One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Short sessions for focus and centering. Tried some longer meditations at night, but always fell asleep.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
2 days ago, I saw a very young kitten in my backyard. He seemed to be alone and was crying. I asked him, if he was alone. He said ‘No’, but he didn’t know where his mom was. I was a bit worried, but as he wouldn’t come close, I decided to watch him for a day or 2. Last night I saw him again in the same spot. He looked at me and told me, he found his mom and looked at one of the feral cats living around my yard.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The little kitten showing me his mom is a reason for celebration. That is one baby less to worry about for the time being.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Last night I got a reminder that it takes a lot of patience to negotiate with animals. One of my friends has a rat in her flat and asked me to try to chase it out. I tried to talk to the rat, but got only that she was scared and not willing to move. As it was getting late and I had to get home to take care of my family, I tried to scare her with noise hoping she would run out, but she still did not move. So I gave up and told my friend to try finding a humane trap to evacuate the rat.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Still no time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games.3/12

There was a huge dissonance from what she shows out side from how she inside. She told me she is walking with her women for long time and she really want to help her person grow.. She felt almost guilty for not always manage with that work she took on her self

1. Did you meditate this week?
Yes, I meditate everyday. I spend about 1/2 and hour every morning in meditation before ‘starting’ my day.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Emma (dog) to help her understand why she is staying with me for this week and to remind her to potty outside, and to let her know why sometimes, she can’t come out with me and the other dogs. Several times she has asked to come out an have a little walk with us anyway so we do an Emma walk, then I take the girls for their real walk. I learnt that if Emma is ‘occupied’ she doesn’t necessarily know that she needs to or is peeing.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have more information just ‘popping’ into my mind and sometimes unintended communication when I’m not really expecting it.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am wondering when I will be able to consciously communicate with animals. I discovered that sometimes just thinking about an animal ‘let’s them in’ as it were and they talk to me.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
Yes, we had a little chat about food, she really likes her food and would like a bit more…we had a little discussion about how more food, however lovely in her mouth may not be the best thing for her longterm health.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games?
I didn’t so much play one of the games but as I was asking questions to my angel I felt a very definite lean in or lean back which is completely new to me. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did. I have been searching YouTube for 5 minute meditations to do in the morning upon awakening. I also did meditations with opening my chakras, connection to spirit and Mother Earth (balanced polarity from above and below, accessing when needing during readings) before animal communication readings this week. Meditation really helps.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a beautiful cat from Greece who went missing one month ago. He shared that it was his decision to leave and why. He also said he wasn’t aware that his mom was looking for him and that it was hurting her so much. He was happy where he was in the wild but also wanted to go home. This was a 3 hour consult and I learned a lot from this experience.
I also communicated with a dog and a cat that are in spirit. The cat’s family is very sad and had feelings of guilt. The dog’s mom is having a very hard time with the loss she feels. Each animal had much love to share through their messages and I received confirmation from each human on messages that were received and shared on behalf of their furry loved ones.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the animals that helped me learn and grow this week through communication with them. They helped me in listening to what the humans wanted to say and also to give them time to talk as well.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I do not have any questions at this time. A discovery I have is in giving humans more time to talk. I find it really helps them. Sometimes I keep going because messages keep coming through Pausing and allowing them to speak is very helpful and healing.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not done so yet this week. It has been very busy with some other animals and I plan on speaking with Elsa as soon as possible. I feel like I need a bit of a break to refill my cup. Meditation will help me with that.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Since playing the game of talking with every animal I meet, I have been finding that animals are popping up everywhere from bees to birds etc. I have more of a feeling from them, even if it’s not a specific conversation. I can feel them more, I feel their presence more. It’s really beautiful xo.

My computer has been so flaky today I typed this in on Word and copied and pasted it here. I hope nothing was lost in the process.
In addition to the meditation on Val’s call and at my church service, I have offered Reiki to my Roxy and also to a friend’s cat. Reiki is meditation.
I communicated with my friend’s cat Micky. He has an eye issue and we discussed that. He complained that the newly prescribed meditation made it hurt and I tried to convince him that it was to help it feel better.
I really don’t have anything to celebrate this week. I do not feel I am making progress.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Again, nothing much to report here. I am having difficulty connecting and know I need to spend more time meditating and practicing.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
I connected with our new FAT on the call. I saw him waiting for the class to come in. It was as if he was watching us arrive and sit in a semi-circle before him. He was excited and commented that there were so many.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Nothing much here. I need to work on this. I used to be extremely intuitive but don’t seem to be now.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Again, every night but tonite, as I just remembered I hadn’t posted this yet and got out of bed to do so. The Soul Mala Healing Music that is so relaxing for me for 20-30 minutes each night.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
The kitty that showed up where I work and I brought her home (story on the Q&A from last Saturday’s call, and more communication on the FB page. Val told me I had violated her trust and to apologize to her for taking her from the place she considered her home. She had gone from a very loving kitty to the kitty from hell when I got her home and I didn’t understand why. Once I apologized to her and told her why I brought her home with me, she got out of her carrier and came over to see me and let me pet her again. She has been loving ever since and I have been giving her space to connect with me or not. We now need to figure out what is next for her, so I am listening for messages from her, although, up till now, I don’t get the messages they send me most of the time.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That Val connected with the kitty and told me why her behavior had changed so drastically. Thank you, Val!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
What is next for this kitty?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, busy with the kitty.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Just trying to remain open to any messages that could come through from this kitty.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I continue to sit and listen to inside sounds and be centered and still for 1/2 hour morning and night.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected with a puppy named Phoenix and found out she didn’t consider the male human part of the pack in their family so she bites his feet every night trying to get him to go to his room. We worked in integrating the man into the pack.
I also connected with a puppy named Snickers about whether she liked her name as she had been renamed by her current human. She gave a little “yes” bark.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I enjoyed connecting with a little fly who sat beside me in my kitchen today.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I wish I was more open to getting what the howling sounds of my neighbor’s dogs mean.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. On the list for tomorrow. I’ll report in the forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did not make time this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I am not sure for how long. One time I prayed to the Universe and envisioned filling myself inside and outside with white and gold.
Another time I briefly started centering and in my third eye area I could see a white line a couple of times.
I also told the animals affected by the most recent California fire that I’m sorry they have lost their homes and experienced something so horrible. I sensed a little bit of their feelings in my heart. I also heard them say, “What are we supposed to do now?” I told them to go somewhere safe.
I forget what else I did for meditation.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I asked Serenity to take care of shortening her nails or to let me do it and promised if I were to do them I wouldn’t cut the quick and make them bleed. I told her that neither of us want the nail to grow into the paw pad or for her to have to go to the vet. I told Hawkeye that the hose he was a little scared of was just the hose from the steam cleaner and that we’re safe.
I communicated with them other times, but I don’t remember off the top of my head what else.
I also did with Elsa during the Q & A Call and before I started answering these questions. Rosemary confirmed a lot of what I said during the call. This evening Elsa wanted another massage and I got some things involving the base of her tail. There was more. I posted the communication for Rosemary to see it.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Being able to sense a little through my heart. I’d like to be able to do this fully and at a much higher level.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, and I posted the communication for Rosemary to see it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I might have with intuitively guessing things whether I was trying to or not.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated four times this week for about 10 min each time. My meditations involved sitting in silence and focusing on my breathing and senses, followed by protecting my energy field with roses.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with my dog, Sadie, about why she barks at David and what she wants me to do going forward. I also communicated with the FAT, Elsa.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am celebrating that some of the information I picked up from Elsa was verified as accurate from Rosemary.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
When I was communicating with Elsa the first time and received the message about her left elbow being more stiff, I questioned this information and wrote it down on my paper with a question mark following it. Then I found out that it was completely accurate…so my discovery is that information comes in many ways and it’s most important to trust myself.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I communicated with Elsa twice. The first time was while listening to the recording of the Q&A call and the second time was a couple days ago. I recorded these conversations in the forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I didn’t play any specific games this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. This was a better week for me. The guided meditations I did this week are: Chakra Activation Meditation 18 min, Gratitude Meditation 9 min, Allowing Flow & Ease 4 min, Chakra Cleansing Meditation for Infinite Abundance 19 min, Reiki Guided Meditation 6 min, & Your Peaceful Interlude 7 min. I also recited the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra and did Reiki Meditation and Self healing every day for up to 20 minutes. I listened to the Chakra Masterclass Part 1 and enjoyed the Chakra Ride meditation. I’m afraid I zoned out and think I fell asleep.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with the FAT, Elsa. I asked her general questions, how are you, how are you feeling and what color is your doggie bed or blanket.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am getting accurate information when I communicate with animals. Another thing I want to share is that I had an appointment with a Rheumatologist two Friday’s ago and found out that I had been misdiagnosed with Systemic Lupus 18 years ago! How wonderful to get this news. Of course, I do have other stuff going on, I was diagnosed with Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder. Also, I am in an Epstein Barr Virus flare. I can now empower myself to heal & learn how to help myself.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I asked Elsa about a doggie bed or blanket and got that she has a polka dot one. Rosemary confirmed that she has a blanket with round designs and circles on it which she thought could have been my polka dot impression.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes! I spoke with Elsa on the call Saturday. She told me she is a happy dog and that today she felt good. I got that she had a polka dot bed or blanket.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I used the Intuition Game-5 Simple Steps to Developing your Intuition by Learning to Listen to Your Gut. I don’t recall what I asked the universe but got a yes answer to my question.
I also did the card game. I only was intuiting the red or black cards. I got 35 correct and 19 wrong so I did much better this week than in the past. -

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every day for about 10-15 min in the morning – though one day I did 90min along with breath work. 5days this week I meditated in the grass while earthing – practicing my deep listening without identification (still having problems with this but am working on it).
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?I spoke with a new clients 2 dogs: Chase a Pitbull who has been feeling very down and not eating good for a month and half, and Romeo a 3 legged dog who is very old and nearing his life transition into spirit.
Chase is 4 yrs. old and very loving. She immediately told me she is not a killer, and then I find out from client that she was adopted by them 2yrs before to rescue her from the life as being forced to be a fighting dog. My heart breaks for this dog…..when I saw her picture I see her sadness flowing out. We worked together to strengthen her energy suit so as to protect her from outside negative energies as well as to allow her to express her beautiful qualities out more. She is still in hospital getting checked for liver cancer due to her high enzyme elevation; though client says she is eating and drinking better and feeling perkier. I pray that the work we did helped her.Romeo says he is ready to go because he is tired and his body is breaking down. He is willing to have assistance after I showed him all that that entails and he has some specific requests: that the vet comes to his home, his dad is holding him when they give him the shot, and he (the dad) must be clear in his heart that he is ready to let him go. He says he is suffering not me. He gave me a sign which I relayed to his dad that will be the sign that he is ready.
I connected a couple 3times with Shakti, Patty’s girl cat that showed up to her work and she trapped and brought her home. She posted on Facebook about it and in the gold club questions. I have very interesting story to tell and will try in earnest to get it typed up and posted.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I am telling the Universe I am ready and willing to get myself out into the world; am working on getting a website up and running. And, I had a new paying client this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? How to not get emotionally drawn in to the clients life so much so that I spend way too much time assisting them. I need to find balance. I suppose it mostly stems from my sense of worthiness: I so want to be worthy of the money they give me and to please them. Yup…..same old issues coming up….darn….more work. Teehehe

Talking with my animal friends on the fly…..had a nice interaction with butterfly the other day; a darling white gal. I sent her a message asking her to come close and if she would like to sit atop my hand which I held out with palm up. It was so interesting; it was like I really felt her say: “hmm, I don’t know….I am kinda busy here….happy you have flowers”. I assured her I meant her no harm. She would come close then back off, come in from a different direction then move. She was multitasking for sure. Teehee
I apologized to grasshopper for KoKo bringing him into the house ; he was missing a leg but I was able to assist him outside on the dirt safely near a flower pot. I prayed he could continue his journey.Squirrel said he enjoyed my flute playing and stayed awhile to listen before he scurried off along the telephone line above me.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – every day. The idea of being a spiritual being in a human body has been my focus. One question: WHY do we have minds that never stop???
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been focusing on Elsa as the FAT and my doggy. I followed Val’s advice from the Q&A to do the Healing Sarcophagus. I also did the Wei Qi patch. Elsa didn’t want to go out so I did the Healing Sarcophogus, she then slept for quite a stint. When she woke up she was ready and wanted to go out. She was very sprightly. I practised the Wei Qi patch on myself – helped a LOT. I’ve tried it on Elsa on her left hip – and will do it again. I took on board the story about the animal who got a lot of peace from the healing – healing happens on the inside too.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Responding to people’s conversations with Elsa has been amazing. Some people are incredibly accurate. It also shows me that I can share what I get without worrying. Some is accurate, some is off – it’s all good! Thank you so much Val and Barb.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries
Really the same: how do I hear. But I really did benefit from the staying in the heart meditation – so I will practice that one.
I also quizzed my acupuncturist about Wei Qi – very interesting! I’m going to try and strengthen mine and Elsa’s too because I feel that hers is weak right now. I will do the plug in and a meditation with her.

The FAT was my Elsa. How incredible. I still can’t quite believe it. That dog just exploded into my heart and changed my life completely. So grateful.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No – I’m afraid I haven’t. I’m trying to respond to people and I want to do the Chakra sessions ready for the masterclass. So exciting. -

1- Meditate: yes, every day and abundance meditation with Chopra. I am observing all the gifts that life offers me and paying attention how quickly it happens when I have no resistance and how my desires are easily fulfilled when I just let go and patiently wait for the perfect timing, then it just flow so effortlessly with ease and fun.
2- Practice: I went on a camping trip this week with friends, it was fantastic. I was in Tofino, on Vancouver island, the surfing beaches of Canada, about 5 hours from my home including the ferry. The practice I did was to communicate with my cats to make sure they were okay as they were left alone in my cottage with a friend coming twice a day. I felt like when I connected that they were dreaming or something? so many scenery were showing in my awareness, I forgot now since I could not write it down. I always communicate with them before the trip and let them know what will happened when I am gone, how long I will be away, and give them the job to watch over the house and protect it, etc.
3- Celebrate: nothing to celebrate but I am so grateful that I have my cats to come back home to, so
heartwarming, and happy that they are well.
4- questions: Wonder if Sufi was dreaming when I connected with him?
5- FAT: no time, except in class which I posted
6-Games: there were a lot of dogs running on the beaches, I was trying to say Hi to a lot of them to connect quickly, not much success with this… Except that a 5 years old little girl really started to talk with me about her dog Violet, who felt like a puppy to me. And another time I was sitting on my towel and a big dog just ran to me, did not see him coming, just turned around and there he was in my face literally, saying Hi, very friendly, it just surprised me. -
