One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
As usual some short sessions for presence and focus spread over the days.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Still trying to get closer to a kitten, who had squeezed through the fencing around the kennel. She is not hiding any more when I come close to the kennel. But her tolerance border is still way out of reach.
Making a tiny little bit of progress with Mowgli as well. Sometimes he comes now out of his hiding place while I am in the room. Last nigh he even jumped up on the chair next to me, but when I stretched out my hand he ran.
One of the feral kittens has an eye infection, which looks quite bad, but she won’t let me come close and touch her. She is slowly getting more relaxed when I am around, but I need to touch her to treat her eye and I need to do this soon or she might lose the eye.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I keep trying in spite of the present constraints and low results.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am struggling to connect because of lack of time and consequently lack of patience.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Did not manage

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have meditated however not on a daily basis. Yesterday, I also went hiking into this beautiful and healing land near my mother’s house. It was magical. The stream of water sound, the silence of the still trees. The presence of nature, was so magnificent!
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated another time with a beautiful greyhound who was having some health issues. We found that when she first brought me to a feeling of dizziness in her head, we identified that this is also what her human mom experiences and that she was taking this on for her mom. We let her know that although she is wanting to help her mom, she can help her best by allowing mom to own this and work it through. As she still wanted to help in some way, we came up with something she was happy to do and that was to put her head against mom’s leg when she knew that mom was experiencing this. Mom would then thank her and own the dizziness so she (mom) could do what she needed to help herself. She also shared about the health things she has been experiencing. Mom took her to the vet for some bloodwork and we are waiting on the results.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the animals and their guidance. When you allow them to share, they really are wonderful at doing so. Thank you to all the animals for your many blessings. I celebrate YOU!! xo
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have any questions this week. I’ve discovered that animals know things. For example, my mom received a notice that they were going to cut 97 trees down near her home. This space was a space for wildlife and I became concerned. I went to the space and asked if there was an animal that could hear me and be able to speak on behalf of that space. A lone dove (the one that comes to my mom’s house often), came and said he was there. I let him know of the upcoming tree removal. He said he knew and that they were all preparing and were aware of this. I asked if there was any animals that weren’t aware and he said they were working together in ensuring all were prepared. I was humbled as my human brain kept thinking “what about the animals?”. They already knew and were “on it!”.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did. Elsa shared with me about some discomfort she has been feeling in her back legs and where the pain starts from. She also is a wonderful teacher. She loves the earth and feels a “gentle massage” when she puts her back legs upon it. I documented my discussion to Rosemary on the proper forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play the game directly but have been keeping open to talking to every animal I meet. The birds here are quite communicative. When we become open to hear their messages, they show up! And I LOVE it! 🙂

Yes. Several group meditations including Val’s Masterclass and my online church service. I have also practiced being quiet and connecting.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Princess, my cat who is now in spirit. We discussed when we might be together again either during my incarnation here where I am in multiple realities or later. Princess said I had a decision point coming where I would be able to decide if I was complete here or if I wanted to continue in a very different reality.
I am generally feeling better and more optimistic about the future. This is not directly related to AC but helps me to connect if I’m not down in the dumps.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions that I recall.
Not this week – initial connection during Q&A call.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Once again nothing in particular related to growing intuition. My intuition is not as good now as it was in the past and I need to figure out how to improve it. I did not do anything in particular to develop it previously, it just happened.
That’s it!!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I had a crazy week and although I sat for meditation, I wasn’t as connected as usual.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Rose, puppy who lost the use of her back legs. I asked my guides to send her a healing. Waiting for vet results.
2. Herk, Minnie Australian Shepherd. Is aggressive towards visitors. We had a long conversation and looked for a different job instead of protector. He agreed to sit quietly to greet visitors. He also could be the watcher of the forest.
3. Izzy, checked why she was aggressive to other dogs when walking with Herk. She was trying to help him. Also did a body scan and found stiffness in back hips and suggested some TTouches her human could use.
4. Connected with Duke, Belgian Malinois, with Val. I felt like I was experiencing everything that Duke was.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I did a live call today! It was scary and although I had an outline of questions to ask, I went with my gut instead. I analyzed the call afterwards and the call could have been better but I’m proud of myself for going for it.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have wondered how Val knew to shield us before going back to see what experience Duke’s PTSD was stemming from. We really needed protection and I would not have known to shield myself.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I have not had time to connect this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I get really discouraged with the games so avoided them this week. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continue with my Spirit Mala Healing music about 20-30 minutes before bed each night.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been focused on the kitty I brought home from work a couple weeks ago. We had a shift in our relationship with Val’s help, and a conversation with a friend who is also an animal communicator. This little girl is quite expressive, and I’m looking forward to getting to know her better.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Learning about the new kitty in our home.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I only wish I could have two-way conversations with her.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Haven’t had time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time, just leaving intuition open for any input.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I envisioned gold above my Crown chakra, then the other chakra colors. I am not sure how long.
I also tried to imagine a rainbow tornado sweeping my busy mind thoughts away and then the rainbow itself coming to clear away the rest.
I also did the breathing and then feeling my heart beat. I actually felt it beat some!
Tuesday I meditated to a guided meditation. This was for 30 minutes. I also did this same thing earlier today (Thursday).
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity-I asked her about an idea I have to try to help clients and told her my concerns regarding doing it. She said she thought it would be good, but that if I was concerned to not do it. I also told her why I thought she should eat in the bedroom (it’s to try to get Hawkeye to not do the “lock prey stare” at her. I also told her again about not playing with electrical plugs. There were other times, but I don’t remember what exactly. I also did with Hawkeye, but I don’t remember what exactly. I also did with Elsa and posted the communication for Rosemary to see it.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, and I posted the communication for Rosemary to see it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I didn’t play any of the games. I did have a psychic moment though I think. One of my friends and I have been playing a game and I was thinking something and later he said it. I might have had other psychic/intuitive moments, too.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes and as well as my usual chanting out loud I’ve added a daily 15 minute silent meditation – which I hope to keep up! I think it will help me hear better.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I practised with Elsa again because of her operation. I explained it all to her and I think I heard her clearly: Will it hurt? when I asked for questions. That’s a first – I haven’t heard her so clearly before. I’m not sure whether it was words or a thought or anything – but I just know that was her question. I think the communication worked well because she led me out of the house when we had to leave to go to the vet. She went calmly in with him – I can’t go in because of Covid. I will pick her up today – when I rang the vet I heard her howling in the background –she’s fed up now and wants to come home now that the operation is over. This is so in character for her because she has little patience and now means now. I have tried to tell her I will be there this afternoon. I will ask the vet later if she quietened down.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Elsa being the FAT – it’s just amazing. I am so impressed with everybody’s accuracy. It’s also interesting that everyone has different angles in to the communication but generally come out with the same essence. I’m very grateful for the opportunity.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My questions are around the “lean in” technique for intuition development. I’m not sure that I’ve understood it properly. I’m practising asking questions that I know are true/untrue and trace my body’s reaction.
4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, because it was Elsa – and it has helped me be more determined to practice more regularly with other animals.
6.
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been working on the chakra masterclass recordings – and will continue to do so. Hunting for my lost root Chakra …but that was so interesting and explains so much. I’m determined to re-establish it and make it very strong. Interestingly someone communicating with Elsa picked up on her rootedness and my lack of rootedness. Another thing she came into my life to help me with! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did. I recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night. I did Reiki Meditation and self healing every day from a few minutes to 30 minutes. The guided meditations I did this week are: Your Peaceful Interlude 7 min, The Spirit Balloon, Rainbow Tornado and Rainbow Cloud Shower in the Masterclass, Letting Go Into The Lightness Of Your Being 22 min, Portal of Transformation 17 min, and Remember Who I AM: A Bedtime Reassurance of Divine Love 11 min. I did not do guided meditations every day this week.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Joey, a horse, who has a wound of 6 years which won’t heal. Elizabeth Carlisle has been doing her healing magic on him remotely and it is helping more than any time previously. She and I believe he has not healed because of mirroring his person’s troubled heart. I talked with his person and I talked with him and told him that is for her to work on and to not take on her troubles. It is not helping. He leaned his head into my chest. I did not get any other communication back from him.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I got so very much out of the Masterclass exercises this time. They were wonderful! I felt such a release of my back! I listened to the call a second time and just feel so peaceful and good all over.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions at this moment.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried connecting with Elsa this morning but couldn’t seem to. After reading Rosemary’s post, maybe it is because she is just coming home from the vet after having an operation. I will try again another time before next weeks Accountability posting.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I practiced the 5 Simple Steps To Developing Your Intuition by Learning to Listen to Your Gut. I do remember doing the 5 steps to ask questions this past week but didn’t make a note of what I was doing it for. Now I forget what it was. :-/

1. Did you meditate this week?
Yes, I have been focusing this week on the Heart Ball meditation we learned in class on Saturday. I did the guided meditation from the recording and although I did not feel as profound affect as in class I did step deep into stillness and stayed there for about 30min. The other days I did it on my own from memory and that too was not near as powerful but it did quiet my mind. Wednesday I practiced doing the balls,, connected with my star and earth and then visualized each chakra opening and spinning – this was over a 30min session and I felt so much more open afterwards.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I have just been practicing with my cats. It is very interesting that I am looking (or seeing) them in a totally different way than I was before the Saturday class. It is as if my feeling awareness is getting sharper. I was sitting on the porch with KoKo and she was lounging in front of me; I took a couple of minutes to do my yogaic breathing and really felt I was observing her from my heart eyes not my physical eyes. I felt her ease of comfort being there with me enjoying the morning; I felt her love; I saw eyes were more intensely brighter. With Izzy and Novia, I really worked on imagining my heart energy wrapping them up in big hug and I know they felt it because their energy changed in front of my eyes and as with KoKo I felt their appreciation that I was indeed seeing them, feeling them from a whole new perspective and from a whole new place in my own beingness. Hope that made sense.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week
I have finally found a way/technique to drop out of my head into my heart and feel it in a tangible and energetic way. Also, I am beginning to assemble a simple website for my business – I must get myself out into the world and tell people who I am and that I want to be of service in this way.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
The only question that comes up for me is really directed to myself…..You have accumulated a plethora of tools and techniques, you have now found an avenue to connect you to your heart in a way you have never experienced before Saturday….Why are you still holding yourself back??????5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, not yet. I hope to after massage appts today and right after I do the Heart Meditation.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Mostly I have been playing with the Rainbow Tornado….I did it with a massage client who really drains me when I work on her; I did it a couple of times during the session and was amazed at the amount of energy I had following her session and with no shoulder or back pain. I also did it with my X boyfriend at dinner when I felt myself getting triggered – I silently said this is his shit, not yours, tornado it out, and I did.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
This week did a bit less then usually, did a few of Health and counsious and did the chakras meditation from the healing chakras 1
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Tgis week I did communication with a cat name Tinokyo, that have health issues, and I wanted to hear from him what his point of view on all the body situation and what he want. He told me he is travel most of time in many other dementions.. He wasn’t really present in his body and didn’t much care of him, and said that he love it here but he more love the traveling at spirit world… When I asked him if there anything I can tell his guardian that can help him while he is here, there was a huge shift and he got in his body and like woke of a dream a realized he took a decision from not a grounded place… And he wanted to live and stay. He showed me specific food to help him… White fish. I asked some friend about it that a coli of mine from the holistic world and she gave me information on white fish and it was a match with his body issues – liver pancries and gall bladder inflation.
The women did start give him white fish and it was a seccsess. He ate it after he almost didn’t ate at all, and he start looking more vital and alive.I loved that the food thing came and I trusted it. Because in energetic it easy for me, in phisical not always
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I love that it getting so natural for me in any place any time and my confident after almost 10 years got really high

Do they understand time? And how they get it?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did read the new thing I have in the games. I work with my intuition every day at my life and work. It is the thing I most trust in me… I am holistic therapist for animals and even with the acupuncture and oil and all I work intuitivly -

1- meditate: yes, every day and last day of Chopra meditation for abundance, and did some heart breathing meditations to center into my heart and continuing with releasing some huge emotions with EMDR and feeling the pain in my lower back.
2- practice: yes, with Chip and Domino, the horses I work with at therapeutic riding. I communicate with them before before I got there in the morning and while I was working with them. And I always communicate with my cats as well, letting them know what I am doing and this week I had to have some meetings with them regarding coming home when i called them with the bell, Vayu was out until 12:30 am on Saturday night, this had never happened before. I was able to remain calmed and was able to detect that he was okay but I could not find out what he was doing and what was going on with him. (I walked for hours around the cottage ringing the bell and calling his name) I tried again to find out but not able to, I would like to try again, it would be really fantastic to see what was going on with him. I have a feeling that it was voluntary?
my communication with Chip and Domino was okay, I could feel them, felt Domino was agitated, Chip is very friendly. During my leading with them i was letting them know in my head what we were doing, I felt it was helping with directions since the riders are learning and are all over the place with the reines. I felt better being there this week, unlike before where I feel so bad afterward (the aloneness hits me big) and often during my work (my lower back is in so much pain). I had a big release of emotions that morning, crying very loud and I realized that I get very emotional every time i go there. This time I felt more calmed and still with the horses and I had very little pain in my lower back plus i was the only one there with the instructor allowing me to be even more connected. I went home feeling fine, not dreading being by myself and successful.
3- celebrate: Big deal for me to have gotten over this emotional trigger every time i worked with the horses, I was able to release my own emotion and changed my perspective and be more present for them. also, proud that I did not freak out so much when Vayu, my cat, did not come home until late that night and so was able to feel that he was going to be okay. it’s really hard not to be nervous with your own pets when they disappeared.
4- questions: why am I having so much difficulty when i am with the animal physically? it seems to me that it should be easier? hummm, I often have a hard time to come up with questions. Also, find it harder with wildlife? i guess I am not sure what to ask them? Ha! a deer just came to my window as I am writing this! will go say hi!
5-Fat: YES, I will post.
6- intuition games: no -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I meditate every morning.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Emma, French bulldog. Emma asked when her dad was coming to pick her up so we talked about this and everyday I gave her the count down to when she would see her dad. She was quite upset when I put a nappy on her because she really is very leaky so I explained why she needed it and she seemed to understand.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I am very happy that animals can talk to me when they want to know something.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am still trying to understand why/how animals can talk to me but I have difficulty connecting to and talking with animals myself. I discovered that just explaining what is going on can be a great stress reliver for animals.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, we talked mostly about her breakfast, she had just eaten and was very happy.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played the marble game. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes great Breathwork sitting meditation. Relaxation and focus the benefits.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with moose energy and felt a sense of trust with space and respect. I saw a deer which is very rare here. Sweet peaceful encounter. I respectfully followed her into the forest and had moments of relaxed eye contact. I think we were both sending messages of everything being okay, no reason to fear.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I celebrate continued moments of peaceful wild animal encounters in my neighborhood. I feel good interactions if a spiritual depth, with my cats.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I told sensation about the deer and she shifted her position and it appeared that she was sending me a response to me sending her image of deer. Like she was saying she had not seen but known of the deers presence.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I just haven’t posted yet
