One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Yes, I meditate for about 20 minutes to half an hour every week day and more at the week ends2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been communicating with one of my dogs to help her overcome her deep fear of children. I am reinforcing what an animal communicator told her to do to help with this fear.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the fact that this has given me deeper understanding of my dogs.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t really have any questions, I just need to keep practicing and believing in myself. I discovered that I need to go deeper with the answers I get.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I did communicate with Elsa, she was not feeling so happy, she cannot run around and have fun because of her operation and she wants to feel fine so that her mum doesn’t worry about her.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games?
I played the marble game and got 100% wrong!!! Not even one right, what are the chances of that ! I was a bit disappointed because I had been doing quite well with this game. I hope maybe it was just an off day. I will try again -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have before a communication session as well as taking time for quietude in the morning. I must admit however that I did not do this every day this past week.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a German Shepard from a neighbouring house I was at. There is domestic violence within the home and the dog reached out to me frightened. I asked him if I could help and he said he was really worried and afraid. I felt so much fear in my heart from him. He wants his female human to be okay. He’s scared of losing her, he doesn’t want her to go away. I called upon a collective I work with called the Guardian Animals of Lightness and they came forward and offered him a pink, healing bubble to go into. He started crying when inside this bubble as he felt peace. He said he didn’t want to go through this pain any more. He thanked me for talking with him and I have left the door open to help him at anytime and welcomed him to reach out to me. It was a hard experience as I didn’t know what to do. Once I opened myself energetically and asked for guidance, I was able to remain a witness but the human side of me wishes I could do more.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the Cicada insect as they came to me yesterday with a healing offering to humanity. It was amazing and I have created a meditation from their guidance. I look forward to sharing this with others.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I do not have any questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I will be communicating with Elsa later this week and will write it in the forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I continue to talk to every animal I see. Things are continuing to open up. Some I hear clearly, some not so much, others don’t talk it seems. Really interesting experience!

Making progress with Mowgli. Every now and then he comes out from his hiding place now, even when I am around. The last few days I could nearly touch him.

This week a bit less than usual.
Did some xounsious growing meditations2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
A cat name Mipi. I was asked to help her with her anxiety. Mipi showed me some physical pressure she have in her eye constantly, but not very painful but do need to check on… And I saw on her another vat all alone… I asked after her guardian about the cat I saw, and she was a cat that grew with Mipi on street before the woman took her in, after a male cat arrive naberhood and attack the other cat, and she got hurt and disaperd and never back. Mipi is feeling her friend and didn’t want me release the connection between them… After we put it on it felt like that connection no longer take from her life energy, and her present became stronger. Another thing is that the woman want Mipi to want her close and be touch, but Mipi need her time to feel trust because the woman tried touch her by manipulative a few time…
It was interesting her bonding with the other cat, and her wanting to be her carrier and watcher3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every night before bed about 15-30 minutes listening to Soul Mala Healing Meditation music. Trying to stay mindful and present as I go about my days.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Focus is on my kitties. The new kitty is still living in her room, she has ventured out a couple of times, once when I was not at home, and I found fur on the floor as if there had been some sort of skirmish. I leave the door to her room open when I’m around, one evening one of the other kitties went in and laid on the floor for a while. Tonite, he went back in her room and I had to break up a dispute. Not sure if this is going to work or not. I don’t want her to get hurt, and she is defenseless with no claws.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

No, focusing on my kitty situation right now.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, I try to be open to any intuitive thoughts that may try to wedge their way in on a daily basis.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, multiple times. Three times were guided ones for about 30 minutes each. One of them I think I slept/dozed through most of it. Other times I meditated on my own. Sunday I put white, pink, and green for Serenity, Hawkeye, me, and our apartment and car around us to give us protection, love, and good health.
I also did meditations where I opened six chakras and one of them, the root chakra, I
saw roots going deep into Mother Earth. I also saw my head as gold with indigo in part of my Third Eye and got that I was once an Egyptian warrior or something (I also one time got Priestess).2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity-no deep conversations. Various simple conversations. There was at least once where I tried coming from my heart and could feel it-it felt different! Hawkeye-various conversations, one of them being that I told him I’d like time alone with Serenity (he tends to constantly be around me). He obviously understood because he gave her and me alone time.
Also, a spider who was in my clean laundry. I took the spider to the balcony to do as he/she pleased. I felt a real bond and friendship with the spider. I told the spider it was funny that humans are considered to be evolved, yet humans are the ones who kill for no good reason and animals are the ones who kill when they feel threatened and for food. In some ways, I think animals are more evolved than us.
I also did with a fly. The fly said he/she could hear and feel vibrations and gave me the impression that some things are loud. The fly said he/she liked me and felt safe with me because I don’t kill flies. The spider also said the same thing about vibrations.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I have not yet due to time. I hope to this weekend 🙂
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Not the game, but I was talking to my mom and asked what she and my sister had for lunch. I guess my sister had a Cobb salad before my mom said what she had. I was right! I psychically knew!
Another time my friend had texted me about something in particular. I did not read he text, but I saw my phone light up with an incoming message. I figured it was my friend telling me that particular thing. I was right! I psychically knew! 🙂 -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did. I love meditating – it really helps me. So why do I dread it? Why do I treat it like a chore sometimes? I’ve been reminding myself that I love it. My fear of it comes from not trusting myself to be able to do it. Having the recorded guided meditations helps a lot.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My animal communication journey is more about my communication with myself journey this week. I’ve learned a lot about my inner journey. Elsa is on home rest after her elbow operation. She is also FAT. And the Rainbow Tornado sequences came at the the same time. What have I learned from all of these? So much. Re. animal communication: a part of me blocks off because I’m afraid of hearing things that might be inconvenient in some way. I got this from reading all the things the other club members posted about their communication ith Elsa. I block off because my emotions make me tighten up my heart – it’s a pattern. I didn’t realise I had this pattern until this week – I realised it due to the rainbow heart chakra meditation.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Having realised my heart is tightly pinched shut, I can work on opening it through the meditations. I’m going to keep doing the Rainbow Tornado one! I have also confirmed that I can reach a place of stillness. I have done it before by accident in a yoga class – and I am now decided to draw on that and Val’s meditation to work towards being in my heart 99% of the time.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I’ve discovered that “What would it mean if I could actually do this?” is one of my biggest fears. I think I’m a little too comfortable with failure. It’s time to move forward on this one.
5.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I’ve been responding to communications with Elsa. I have learned so much about attitude, and openness. I have also gained so much respect for the efforts of these people who do this, their courage in learning this. I will put this into practice for my own and Elsa’s benefit.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not much. I did not do any guided meditations this week. I did recite my Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra daily. I did Reiki meditations 3 times this week with self healing for up to 15 minutes. I sure can feel the difference in myself for not having had my quiet time. We went away last weekend for a family wedding and had my step son and family visit us since Wednesday. I am eager to do Val’s Balloon, Tornado and Shower exercises again this coming week. I’m hearing of some cool things happening for some of our students.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Joey the horse who has a 6 year old wound healing. I communicated how much he is loved. I also talk with my pony, Pollyanna. She was very crabby this week, I think it was her monthly time.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I don’t have anything to celebrate about my communication journey.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions nor discoveries.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I’m sorry, I did not get to talk with Elsa our FAT due to being away and then having company visit.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, I didn’t. Next week will be different in all areas for accountability, I promise!!! 🙂

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, everyday have been doing the Guided Meditation from our MasterClass #3 on Chakra healing; too I have been spending a few minutes each day earthing and practicing my listening without identification. Doing lots of Ohoponopono!!!2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Spoke with Chase, the Pit Bull and his doggy friend in heaven Romeo. Chase has been in serious compromised health for many weeks; she had to have his spleen removed and been in hospital to be force fed and IV fluids to help her heal and gain weight. This was my second communication with her. I did energywork with her strengthening her body suit, we spoke about how important it is to release her past traumas before she came to live with dad; I called on Romeo and he assisted me in the communication and the healing.
I am learning the importance of helping the animal release old stories that keep them locked in pain and suffering.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4.
That I am truly feeling stepping into my heart and working from her instead of my head.5. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How do you separate from a family you have worked with? After the first communication with an animal I feel such a kinship and a desire to help more and more. I guess I must work on boundaries more. I have to be careful not to get so involved that I spend too much extra time that I am not going to get compensated for. Unhooking from the families are challenging for me.6. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Dang it, no I would very much like to have a deep session with doggy before the month end. I set my intention that distractions from me doing this are banished.7. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Quick talk with spiders in my home; I am having a better relationship with my ant housemates.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
This has been a strange week. I have meditated some but not as much as I had planned. Don’t really know why. It has just been a strange week when I had trouble getting into the space to meditate.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Again this has not been a good week for communicating. I continue to attempt to communicate with Roxy. I now he is getting my communication from his body language. I tell him how much I love him and he becomes very loving to me. I want to know if he is feeling better but cannot seem to get that.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Having had a rough week, I am having difficulty finding anything. I continue to be well as I spend most of my time here alone with my cats. I am grateful to have the cats. I know the love me and keep me company during this time of being home alone, except for the cats.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

No questions or discoveries this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated three times this week for a total of around 30 minutes. I did silent meditations while focusing on my breathing and grounding in the Earth.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a horse that lived at a farm I visited. It was a short communication and I’m not sure that I got any information from the horse. I also communicated with two cats while staying at the house and caring for them. I asked one of them about her weight loss and the food she is eating. With the other one I felt her deep love and warmth and expressed my gratitude to her for snuggling with me the night before.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I finished the advanced course materials! Honestly, this has been a draining week for me and I have not felt my best physically (have gotten multiple headaches)…so when I tuned into the last lesson of the advanced course today, I was so grateful to feel calm, grounded and inspired once again. I feel so blessed to be on this journey of learning to communicate with animals and heal my own heart in the process.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I hear people talk about the Ho’oponopono meditation a lot and I have read the handout about this that is provided in the communication course, but I still have questions about what it actually involves to do this meditation. Does it simply mean that you repeat to yourself “I’m sorry. I love you” anytime you encounter something you want to change in your life?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
This week I did not communicate with Elsa. As I mentioned before, this was a tough week for me and I wasn’t feeling my best.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I didn’t play any specific intuition games this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Tried doing meditation during the day in little focused segments of 19-15 minutes. Kept going with rainbow tornado and shower and used the rainbow tornado 🌪 and shower with animals as well!2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Duke: I did the Ho’oponopono prayer with him to help clear my doubts about his ability to heal. He did not poop in the basement this week.
2. Feral Cat Pepper: helped her adjust to living with a human. She wanted a soft comforting thing and her human bought her a fiber blanket that she loves. Has been happier and more relaxed since our session! 👏🏻!Yay!!
3. Po and Emma: asked my healing guides to help them clear from the anesthesia from their surgeries of being neutered and spade. I also took them into the rainbow shower with me and felt all the stuck nasties wash away. Po has had two names Po/Cheddar. He requested that now he only wants to be called Cheddar.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I did the Rainbow Tornado/Shower cleanse daily this week and feel refreshed and open.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Even after Val says to connect from the heart, I still feel I need to clear the center of my head before a communication and then do several Tellington Touch Heart Hugs to connect both areas and this feels the best way for me to do this work.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I haven’t made time to reconnect so far.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games this week but practiced living life through intuition. Not thinking shall I go here or there—just going where I am pulled. -

1- Meditate: yes, I am quite regular with my daily meditation. I practice being aware during the day if I am too much in my head and recenter to my heart.
2- Practice: I connected with all the horses at the barn, while they were in their paddock. that is Domino, Chip, Shooter, Timber, Rainbow, Rudy and Magic (the mini horses). I sat on the grass and center myself to my heart. I felt their interests and curiosity but not sure What I was getting was right.
for example something about how come they cannot really be together when they are outside? so I would answer the best I could the why and how things are happening there. i have to think about this whole thing for myself I have a hard time to come up with questions?
3- Celebrate: I did great with Domino this week, working with him and letting him know what we were doing in my head as I am leading him. he was very cooperative. let me touch his head to pet him.
4- Questions: no
5- FAT: not this week but I have been chatting with Rosemary about last week conversation.
6- Game: no game -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes just moment to moment breath and presencing into my true emotions to feel and release.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
So many encounters w moose this week. A baby and mother are often in my neighborhood. I give them space and I can tell they feel relaxed around me and not threatened. I connected with several species of birds and communed with them as they all coexisted in mostly joyful ways. I felt a thrush arrive in perfect timing while I was receiving a healing session. I looked over and she was staring at me for quite some time and mirrored the peacefulness and joy and deep presence I was anchoring in my body.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have another request to communicate with a friends dog next week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered just sitting in silent communion with my cats when I feel anxious or unfocused on projects, really helps reset me. It’s subtle but I can feel the support and nourishing effects to my nervous system as well as there support xo
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes still need to post my communications to forum
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Nothing this week
