and relaxation. That was very helpful, because my week was absolutely crazy.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had and still have a lot of issues with sick animals and explaining what was going g on and that we try to make the feel better again did help a lot. Pascal, one of my dogs, swallowed a tablet every night without fight, Burschi, a young stray, who had followed me indoors about 2 weeks ago, had an abscess, which had gotten infected before he came inside. When he was neutered, the vet also reopened it and cleaned it. But the following days, it kept bleeding strongly. Now he has to go every day for cleaning and disinfecting, which as per the vet is quite painful. He still comes voluntarily, when I call him, and he is very still and cooperative at the vets. Micky is under treatment for a heavy cough. He does not come anymore, when it is time to go, but at least he allows me to pick him up.
Tabbina is still fighting. The past 3 days she got much worse than she has ever been. Tonight, she can’t get back on her feet, and she does not manage to lift her head enough to reach the food. When I tried to support her head, she ate 1 bite, but then she got into a cramp and was highly aggressive. I hardly managed to get my hand out of the way before she bit me. I am begging her every day to let go and leave this broken body.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Discussing and exchange of viewpoint can speed up actions (in this case relocation of youngsters from my bathroom to the kennel).
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Not a new discovery, but an extreme case: male cats need way longer to lose their fear than females. I wanted to move a complete litter of 1 female and 3 males. The female and one male went out into the kennel, while the other 2 boys went hiding underneath my shower cabin. They came out only 3 days later. The female went investigating the next day, while her brother took 4 days before he walked around. And even then he startled as soon as there was any movement close to him. Tonight was actually the first time that he ate together with some of the other cats.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Only during our call
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I took a young boy to the vet, to check a swelling on his side. I told the vet, I think it is a hernia that needs surgery. The vet checked him and said it was a cyst. He kept him in to perform surgery the next day. When I picked him up at night, the vet looked a bit strange at me. I asked, if something was wrong and he let me know that the cat had in fact a hernia and quite a big one, so it was good I insisted to have him go into surgery.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I spent some time listening to a nature sounds meditation a couple times before bed. I have also enrolled in a Reiki class to update my training, and we have been doing meditations. I haven’t kept track of how many or the time.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This question continues to intimidate me the way it’s worded now, because I still am not receiving any messages back on a regular basis. I continue to watch my dog, Ginger, to see if her condition continues to improve. Thank you for the confirmation on the call on Saturday, Val. Her moaning has all but stopped, and I think she’s doing a lot better. You mentioned a “fullness” in one of her chakra areas, and I have been noticing a lump that seems to disappear and then reappears. Maybe that’s what you’re sensing? I have her on CBD on a daily basis, and have started doing Reiki treatments on that area.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Haven’t had time, but he’s adorable!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I might have. I”m not totally sure. Maybe I started to and got distracted. I know one time Hawkeye distracted me when I was meditating.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I don’t remember exactly. I made a note of the communications, but didn’t find them. I also did with Prince during the Q & A Call and Vivian confirmed what I got. It seems as though I did with another animal, but I don’t remember who right now or what was said in the conversation. I am very sorry for not remembering- I have been very busy.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Being able to feel what it’s like to be Serenity when I become one with her and tune into her energy even if I’m not becoming one with her 🙂
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions that I can think of right now. Discoveries- how I am reminded of feeling like I did when I was a child when I become one with Serenity:-)
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did during the Q & A Call and Vivian confirmed what I said, except for one two-part thing that she confirmed later.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Not this week-been so busy!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? In addition to various times of sitting quietly I enjoyed Val’s meditation during the Q&A call, meditation during our FT church service on Sunday and a powerful meditation on a call about Animal Reiki with Kathleen Prasad.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Once again I communicated with my cat Princess in spirit. I was delighted when Val validated that he is in fact beginning her next adventure and assured me that I can still communicated with her. I asked about her next adventure and she said she could not share information about it with me yet.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I had such a powerful connection with the FAT before the call and again on the call.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? The realization that I can continue to communicate with Princess as she goes on her next adventure not on this planet.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, twice before the call and briefly during the call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did not find a way to grow my intuition this week other than my communication with the FAT.

Accountability questions May 9 to 15 2020
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
*** Yes. Joined for Buddhist chanting every evening for thirty minutes. Loving kindness meditations about three times. Meditation on setting intention for the unfolding situation2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
*** Not a lot this week. Been very occupied with supporting a girlfriend through a DV situation. Having to do this long distance. Finding resources for her. Keeping her on track, ensuring safety etc. That’s been massive. Also planning for the steps I’m going to take to resume facets of my work given the slight easing of restrictions.
Did have a brief communication with Prince.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
*** Whilst there hasn’t really been much activity I do have a sense of things starting to ease and settle out a bit which is great.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
*** Needing to accept that everything, just everything, right now seems to take more time and requires more energy to complete. A simple trip to the supermarket feels like a major expedition leaving me wrung out. Part of that is having to spend every moment on high alert avoiding physical proximity to people.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
*** Yes. Brief communication with Prince. Very lovely. Will be posting my results.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
*** No. Still not interested or motivated at all at present.xxx

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra am & pm. Reiki meditation and self healing 30 min daily, guided meditations of about 10-20 minutes every morning and some evenings using my Insight Timer app. The meditations I’ve been doing this week are Believe In Yourself, Portal of Transformation, I Am Authentic-Healing Perfectionism, and Gratitude Meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with this month’s FAT, Prince, both on the call and once during the week. Besides his general personality, he gave me a message that “I can do it” and that he loves Vivian. The next interaction, I asked him if they were still away and he said “No, back home”. I learned to trust the impressions I get. I really am getting more information than I previously thought. I used to think I was making stuff up.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I really am getting information. Yay!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions at this time. Discoveries – I am getting more information and impressions than I previously thought.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I spoke with Prince on our Coaching Q&A Call and another time during the week. I posted the information I received in the forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played with the deck of cards once this week. I did really good! I got 33 correct and 21 wrong. I was just intuiting the color, black or red.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Moved this week from Colorado to summer home in Wisconsin’s north woods but did my best to meditate about 15-20 minutes morning and night on light and sound and stillness within.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
—Henry the horse, a previous client, came to me to let me know the trailer experience did not go so well. He told me it was terrible because they didn’t show him the trailer was safe before he went in. I didn’t know whether to let his people know this and in the end I did—no response from them… Now, I need to let it go.—The same human’s Chihuahua, a barking fearful pup named Finn, that I helped to relax in a previous session also told me he wanted a safe place in their home. I passed it on because both animals were quite insistent. Usually I acknowledge these kind of communications with the animals but do not pass them on because their people did not ask me to continue.
—Buddha, a heavy orange tabby cat, is insisting on climbing up on his mom’s fabric hoop house which is housing tender spring plants until it’s warm enough for them outside. He says he likes new things and he can feel safe and it’s a better look out around the yard than from the ground!
—On a walk, some geese told me when I asked what are they eating, they said the worms are not out yet but we are eating little seeds.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Animals tell me things when I least expect it!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? When I receive a spontaneous communication should I follow up with the humans? Here is the answer!!:?Acknowledge that I did not totally close off the previous communication, thank the animal, and make sure I do a better job with having closure and a goodbye. Let the animal know that his human needs to contact me for any more communications.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Connected on the call and posted it as well. I learned to trust those first impressions even though what I received seemed crazy to me, it made deep sense to someone else.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time this week but looking forward to getting back to a routine. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did my long meditation program (90min) 3X’s this week, and everyday taking a few minutes to ground, center, and calm. I listed to a paraliminal cd on soft focusing and have been practicing this more through the week.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had a special interaction with Izzy the other night; it was later in the evening and I was getting ready to ready for bed but saw her looking at me and her eyes told me she needed some special time with me. So we went into the living room, I got on the floor and silently told her how much I love and respect her and to forgive me for not making more time to play with and have more one on one moments with her. She came over for a love nudge and then we played for about 30 min and all the while I could feel her gratefulness for this attention before bed.
I have been focusing much on my young pine tree in my front yard. She is growing so well and her fresh new growth is so pleasing – I open my heart and send waves of gratefulness to her.
I found a bee sitting on my welcome mat one morning; I bent down and asked, “what’s up little dude, you ok”? No response I got a piece of paper and scooped her onto it, I felt worried and so I did a wee bee bit of energywork and took her to one of my potted plants and left her on the paper, under the shelter of the plant (because it was beginning to rain). I got the sense that one of her legs was not right and she was in a kind of self meditative healing space. I thanked her for showing herself to me. Later in the morning I went to check on her and found she had flown away.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I am honoring myself with being more present in every moment, even when there is much going on in my ‘outer world’; I am maintaining my awareness of being more awake and aware ….of myself and my animals, my surroundings. I feel I am, the I Am, is more present and visible .4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
As I noted above……I am seeing the God/the Infinite One in everything and as I look at a particular thing, like one of my huge orange poppies right this moment ,I see God and I see MySelf simultaneously. I am discovering that the more I expand my awareness into each present moment, the lines of form (physical constructs) soften and blend together into One consciousness; like the idea of the hologram with every fragment projected contains the whole.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I just did the tune in on Saturday’s Call. I have been focused much this week on my exploration of a new bio energetic wearable device that just launched in America. I am giddy with excitement at the possibilities for more self-healing on all levels (physical, mental, emotional, energetically) for myself and animals; I am, through my active imagination, truly seeing a blossoming of dramatic expansion of my inner healer, as well as growth in my Animal Communication healing & supporting abilities..
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
My usual quick talks: I was driving the other day and tuned in to two dogs being walked by their humans. It was drizzly chilly out (both dogs were a strong medium size and
quite the furry kind), as I slowly approached I glimpsed their bright, happy aura’s and when I was really close I heard with my feeling sense the one blond dog saying “I am delighted to be out this fine cool day with my buddies, I am feeling refreshed and alive. I am happy and at peace”. All this in a flash pass-by. …..this is the magic of being IN TUNE, IN EVERY SINGLE PRECIOUS LITTLE MOMENT.I have been finding a lot of black bugs that I call ‘my mini scarab’ bugs crawling around in my house; most often I see them on their backs with their little legs moving frantically trying to roll themselves over. I always help them by scooping them up and taking them outside. When I tune into them as a ‘whole’ I get that 1)they like the energy of me and my home, 2) they are reminding me of my soul connection to Ancient Egypt. Too, I think they are nudging me to be even more focused on my dream world and be more active with doing sleep incubation. I really like my ‘mini scarab’ friends.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1- yes, as always 2x per day, plus some focusing body awareness, I have been very sick with digestive issue and a cellulitis this week. doing much better now but on antibiotic until sunday.
2-I was able to connect with Prince, FAT and I asked him to help me with a friend’s horse, Aero, who is not well, he came with me to greed him and we did healing together, it was about past life fear to my very surprise, I could see how Prince does his healing. then I was able to get to the present physical illness, I will describe in the forum when I talk to Vivian about Prince.
3-I am proud that I was able to let aside my own discomfort and be able to communicate and connect with those 2 animals.
4-it was the first time that I thought to ask an animal to come and help me with another animal to boost my confidence and see what he can do to help. it was fun and amazing how quickly Prince said yes, lets go.
5- yes, I will post
6- not feeling well enough to do much more -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes and going to start doing more focused meditations as part of my refocus on dreamwork which I’ve always loved. This will boost my animal communication skills I just know it. Duh!2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I worked w molly a sick dog and I brought her into a healing space w me (in my mind) and I got really great feedback. She regained strength in a totally unexpected way. I’m going to check in w her to see her current status. Xo3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Coming into a new level of my healing journey, personally and professionally, just budding. And I know animals are a part of this! They must be!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have a new way of interacting with the multidimensional fields and I believe this will have an impact on my telepathic communication w animals and definetly in my healing work w animals!5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Tonight!6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Just playing card oracles that I will intuitively guess which one I’m pulling.
