One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I meditated everyday, 20 minutes in the morning…it keeps me sane lol
At the moment I am meditating on feeling my beingness, I don’t know how to describe it but I can almost feel the things around me coming to life…furniture, books, crystals, they seem to become 3D instead of 2D. Don’t know if that makes sense, it’s quite a strange (nicely strange) experience.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke with Emma (dog) this week, she was my house guest two weeks ago a week after returning to her home she passed away and I wanted to check in with her.
I learnt to step back Emma was lost and confused so I stepped back and wrapped her in my love without words or questions to give her space to realise that she was no longer in her body.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am realising more and more every day that they really are just little beings like us but in a different form.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have any particular questions. I am starting to feel energy moving in my body, I have been quite unconscious of this up until now and this is thanks to the meditations from the lessons (amongst others) and as yet unconscious realisations. I say unconscious because I can’t get a grip of them in my conscious mind but I feel they are there. Again, sorry if this makes no sense.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I had a chat with Elsa, she was feeling a little down and bored after her operation. We talked about her pain for a bit, she was confused that this was not the pain she had been experiencing before so I explained it as best I could and asked her if she wanted her mum to explain it better, she said yes so I mentioned this to Rosemary.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes I played the marble game again after some really poor attempts. I centered and grounded myself and did a lot better. Every time I started going off track (wild guessing) I centered and grounded again and I was really quite pleased with the results. -

yes I meditate daily for 15mins after practising taichi (it calms me to sit) I meditate to be and feel aligned and centered2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
that i signed up for this4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
q +a = that this is my path, that i can do this , that i can get more and easily5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? I got tears immediately on connecting with Sufi, hearing words’ I know you are afraid, it’s been hard for you, it’s time now, it’s safe now. we are with you -(‘we love you’ changed to ‘we are ‘in love’ with you)’we can hold you and guide you if you let us ‘ more tears from me yet also felt comforted.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
as its my first day here after joining I started with reading article, when I connected with heart and gut,I got fearful -body saying it’s not safe. I stayed and was able to realise I can talk with animals the ‘it’s not safe’ coming from conveying the communications to humans. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Daily short exercises to stay present and focused.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
In the meantime, I have 5 feral kittens on my veranda. Trying to gain their trust to be able to neuter /spay when they are old enough. Chances are however rather slim, they are truly feral.
Mowgli is getting better, we are making tiny baby steps.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
A few days ago, I received a message from a Cypriote lady. She stumbled over the interview Val did with me some years ago and was interested to come together, because she started learning a/c as well and is involved in rescue. We set up a meeting for next Sunday.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I started doing short meditations in the kennel hoping to get closer to the ‘untouchable cats’. So far, the tame ones are coming very close, trying to climb on top of me, but the shy ones are still reluctant. I guess they will need such quiet moments for a very long time, before it will have any impact on them.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Too busy with my own family and working overtime in my day job.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
My color skills are improving. I played again with my coloured paper clips and got 3 out of 6 right.6/12

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been doing the Kryon morning meditation each morning and it has been wonderful. Something I used to do and got away from. Really sets the tone for the day and opens up the opportunity for a deeper connection with animals.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have received communication from sparrow, elk, and spider. I have been working with animals in partnership offering a free program to the world called Soul Healing With Animals. This has come forward strongly since I have been doing the “Talks to every animal you meet” intuition exercise. I’ve learned that when I allow things to happy in their own way and learn the lesson of patience, things do really fall into place with ease 🙂
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The deeper and more profound connections with animals and sentient beings. I love being with them and in their vibrational love.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have any questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did and posted it in the forum. Elsa shared with me about how she has been doing since her surgery as well as answering a question that Rosemary had asked. She gave some great insight as to why she has been behaving a certain way around another dog and how it has stemmed from her as a puppy.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have done so but a little differently. Since I have been working on my new course offerings, I have connected with animals who wish to share their loving vibration through healing and not directly through the animal teachers in the forum. I do plan on doing this as soon as I can.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?Yes, I did. I have been meditating a lot lately. At least once for about 34 minutes. I might have meditated another time for about 30 minutes. During the 34 minute meditation I dozed off. These were guided. There were other times I meditated without a guide working on opening the chakras. I also white light at least once. I also put white for purity and goodness, black for protection, pink for love, and green for good health around Serenity and also all inside her body I put the green for good health. I did the same for Hawkeye.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I told Serenity she didn’t need to be anxious and take on my emotions when I answer the door to get packages (I get anxious these days with packages due to the virus). I also told Serenity and Hawkeye that they were safe when they got scared from some guy carrying a big box up and down the driveway to the parking garage. Also!-I put out the energy that I’m boss when I was trimming their nails. Thanks to the wonderful @Pamela Ferrarese, I trimmed their nails quickly and easily!
I also did with Elsa and posted the communication for Rosemary to see it.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Being able to take on the energy of being boss of my two cats and trim their nails quickly and easily! I had heard before about animals liking when the human is in control because they feel safe and less pressure than feeling like the job of being boss is up to them. Over the weekend, I finally truly understood the concept! Thanks, Pam!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Questions-nothing new. Discoveries-about the boss feeling I mention in question #3.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Due to time I haven’t yet, but will over the weekend or later this afternoon/evening/tonight.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Not a game, but at least once I intuitively guessed the time correctly. It’s a normal thing for me and I Love it!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I am back on a better schedule meditating morning at least one hour and evening before bed approximately 15 minutes. Going within to connect with higher self.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Puppy Rose: did a general reading and a healing after she had surgery on her legs.
2. German Shepherd Puppy named Chance to help him accept a new dog into his life. Addressed emotional issues from the breeder who abused him before his current owner took him in.
3. While taking Elsa (FAT) to the healing vault, she asked the angels if it was ok for Cheddar, Duke and Winnie to join us as they needed to heal some more. They joined us!
4. Cheddar, Australian Shepherd, has just come home from the hospital after being neutered and he wasn’t emotionally happy.
5. Duke is still traumatized by certain sounds even after an exceptional session with Val. We have redone Rapid Eye Movement exercise. He is on the list for Q and A call.
6. Jezebel, kitty: Asked her why she was waking her mom up at 5:00am again. The birds are singing very loudly! She wants to see them but they disappear when she goes out the door.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I did more live calls this week with humans and could “feel” the animal’s response. That was pretty cool!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? The discovery with Val’s help is that it is absolutely ok to use my intuition when connecting with an animal. It is an “intuitive art.” (Val’s words). “We are guided by our intuition and the Divine as to what tools, techniques and tips to use.” Thank You, Val.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I communicated with Elsa and posted it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Guessing black and red cards. Averaged 50-70% correct out of 5 times through the deck. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
15-30 minutes each evening before bed, Soul Mala Healing Meditation music.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My fur family in regard to our new kitty. I’m told they say they are willing to allow her to be here, and yet Scooter kitty keeps going into her room and picking fights with her. I’m trying to understand, and yet I have to intervene so she doesn’t get hurt. She has no claws, and he is fully clawed.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Why are Scooter’s actions not matching with what I’m told he communicates regarding new kitty?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I do the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night. The guided meditations I did are: Portal of Transformation 17 min, 21 Blessings of the Divine Femnine 11 min, Remember Who I AM: A Bedtime Reassurance of Divine Love 11 min. I also did Reiki Meditation and Self Healing for up to 30 minutes as well as Silent Meditation on most days for up to 50 minutes. The day I talked with Elsa, the FAT, I did Val’s Spirit Balloon Heart Meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke with Elsa, the FAT. I asked her how she is feeling. She said she is still very sore and is trying to get the healing rest she needs. I asked her if she had a message for Rosemary. She said Tell her I’m doing ok and that I love her for her care and concern for me. I asked her if she had a message for me and she said Don’t be upset that your abilities are slow to come with animal communication. It is so important to get the foundation right. We said our good byes and she said thanks for checking in.
I also talked with Joey, the horse with the wound which hasn’t healed for 6 years. I am conveying that he is very loved and explained it is not helpful to not mirror his human. Unfortunately, I didn’t get info back from him. I also talk with my pony, Pollyanna every day. Same thing, I don’t get answers back from her but I can read her body language and we are happy and grateful for each other.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I got a bit of information from Elsa. Rosemary seemed to feel it was accurate.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
When I am at the horse barn, I find it difficult to settle down to get answers from the horses and barn cats. I also wanted to mention that I spoke with Gracie Best this week. She has moved herself and her horse, Hattie to Maryland and we exchanged an email and had a nice chat on the phone. She used to be a student in the Coaching Club.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I spoke with Elsa and posted what I got in the Forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played with the card deck. I got slightly more wrong than right.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – normal chanting. Also did the Rainbow Tornado regularly.
2..What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I did the Paws before dying 1 exercise with Elsa. I picked up a lot until I started to try and name what I was feeling – and then I struggled to keep the connection. I’m going to work on NOT trying to name or identify feelings but just feel them – naming can come later.
I’ve also done some quick connects with Elsa to keep her understanding about her healing process, vet visit etc.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
All the people who took the time and trouble to communicate with Elsa this month – I’m very moved and very grateful.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My discoveries: that I am feeling what they are feeling – words are getting in the way. The Rainbow Tornado meditation has helped me feel the shift point between heart and head.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I’ve been responding to other people’s communication with Elsa and learning so much about their approaches, their ways of chatting, their understandings – it’ been a crash course!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communicate with animals?
I’ve been doing the Rainbow Tornado meditation with such changes. The changes have happened mysteriously: understandings about my way of viewing the world explaining my reactions especially. The detach: very useful at work! Amazing. Thank you. -

OMG – I almost missed this. I have had a difficult week and it is difficult to get in a space to do anything.
I have participated in meditations on my monthly call with Susann Taylor Shier and also the online church service. I have attempted to meditate a few times but not successfully.
I have attempted to communicate with my cats Roxy and Missy with not much success. I also briefly connected with Princess in spirit.
Nothing to celebrate this week other than that it is over.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated for about 10 minutes each day (monday-fri)…mostly in silent meditation with the intention of grounding and protecting my energetic field. One of these meditations included self-Reiki as I was falling asleep.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Sadie to ask her why she was being more reactive and barking more this week. I also communicated with Sufi.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I love that every time I set an intention of communicating with an animal, I immediately become aware of my heart space and feel my heart beating.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions come to mind right now.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I spent a few minutes communicating with Sufi today and we discussed a sensation I was feeling in my body while communicating with him. I posted it in the Discussion.

Yes, I did 3 mornings of long meditation incorporating my Falun Gong and Kryia breathing. Every day and anywhere from one to 5 times a day been doing the Gold Heart Ball Meditation, (need to do the tornado more deliberately – I realized this from my session just now with Val). Whenever I run my Healy Frequency device I get into a meditative mode. Since the Chakra 3 class I have really been increasing my mediation practice and it is indeed helping greatly in my communication as well as in my peace of mind.
2. Practice
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?I spoke twice with Chase, the dog in Miami stuck in hospital healing from surgery. I am assisting her in gaining strength by doing energywork , ie chakra clearing, matrix energetics, clearing memories of her past , AND supporting her humans in a huge way through heart dialog and suggestions. She is progressing slowly and steadily. I pray she gets to go home soon because I know once she is there her health will come back much faster.
I spoke with Martha and her 2 kitties about asking them to behave when their mom needs to trim their claws. It was a really good session; I was amazed how relaxed I was talking with Serenity – I gave her a very detailed ‘worst case scenario’ and a strong ‘best case scenario’ and the trimming went smoothly once I helped Martha get out of her anxiety about it. It was so awesome too that Martha had some powerful insights that will help her in future trimming sessions and in her life.
Had an intense interaction with Joey the horse (Sally knows him) who has a proud flesh would that has been there for 6yrs. I was in my heart so strong through the session and I, along with my higher self and the higher self of Joey reorganized and restructured his energy matrix, removed his self –created cloak of protection which really was not protecting him at all because it was formed from erroneous beliefs and patterns. I listened to his heart tell me of the sadness of loss of friends, both human and animal and offered healing of love. Much more work is needed but, there is an energy that is hooked into Joey from his human that is challenging me and creating much dark and doubt in myself and my abilities. I must be clear in my own field and stronger in my shielding before I make another attempt; although, I feel at this point I must step aside and rest comfortably (or try to anyway) in the knowing that I gave it my all Joey and pray that I did make a difference; did create a positive shift toward his inner and outer healing.
I have been continually practicing on connecting with my own kitties and expanding my heart love to them. Following my session with Val, I really feel my heart opened up even more….it’s like the Adult Heart is coming on-line and the Child Heart with all her old wounds and erroneous beliefs (like what Joey is holding onto) and fears and sadness is opening for the Adult Comfort that has been lacking for decades.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I want to celebrate My Heart in never having let me down my entire life and to thank her for her unending patience with me. I have found you and I shall never let go….ever again.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?I have discovered more along the lines of ‘detachment’ and how it is imperative to shield myself from ‘hooking in’ to people and animal’s stuff! I learned from the session with Joey how to truly be of service in the highest form is to stand in heart , mindfully be in that witness, open as a child curiosity state, AND Allow myself to be guided….always staying inquisitive through simple questions meant for further exploration and deeper clarity of understanding.

1- Meditate: yes, I meditate every day without fail. I do the breathing heart meditation from time to time to get back into my heart. Continuing with EMDR with my counselor and keep having realization about my past and how it is reflecting in my present and through this technique letting go of the trauma.
2- Practice: yes, with Sufi, the FAT this month, I wanted to know how he was feeling about this and I feel confident that I can hear him through my feeling, looks like this is the way they like to communicate.
also, with Domino, horse, and I just hang out with him at his paddock, he stayed close to me, he was yawning a lot, felt something going on with his mouth?
Also, communicated with Faith, Erika’s horse which whom, I will start having lesson with this afternoon and I wanted to connect with her to see what she is like and can get validation when I get there.
Also, my friend, Deb, asked me to do a drawing for her friend, Helen, who live in China and someone was selling poisoned treats that people were buying for their dogs and she give it to her dog, Maya, and so she died. when I draw I like to communicate with the animal so I get the feeling of who they are and so I did and got a lot of information. I am a little resistant to tell the person about the following because who knows if I am getting this right? I got that Maya is already reincarnated and ready to get back to Helen, this poisoning was unexpected and a glitch.
3- Celebrate: I feel something is opening up for me, I feel I am able to make the decision to trust what I am getting through my feeling and just go for it and it is okay if I am all wrong. it’s liberating! testing this attitude this week.
4- discovery/ questions: wonder if I should tell this person about her dog that I feel is already reincarnated? this is a tough one when you cannot verify the information and have big consequences in her psyche if i am wrong.
it is all about trust really, I can do this and be lite about it. I also realize that i like to teach so i need to become good enough about something i can teach!!!
5- FAT: yes, Sufi
6- Games: no -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?yes some basic breath awareness and feeling and release of emotions that i am ready to leave my body consciousness.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
i engaged with birds and insects as well as two frogs recently. i really feel the innocence and calm of the frogs. i want to learn from them
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
i feel more and more called to share my animal communion with others. i have an upcoming appointment with a friends dog. i have alot of insecurities but i am just allowing myself to feel amd release those and rise to occasion.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
sometimes i have difficulty really “hearing” what my cats are trying to send me.however, i have been receiving powerful healing tools from sebastian from the angelic realm. thank you marybeth for sharing about sebastians deep connections with angelic realm!! i see mama kitty aging and any grief that surfaces, i allow myself to feel amd then go straight into gratitude for our priceless moments right here right now and those to come.i am discovering again and again the preciousness of engaging with my cats in the moment they are trying to be playful. making that the priority. i’m really working on this bc i want their needs and in the moment energies to be honored and allowed to inspire my own day to day. so grateful for them.

1.I sit quietly a lot for short periods and simply breathe and listen. I also sit under “Cyclops”, my tree protector and ask him to take any negative energy and give to Gaia to transform. I thank them for this.
2. I do my best to feel into my neighbor dogs I walk and my own cats and dog. Nothing to report.
3. What can I celebrate? That despite my agony of not knowing where Zorro is, I’m ready to continue my lessons. The first month of his being lost I was going through the fire of ego mind transformation, unable to focus.
4.Questions about communication and discoveries:
I, still not sure if I’m more visual, feeling, or hearing (or all). I would like to find out for sure.
My discovery is developing finger muscle testing or body sway to help confirm as we Learn. Thing is, I’m just learning the body sway so cannot confirm yet.5. Communication with animal teachers:
I chose Cheese-It to connect with because he looks just like my Moogie kittie.
I’m very new here and am emotionally challenged right now due to my lost Zorro kittie. But, I wish to pursue this course as best as I can anyway as animal communication is my hearts desire. All I felt was that Cheez-It is very happy and has come back or is coming back to an animal body. I also asked him if he’d help guide Zorro in finding his way home.
Are you aware if Cheez-It back with you in physical form?
6. Intuition games? Hmmm. I need to go find that again. I have forgotten what’s involved.
Mahalo,
ZARAH
