One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Other than doing the 5 minute meditation with Mike Dooley each day, I haven’t meditated otherwise other than taking some deep breathing steps when feeling stressed and also before I communicated with a beautiful dog.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Sebastian, the FAT and she is such a wonderful healer of love. She shared her purpose of being here, she told me her personality and she’s all about helping humanity through love. Very special girl! I also communicated with a beautiful dog who’s mom reached out to me because her health has taken a turn and she hasn’t been feeling well. I communicated with this precious sweetheart and she told me how her head hurt, like a headache or migraine and how it is really affecting her. She said she wasn’t sure why this was happening so I asked her if I could help with asking her some questions. I got specific with asking (pain levels, where, what could be affecting this ex. medication, environment, water, illness, age and was able to get some answers that helped her feel better because she got to talk about things.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate that I’ve come to realize that once again, when I remove my mind, my ego from the equation, things will always fall into place. I was worrying that the information I received from this dog was correct or not because it’s such a sensitive topic for end of life. Today when I connected with her mom, she asked some questions and felt good about the conversation I had with her special girl.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am curious how to best help in knowing what to say exactly when animals are at or nearing the end of their life on earth. How will I know if they are ready or not? My cat told an animal communicator he was ready and then later, he changed his mind. I do not wish to tell someone their animal is ready when the time they take them in, they could change their mind.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did, Sebastian is really awesome. So loving and a healer with love! My notes about her are noted above in #2.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play any meditation games this week. My next lessons opens up at the end of this month which I look forward to participating in.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2 guided meditations and daily practice of grounding and staying present.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Still talking to my ginger boy and trying to explain to him what a great home he could have, if he could stop freaking out. After I blocked him from entering my bathroom again, he went hiding in my bedroom for 3 days. Since 2 days he comes out at least to eat in the bedroom and use the litter box in the kitchen. Now trying to make him (and the other 2 that make the journey with him) eat in the kitchen. If I manage, I can close the kitchen door again and then try slowly to introduce them to the other cats. I still hope this procedure will make Mowgli more confident and I can finally give him to my colleague.
In the meantime, a new kitten moved in, a tabby girl with white paws. So I named her Whitepaws. She is feral with a mother around, but it seems that the mother was not interested in her any more. So she decided to move in by squeezing through the 2×2 inch wide openings in the kennel, astonishing, considering that she is about 3 months old and her head is already so big that she had to tilt it at a weird angle to get it through the opening. After she had a look around the kennel and greeted everybody incl the 2 dogs, she settled on the scratch tree. I asked her, if she wants to get back out and she was quite astonished. She told me she likes the place and the company (and the regular food). When I asked, if I could gently touch her, she had a panicked look in her eyes and got up, ready to run away. So now I am working on getting a bit closer every day. Hopefully, within the next 3 months she will like to be touched and I can take her for spaying.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Working with my Beagle Pascal to reduce his reactivity towards dogs passing on the street or the footpath along our boundaries. The last week, we had a few occasions, when the neighbours walked past with their pitbull and in spite of being exited (running in circles and jumping up and down), Pascal did not bark.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Only during our call last Saturday.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I’m not sure how long, but I prayed to the Universe. I also tried to connect with my inner self, but I had too much on my mind to do that.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity- I told her a piece of food she dropped was between her paws and she then found it and ate it. I think Serenity told me that sometimes she doesn’t want to eat in the bedroom and I told her why we go to the bedroom for her to eat.
Hawkeye: I wasn’t even trying to communicate with Hawkeye that I was going to put clean sheets on the bed and he headed to the bedroom and the bed before I was ready to put the clean sheets on.
During the Q & A Call I thought about wanting to ask Serenity and Hawkeye’s vet about Hawkeye’s stools and asking if about an idea I had to help with his stools. Hawkeye came over to me and got partially on the computer as I was making a note to ask the vet. I wasn’t trying to communicate with Hawkeye at that moment, but I think he might have been trying to communicate with me.During the Q & A Call I also connected with Sebastian. Angela confirmed some of what I said. Sebastian also gave me a very special and very sweet, kind, and caring message about how I can get love and respect from her and get guidance from her in business and everything else.
I’m not sure if DeeDee connected with me during the Q & A Call or if it was intuition outside of talking to her, but before Val even mentioned to us about a pinched nerve I got that DeeDee had a pinched nerve.
Also during the Q & A Call, I got that Shy had been taken and that Neemo likes taste the beef flavor that secretes into paw pads. He enjoys it.
I also connected with a cat named Rosie about why she meows in the wee hours of the morning and wakes her mommy up and what could be done so she wouldn’t do that.
Also, I connected with a cat named Napoleon about why he pees on the carpet and what could be done so he wouldn’t do that. He said it was because of the energy from the arguing. His human confirmed that her parents who they live with argue a lot. The ideas he had his human said were not possible.
I also connect with some stray cats-a mommy cat and her kittens. The human who wanted my help was having difficulty getting one of the kittens. It was urgent that she get the one kitten. I connected a few times and instructed the human on what to do. She made progress. After the third time, the human was able to get the kitten!!!!!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How much my cats are always here for me and in tune with me and help me. Also, when they got my messages and not even trying to connect with Hawkeye and he knew I was going to put on new sheets. Also, the human being able to get the kitten after my connecting with the kitten and working with the human!!!!!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I connected with Sebastian during the Q & A Call. Angela confirmed some of what I said. Sebastian also gave me a wonderful message about how I can come to her for love, respect, and guidance on my business and everything else.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I didn’t unless it counts for the human I mentioned being able to get the kitten.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated with more intention this week and started my daily meditations with gratefulness and appreciation.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I only connected with Snickers this week. She told me exactly where she wanted me to give her TTouches!!! Then she went and slept deeply after our session.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I have been working on being present during my meditation.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I had a question about how to go about scanning for physical issues and the answer I received was study basic anatomy so I’m getting out my materials from a touch for health class I took years ago.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Only on the call. Sebastian is on my list for tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Little intuitive miracles happened ALL week! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated a few mornings during the week, sitting in quiet meditation for about 8 minutes at a time.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with my dog, Sadie, to let her know that I was going out of town for a couple days and I showed her that I would be returning so she wouldn’t be upset when I left. My boyfriend told me that after I left she didn’t whine or act strange at all so I’d call that a success! I have also been communicating with her each day while I’m away so that she knows I love her.
I’m visiting Chincoteague Island in VA and saw the herd of wild ponies last night. I used the group communication skills I learned about in the Advanced Course and asked to speak to the matriarch of the herd. She told me that I am deeply loved and that they are all really glad I am making an effort to communicate with them and other animals. She also asked me why I stopped doing art in the form of drawing animals. I will restart this creative expression when I return back home. Today, on my morning wildlife refuge walk, I communicated with bunnies I passed along the way and they all watched me as a passed them and reassured them that they were safe. I also came across a magnificent tortoise and communicated with his wise spirit.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am starting to trust myself more and simply allow the communications to happen without worrying if they are correct.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with Sebastian on the live call and posted it on her page.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play any games this week. Meditation and sitting in silence helped me to focus in on my intuition this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I didn’t do as much meditation as we had company for 3 days this last week but did do something every day. I recited the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning & night. I did 3 Diamond’s Reiki Meditation 5 days up to 12 minutes. The guided meditations I did were: Balancing Your Root Chakra 8 min, Root Chakra Clearing 5 min, shared Val’s Chakra Ride Meditation with Pollyanna, also did a bit of Reiki self healing.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke with Sebastian, Angela’s kitty, the FAT this month. We had a nice interaction. Sebastian had a message for me that Pollyanna and I will be ok. I was very surprised that she knew this and she told me she is very intuitive. She also had a message for Angela to relax more.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I got so much with my talk with Sebastian, and Angela confirmed the information. I’m so excited!!!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am sad I don’t get information from my pony, Pollyanna when I talk with her. She and I have so much going on right now. How awesome it would be if I could hear more of what she has to say to me.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I could not be on the Coaching Q&A Call Saturday so tuned in on Wednesday. Yes, I got information and I am so happy I got so much. I posted my conversation in the Forum and have gotten conformation from Angela that I was accurate. By the way, I did not read any comments in the forum prior to listening to the recorded call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I am afraid I did not play any games this week. Promise I will for next week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I listened to some Spirit Animal meditation music this week, about 3 times. As always, I try to always be mindful in what I do, think, and say as I go about my days.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Bunnies, squirrels, birds, I talk to them all on a daily basis. A raccoon has started to visit my bird feeders every day and really makes a mess of everything. He tried to take one of the feeders with him/her and damaged it in the process. So I’m not going to put food out for the birds for a while in the hopes of discouraging him/her from coming to my feeders. I have begun to change my mental talk from not being able to get messages back from them to “I can understand what they’re saying to me!” I’m hoping this will open some doors for me.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Changing my mental talk to myself about receiving the messages that are all around me.
No, haven’t had time to do much of anything except work.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every day in am and pm for about 15min each. I also have been meditating when running my new frequency toy – total of about 5 hours with Healy alone. Did a few guided meditations (Val’s “thinking” and “sphere of light”) and have been working on my grounding and centering more.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?I have been speaking with a very sick kitty back east, his name is Blue Sky. I have had numerous communications with him, his sister Lullaby and his human since May. He suffers from kidney disease and has heart issues due to thyroid problems. He is ready to cross over but his human is very emotional about thinking she will not be able to live without him. She suffers from chronic depression and anxiety and Blue Sky has been instrumental in aiding her with these problems all of his life with her.
It has been a real challenge for me to help the human understand that he is not really suffering, he is in a process of dying and is managing his pain (in fact, I feel it more has uncomfortableness); Blue Sky is feeling more pain because of her emotional state. I have spent hours on the phone with her ‘in councilor mode’ and it has definitely made me understand the frustrations Blue Sky experiences. Also, I realize more and more how working with other people and animals with their issues, I see and learn more about my own…..the mirroring in this whole realm of animal communication is amazing.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I did not fall into total panic when KoKo became sick with, what I think is a viral infection in her sinuses. I did take her to the Vet and got a homeopathic remedy and have been running Healy on her (vibration only) and I think I might be able to not have to take her back to Vet to receive an antibiotic shot. My intention is strengthening; my fear is not getting the upper hand.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I got so frustrated that I could not get Chinte the Chihuahua to stop peeing inside the house. I fell into those dreaded feelings of failure and into a depressive state. Dang, in one hand I am honoring my successes and the next collapsing into my failures. I am determined to try again today to get to a deeper understanding, through asking the right questions (I hope), and so help him to know that peeing inside is not good!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Just on the Saturday call. I plan to post what I got, plus more after I speak with him again now, after I post my accountability.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I failed to do any intuition practice games this week.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

oh darn I forgot to post at the end of the week, busy week and was out of the island on Friday, will I have to start all over again?
1- meditate: yes, my regular meditation 2x per day and I also did some from the advanced class.

3-celebrate: continuing with studying and I started doing some EMDR work with my counselor, wow! reopening my heart therefore hope to reopen/re enliven my connection and communication with the animals…
4- no question at the moment.
5- no, no time

In addition to meditation on Val’s call and our church service, I am doing a 3 week class with Susann Taylor Shier that involves what she calls Journeys that are guided meditation. Also last night I sat with Roxy on my lap and went into a meditation to offer him some Reiki. As Kathleen Prasad, to offer Reiki to animals you meditate in their presence and invite them into the healing energy. I’ve also had a few times of just sitting quietly with my morning coffee.
So it the type of meditation and the length varies a lot.
I continue to work with my cat Roxy. He has an upset stomach. Last night I asked him about it and offered him some Reiki. His reply was to really draw the Reiki energy. I took that as a yes.
I enjoyed a Reiki session last night with Roxy and he was in my lap. Also I connected a little with the FAT during the call.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing at the moment.
I connected with her during the Q&A call Saturday. It was not a strong connection but I did sense her energy and plan to communicate again.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I just don’t like playing games, so no, I did not.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you
Yes – chanting every day – happy on the days I do a lot, not so happy on the days I do less. I want to keep my meditation high to make changes in my life/attitude etc.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been focusing on trying to talk to Elsa, my dog. I realise that I can get things across to her but I’m not so good on picking up responses or I think I imagine them. I’m listening a lot more to her body language, and learning to keep my energy under control rather than throwing it at her in a reflection of my own ups and downs. I’m learning much more to realise when she’s happy to be stroked, when she wants to do various things. I’ve also been focusing on learning a new thing and practising consistently. She’s learning to stay before crossing thresholds like doors, gates, roads etc.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I got the same answers as someone else on the FAT call – hooray! Which is good because I was getting despairing again about my abilities. I finished another lesson in the Advanced course – I really like the 6 different things you need to be in balance – hence the learning a new thing with Elsa.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Val describing focusing/paying attention like an island in the fog – that’s exactly what it’s like and I shall wait for the fog to clear. That was really helpful.

Yes with Sebastian. I had communicated with her prior to the FAT call but wanted to wait until the FAT call before reading everything. I was on the right track then on the FAT call I was pretty accurate. I would like to be that accurate when Val isn’t there holding the space – that’s my goal.

I’ve got red and green candles to tell apart this time – I was finding the cards confusing. I’m not sure whether I’m trying too hard or not enough. But I’m giving myself a breather because I was getting everything wrong. I’m going to start again this new week.06/19/2020 at 9:59 pm#79536 Angela Carter Platinum Member

Yes I did quantum meditation which I am now facilitating. I am sharing a lot of healing work with humans right now and entering a meditative state within the session. Potent meditations where I can really access deep peace and intuitive information and divine magic.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Rusty the cat … shared healing love ❤️ butterflies shared gentleness and messages of coming into my higher self. Lynx energy is really speaking to me about honoring how I naturally hold magical knowledge and not judging myself harshly for being mostly internal w my knowledge (verbally speaking) it is my nature and path and simply the way it is. I connect w bear energy a lot because they are everywhere. I touch their prints and let them know I’m just passing through
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Birds squirrels everywhere… so much song and joy
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am still learning about my way of communicating e animals that my elephant anim comm guide taught me. I acquired my elephant guide three years ago after listening to Val’s webinar on the aspects of the personality/inner parts and stated of consciousness
