One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes I meditate everyday.
I communicated with Charlie (a cat) to help him accept 2 new kittens in his life.
Today I gained a deeper understanding of why my dogs bark when we are outside. Normally I have like a ‘radar’ for children and will call out and tell the girls if there is a child coming into view, today I was meditating instead of paying attention and both my girls barked at a small child (minding it”s own business). They knew I was not being vigilant so they took on the role of warning me of this scary thing (the child).
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
This week I discovered a deeper understanding of the role the girls play in my life. I have two dogs, totally different characters… one is a mini me and the other is in fact the me that could be if I just dared.5.
I connected last week with Buddy and had a quick conversation because he was sleepy (there is a time zone difference that I need to take into consideration). I just got that he had an itchy beard and that he was a very loving, kind hearted little soul. I hadn’t finished the art of the conversation so I didn’t really ask many questions. Lately I have had a HUGE amount of work to do so I have really concentrated on the courses, I now need to dare to try communicating on a regular basis.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I play the marble game. I have the marbles in my pocket as I walk the dogs. At first it was very hit and miss, some days it still is, some days I really get it, so feeling good about that.

I worked with an wild animal… I don’t know the name in English. She was rase at people hand and when she needed now to be at an wild animals shelter it is very hard for her. So I did some talking with her to hear what is her point of view and explained her why she is there I what the options for her. I learned how important it is for them the explanation of why things are happen

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did the “I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you” most days in a meditative mantra. I also listened to a parts meditation focusing on the parts that wanted to let me know something and to give each part compassion. I also was at the lake and felt an ease with being able to zone out into something quite deep. It only lasted a second or so (that’s what it felt like) and was amazing. I also was a part of two sunsets one night after the other and it was healing and mediative very beautiful!
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Sadie’s mom (who I communicated with last week) reached out asking me to help and see if Sadie would talk with me about why she wasn’t eating. Sadie told me she wasn’t hungry ever since she ate something a few days prior. She said her stomach felt swollen and distended and it was from her stomach down to her anus area. She showed me a sausage (the word sausage) came through and also beef and pork. But beef was most strong. When I shared this with her human, she told me that she had eaten some food that comes in a sausage shape, had beef in it as well as turkey and tripe. Having this information helped Sadie’s human with helping her. Two days later, Sadie is now eating again.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate and continue celebrating that I do trust my messages received when it comes to simpler things (what do you like, what don’t you like?) as I was used to receiving more soul deep messages and there was never really a way to “prove” one way or the other. With the simpler things such as the sausage and beef message from Sadie helped me realize I can do this!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How does it work when working with an animal who’s human has asked if they are ready to die? How do I know I’m accurate and how can this be done in the best way?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet, am looking forward to doing so with Elsa on Saturday on the Q&A call. I did communicate with Buddy and am grateful for the experience this past month. He helped me very much with learning to ask more questions such as “what is your favourite toy, food, where do you sleep?” etc.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I continued talking to every animal I met. Including insects as well. A black winged grasshopper told me that me being by the water has helped increase my ability in doing this work. He also said that water is something that is a helpful tool for me. On my drive home from my mom’s (3 hr drive), I passed some horses who yelled out “hello” to me! It was really cool! Other animals, I haven’t heard things or not right away. This experience is really interesting and I will continue to do it. 🙂

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Few short sessions for keeping present and focused.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I am working with Mowgli, a young male cat, since a couple of months. He is with me since he and his litter mates were very young kittens. Someone had dumped them in a cardboard box in front of my door. As long as they were living in my bathroom, he was very affectionate and trusting. Then I thought about rehoming him to a great family, who had just lost the oldest of their five cats and were looking for another cat. From this day on, he completely lost his trust and was scared of everything and everybody. He first was hiding behind my shower cabin, then, after I closed the bathroom door, in a corner of my bedroom. Now I coaxed him and his brother into the kitchen, where he is hiding behind the door. I told him that I understand and will not send him to another place to live with new people, but he will have to get used to the other cats. We are making tiny little baby steps. He is ok around the 3 kittens, who were already living in the kitchen and are now starting to investigate the kennel. A few days ago, he started to come out of his hiding place while I was around. It will be still a long way to go before he will get close or allow me to touch him again and even longer before he can go out in the kennel.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
After months of not catching a glimpse of Mowgli, I celebrate seeing his face again.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am always astonished how different even litter mates are. 2 of Mowgli’s litter mates are already living in the kennel since months, the third one is not very keen on meeting more cats, but is not hiding any longer, while Mowgli is completely freaking out.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No. I am more than busy with my day job and the problems with my own furkids.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games.2/12

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I DO SHORT MEDITATIONS DAILY TO RELAX MY NERVOUS SYSTEM, ESPECIALLY NOW SINCE ZORRO KITTIE WENT MISSSING 15 MINUTES AWAY WHERE I HAD TAKEN MY CATS TO ESCAPE THE INCOMIMG FORECASTED HURRICANE.2. I LOOKED AT MANY OF THEM BUT HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED WHAT I FEEL IS STRONG ENOUGH TO LIST. ILL TRY AGAIN.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
IT COULD BE A HUGE CELEBRATION JUST HAVING A HALF HOUR EACH DAY TO FOCUS ON THIS BEGINNING COIRSE – A LIFELONG DREAM.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
HOW DOES A BEGINNING STUDENT WHO IS IN MORE PAIN THAN EVER DUE TO A LOST PET, RECEIVE INSIGHTS AS TO MORE EXACTLY WHERE HE IS? IT IS MOST CHALLENGING TO FEEL AN ANIMAL WHEN FEELING MOSTLY EMOTIONAL PAIN. I AM TRUSTING THE UNIVESES/GODS PLAN MORE AND MORE FOR THATS WHOS IN CHARGE.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
AS BESTBAS I COULD I FELT INTO ELSA. ALL I FELT WAS A MELLOW, YET STRONG BEING WHO IS BERY TOLERANT. SHE ALSO GELT LIKE AN OLD SOUL.
I SEE THE NOTE THAT SAYS POST WHAT WE GOT IN THE DISCUSSION. ILL GO FIND THAT NOW.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I AM QUITE CONSUMED WITH FINDING ZORRO BUT I WILL GO FIND THE INTUITION GAME ALSO. THIS IS SO NEW I HAVE TO ADNMITT IT SEEMS LIKE A MAZE TO ME RIGHT NOW. YET AT THE SAME TIME I AM AMAZED (PUN) AT THE WORK PUT iNTO CREATING THIS WEBSITE. THE MAZE IS LIKE AN AMUSEMENT PARK. AT FIRST, WOW, WHERE DO I GO FIRST FOR BEST RESULTS. 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I did. One time when I meditated-not sure how long exactly, for a few seconds I was able to just be and could feel it in my brain.
Another time when I meditated I sensed an Angel’s halo over my head. A psychic I am training with told me that the halo is symbolic and that it’s my crown chakra opening up and that I’m on the right path with strengthening my psychic abilities. I am not sure how long this was for.
Another time when I meditated I saw my crown and third eye chakras opening up and then saw what was like what I’m guessing is star dust. I am not sure how long this was for either.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I told them that I was sorry that a man scared them this morning when he whipped his dog’s leash on the driveway when he was frustrated or irritated with his dog 🙁
Also, Serenity communicated with me when I was sitting in the bedroom and she told me how she views me. She sent this as a feeling. I felt like I was in general (not at the actual time) breastfeeding her. She was telling me she views me as her mommy.
There were other times when I communicated with Hawkeye and Serenity, but I don’t remember what exactly was said or what happened.I also communicated with fruit flies telling them I wouldn’t be long where I needed the towel. They like the moisture from my bathroom hand towel after I’ve used it.
I also communicated with three cats named Nushi, Sniff, and Peach. They haven’t been getting along very well recently sometimes and Nushi has been meowing a lot like she’s hungry a lot. I connected with them and found out why they’re sometimes being mean to each other and found out that Nushi is having a bit of constipation due to needing more fiber and a bit more moisture.I also connected with a dog named “Red” who was on the euthanasia list and an animal shelter. He was labeled as being aggressive or something of the sort and people were afraid of him. I connected with him offering him suggestions of how he could behave to where people wouldn’t be afraid of him and suggested that growling isn’t a good idea unless needed. I found out that he had been rescued!
I also connected with a black and white cat to find out if she had a name or had any names she’d like to have. I found out her favorite name she’d like to have and lots of other choices she’d like.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. The communication I received from Serenity about how she views me and the fact that my empath abilities are opening more 🙂
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. Elsa told me about liking treat and did some tricks she can do. I also did some Healing Goo for her and gave her a massage. I posted about the connection for Rosemary to see it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I guessed my friend’s car when I heard it driving up or down the parking garage ramp (driveway) and I was right. I don’t think this was intuition though-I think this was me knowing the sound of his car.
I, however, guessed without trying to that a dog was female and was right!
I was thinking about my friend or something involving him and a few minutes later or less than that he was driving up the driveway. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every night but tonight, as it’s already way past my bedtime as I’m posting this. Sticking with my new meditation music that totally relaxes me for 20-30 minutes each time.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I posted a picture of a kitty that showed up where I work last week in the Q&A for the Aug 8 call. I have tried to get all I can from her, I get some impressions, some thoughts, but not sure if they’re correct, from her, or my mind making them up. Hope Val gets to my question on Saturday!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I will celebrate if at least some of my impressions from the new kitty are correct.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Won’t know until after the call on Saturday.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Haven’t had time. I just seem to keep getting further and further behind.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games, trying to allow my intuition tell me what the new kitty wants/needs.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes but not very much this past week. Very busy week with responsibilities at the horse barn but also had company for 5 days. The ones I did were guided meditations and are Remember Who I AM: A Bedtime Reassurance of Divine Love 11 min and 21 Blessings from the Divine Feminine 9 min. I did recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra daily and did Reiki meditation and self healing but not for very long.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with many animals this week but had such a busy mind I didn’t get much from them. I talked with my pony Pollyanna, a horse we are working on healing named Joey, the hummingbirds that are coming to my feeder and the barn cats. Yesterday I pet one of the barn cats and had such a funny feeling when I saw him as I was leaving the farm yesterday. He seemed to be saying goodbye to me??? This morning when I arrived at the farm to bring horses in, I saw him dead in the road. It made me so sad that he wanted to leave this world.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am celebrating that even if I don’t get clear messages, I am getting impressions or feelings of something which could be significant like what happened to the barn cat.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions come to mind.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I did not. I hope to get something when we talk with our new FAT on the call Saturday.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, not this week. I was so crazy busy.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated on four mornings this week for about 8-10 min each time. I sat in quiet meditation and also used my angel cards.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Unfortunately I didn’t intentionally communicate with any animals this week. I had a very chaotic week and my animal communication got pushed to the side.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I continue to connect with my dog Sadie at home every day and make more of an effort to be present around her to receive her communications.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I didn’t this week and I definitely will during the upcoming week. Unfortunately I won’t be able to be on the live call on Saturday because I’m working. Why is this week so chaotic??
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I didn’t this week. I will set aside some time this weekend to practice.

I have meditated several times. Susann’s monthly call for her group includes as always a powerful “Journey” which is a wonderful guided meditation. I have used the Reiki meditation a few times. I have not meditated as much as I want to. Seems difficult to quiet myself enough to do so.
I have tried to connect with several animals, but none very successful. I tried to explain to Roxy why he must not eat Missy’s food because it makes his tummy sick. He is doing better but if I don’t watch him he will sneak it. I have connected with Princess in Spirit a few times. She has moved away from Earth and is in what I can only describe as light body – not as physical as here. My human brain cannot really understand it. We used to communicate to easily but now it is not as good.
I was watching a rerun of Pit Bulls and Parolees where they were training a deaf dog using sign language. They seemed to apologize for saying the good girl etc encouraging words not realizing that the dog might not hear it but did get it by reading the images on their minds. My thought was that AC would be so helpful in training deaf animals.I remembered the first time I ever communicated with an animal telepathically. This was many years ago when I was living in Canada. I went over to a friend’s house and she was running late and not home yet. Her son let me in and left me to wait for her. I knew she had cats and did not see any so called here Kitty Kitty mentally. A big yellow cat came down from some high spot where I had not seen him. He came to me and I was loving him when she got home.
She was totally amazed. She said he was totally deaf and had not come to anyone in ages.
I wish I could tell Tia and the others who do that wonderful work with those dogs that learning AC would not only help with a deaf animal but would let them get the dogs’ stories.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
See comments above about using AC with deaf animals.
Not yet – I plan to meet the new FAT on the call tomorrow unless I decide to connect with him (or her – don’t remember) before the call.
Nothing here. I plan to review the intuition classes I took with Susann. I have the recordings and can repeat those classes.

1Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I’ve been doing a lot. It’s been stirring my emotions up – but in a way that’s the point. It definitely makes me happier if more sensitive – and that can make things difficult but I am definitely more me.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I was trying to casually say hello to a bird – it never works usually – but this time I was able to quickly get to the point of feeling his breath and feeling my breath – I call it breathing together. He was a young robin. He stayed on the branch and looked at me, not moving even when things stirred or I moved. I think this is the way in for me – the shared breath. Then I started to think about the way we share breath or air – and it moved me to think that we could share the essence of life. Since then I’ve been trying to practice with the wild animals around – the flies especially. I’ve been enjoying their music, watching them dance, enjoying them tickle my arms. I’ve been feeling so fortunate to be able to have them around. And I advised a spider to move house before she was spotted by anyone else. Unsuccessful but I’m going to try again sharing the breath.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
So the massive celebration is that my gorgeous Elsa is the FAT! I never thought that would happen. I’m feeling so honoured and grateful aAnd I’m a little blown away – but already it has changed things for me. See the next question.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
So Martha communicated with Elsa and immediately picked up on her comments about humans needing to change to save our planet. It’s amazing. For the past six months I’ve been doing healing meditations for the earth – always inviting Elsa to join but just thinking she wasn’t interested. Now I’m beginning to suspect that 1) she holds the space for me every time I do it. And 2) It was she who brought this awareness to me and got me to engage with this. I’m wondering if this is our purpose together. Again – I’m completely blown away. Thank you Val, Thank you Barb, Thank you Martha, Thank you Elsa.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – Elsa has been showing me that her back hurts near her tail bone. I thought I was imagining it but Martha got that too. I revised the Advanced Lesson 2 and sent healing goo. I’m not sure it worked. In that lesson, Val said if it doesn’t work then it’s something deeper. I asked about it – in the spirit of enquiry – and it seemed to me that she may be holding something for me – I have arthritis in my hips. When I enquired about that the answer I got was A Lack of Trust – that’s true about me. I struggle to trust life and the process. So I’m going to work on that. I will also continue to send healing goo. I’m still trying to get a referral for acupuncture and am waiting xray results f

I haven’t this week but I am beginning to think that I’m picking stuff up all over the place but I assume it’s rubbish. I’m going to focus on looking at it all in a more orderly manner. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every morning for about 10 or 15 min, and I also have been doing grounding meditations while earthing. My flute playing is very meditative for me as well. Overall my mind space has been in turmoil due to financial scares.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been trying to talk to a kitty that Patty found at her workplace; I got that she was at one point in a home but wandered off and kept going. Because she has been with humans she has social abilities. Patty feels kitty came into her awareness for a reason and I sensed it has to do with kitty being a ‘wandering’ spirit and this touches Patty on a deep level…like she envy’s her in a way…not ties to anyone or thing, just living and experiencing where her soul takes her. This kitty who told me she is named Shakti could teach Patty much about “total acceptance of what Is” and to relax more into her life flow. At the present Shakti is confined to Patty’s bathroom while they both figure out what to do next. I am present to aid in any way I can.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am in process of writing what I want to say to people on a website that I really, really, really need to make and post for the world to see what it is I have to offer by way of my healing and animal communication work.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have challenges with communication when both human and animal are in emotional turmoil…..the messages I get are convoluted.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tuned into doggy a bit this morning, will get in deeper today and post. I would like to have a conversation today so that in class tomorrow I will have mom on the phone to help to validate things for me.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, I was bad girl and did not play.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, although I had guests staying with me so was a little sporadic. I did only about 15 minutes every evening focusing on being centered, grounded and letting light Surround me
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

2. Flanders, horse, encouraged his human to trust what she is getting from him.
3. Snickers, cockapoo puppy, wanted TTOUCHES everywhere. I felt her health is not great but did not say anything to her person.3. 1- meditate: yes, basically 2X per day, plus abundance meditation, listening to different spiritual leaders before I go to bed.
2- Practice: I tried to communicate in person with Domino and Chip, 2 of the horses I help with at therapeutic riding. I was in charge of leading the horses this week for some individual lessons. It seems like Domino was quite tired. I could not really go into a conversation with him, except that he let me stroke his forehead because I saw him rubbing it on the wall and I said do you have a headache again, he went up and down with his head as a yes… I don’t know why I doubt that he was answering my question and being quite obvious about it, it surprised me, he has done that to me before, feels like he is really trying to help me. I left my hand there and said maybe i can help. he usually does not like to be touch in the face. I went through some emotional stuff while I was there and my back was hurting so much. Did some healing about this with Val. thank you.
3- Celebrate: I am moving forward and I am reconnecting with my heart which will reconnect me with the animals.
4- questions: was answered this morning by Val.
5- FAT: not yet
6- intuitive game: no -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did a lions gate womb healing webinar plus lots of sitting meditation with Breathwork interwoven into my meditation. While coffee-ing and watching cars go by.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Maple a goldendoodle. I connected with her again and experienced potent healing work and interesting conversation about jumping and pulling on leash, as well as, many other topics, including how she would like to approach life as a therapy dog. If she would even like that? And she is a yes. Her person has already witnessed more calm in Maple since we have been working together and I just sent her a supplement to our first communication and looking forward to hearing back.
