One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I do maditation every morning as first thing, between 20 to 30 min. After I learn a bit I do more maditions. This week I did Vals meditation from the advance course, the first one, and I did maditation with an animal card that I pick from cards.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had a session with an 11 years old dog name Dolche. He came to me for treatment. He is new at his home, 2 months after he lived in a closed house with many more animals that their guardians left them there alone because she was sick… For two years. Someone just came to give food and that all.
I listen to him, he showed me how he felt there, without knowing if someone will ever came for them. Know one herd his crying until he stopped trying. His throat Chakra and his 2nd Chakra was Un balance… We just stayed together at the pain until he transform to love and peace. He told me how he felt when the new guardians came to take him, and how much he love them because they are seeing him and letting him just be without trying to change him or control him.
They came to me because he have abundant enxitiny, and after our deep and full of love session the guardians told me how great he is now, very relaxed even when they go.
It helped me be much more confterble with what I get. The accure I get more and more when I am belive in my self3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want celebrate how it is becoming more and more present and easy and natural in daily life
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

And much moreI discovered how fast and easy it sometimes to solve hard problems
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I don’t have it open… I don’t know why. But I do change my diet to be intuitive for be more clear and clean with my ability. So I am learning to listen my body and energy very strongly and it is shown at the result when communicate with the animals

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did! I meditated each day. I did a couple meditations that I had on my iPhone that I never listened to before. I also did two meditations involving the different parts or systems within me. I learned about this from some counselling I was doing. (Internal Family Systems – Parts Integration). I also meditated with my husband along this beautiful space on the lake – it was absolutely precious!!
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Nemo and it was really interesting because my husband was there and it was like he was the glue that held the space of communication together. Just him being there made my ease of hearing Nemo much better. Thank you Troy!! Also, I communicated with a family of animals (2 humans, 2 cats and 2 dogs). We discussed several things as they have a new member of the family join (one of the dogs) and it was really wonderful to hear her perspective on things. The session lasted 1.5 hours. I also learned that creating the space was easier for me today than in other sessions (setting intention beforehand) and it was a lovely session together.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Hearing Nemo’s voice and messages when Troy was present. It was really amazing!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I do not have any questions this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did and Sebastian gave me a lovely message when I thanked her for this past month of June with her being the FAT and to Angela as well. I shared this in the forum. Sebastian said that we as students helped her learn more about humans and that this will help her in her work and purpose as Sebastian the cat xo.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I gained access to the next intuition game and looked at it today. It’s about my earliest memory of communicating with an animal. It was hard for me to remember but when I think back, I think the strongest part was when I was in my early adulthood. Cats really made their bond with me strong and it was the strongest part of relationship with animals that I began having. Although as a child, I always had animals in my life, and I remember them fondly, this time of my life was different. I also have been told by my mother that I used to disappear when I was really young, she found me on top of a dog house with my blanket looking quite comfortably and the dog was there looking at me. I also remember being told that I came home one day carrying a cat as big as me. I’ve always had an affinity with animals mom says.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Short sessions throughout the day, centering and presence.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been talking to Mowgli, a young cat, who grew up in my bathroom. Now I want to transfer him and his siblings to the kennel. His sister and one brother are in the kennel since about 6 weeks and have settled in. But Mowgli and his brother Balou disappeared behind my shower, where I could not reach them. After nearly 4 weeks, I managed to lure them out and closed the bathroom door. Now they are hiding in my bedroom. I don’t want to force them into the kennel. I’d rather get them to stay in the kitchen, from where they can see and smell the other cats. Presently, they use the litter box in the kitchen and then dart back to the bedroom. I leave the doors open, hoping I will find them together in the kitchen. So far this did not happen. I try to convince them, but they don’t want to know.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No time. We are working long hours at present, and I hardly have enough time to feed the animals and clean the litter boxes.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We still need to have our body temperature taken upon arrival at work. I try to guess my temperature every morning. I am about 70% correct.9/12

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been listening to a new meditation this week. It’s an hour long, so I listen until I feel I am finished for the night and start in again the next night. It’s very relaxing music. I guesstimate 20-30 mins per night, as I’m in and out of awareness. Practicing mindfulness as I go about my days.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Just talking to my fur-kids this week. I had to stop feeding the birds and squirrels I think I mentioned last week due to a raccoon tearing up the feeders. I just talk to them all the time, nothing in particular. Still one-way conversations. 🙁
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Haven’t had time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games, but I got an intuitive hit when the thought came to me that I hadn’t heard from the friends whose cats I take care of when they go out of town for a while. Again it was in the form of a question, “Wonder if they’re going anywhere this summer?”. A few days later I got a text from the lady asking if I could take care of the cats while they go away for a few days.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I meditate daily Usually on light and sound but this week was filled With animal communication so it was more grounding meditations and centering and connecting to my heart.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? So MANY this week! It’s like every animal I have ever met had something going on.
1. Nirvana, an orange kitty, is on a journey away from home and now it’s been 10 days. I asked him if he knew how to get home and he said yes but I am not really sure he wants to go home. It’s been an extremely frustrating experience leading me to believe that I should say no to lost animals. I had previously connected with Nirvana last year when he had just returned from a journey with a hurt leg.
2. Hillary is a very sick 4 year old poodle pup With high creatinine levels so the kidneys are not working well. The symptoms appeared this week although the vet says it’s a chronic issue. I have helped her mom with TTouch heart hugs and t touches to aid healing. Today her mom wondered if Hillary was done here. I checked in with her and doesn’t seem like she is.
3. Cocoa, a long haired kitty, went on a car trip with her person and they both returned in poor health after visiting with a friend who is a hoarder and living in the friend’s house with ghosts. They only contacted me after they returned and so I did not work with the ghosts but only helped a local healer clear the bad energy and find out why Cocoa did not want to be in the room with her human(ghost residue). I also felt something was very off and suggested the human take her to a heir vet where she received treatment for Polyps in the ear and dehydration.
4. Informed Cookie, Mama Kitty, Bebe and Gremlin that two other cats, Lovely and Boe would be visiting for the night. They suggested the two visiting cats stay in their car and the two visiting cats agreed that that would be best.
5. Snickers, a cocker poodle‘s person was having a guests over who were afraid of dogs so I discussed how she could be respectful and not bark and jump on the guests.
6. Emergency with Champ who hurt his leg. Took him to the healing box where he calmed down. Taught his person how to do TTouch heart hug.
7. Worked with Duke, Belgian Malinois, who is terrified of loud noises and thunderstorms. We went to his past present life to the home where he was abused and locked his first owner in a closet and I said he will never hurt anybody again. Very satisfying for Duke. He has been peeing on his person’s living room couch.Let’s home this stops.
8. Po: Australian shepherd has Pooped and peed on his person’s couch. He said he doesn’t like his “sister” to chew up everything and his owner goes away and doesn’t take him and it makes him mad because it is his job to go with the owner. She is a horse masseuse. His owner doesn’t tell him when she will return. I asked how could he tell his person in another way that he is upset. He first suggested whining but didn’t think she would like that so he thought maybe rubbing on her so she knows he needs some love.
9. Emma, Australian shepherd mix. She is the one that chews and destroys everything in the house when her owner is gone. She says she needs a job, can’t lay around all day and also wants to know when the owner will return and why isn’t she taking them with her.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I am getting a little faster with grounding and connecting to these souls. I also am setting my intention before each communication which is extremely helpful.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have my doubts about my effectiveness with all these clients.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet—just saw that there is a new FAT today.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No time for the games on the website but I used my intuition a lot with the humans who owned all these animal souls.

Yes, I don’t know how long. I worked with my chakras and imagined them opening like flowers.
Serenity and Hawkeye. I don’t remember exactly what the conversations were about. Also, turkeys who are having difficulty getting along. One is the matriarch and she tries to keep order and keep them all safe and that the other turkeys learn the pecking behavior she does from her. Also a dog named Pup. He told me about how much he loves my sister’s dog and asked if he could come to his house when my sister feels he needs to be home with his daddy.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. nothing new.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I discovered that Serenity doesn’t like fireworks because of a past life experience where her tail was on fire. From that communication she had with Val, I learned later that this is also why she’s afraid of sage smoke and candle flames. I was thinking these things had something to do with a past life-now I know for sure.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? No, no time yet. If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Question #6 about intuitive games: I did not play any this week because I didn’t have time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I have meditated this week but not as much as usual as I have had company. I recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night. I do Reiki meditation every day too, usually at bedtime. The guided meditations I have done this week are: Meditation for Self Love, Remember Who I AM: A Bedtime Reassurance of Divine Love, and Theta Wave Powerful Promises.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I worked on talking with my pony Pollyanna. She was crabby this week and let me know she did not want to be touched nor have any fly spray put on. I mostly read her body language though. I also talked with a Song Sparrow who we have named Jerome. He sings morning afternoon and evening every day bringing joy to our lives. I tell him every day how grateful we are for his uplifting songs. I did a distance Reiki session for Pam’s kitty Koko. She has an upper respiratory infection and needed some healing energy. I told her that she is very loved and will feel better very soon.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
It has been a tough week for me emotionally. The anxiousness I felt about not having my alone time due to family visiting and a program I was involved in for Pollyanna coming to a close for me. The one thing I learned is how extremely important it is to be grounded and how that helps with being with our horses.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have a question at the moment. Even though I am not hearing a voice from Pollyanna, she is communicating with me and I have learned to honor what she is telling me through her body language. I am also clairsentient so I can also emotionally feel how she is feeling.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I am sorry to say that I did not communicate with Sebastian again.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play any games this week but will be back on track for the next accountability posting.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? *****Yes – chanting everyday but not as much as I would like. I’m doing between 20 minutes and 1 hour – which may seem a lot – but right now I need so much more and I think it is to help me solidly shift into a new way. I shall do more as and when I can. I did a shamanic journey where I clearly and quickly saw a past life as a youngish male native American.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? ******** I’ve really struggled. Without someone to hold the space its difficult. I slip into my head. I tried to communicate with Elsa, my dog, about her sore leg and shoulder, explaining why she couldn’t run around as normal. I don’t know if I got through or whether she was so annoyed by it she just didn’t want to take it on board. I think I didn’t get through. So I did a power animal meditation to help me talk to her. I think I did get through. I showed her really taking care of her body and cherishing her leg so it would heal. I showed her us taking pride and fun in walking together. I learned that I need to make my inner energy more stable and settled and less flighty. Calm and confident. Also to share more inner energy and not so much outer energy. It will take practice. We’ll see how she reacts this week.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.****** I really enjoy going inside myself – I realised that if I practice a lot using the shamanic journeys it will help me combat the flyaway tendency I have. I realised in the Shamanic journey that this is a time when I need to be more self contained – the time is not right to open up to lots of other people. My aura is closed to people which is why I struggle with a lot of relationships, but right now it still needs to be. This is a time to be within. It helps to acknowledge it so that I don’t suffer or get frustrated with myself at my difficulties with others. And maybe I just need to keep doing the meditation that really helps me rather than keep trying to do it differently – maybe that’s just my way.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?***** That it’s ok to take my time. I have protective habits that have developed over many years and if I just keep practising I will get there. Shamanic journey meditations seem to really work for me. and I just need to trust more and not get so heavy about it.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.**** I tried and just struggled to connect with Sebastian which was so disappointing because I know we had a strong connection during the Q&A call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?**** Yes – I tried the candle colour guessing. The first time I got 7/8 right – then the following times I got 4/8 over and over. I went back up into my head and couldn’t get down again. -

o 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
• I have been working on some artwork and find that this is most meditative for me; I spent several hours this week doing my Art Trading Cards. Did light meditation with my KoKo and Novia when running my Healy program to strengthen their immune systems. I did a couple of 15min grounding sessions in the yard.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?I have just been focusing this week on my kitty babes. KoKo has been dealing with a serious case of rhinitis for the past several weeks; had her second Vet appointment to get an antibiotic injection which is helping. When asking KoKo about this I got that it was from Charlie and the sharing of her brush with he and the other cats. I cleaned it good and must now purchase one brush for each cat. Also, I received intuitive information about how I have filled my head (third eye region) up with a lot of gunky beliefs that really do need to be blown out of me.
Izzy is being firm with me to get out of my self-recrimination and get on with creating my 3rd chapter in my life. I have been in such an incredible resistive space for months now and realize that if I do not climb myself out of the abyss I have flung myself into I will never be wholly happy with my continued journey with telepathic communications and it will severely negatively affect not only me but my kitties too.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have to give thanks to my cats for their unending patience with me while I re-ground myself, pick myself up out of my muck and break through to see all of my recent failures with 3 of my clients are stepping stones to greater understanding of where I tripped up; see the lessons of the mirroring, and bravely jump back in the game.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am discovering once again that distractions are coming from being in fear…..I see that my fear of success (especially now) is my biggest hurdle to jump over. I see, with the help of Miss Izzy that crying for change keeps me in misery; wallowing in my self-created feelings of lack keeps me feeling stuck; and pushing away everything that I need to alter within myself only makes it grow bigger and more ominous, which sends me into depression. Izzy says, “Lighten up with me, soften your beliefs around your fears and be present with them and together we can see, feel, know a new way to experience life in a more expansive, loving way”.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I had a conversation some time ago with Sebastian following the info I received on the Saturday call about art and gained some for information but I have yet to post it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
My state of mind this week deterred me from making attempts with ‘what is hidden in my sister’s boxes’.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

I have had several group meditations including Sunday online church and a beautiful Zoom launch Kathleen Prasad did for her new book. I had also had several times of sitting quietly, usually with Missy on my lap, just to be peaceful. It has long been my intention to do a regular morning meditation and I still am not doing that.
I continue to attempt communication with my cats especially Roxy. I have not been very successful with that this week.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for. I went to donate blood a few days ago and my blood pressure was way too high after multiple attempts some of which were problems with the machine. I was not allowed to donate. I came home, sat quietly for a little while to relax and when I checked my BP is was right where it should be. I am celebrating being able to meditate when I got home to lower my BP although I was not able to do so when I was there.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have been thinking back over the way I first heard cats in their own voice, then got words but mentally, then later got images. I first heard the cats when I offered them Reiki. I need to go back to doing Animal Reiki on a regular basis – Kathleen’s new book will support that – and hope that once again the AC opens up as powerfully as it did back then.
If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not communicate with last month’s FAT other than during the Q&A call. I have not communicated with this month’s FAT yet but look forward to doing so.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play one of the games. I recently completed a 3-week class with Susann Taylor Shier that supported improving my intuition.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated a few times this week for about 8-10 minutes during each session. I also did the Centering in Love meditation. There were multiple days when I did not meditate and I think this was because I had more things scheduled during this week and felt more inclined to be productive and active. I would like to get in the habit of prioritizing meditation every day, even on my busy days.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with the June FAT, Sebastian, and posted in the conversation in the forum. I communicated with a bird in my backyard and received his request for an elevated water fountain for the bird community because it isn’t as safe for them to drink out of the dog bowl on the ground.
I also observed Sadie one day in the yard and quietly observed her to be able to be more in her experience of the world. She looked at me a couple times during this activity, so I believe I was communicating with her just by quietly observing her and not making up any stories in my head.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that I am beginning to become more interested in animal reiki and communication combined. I listened to the interview with Kathleen Prasad and began offering more Reiki to Sadie.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I’m not sure why I am struggling so much with the intuition game I have been practicing. I probably just need to keep practicing more and one day it will click. See my answer below to the intuition question.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with Sebastian and was able to confirm with Angela that some of the information I received was accurate.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I practiced drawing colored pens out of a sack twice this week and didn’t get great results. The first time I got 2 out of 10 correct and the second time I got 0 out of 5 correct. I’m not sure why I’m struggling so much with this game.

1- meditate: yes, I do my meditation every day. I am also doing a 21 days abundance meditations every day with Deepak Chopra on Utube. I am continuing with my EMDR sessions which are quite amazing, helping me to access deep feelings I was unable to face. This week I accessed this despair within me, I met the void and I was able to be with it with the help of my counselor and It was not too scary anymore, it just was! wow! it was liberating! Therefore, I feel more grounded and different, hard to put a finger on it. Continuing the process in my dreams and early mornings when I wake up until my next session.
2- Practice: I am helping with building shelters and weeding paddocks at the barn, I wanted to spend time with Domino, the horse therapy I have been preoccupy with. So, I decided to weed his paddock and let him come to me as he wishes and of course he got curious about what I was doing and came to me, it was nice. I wanted him to make this choice, told him that I was picking daisies, he smell and I continued. Then the gate flew open from the wind and I had to go close it, he followed me and I just stood there with him, I was very still and just wanted to be there quietly and I was telling him about myself, what is going on, and he just stood there with me and he went to sleep and he will lick sometimes. It was so nice to just be with him. it felt that he never truly had someone just be quiet with him without expecting anything from him. did, a similar exercise with another horse there Timber.
I met with a friend off island to discuss the situation with her dog, Lacey. She has separation, anxiety and is barking too much when people comes to her land. so we had a long conversation about a few changes she could made easily and since she is unable to do the training that will need done because of her daughter and husband who will not be part of the game. she is a horse trainer herself. So, difficult situation for me, I just had to listen. I said i will see what Lacey has to say. so this is next on my list to do.
3- Celebrate: it was so great and rewarding to just be still with Domino and also that i made the phone call (it was scary) to meet with this new friend to discuss her dog situation.
4- Questions/discoveries: I wonder if the separation anxiety can be addressed just talking and helping releasing the emotional component for this little dog, Lacey, without the physical training that would be needed as well? i will find out! Another confirmation of this truth, “when you are working on yourself you also heal others”, my mother is changing and doing things i would not have expected for her to be able to do in regards to my sister and expressing her emotions, etc. and this is happening as I am resolving things within myself with my latest work.
5- FAT: forgot when I did last conversation but Angela did respond this week and I had to reflect on it.
6- Games: card game, mix result. printed all other games I want to try but did not have the time to implement. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes everyday in some way. Breath awareness. Basic Meditation Prior to Healing work. Awareness.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
All my cats of course. The spirits of animals that are dead… I interact on a daily basis and have for as long as I remember, with road kill and just yesterday tuned in to a yellow warbler bird and sent her body into the river. Had an interesting communion w Ravens this week. My messages are often of love and not really about words or what i got. I have people asking me to work w then and there animals. Trying to pay me so I suppose I need to step up, accept the challenge, and start actively putting myself out there while the irons hot.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
