One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I do maditation every day as first thing of the day. I do different kind of… Expanding counsiness, abundance, intuition, self love, hypnotherapy, silva, and more.. and now start with yours. Did this week the love maditation, and being the animal. I do every day at least one hour, sometimes more.

I did a few already. The hardest one for me was our male chicken, that is very aggressive toward us, and there a lot of tension between us because of that. I did the maditation of being him… And I saw us through his eyes, and felt him and the need to show of his power. A strong ego that he is alow to be here. Pride in him protect his home and chiks. I did fell some anger toward us… I felt much softer to him. Felt compaction and do now my best to come in the (feed them) in humble and love.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I am first time been in there, but only found the article… All other things close to me??
I play grow my intuition all the time, every day… In my walks, my food… In my work as holistic energetics communicator with animals. My intuition is the strongest power I have and I really trust her and listen to her all the time, and when not.. I very much know it. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did not meditate as much as the previous weeks. I did meditate and finished the program with Mike Dooley with the 5 minutes of manifesting each day and then once that finished 3 days ago, I didn’t keep at it. I did however set the intention to do some quiet mindfulness meditation yesterday in which I became quiet and still. Of course Nemo was on my lap. He’s good at doing it!
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a beautiful dog name Connor. He shared with me and his human how his seizure like activity was because of a DNA upgrade that was in progress from 4-6 lifetimes ago and that this being the 6th lifetime was the lifetime that it was to open fully, awaken. The seizure like activity was how his body was adjusting and catching up to the upgrade. His human took him to the doctor to make sure any medical was ruled out and it was. The vet does not feel it was seizure or medical. He also shared that this changing in his DNA was affecting him on that level as well as his endocrine system with the pineal and pituitary gland. It was quite fascinating in his messages of wisdom for what has been going on. His human was very open to this and found that this wasn’t just for him, it also was a session for her too!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I stepped outside of my comfort zone and asked an evidential question to Sebastian as I can very easily receive messages from animals that are deep, full of wisdom and channeling like however when it comes to questions such as “what is your favourite food?” or “what do you like to do, dislike to do?”, I find it hard and I’ve blocked this part for some reason. So I asked an evidential question during this week’s communication with Sebastian and will await Angela’s response.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
If someone asks me if their animal has cancer or is ready to transition, how do I go about this?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did and Sebastian showed me her beautiful energy that was emanating from her. I felt golden light and it was calm, serene and very peaceful. She reminded me that I need time out in nature and in the sun. She’s such a beautiful teacher. I am grateful for her. I posted our discussion in the FAT forum section.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play an intuition game however in 2 more days, the next intuition game opens up access for me and I look forward to doing that next one! 🙂

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Only some short sessions – grounding and focusing2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I started talking to Whitepaws, a feral kitten, who keeps squeezing through the fencing around the kennel. She is looking for company, as her mother seems not very interested in her any more. In the beginning, she was very skittish, but now I can already touch her carefully and she is very confident between the grown up cats, making sure she gets her fair share of wet food and chicken.During and after our last masterclass about noise phobias, I talked to my rescue beagle Pascal. Over the weekend we had a few small private fireworks in the area and loads of very noisy crackers. Pascal was a lot more relaxed than he used to be. And over the last few days I realized that he also became remarkably less reactive to dogs passing by.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Both cases under item 2 are more than enough reason to celebrate.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
It seems my cat Lady changed her mind after a private session with Val. She refused to use the litter boxes after her friend died in one. After I had talked to her multiple times, she had started to use the box partially. She pooped in the box, but peed on my couch at least once or twice a day. During our session we discussed replacing the box, in which her friend had died and she showed Val she was willing to use the new box. Contrary to her promise, she is back to using exclusively the couch for pooping and peeing. She did not even check out the box.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not manage6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I am back to guessing which of the 2 lifts will come, and I am correct most of the time.8/12

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I say the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night. I do Reiki meditations every day for at least 5 – 15 minutes this week. Guided meditations: Believe in Yourself 13 min, Bedtime Reading: Divine Embrace Quotes from Sacred Texts 9 min, Remember Who I AM: A Bedtime Reassurance of Divine Love 11 min, Portal of Transformation 17 min, and 21 BLessings from The Divine Feminine 9 min. I do these mainly in the mornings.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with my brother’s dog, Cooper about a new puppy they just got. I told him that his humans love him very much and to please not feel jealous of the new puppy. They got the puppy to be his friend and playmate. I also told him that it will be his job to help teach the new puppy to be a good grown up doggie, and to be gentle with the baby. Then, I talked to the puppy (no name yet). I told him that Cooper is going to be his mentor on how to grow up to be a good doggie and show him the ropes. He is an older dog though and doesn’t always feel good so he needs to be gentle with him.
I talked with a small spider in my bathroom. I told it not to be afraid, I was not going to hurt it but it does not belong in my house. I got a toilet tissue and it walked onto it and I put it outside. 🙂
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I did a bit of Reiki for my brother’s dog Cooper and also communicated with him.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions come to mind at the moment.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did talk with Sebastian, the FAT this month. I didn’t get anything very specific. I said hello, thanked her for the reassurance that Pollyanna, my pony, would be alright, as she is better now. I asked if Angela is feeling more relaxed and she said she seems to be working on it. I did post in the forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played with the card deck. I got just a few cards more wrong than right.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have just finished a training with Susann Taylor Shier that involved multiple meditations. I have practiced those meditations during the calls and with the replays.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). I continue to work with Roxy. This has long been a challenge for me. I am doing better communicating to him. For example, when he insists on being lovey dovey when I am trying to sleep, I can not tell him it is sleep time and usually he will cooperate by going to the foot of the bed or curling up beside me and stopping hit acupuncture kitty massage which makes it impossible to sleep. The only thing I have gotten from him was several weeks ago when I asked him how I could make his live better and his reply was “more treats.” I don’t doubt that was really from him. I want to get more from him.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Another week gone by in a blur! Time has to be moving faster, because I can’t catch up!! I only managed about 3 meditations this week before sleep. I’ve been so tired it was useless to try. More Spirit Animal & Ho’Oponopono music, 20-30 minutes each.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Just my cats, dog, and horses this week and a couple of bunnies. My mare, Willow, keeps trying to get into my other horse’s stall to get his food. I have started tying a rope across his door while he’s still eating. It was working until it didn’t. She got right underneath it. Have to tie it lower. They’re still one-way conversations, and I know I’m missing out on so much from them!

Nothing new.

Didn’t have time.

No time.

1.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – every day. I did a lot last week and was very tired this week so did less but plan to do more next week. I realised that I can make more effort in keeping my mind focused. Also I need to shed my habit of seeing things as always being difficult. It’s just a habit.
2.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I practiced with my dog Elsa – hopeless most of the time but today it worked – I wanted her to come outside in the garden with me, and she was reluctant to move. I shared how it was fun and colourful and she got up and came. I realised that if I keep it lighter and more heart/joy centred it works. Otherwise: either it doesn’t work or she ignores me.
I also practiced with my friend’s dog Smarty who is terrified of storms and fireworks. I haven’t had feedback yet. I think the connection was sporadic and weak and would like to try again. It was the same with Sebastian, the FAT, until the 3rd time when it was strong. So having several tries seems to be important.
I think I’ve realised that my view of life and everything in it as hard and arduous is just a habit – it’s just a habitual view – it isn’t true and I can start to shed it. I’m sure I will need reminding. I choose a new view: that life is a celebration. Hmm…that’s going to take practice – bit I’ll get there.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have a lot of stories going on in my mind all the time. It’s hard to tell what is me chattering away, making up conversations, etc. when It’s something I do all the time – not just during AC. I’m going to try and concentrate more on my senses to help me stay present.

Yes with Sebastian (or was that last week?) but so excited that I got stuff right and was so clear that it was a real connections. She’s quite a pussy cat!

Yes – I had to get the colours of coloured candles right. 4 red 4 purple. The first go: all wrong, the second go: almost all wrong. The third go: 7/8 – Yay! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I’m not sure how long. It was a combination meditation. I don’t remember the exact order of everything, and there was some slight dozing, too. I connected with Mother Earth through my feet on the carpet. I imagined roots from my feet in the ground like a tree’s roots in the ground. I took deeper than usual breaths that came from my belly. I got relaxed. I stretched. At some point I imagine roots or something growing from my upper body and doing a slight unfolding motion and there being leaves, too. I checked my heart chakra and had guided focus to primarily my heart. The color was a deep red. I wasn’t sure if this was a good color for the heart chakra since I know the heart chakra is a grassy green color, but since this was my actual heart I wasn’t sure about the color. I imagined my upper chest area being a grassy green color. I also did soft, loving focus to address why I am afraid I think to have a relationship with a guy again after ten years. To do this, I imagine there being another of myself talking (like talking to myself and I am my friend).
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. Serenity-she showed me this morning that I need to have more fun in life. I wasn’t trying to communicate with her at the time, but I received her message clearly 🙂 Thank you, Serenity. I also told her I think, and Hawkeye for sure, about the possible fireworks coming up and telling them that they don’t need to be afraid again like last year. I also told Serenity one time when she was eating that there was a piece of food in her dish and then she ate it. I also told her this morning she can play with the mouse but not the cord it looked like she might have played with a little bit. There might have been more-not sure right now.
Hawkeye-I told him about not needing to be afraid of the fireworks if they’re loud again this year. I also thanked him for waking me up this morning since I hadn’t set my alarm for this morning and I stayed in bed and I apologized for not getting up sooner when he was trying to get me up. There were other communications with him, but I don’t remember what right now.
Also, I connected with two other cats, Sprite and Charlie, and a dog named Bronny. I helped Sprite’s human clear up a misunderstanding. She had told him to stay away from the road, but Sprite misunderstood and thought she meant to stay away and he hadn’t come back. As far as I know he still hasn’t come back 🙁 He also told me about how he and the human are Soulmates and were in a past life, too. I thought at first that was coming from his brother, Charlie. He also asked me about using a barn to hang out in and sleep and the human confirmed there is a barn there where they have done that before that is for them to do that.
Charlie told me about the human petting him and rubbing his tail bone area like a massage saying it felt really good.
Bronny told me about how the human could trim her nails more easily and also about wanting some more fiber. Bronny sent me a picture of dried green grass or something, like hay. The human confirmed she gets kale in her food and that kale has fiber!
There was more, too, but I don’t want to go on and on, so I will go on to the next ones.
I saw a seagull flying around. Quickly I heard the seagull say, “I’m hungry. I’m going to find something to eat.” The next day I got, “That’s what I do.” I also connected with some crows- I got the message, “Be okay with whatever happens.” (regarding the virus), “Love and kindness. Have love and kindness and you can get through anything.” I also looked at one of the crows and could see a realm of wisdom. I am not sure what sense that is or how it’s possible to see a realm of wisdom when I didn’t actually SEE it. One cannot SEE a realm of wisdom. It was seeing it though because I wasn’t just sensing that it was there or feeling it.
I also connected with a cat named Napoleon who had been peeing on the carpet sometimes. Napoleon is having some physical issues, but a lot of why he’s peeing on the carpet is due to the energy in the house from the person’s parents with whom they live. The parents constantly argue and it bothers Napoleon. The arguing also bothers Napoleon’s human. Napoleon’s human being bothered by the arguing and her and the cats’ (she has other cats in addition to Napoleon) living situation stresses her out, too which also bothers Napoleon. Napoleon gave some ideas as to how to improve the energy (moving the water fountain back into the room, getting a plant that’s safe for kitties, getting some crystals that help reduce stress, playing some soft music, and some other ideas. I do not know if the human will do those ideas.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Seeing that I need to play more/have more fun.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? How is it possible to see a realm of wisdom when one does not actually SEE wisdom? I know I saw the realm of wisdom though because I did not feel it and I did not simply sense it by knowing it was there. I saw it, but it was different than just seeing it in the mind’s eye, but I didn’t see it like seeing a rainbow. I don’t quite know how to describe it any better.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, she told me about her injury and that she experienced it to help people. She said she’s always here for me and to help me. She said a lot more. I posted it all in the FAT section where Angela and others can see the communication.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did not. I am running out of time before my call with Val. I had the thought to though. I did have an intuitive moment where I thought about something on a TV show and then that episode came on or something along those lines.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated a couple times this week for a total of about 20 min. On Saturday I was at the beach and meditated while sitting in the sand and listening to the ocean. During the work week, I found myself being more distracted by getting back into working again and did not make the time to meditate except for on one day.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with my dog Sadie on Saturday to let her know that I was traveling back home and would be seeing her again that day. On my last day visiting Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge, I communicated with a turtle and asked him what his thoughts were about relationships.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I feel much more open to receiving communications when I set the intention to be present with animals around me. I feel even more connected to nature.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I find it easiest to not look directly at the animal I’m communicating with and rather to have my attention focused softly around the animal.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not communicate with Sebastian yet this week. I intend to today and will post my conversation in the forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I didn’t play the Intuition Games this week yet. I will practice with my pens in the bag today. I will listen to a new Intuition call today as well to see if I can learn about more games to practice.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I re-connected physically with my spiritual teacher this week and it has made a huge difference in “where I go” when I meditate. I continue my daily practice with gratitude. I am moving more into shorter periods throughout the day and giving thanks throughout the day as well.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Hillary is a 4 year old poodle who is extremely sick but they do not know exactly why. I connected with her and it seems she may have stepped in some awful liquid and then licked her feet and ingested it. I took her to the healing vault where the angels gave her an orange drink, gave her a basin of brown water that sucks toxins to stand in and rubbed indigo healing goo over her ears. Her energy has changed throughout the night and is stronger but she is still not eating.
2. Snickers, small 14 year old dog, is very sensitive to strangers and barks a lot when they visit is having company tomorrow. The people are scared of dogs so I had a conversation with the idea that they won’t hurt her and how can she welcome them instead of scaring them but first listened to her perspective. I’ll let you know what happened next week.
3.I heard a cow crying this morning and when I checked in she was mourning the loss of her baby.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I took a break from my daily studies of animal communication but now am back and very happy learning, listening and growing again.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I still don’t feel that I have body scanning down so have ordered a basic animal anatomy coloring book with my “prize” money from Val.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? 6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I spent more time in meditation to grow my intuition this week. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditate every day at least 10-15min. This week I did my long session w/falun gong only 2x’s. I have been grounding in my yard since watching a video earlier in the week on Earthing; while sitting on the ground I practice my roots going down, releasing the old and bringing up the new, practicing my listening without labeling. Every time I run my Healy I try to quiet my mind and meditate; because of the specific programs that are offered, I have been working more with the power of intent.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had a long talk and healing session with a new client’s cat she adopted in February. The kitty, Ernie, about 12-14 months old, was brought to the shelter after being trapped in a fence and his right rear leg had to be amputated up to his torso. His human says he screams at 2am and also in the early morning hours and has been peeing outside his litter box. He was recently put on Prozac. When speaking with him I felt his nervous system is out of control, he is experiencing phantom pains and he is trying to adapt to his new life on many fronts. He is frustrated (liver 1-3am on Chinese meridian clock); his nerves are over activated (physically and emotionally). I, with the help of my Spirit Helpers did much healing for him; past release, Wei chi clearing & repairing, and overall energy balancing. I worked on/with him for over an hour. I write up a 4pg report for my client with all the information I gleaned as well as offered up Flower Essence remedies and possible Homeopathic treatments; too offered to meet her and Ernie (and her other cat Onzo) in person and do some more energy work and offer Healy program to assist with his nerves. I am awaiting feedback from the woman, as she has family visiting.
I am still working with Miss KoKo and her sneezing. I took her to Vet and got some Homeopathic pills to assist with sneezing; it has calmed down but not gone away. I sit with her when I run Healy on her and am trying to understand but I get nothing except my mind going bonkers.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Sadly I have nothing to celebrate this week because I am failing with not only my animals, I am with clients as well. I need to set my session up with Val soon.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am trying to break through my barrier of letting go of outcomes; this problem has been tripping me up since the get go. I almost go into a subtle panic when a new person calls me asking to help them with their pet, especially when it comes to behavioral problems. I set intentions, feel like I really connect in, I ask questions and listen, offer best and worst case scenarios but then I get reports back saying the animal did not make any shifts. I have been saying positive affirmations about my ability yet things are not shifting for me.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.No, dang it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?I played with my deck of cards a couple of times and did terrible. I have really been trying to practice my listening without labeling; it is so hard for me.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1- meditate: yes, I am regular with my daily meditation and I also started to do a 21 days, daily abundance meditation on Utube with Deepak Chopra. I also been listening to Oprah on the 50 rules to live by and it makes me reflect on how I am not cleared about what my true purpose is and how I feel so lost for not using my gifts fully and this lack of direction. I am hoping that EMDR with my counselor with help me with unblocking my potential and get back to my power because when i have a goal and a focus I feel so good. From last session with counselor I have to practice centering back into my heart whenever I think of it or feel off.
2- Practice: I am focusing practicing with the deer family that come by the cottage every day since they spend a lot of time here and also will lay down so I have time to be with them. I took a lot of videos with my cats around them which I will try to post to the facebook page. I not sure, I find it difficult to sort out what I am getting for real. One of the baby is resting by the house as we speak.
from what I can sense:
-I am surprised that he is staying here by himself without the family (his twin, older sister and mama)? he feel safe being here and he is tired more like exhausted.
-Wonder how he will reconnect with mama? I will follow the scent and she will be back here at some point, they communicate with each other. mama knows he is safe here.
-Talking to older sister earlier and the other day: I feel she has a name Dandi? She could watch over the babies but she is not doing a really good job, she has some fur missing on her side, feel like new injury from a fence from asking what happened?
-They all feel safe here, getting use to me ringing the bell and shouting at the cats to get back home, they don’t even look up when I am shouting from my balcony. I have been practicing shape shifting too when i see them sometimes, i don’t know if it is working? but for sure they are use to me and the cats.
I did some practice with my cats which I posted on facebook about the fear of the ceiling fan.
Celebrate: it was great to feel how much Vayu really trust me when I ask him. it is so sweet that this family of deer is spending lots of time here, it feels good to my heart, feeling this gentleness and reminding me to be outside and appreciate the beauty and stillness that surround me.
4- Discovery: I went to Butchart’s garden in Victoria yesterday and one of the young tree there was just so amazing, his presence can be felt, even my friend felt it, we just wanted to stay there and be nourish by his embrace, wisdom, healing energy? it was so strong, I want to go back just to be with this tree. I never felt this before.
5- FAT: yes, I posted about it. Also, tried to practice connecting with Angela’s group of cats to see who is in charge and if they have something to add to the conversation for extra help.
6- Games: yes, practice with marble… not very good at getting it right.
practice with cards which I do better with and I can tell if I have an high card, figure card, or a low card for more accurate practice and sometime I even get the card number and color right, I just see it!
