One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did but not every day. When I did meditate, it was with Val’s meditations from the Advanced Course in Animal Communication that I have finally been able to get to learning and working with. I really like her meditations. On the days that I didn’t meditate, I did take time to do Ho’oponopono throughout the day which led me to becoming more mindful and also more conscious of what my ego was bringing up for me.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Last week, I communicated with a missing dog. This past week, I was called in to help a local psychic who had also been called in. She reached out to me to ask for collaboration. I connected again with Shep who told me that although he had passed into spirit, he was near his body because he knows that there is a community looking for him. There have been many many people on the search for this special guy Shep. The local psychic was working on a location of where his body would be. We worked together in talking about this and sharing in the communication I had received with Shep as well.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I feel more confident this week. I had done a private session with Val on the weekend and feel that something has opened up within me that has been hiding for years. I am still acclimating to this and getting used to how this feels. I have a communication session this evening with a lovely human and dog and really look forward to our time together.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My question is about death with animals during communication. How do you share when receiving the message that the animal has died when missing. What if that is inaccurate and the animal is still alive? How to know for certain and accuracy.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I will be communicating with Buddy on Saturday and will be sharing in the forum. I really look forward to doing so.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have not played this week but in 4 more days, the newest one opens up for me and I can’t wait to play that one and report next week! 🙂

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Every day. A mixture of chanting, silent and listening to shamanic drumming on Youtube!
2.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with Elsa – my dog. Numerous vet visits and lameness in order to get a referral for acupuncture – by law in the UK you can only get animal acupuncture if a vet refers you – she has been diagnosed with arthritis. I’ve known for a while that there is something wrong with her joints. I think she tells me stuff and I dismiss it as my mind.
I’ve done the magical healing goo. Going to keep doing it. She has a headache – and this wants an ice blue colour. I feel hot red inflammation down her spine – this just wants a calming feeling. I feel her confused as to what is happening – routines have changed. I can’t get feedback from myself but I think it’s important to believe and commit to the healing.
I want to do it again with less pressure so I can relax more.
3.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I finished the Advanced Course. I was stopping myself. Very pleased.
4.
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have to relax and trust. I get too worked up about it. I need to talk with my inner protector and/or cynic – that’s the project for this weekend because I stop myself practising even when I want to.5.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did this last week and got some things right, other things wrong. I think I’m good at getting the overall flavour of a personality and seem to be able to connect to a spiritual essence. My details about the everyday are sometimes perfect and other times not at all. I’m going to focus on trying to identify the accurate feeling and my mind feeling. (It doesn’t help that I talk a lot to myself anyway….)
6.
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Guess the colour: 12/16 – I’m pleased with the accuracy. I did it standing up and could feel different (very slight) body responses to yes/no questions. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

And it made them really high stressed. After the communication and the healing work, their woman friend old me that she and JoyJoy felt deep sleep at the session time, and even two days after… That Shefa much more relaxed, and JoyJoy asked to go out the room she is in for keep her safe.
I learned on more about the unique in every one of them and the toghetherness that make the energy at all the field they both live.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My opening to go back to start to be even better, open more channels and make them stronger.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
In situation like the 2 cats with aggressive.. When and how do you know and sure it’s OK to try to put them together? The woman is so stressed so it is not helpful.. And how can I be sure Tha communication true and now it safe?

1- Meditate: yes and doing the 21 days of abundance meditation on Utube with Chopra again. I do a good amount of yoga and stretching as well for my lower back.
2- Practice: I connected with Archer again today to follow up on my last conversation with him. I wanted to know about his purpose, I see a star like image, he is a guide.
There isn’t much more clarity on the why he was showing me the womb fluid and the past life. I am trying to just be open to receive I ask if ok to do some healing it will help me connect with him. I feel the intestine needs attention and the base chakra. I would like to help with the panic eating. I just linger in his presence.
I have the strong feeling again that he is missing some supplements for his bone, it started when he was in the womb even and did not get enough minerals when he was growing up his body. It feels like when this is address and mention to the person and gets what he is missing it will affect his eating. I will suggest an hairQ test from Dr. Peter Dobias.
Connected with Jeffrey, a friend’s dog, in Iowa and a horse, Tina, who lives down the street from me. I wanted to ask them about their purposes. Jeffrey send me an image, he is opening the doors to other dimension for her. Tina, makes me feel like she is here as a helper for her person, Lucie, she did not want her to be sad and teaching about freedom. She. Is wondering what is going on in the barn? I said I did not know.
3- Celebrate: I am so grateful for my cats, when we are the 3 of us is just so sweet and complete. I am so so thankful to have them in my life. Live them so much.
4- Question/discovery: The lighter I am the better I am. I go close the coop (chicken door) for a friend at night and always bring some veges to 3 little pigs they have, it felt like the 3 of them were in a meeting last night they were arrange in a circle, they usually are sleeping when I come.
5- FAT: not this week
6- intuitive game: animal understanding without a doubt, will post experience with my cats. I am always surprised that they will come sleep with me when I mention it when they haven’t for a while for some reason. -

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I did multiple times. I tried (not sure for how long) to envision my mind being blue to calm it- but it didn’t work real well.
At night I tried to focus on my breathing-did more dozing though than focusing on breathing. I’m not sure how long this was for.
For a few minutes I meditated by starting out focusing on taking belly breaths and then imagined white light with all the things my Soul needs that don’t get from my cats and filing body to nourish it. I ended up dozing off.Something interesting that happened one time when meditating is when I opened my eyes after meditating, I saw Serenity sitting on the carpet near me. She wasn’t there when I closed my eyes. I think she sensed I was meditating and maybe liked it.
For a few minutes I closed my eyes and imagined my anxiety and busy mind leaving my body and a new version of me emerging (in a blue color at first to represent a cool and calm mind) and then took deep belly breaths and I let my head go heavy and imagined breathing in more Love, peace, and more happiness and breathing out anxiety, stress, and busy mind.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I asked Hawkeye to blink if he would like to go outside and he did. I opened the door and he got off the kitty condo and went straight outside on the balcony.
I asked Serenity about trimming her nails earlier today and she told me she wanted to wait.
There are other communication times with Serenity and Hawkeye, but they’re not coming to mind right now.
I also did with Napoleon, a cat I’ve been working with, and found out the deeper reason about why he’s using the litter box inappropriately at times and ideas he has to help his person.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I am opening my heart more in communicating.
I have also noticed that as a result of something involving my senses some how that this morning I noticed being able to hear the sound of the leaf blower sooner than usual and hearing a dog’s tags clinking sooner than in the past, too.
I also have noticed feeling more gratitude and connection to the Universe.
I have also noticed being able to actually feel the connection to my cats’ Souls when I connect with them.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?See the above answers to answer the discovery question. To answer the first question, Is it possible to hear things sooner than in the past as a result of experiencing other things I am experiencing?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I haven’t yet. I hope to do so during the weekend.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? This week I used my intuition to guess certain things like the time and the color of a car coming up the drive way to park in the parking garage of my apartment building. There were times when I got the time right and I got the color of the car right.

3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing to celebrate.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I need to find a way how to center and focus, even if I am anxious or sick.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated mon-fri for about 8-10 min per day, mostly in silence, and also guided meditations such as the most beautiful place meditation from the Barometers of Our Souls course.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with my friend’s dog, Millie, about why she doesn’t like going in their backyard anymore. I am waiting to get feedback from my friend to see if Millie’s behavior has changed at all since we spoke.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I really loved doing the Barometers of Our Souls bonus course. I found it very insightful and inspiring.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I’m really struggling with the intuition games and hardly every accurate. Does this mean that I shouldn’t be trusting my intuition when it comes to animal communication?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I communicated again with Buddy yesterday and recorded my conversation in the forum. We discussed what he was doing and where he was.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I practiced the colored pens in a sack game and did not get very positive results. I really am not sure how to improve this.

Yes, most days. I am using Reiki meditations as I return to Animal Reiki.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Once again I checked in with Princess in Spirit to see how she is doing. I also attempted to communicate with Roxy to see if he is feeling better. I think he is but this was not very successful. I also offered Reiki to the two little kittens being discussed in the FB Group but was not able to communicate with them beyond telling them that I was offering Reiki and they could have as much or as little as they wished or none at all. Kathleen Prasad teaches to meditate and invite animals into the healing space which I did with them.
I meditated and invited the two kittens from the FB group into the healing space. I first experienced animal communication when I offered Reiki to animals. It was a total surprise and I am once again working with Animal Reiki to see if I can rekindle that amazing ability.

I did not communicate with the FAT this week. I did so last week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did. The guided meditations I did this week are Remember Who I Am: A Bedtime Reassurance of Divine Love 11 min 4 days, Samadhi 8 min, Chakra Activation Meditation 18 min, and Portal of Transformation 17 min. I also recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night and do Reiki Meditation & Self healing every day for at least 20 minutes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Buddy, the FAT this month. I asked if he had a message for Jane and he told me she needs to slow down and smell the roses. And for me, he is proud of me for helping Pollyanna (my pony) to feel heard.
I talked with Pollyanna my pony. I visited her in the pasture and she pawed the ground and made like she couldn’t eat anything and pawed the ground again. She told me that there is no grass to eat. She has been pulling away from me and running wildly around when I’m leading her out to pasture. So, the next day I visited midday and put more hay in her stall. She was so happy with me. She kept telling me, thank you for listening to me and understanding what I need. My tummy will feel better now. 🙂
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am understanding my own animal and what she is communicating with me. I am also celebrating that I got validation on what I got from Buddy last week. I was so excited! 😀
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am realizing that I just need to put out there what I get, even if I second guess myself. It could be my imagination, but what if it isn’t?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I talked with Buddy today. I talked about general stuff like hello, how are you feeling today, is it hot there and asked if he had any messages for Jane. He said hello, he is fine today, it is hot and he isn’t very interested in going outside much. He said Jane needs to slow down and smell the roses. He also had a message for me about Pollyanna, that he was proud of me for listening to her and she is very happy.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes, I played the first Intuition Game- 5 Simple Steps to Developing Your Intuition by Learning to Listen to Your Gut. I asked if Pollyanna was going to settle enough to walk all of the way out to her pasture soon. I got a YES. I asked if Louise’s sick kitten Shaman was going to thrive and live. I got a YES! I like this game. I feel it is helping sharpen my intuition.

o 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
• Every day in morning about 15min. also, I have started playing my native flutes again because I feel drawn to getting back into my earth centered traditional fun stuff. It is so meditative for me because I am practices simply allowing my heart to speak through the flute rather than staying in linear thinking trying to remember tunes I have learned in the past. It is helping me to get out of my head and more into my heart.
•
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?Yes, I spoke with Buddy but have been distracted and have not posted. I am on my way for a weekend trip and have been talking to my kitties all about it and what is going to happen. I feel really calm about my leaving; in the past I was always a nervous wreck….no more and the cats appreciate it a bunch. I went out the other morning and played my flute to welcome the new day and chickadees and other birdies joined in. I felt their appreciations at my reverence. I also had a talk/feel in with little kitten Shaman in France that was posted by one of your students.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have begun to seriously purge my life of all superfluous stuff; clearing the clutter, organizing paperwork, doing more energywork self care and am feeling like I am ready to get my animal communication website up and running.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have been trying to communicate with my kitties about their purpose in my life and I am having difficulty in really feeling/hearing what it is they want to express to me. Izzy is my Meditation Muse and my gatekeeper to moving into my Heart, as was mentioned on the call Saturday. Novia is a tricky one and I feel has to do with helping me to honor my Wise Woman Healer and is aiding me to come into my own Power. My cats are indeed my Spirit helpers.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, see above. I just have not posted anything on forum. I will get to it when I return from my holiday.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
My usual flyby talks with animals when I am out and about: Squirrel said he was having fun with KoKo in the yard, wanted to get closer and closer because he was drawn to her energy.
Told a big dog in the back of a pick=up truck to be careful standing up while his human is driving. He said, “I got this, I am stable and have done it many times before….I love the freedom flowing through me”. Hah, good answer dude!
Tried my cards a couple of times but did not do well cause my mind was jumpy.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. I cont8nue my daily meditations and spending time mid day at a holy place near where I lve going deeper and very still. Every day for one to two hours.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Molly: Puppy. Helped her human have confidence to follow her own(the human’s) intuition on what to give her when she wouldn’t drink anything. She drank some tuna fish water!!
2. Joker: 3/year old dog.Aggressive behavior, getting neutered operation, accepting his human moving in with a woman with another dog, healing from being mulled by pit bulls and loosing a cat friend named Willy.
3. Champ: puppy. Hurt his left from shoulder. Healing it and finding out why he keeps injuring himself (had to heal aura and close rips in the wei chi as he wasn’t connected to his physical body).
4. ZuZu: collie. Finding out cause of stomach distress and connecting to a dog friend he has been missing physically. He brought humour to the session and said both his human and I needed to laugh more so find some good jokes and share them with each other! 😊3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I had many wonderful and surprising things happen during this week’s sessions.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? The discovery I made this week was when I am feeling a strong feeling during a session, I need to ask about it. I ignored one which was crucial in the healing of Joker but was able to address it in a 3rd session with him.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet this week but on the list.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I played guess the color of the pencils and mostly got them wrong….😥

I have meditated several times for short periods of time. I am still not doing what I want on meditation.
I communicated with my friend Virginia’s cat Micky. When I met Virginia she had a husband and 2 cats. Her cats and my cats were looking at each other from our screen porches when we lived in adjacent apartments. She and her husband later adopted a third cat.
Virginia lost one of the original 2 cats, then her husband, then the third cat the had adopted. So Micky is the only one left. He is nearing his transition having outlived the vet’s prediction when he was diagnosed with a brain tumor.
We talked about him meeting my cats back then. And we talked about the fact that he would be with his Dad and the other cats. I explained that two of my cats he had seen through the screen were back now in new bodies and asked if he planned to return. He said he did not know how so I suggested he ask my cats.
I later told Virginia about this conversation. We had also established that he knew he was going but not yet. He is concerned about how Virginia will handle it being left alone.
It was an interesting conversation.
The good discussion I had with Micky.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered how easily I could communicate with Micky.
I connected with the FAT briefly before and during the Q&A call. I did not connect last week. Maybe I’ll do that tomorrow before he is no longer our FAT.

Sorry – I seem not to have copied all of this last question. I don’t have anything to report on this one.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, briefly. I imagined Serenity, Hawkeye, and me white on the inside and on the outside. The intention was to guide the Universe to keep us healthy.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I don’t remember all the specific things. I asked Serenity if she’d like more yogurt. I also told Hawkeye a couple of things related to business-thinking out loud basically and wanting his input. I also sent him two or three audios trying to get him to trill and he did! I also did with a fly. I told the fly that if he/she didn’t leave that he/she would die. I hope the fly picked up on why (no food) in case I didn’t say it. I did imagine the fly being on animal poop, so maybe the fly knew I meant the fly would die due to lack of food even if I didn’t say it.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Being able to connect with Serenity and feel a little bit what it feels like to be her. Also, sending Hawkeye an audio and him receiving it.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did a little bit and will during the weekend again. He sent me images of pillows and said he likes pillows.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I used my intuition to “guess” things.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Unusually I missed a few days because I was staying at my sister’s house – it was hard to get the privacy but in reality it moved me into a completely different rhythm that I struggled to get out of. I learned that I need to prepare more to be able to stay in my own rhythm when spending time with people who have different ways of life.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve still been focusing on communicating with my dog Elsa about her sore leg. I had a lovely moment when I tried to tell her to show me where it would be good to go, rather than me try unsuccessfully to persuade her to walk somewhere she doesn’t want to go – I’m struggling to get her to get enough exercise that isn’t jumping and leaping. I tried to see, say, hear and mimed it – and she got it – and we had a really nice and completely different walk – she stayed on the road! I think I understood that there were more smells there which she preferred since she couldn’t play with the ball in the fields.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m seeing book titles about what people are learning from animals everywhere; I’ve discovered a friend who thinks it is completely normal to communicate with animals; it is becoming more and more a part of my life. I’ve also (finally) understood at a deep level that what matters is being true to yourself – not survival, not success, not fame etc. or, the biggy for me, doing things for other people to approve of.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Still struggling to hear. Still practising listening.
5.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No – I’m afraid I haven’t spoken to Buddy again since the Q&A call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I haven’t done these this week☹ – I’ve been struggling to stay in the saddle while and since staying at my sister’s house. I have, however, finished the Advanced Course 😊 -

I also want to add to my accountability post that I did on July 31st that there was another time I meditated. I am not sure how long. In this meditation I got various images, one of them being something that I guess is like stardust (I’m not sure what stardust looks like, but I guess intuitively I guess what it looked like was stardust). I think the stardust was swirling. I also heard, “This is your Greatness”.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Today I gained a deeper understanding of why my dogs bark when we are outside. Normally I have like a ‘radar’ for children and will call out and tell the girls if there is a child coming into view, today I was meditating instead of paying attention and both my girls barked at a small child (minding it”s own business). They knew I was not being vigilant so they took on the role of warning me of this scary thing (the child).
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
This week I discovered a deeper understanding of the role the girls play in my life. I have two dogs, totally different characters… one is a mini me and the other is in fact the me that could be if I just dared.5. Featured Animal Teacher! If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I connected last week with Buddy and had a quick conversation because he was sleepy (there is a time zone difference that I need to take into consideration). I just got that he had an itchy beard and that he was a very loving, kind hearted little soul. I hadn’t finished the art of the conversation so I didn’t really ask many questions. Lately I have had a HUGE amount of work to do so I have really concentrated on the courses, I now need to dare to try communicating on a regular basis.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I play the marble game. I have the marbles in my pocket as I walk the dogs. At first it was very hit and miss, some days it still is, some days I really get it, so feeling good about that.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did breath meditation and it helps center and expand my perceptions, as well as, relax my nervous system.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected with my three cats and had some powerful energy healing sessions with them. I connected with many different wild animals. I receive all sorts of messages, many of which are more of a communion of energies. I had a funny encounter with a squirrel who came up really close to me. We just greeted and said by have a nice day. Lots of communication with insects. Mostly letting them know that if they linger to long on my clothing/me, i may accidentally squash them.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Just got a booking for an animal communication session. I’m not advertising yet, but through word of mouth. First paid client.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I will think of some!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I am going to do that now.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games this week, but lots of intuitive work.
