One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been meditating and spent some time outside in nature doing so as well. It’s such a peaceful feeling outside in my mom’s back yard. I have not meditated each day but have incorporated this once again back in my routine. I have been also doing “I love you, I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you” while I am in bed during early morning hours for short meditations.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a cutie dog named Maggie. Her human sister and mom reached out to me to get a session with her. She shared some wonderful information. She did not wish to talk about her food, no interest for her to talk about it which was funny. She knew her humans wanted answers so she allowed that but anything more, she just did not care to do so. She also showed me a little boy and a name of “Nathan”. When I shared this with them, they said the little boy is the nephew and Nathan is the nephew’s father. So I gathered some more info from Maggie to share what that was all about. It was a very nice and loving time together.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate that since I have been doing private work with Val, that the intuition and communication energy has changed. I feel more confident and also am receiving more communication such as the specific name above. I also have opened my 8th chakra which is the “hearing” chakra and found that this has helped as well. I would like to celebrate this!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I do not have any questions this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with Buddy last Saturday (5 days ago) and will touch base with him again this weekend as scheduled.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
The newest intuition access game opened up for me and it’s all about communicating with every animal I meet. Yesterday, I chatted with a grecko bird who shared with me why he was there. That he was watching over the house (my mom’s house) and that this was sacred land. He said there is love here and was looking over the space to help it keep that “essence”. He also said that the lady in the house (my mom) was about love and that she’s unconditional even when she doesn’t understand or feels differently. She’s still able to find that still space of love in her heart. I agreed with him wholeheartedly and thanked him for sharing this with me.
I also chatted with a dog that comes over to my mom’s back yard. This morning, her energy connected in a different way with mine than before. Before she seemed a bit hesitant and protective but this morning, although she was still hesitant, there was a change in her energy. I politely told her to go back home and as she did, she kept turning around to look back at me. I kept praising her for listening and off she went back home.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Very little, focusing, being present.
Still hopelessly overloaded with long hours at work.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Trying to get a feral kitten more friendly. She moved into the kennel, when she was about 3 months old, by slipping through the fence (2×2 inch holes). In the meantime she comes close, when I have good food in my hand. Without food she stays out of reach.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I manage to stay comparatively calm, although I am frustrated, overworked and generally feeling fed up.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have time to even think about questions.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games.1/12

I missed last night, but every other night I’ve been listening to my meditation music 20-30 minutes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Again, just my fur family. Still one-way only conversations. No messages in return.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing to celebrate.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Didn’t have time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games. Trying to remain open for any intuitive thoughts or messages that may come in.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did. The guided meditations I did this week are: Remember Who I AM: A bedtime reassurance of Divine Love 11 Min, The Bridge Meditation (By Kathleen Prasad), Wise Woman Affirmations 12 min, Life Energy-Chi Sound Meditation 30 min, Portal of Transformation 17 Min, & Gratitude Meditation 8 min. I also say the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra every morning and evening, and do Reiki meditation and self healing every day.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Buddy, the FAT. I asked how Jane is doing. Buddy said she is very busy but I just show her my love. I understand. I asked if Jane found the socks MaryBeth told her about and he said Yes. I told him I was so happy to talk with him this month and he said We animals so appreciate the conversations, it gives us such hope.
I also spoke with Joey, the horse with a wounded leg that hasn’t healed in over 6 years. I told him I learned a new healing modality called the Magical Healing Goo and offered him Reiki and the Goo. He was happy to have the healing. I didn’t get much conversation though.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am practicing more often speaking with animals. I am also celebrating that I actually do get some information. I used to think I made it up.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None come to mind at present.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I spoke with Buddy, this month’s FAT. What I got is shown above on question 2. I did post what I got in the Forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played the card game. I got close to 50/50 but it was a bit slanted on more wrong. 🙁

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. My daily meditations change but I always connect in some way every day to the higher power. I sit in stillness, saying my mantra, connecting to light and sound for 15 minutes to an hour morning and evening this week.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Flanders: Horse. How are his front legs and hooves doing? (He foundered very badly as a younger horse). He said for his person not to worry so much as she is doing very well in her connections to him so this communication helped her self-confidence in knowing whether to ride him or not.
2. Cocoa: (kitty) How does he want to leave the physical? He said he didn’t want help, that he didn’t want to just blink out.
3. Joker:(dog) Aggressive behavior. He wants more time with his human alone while adjusting to a new pack (girlfriend moving in with her dog).3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That I was surprised and amazed at how the communication went several times this week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I wonder why I have no idea why the dog next door howels every night and morning or the cow down the street moos forlornly. I don’t feel I can connect to animals at all when I hear these animals.
5. I did not make time to connect with Buddy. The week screamed by.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes. Tried the colored pencil game and didn’t get any right. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated for about 8-10 minutes a day mon – thurs this week. I also did the opening meditation in the 4th class of the advanced course.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with my dog Sadie after my boyfriend and I tried to cut her nails. She was terrified during the experience and resisted so much that we were not able to cut her nails or use the dremel. Afterward, I communicated with her to explain why we were wanting to cut her nails and I told her what the alternatives are if she does not let us cut them at home (she will have to go to the vet and we won’t be able to be there with her while they cut her nails).
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the fact that animals help to keep me grounded in life and connected to all beings.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I didn’t this week. I think this was because my mind was focusing on other aspects of my life this week and animal communication was not at the forefront.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I attempted the colored pen in a sack game once and did not get any correct out of 5 tries.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
My meditations have been sporadic. I was out of town a few days and so those days did not do sit down mediation. This week as been a bit flat feeling for me; though I have been doing morning flute playing to greet my day (did it 3 times this week) and have been doing quick meditations and ‘my practice listening without labeling’ while I sit in grass ‘earthing’.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Several times attempted to talk to my kitty babes while I was away but could not get a clear line.
I am getting a clearer picture of my animals purpose’s with me and beginning to understand why and where my trip-ups are. I really do need to write, in depth, about each cat in my life and explore the breadth of their wisdom teachings in my life – especially now that I am facing my fears about getting my animal communication business off the ground, along with the continued unsettling I feel worldwide with this pandemic and all the political bullshit, ect ect ect.
Novia and I are bonding more deeply as we move into our wise woman crone selves. Izzy remains vigilant in assisting me to go deeper in my meditation and journeying exercises. Koko continually tells me to lighten up and flow – let myself flow more. Charlie is showing me more of how to ‘protect my heart hearth’, and like Koko he says “Chill” all will be ok.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I like to celebrate how easily I can have quick tune in’s with animals on the fly – like the heart connection I had with a mountain squirrel hanging around me at the campsite, And with the birds feeling grateful at my flute playing the other morning. When there is no ‘pressure to perform’ I do better.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None that I can formulate concisely in this moment – most my questions recently are inner self directed…..5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, and I posted on the forum. Buddy is a wise soul. Well, hell all the animals are wise souls who are ever so willing and kindly patient with us humans to get our shit together and work with them and with all the other angels and spirits to trust our own selves and our abilities.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
My usual and beloved fly by talks, and I tried my cards a few times but did not do well.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1- Meditate: As usual, I am doing my TM practice every day and another round of 21 days abundance meditation with Chopra. I have been reflecting, journaling, crying, and Did EMDR with my counselor regarding my conversation with Val.
2- practice: just talked with my cats this week about staying close by the cottage and thanking them that they come when I called them with the bell, also letting them know how wonderful it feels when the three of us are cuddling in bed at night, and also for letting me sleep in some mornings when I really needed it. Did not have the time to connect with other animal this week, been off island and swimming and enjoying the summer days.
3- Celebrate: not exactly related to communication but I am happy that I made the commitment with some friends to draw every week, I am into painting hummingbirds these days. It is so settling and satisfying.
4- questions/discovery: a blue heron came to visit me in real life twice, realized it was a messenger. When I read about it so appropriate to the lesson I am trying to learn now after clarification with Val.
5- FAT: no, did not have the time and I am actually repulsed by the energy of this dog I just don’t want to communicate with him. this is the first time this has happened to me.

I have meditated several times for short periods of time. I am still not doing what I want on meditation.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with my friend Virginia’s cat Micky. When I met Virginia she had a husband and 2 cats. Her cats and my cats were looking at each other from our screen porches when we lived in adjacent apartments. She and her husband later adopted a third cat.
Virginia lost one of the original 2 cats, then her husband, then the third cat the had adopted. So Micky is the only one left. He is nearing his transition having outlived the vet’s prediction when he was diagnosed with a brain tumor.
We talked about him meeting my cats back then. And we talked about the fact that he would be with his Dad and the other cats. I explained that two of my cats he had seen through the screen were back now in new bodies and asked if he planned to return. He said he did not know how so I suggested he ask my cats.
I later told Virginia about this conversation. We had also established that he knew he was going but not yet. He is concerned about how Virginia will handle it being left alone.
It was an interesting conversation.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

The good discussion I had with Micky.

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered how easily I could communicate with Micky.

I connected with the FAT briefly before and during the Q&A call. I did not connect last week. Maybe I’ll do that tomorrow before he is no longer our FAT.

I imagined Serenity, Hawkeye, and me white on the inside and on the outside. The intention was to guide the Universe to keep us healthy.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I don’t remember all the specific things. I asked Serenity if she’d like more yogurt. I also told Hawkeye a couple of things related to business-thinking out loud basically and wanting his input. I also sent him two or three audios trying to get him to trill and he did! I also did with a fly. I told the fly that if he/she didn’t leave that he/she would die. I hope the fly picked up on why (no food) in case I didn’t say it. I did imagine the fly being on animal poop, so maybe the fly knew I meant the fly would die due to lack of food even if I didn’t say it.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Being able to connect with Serenity and feel a little bit what it feels like to be her. Also, sending Hawkeye an audio and him receiving it.
I did a little bit and will during the weekend again. He sent me images of pillows and said he likes pillows.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I used my intuition to “guess” things.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Unusually I missed a few days because I was staying at my sister’s house – it was hard to get the privacy but in reality it moved me into a completely different rhythm that I struggled to get out of. I learned that I need to prepare more to be able to stay in my own rhythm when spending time with people who have different ways of life.

I’ve still been focusing on communicating with my dog Elsa about her sore leg. I had a lovely moment when I tried to tell her to show me where it would be good to go, rather than me try unsuccessfully to persuade her to walk somewhere she doesn’t want to go – I’m struggling to get her to get enough exercise that isn’t jumping and leaping. I tried to see, say, hear and mimed it – and she got it – and we had a really nice and completely different walk – she stayed on the road! I think I understood that there were more smells there which she preferred since she couldn’t play with the ball in the fields.

I’m seeing book titles about what people are learning from animals everywhere; I’ve discovered a friend who thinks it is completely normal to communicate with animals; it is becoming more and more a part of my life. I’ve also (finally) understood at a deep level that what matters is being true to yourself – not survival, not success, not fame etc. or, the biggy for me, doing things for other people to approve of.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Still struggling to hear. Still practising listening.

No – I’m afraid I haven’t spoken to Buddy again since the Q&A call.

I haven’t done these this week☹ – I’ve been struggling to stay in the saddle while and since staying at my sister’s house. I have, however, finished the Advanced Course 😊Moderator
