One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I was going at a really good pace with mediation and then this week happened and I fell off the wagon from doing it. Thanks for this reminder to keep going with mediating each day!
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a dog named Shep. He was missing and there was a search team out looking for him. I was called in to see if I could help with communication. He was frightened as he was blind and out by himself. A rabbit came into my mind and I followed rabbit’s guidance. I told Shep that a bunny was nearby, very calm and gentle and that this bunny was placing around him a protective shield to help him feel safe. As we continued communication, the anxiety Shep was feeling continued to decrease. Through the bunny’s eyes, I was able to hear from him (the bunny) some landmarks, colours and things of Shep’s location. I was able to dowse for his location and it was in an area that had not yet searched as they didn’t think he would cross a road. When they went to search in this area, a bunny appeared to them on the path. They had not come across a bunny in their searches so far. They also confirmed the landmarks that bunny gave (the colour red on the roof was a red eaves trough and the “glass roof” was shiny tin roof of the building with windows in them). They still have not found Shep and are still searching for him. I have had a hard time feeling responsible for this information and really want to help. I also question my ability in his location and hope I have led them in the right direction.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate some long overdue cuddling with Darwin. I had been away for 10 days and with schedule, hadn’t been able to take the time consciously to connect and have some time heart to heart with Dar. It was beautiful to do so today. Thank you Darwin!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have discovered that animals truly understand, a nice reminder…even though I know, I sometimes forget. I also have a question if Shep wants to be found and if he has passed.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not yet communicated with Buddy but will be doing my first communication with him this week Saturday on the Q&A call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I went back to the intuition game about remembering my first experience with telepathy with animals. I was having a hard time finding out and going back in memory. So I set the intention to become still. I received a message that my pony Thunder was one of the beautiful beings that I communicated telepathically with. I just didn’t know it at the time! I remember braiding his mane and grooming him. He also had his saddle slip when I was galloping on him teaching me “how to get back up on the horse again” after being fearful. He also bucked me off him as well teaching me “how to get back up when I feel I have fallen downwards”. It was beautiful to honour this memory of telepathic communication. Thank you Thunder, I love you! Forever grateful xo.

Nothing to celebrate.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I did one of Val’s brief guided meditations. I think I meditated another time, but I’m not sure what I did. It might have had something to do with the chakra colors. I don’t think it was a long meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I don’t remember all the times we communicated, but three that come to mind were when I asked Serenity if she wanted yogurt and she immediately meowed and walked over to me. Another time was when I told Serenity to go to the bedroom for her meal. Another time was when I told Serenity to sit where she wanted to eat and she picked where she wanted to eat and then sat. One time when I had to go to the bathroom today and Hawkeye wanted to be with me I told him to go to the bathroom. He went straight to the bathroom! I think I also asked Hawkeye to move to another area than where he was on the counter because I needed the area where he was sitting. Not long after than he moved!
I might have also connected with a cat named Napoleon without looking at his picture. Napoleon pees on the carpet sometimes and his human doesn’t want him to do that. I am not sure if I connected with him though or not-what I got might have been an intuitive hit without talking to Napoleon.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That I’m starting to really get it that there’s no point in having such a busy mind about a lot of things. I am learning this from Serenity and Hawkeye. I am also learning from Hawkeye that it’s important that I have fun beyond the fun I have with him and Serenity.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I believe I know the answer, but I want to ask here. When talking with an animal, it is possible to get the communication out to the animal before even formulating the thought or sentence fully, right? For instance, if I am talking to a dog and asking a question, if before I even get the thought or question fully out in words in my mind, it’s still possible to get the thought or question to the dog before it fully comes out of the thought in my mind, right?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I did. he told me different things-there’s a white neighbor cat who he’s friends with and sees on his walks, he likes to see and smell flowers, he likes to ride in the car and swim in the lake, he got muddy paws who someone cleaned with a towel, there’s a red SUV or some sort of red vehicle, and that he saved his family once. He also mentioned about a disabled girl (emotionally disabled) and a girl with braces. I posted in his section for the FAT for Jane to see the communication.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Yes-the deck of cards game. Red or black: 8 right out of 16. Suit: 1 right out of 10, but one of the wrong ones was what I guess the card before it (was there intuition going on there?) Suit or no suit: 5 right out of 6.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I meditated at least 15 minutes nearly every day, longer some days. I watched Kathleen Prasad’s Zoom book launch recently and was reminded of the Animal Reiki meditation, so I’ve been working with that some. It is basically meditation 1 from the way I teach Reiki I but with the emphasis on animals. She teaches what she calls the Let Animals Lead ™ method which means you go into meditation and invite the animals to join you in the healing energy. Since I first opened to Animal Communication when I was doing a practice section for one of Kathleen’s Animal Reiki trainings, it makes sense to go back to working on animal Reiki as a way to improve my animal communication skills. A bit unusual as a way to do that, but it worked for me before.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I once again communicated to Princess, my cat who is now in spirit. She has been in spirit in the earth energy field but has not left earth and moved on to her next adventure. I used to sense her around a lot but no longer do. I discussed what she is doing now and got that she was in a body but not nearly as dense as earth bodies, not like what we think of as light body. She is in a male body I think – she has been in male body 3 or the 4 times I am aware of us being together. I did not get a lot of info other than that she is happily on her next lifetime so to speak.
I celebrate connecting with Princess again. It had been a while.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I want to know more about where Princess is now and what she is doing. It was not a strong connection. I will continue to connect with her er him. I used to just think of her and hear Yes Mom. She is a bit more distant now but I’m delighted that I can connect with her.
Yes I briefly connected with Buddy, the new FAT. I shared a little with him about what he will experience on the call Saturday and will connect further with him at that time. I do wonder if I made that all up. I did not get much of a sense of him and look forward to a stronger connection during the call.
I am going back to working more with Animal Reiki because my intuition became so strong when I did that before. Connection is connection, and I find Animal Reiki an easy way to connect with animals. I’m also excited to get Kathleen’s new book which is a journal that I think will help me get back to daily meditation and journalling, again what helped me to develop intuition before.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I was able to listen to my new meditation music every night before bed this week. 20-30 minutes each time. I had gotten unsettled the previous weekend when I was told I had to wear a mask to go into a store, which is a new mandate for this area. This whole plandemic hoax makes me angry, and I expressed myself to the person. I realize that isn’t helping me, so I told the Universe that I wasn’t sure how to deal with this situation, and let it go. After listening to this meditation music for 2 or 3 nights, I received a message from the Universe to “be at peace within myself”, and a peaceful feeling to go with it. I am now working with that.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Nothing new.

Not yet. He looks very wise.

No game time.

A question I had is about the astarl projection.. How can it be good for the animal communication? And can it help find lost animals?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes every day – a mixture of chanting and silent. gEtting better at staying heart focused. I’m going to aim to do more silent this week to see if that makes a difference.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Buddy the FAT – I have written it in my notebook rather than the website because I don’t want to see what others have said before the Q&A call. I prepared verifying questions – and practiced the method. I’ll wait till tomorrow to see how I did.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I also spent some time with a fly – I didn’t ask questions but I felt a bond. He/She crawled on my neck and hand for quite a while and it tickled and we had fun and I felt a lot of joy. This felt important because I understood that this is communication. It doesn’t have to be a human style Q&A. It’s tempting to want the Q&A human style but I think that’s ego. The fact is: it was really fun and joyful doing that with the fly.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
That it’s important to trust what you get – not because it’s necessarily correct but that mistrusting messes the communication with you and the other being. That was a big shift in understanding.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried and will post after the Q&A session tomorrow to see if I got things right.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes – it was intuit the colour of the candle, purple or red. 3/5 2/5 2/5. Hmmmmm…. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night. I do Reiki meditation and self healing from 15 – 30 minutes daily. The guided meditations I did this week are: Theta Weave Powerful Promises 21 min, Reiki Guided Meditation 6 min, Remember Who I AM: A Bedtime Reassurance of Divine Love 11 min, I am Authentic: Healing Perfectionism 13 min, 21 Blessings of the Divine Feminine 9 min.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with my pony Pollyanna. Pam offered to do a Root Chakra balancing for her so I communicated with her to let her know that Pam was going to do that. It was evening and she was out in the pasture so I didn’t want it to be a surprise. She seemed to say to me that it was ok for her to do. I also talk with her daily when I visit her.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am getting more information and I celebrate this.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am having intuitive hits and this is so much fun.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I didn’t communicate with Buddy yet but plan to connect on Saturday’s Coaching Q&A Call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes, I Did Intuitive Games-5 Simple Steps to Developing your Intuition By Learning to Listen to your Gut. I had an intuitive hit yesterday about a company sign on a truck which was in a TV show we had watched previously. Last night we watched a repeat of a TV show and that exact truck with sign that I thought of earlier that day was in the show. I did the 5 Simple Steps to Developing your Intuition and asked if that was an intuitive hit about the upcoming show we were going to watch and I got a YES. That was so cool.

o 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been meditating while I run my Healy programs; this week has been interesting because I am feeling deep healing occurring in myself as well as my animals. I have been running different programs that run from 20min to 60min. I feel I am entering into deep theta and staying there through the entire time. My dream world is showing me that serious detox and release of old patterns are being purged.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have made a couple of attempts to speak with a client’s two cats but my mind been hanging up on trying too hard; I will make another attempt today b/c I have appt. set up to talk to the human this afternoon. I guess I have yet to fully release my fear around doing it all correctly since I am getting paid for my services…..so much unneeded pressure I put on myself.
My main focus this week as, again, been on my kitties. KoKo is slowly recovering but not Novia is in the midst of sneezing. My intuition tells me that she does not need Vet intervention at this time. She says, “Allow my body to take the information of these frequencies and I will work with them toward wholeness”.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I really feel, deep in my core, that change is happening; healing in my body and soul are happening.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am still trying to figure out the core reasons for me not believing in myself and my abilities to be a professionally paid and good animal communicator. I really do need to set my appt up to talk with Val…soooooon!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I plan to talk to him today to ask him to answer a couple of questions Elizabeth asked about his barking and peeing behaviors. I really want to get a good session in before class tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
The only game I played is ‘who’s calling me up’ (I got it correct several times), and seeing how many emails/facebook msgs I get before I log in ( I got only a small percentage correct).

Yes! I have found a very sacred place to meditate and have gone there 3 times this week. Time seems to stand still and I look and 1 1/2 hours goes by! Meditate on light and sound. I am also doing some live 15 meditations on a Facebook Live session on each of the energy centers. Have done red and orange. Today will be yellow. I journaled yesterday about boundaries (orange) and my body is a sacred vessel and I have a right to feel my feelings.2. 1. Sent Birthday Messages to a friend from her three cats, Dusty, Indigo and Buddha 😊—the start of a NEW part of my AC business!!!! She told me they were spot on! (Yay)
2. Worked with Emma, an Australian shepherd who was in the midst of thunderstorm anxiety. I felt what she was feeling and saw what she considered to be a huge black blob throwing juju energy and afraid it would come in the house. I gave her person tips from Val how the next encounter with storms could be calmer.
3. Winnie: 15 year old puppy, worked before the fireworks to calm her with feel my hand. Her human just gave her a tranquilizer instead—😗
4. Followed up with Kitty Cocoa on healing from his travel experience.
5. Today I will connect with Philthy, a rat who just passed last week.
6. Kitty Nirvana never came home….so I connected her human with someone who specializes in lost pets.🤞(She can’t afford Tim from Val’s website).
7. Kitty Jaz has been howling before and after a move from a place he and his human had been living a long time. He doesn’t like change and he told me that she needed to unpack his favorite things and what they were so he could feel safe. She did and already he is calming down.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. The start of Birthday Messages from your Animals was born this week! A fun and non-stressful way to help pets and their humans.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
In working through the 4 year old poodle ReRe’s death I learned how death can be healing and I cannot ever think I know what is going to happen. Her human felt very supported by me even though I knew I made “mistakes”—-maybe not—-

Doing this next and will post today.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes everyday in some way. Breath awareness. Basic Meditation Prior to Healing work. Awareness.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
All my cats of course. The spirits of animals that are dead… I interact on a daily basis and have for as long as I remember, with road kill and just yesterday tuned in to a yellow warbler bird and sent her body into the river. Had an interesting communion w Ravens this week. My messages are often of love and not really about words or what i got. I have people asking me to work w then and there animals. Trying to pay me so I suppose I need to step up, accept the challenge, and start actively putting myself out there while the irons hot.
